Hi.. my booking no. Is 73589286.. I had booked the cab to drop my father to the airport at 4:15 am.. We called the cab guy named Ibrahim but he didn't answer the calls.. There after when I called the customer care I got 2 additional car details.. one of sameer who also didn't pick up the call and the one deepak point blank told my father that he didn't know where jack and Jones showroom on linking road was and that he didn't know the way.. thereafter when we had to leave at 4 10 we get a call from another cab guy.. nevertheless since we were getting late we had to make our own arrangements.. I had to drive him to the airport at such a timing wherein the roads aren't considered safe.. its preposterous that even after telling your customer care guy that we had made arrangements he was at sending me cab no.s.. its really sad that we had to go through all this just because your cab guy didn't recieve his phone.. I have always used your serviceses and this was a big disappointment

    Took a cab on 7th April at 10 am WB 04F 3300, CRN no 73447868. The car seems not to be cleaned in last on e week. Full of noise from the body. It seems was travelling in Govt Bus. I travelled 5 .7 Km, which took 25 mins approx and i was charged 10 mins as waiting time. The software seems to be manipulated.

      Sir, • I had booked OLA cab on 28.3.2015 for going to the domestic airport on 29.3.15 at 4 a.m. I got the message that one driver Mr.Ravinder (Mobile No.[protected] ) would pick me up at 4 a.m. • On 29.3.2015, I tried calling the driver from 3.50a.m. onwards as there was no confirmation from the cab driver. The driver did not answer my call and the message was that the mobile was either switched off or out of reach. Then out of frustration and mental agony at 4.09a.m. I called your call centre and the executive tried calling the driver, but he also was not able to contact the driver and he told that he is sorry and that he will not be able to make alternate arrangement . Then with great difficulty my wife dropped me at the airport. • The amount of tension and frustrations had taken a toll on my health. Moreover, Iam a sugar patient and having Blood pressure. Your pathetic service has really affected my health to a great extent. • To top it, I don't know why the company has sent me a bill of Rs, 122/-. for the trip not undertaken? • Tell me one good reason why I should not go to a consumer court / make a complaint to Chief Minister against the company. • Your company needs to compensate for the mental agony I had undergone. • Please let me inform you that I will never opt for your service in future and I will discourage all my friends/known person from taking your service.         Hi. Today I book ola cab at 9:44 am, and crn was CRN73245515, my bill was 309 when my ride was end I got a msg from ola that my bill was 309, I paid 310 cash to the driver and leave the taxi, he didn't tell me that money was deducted by ola money and i don't know that this is the system that without asking from customer money was deducted from ola money so I didn't check that, in evening when I came back I check my ola money my balance was deducted from ola money. This is so unfair, I feel so cheated, I hope you help me to get my money back, because of all that you will create your negative impact on customer, I want my money back.
        Did you try to reach customer care and explained this to them? If you explain this to them they will credit back the amount to your ola money and take action on the driver. Some of the cab drivers not aware of it if they are new like us.

          Hi, I booked a mini OLA cab from Chennai Central Railway Station to Sholinganallur(Chennai) at 4.30 AM on 6th April. After confirmation through SMS and also talking with customer executive I was supposed to receive the cab on time in early morning 4 .30, but at the time of pick up I received an SMS that my booking is cancelled. This is horrible when you are waiting with your family and child in the early morning and your cab company sends this message. Last time I experienced even more worst scenario when I booked the cab from Sholinganallur to Chennai Central on 29th March at 1.30 pm. I received the cab on 2 pm. I would have almost missed my train when I reached the platform. Who will be responsible for this happening? Please reply with the proper explanation to behave with customer like this.           OLA CABS REGN. NO.72952397 CANCELLED AT THE TIME OF PICK UP

          I had booked ola cab for journey on 06 April 2015 from Chennai Central Railway Station to Sailayur (East Thambaram) for pick up at 7.30 a.m. I have got a confirmation to this effect on my mobile. Since no driver has called me up till 7.15 a m I contacted their number[protected] and to my surprise I was informed that the same is cancelled. I was stranded at the Central Railway Station Chennai with ladies and two small kids. The person talked to me was very rough and told me that as per rules, they are entitled to cancel the booking without assigning any reasons about 20 minutes before the pick up time. However, I have not received any message to this effect also. The person at the other end was very rough and tough as if it is my mistake and told me that I can do whatever I want. Very arrogant behaviour. If anybody is in urgent need of pick up/drop please, for god's sake do the not depend on ola cabs.

          VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR.

            Hi, i use Ola auto's and cabs very frequently but on Saturday evening i was very disappointed by the service. I booked an auto for shirgaon from Dange chowk but as that option was not available in the drop point list i selected 'Nigdi'. When the auto driver arrived i told him the drop point and he asked me to pay him the full return amount as the ola service is not available in that Shirgaon. I agreed to pay him. When i reached Shirgaon, the total bill was 230 and so i paid him 460 (return included). The auto driver told me that he will wait for us outside temple and will take us back to Dange chowk. When we came outside the temple he was not there and when we called he said he has crossed Talegaon road. i asked him to return back and for that also he charged me the amount from returning back from Talegaon road to shirgaon which was Rs. 98. Then he dropped me at Dange chowk and again charged as per the meter bill which was Rs. 252. So the total amount that driver charged me was 460+98+252 = 810 from Dange chowk to shirgaon and return. I would you to return me the extra charge which i paid and take some action against the driver. This kind of behaviour will not be accepted by any person.               My confirmed city taxi request (No. 73021959 booked 6 hrs in advance) was cancelled at last moment without any notice/alternate. I was left stranded at the railway station at 12:30am for my travel to Gurgaon causing deep inconvenience to my family given the odd hours.
              I just got a cancellation message at 11:50 for my cab at 12. Leaving me no time to arrange a substitute.I tried reaching Ola call center multiple times but no body picked my phone instead I received automated sorry responses.There is no easy way (including prepaid) for night travel from delhi railway station to Gurgaon, causing me to deal with mental harassment by all black taxi hordes at the the station. Sensing my desperation I was made to pay 1500/- for 30km ride.

              1.) Want to know what laws do we have for cancellation of service already promised at last moment.
              2) I was a regular Ola user -I want an apology from the company & suitable compensation for my inconvenience.

              I had booked a cab for today(8.4.15) on 6.4.15 for 11 a.m.
              But the ride was cancelled at 10.50 a.m. without any pre-intimation & the reason given was that the driver was about 5 to 6 kms away.Then I called Jaipur olacabs thrice & they provide me with another cab at 3rd call but that driver also refused giving same reason. My grandfather had to attend an important meeting at 11.30 a.m. which he needs to cancel.

              Please register a complaint against Jaipur branch olacabs, driver mohan & gaurishankar.

              Hope you will work on this & communicate with me regarding this soon.

              FALSE BILLING BY OLA CAB

              Ola service need update more

              Ola service is not operate at Basistha, Guwahati, Assam. As a frequent user of ola cabs i would like to suggest that if ola is available as a customer i will be very happy .Thank you Ola.
              The rating is about ola cabs. I had a confirmed booking - CRN [protected]. The schedule was to pick up at 7. At 7 I saw that a driver is arriving status. We waited for the cab for 20 minutes and then saw the ride was cancelled. This caused deep inconvenience for my family and kid. Even if we had known about the cancellation well ahead of time, we could have looked for alternate ways. Accepting a scheduled booking and cancelling just like that without even updating me doesn't make sense at all.

                I booked ola cab on April 5 2015 @3.07pm for my pick [protected]@5pm. I got a call @4.30PM from a driver (CRN number[protected] for giving instrution about pick up location.On informing him about our location he told me that he cant pick me from the said location, Then I called up ola cabs for the same.Theey informed me that some other person will pick me from the said location.The moment i got the message giving details about new driver, I called the driver giving instructions about the location.Driver reached my location @5:06Pm, without any delay we were at the pick up location.When I came back home and checked my bill, it stated 20 min wait time, whereas their was no wait time. This is really very unpleasant to be charged for any such charges.
                I booked a ola cab on march 26th 2015(CRN[protected].The total charge was 449 out of which Rs.250 was reduced because of a 250rs voucher and Rs.100 was deducted from the ola wallet and the remaining amount payable was Rs.99 which was given as cash to the driver by my mom(who took the ride).The driver who had lack of knowledge about this demanded more money, as a result instead of paying Rs.99, my mom had paid Rs.170 since the driver insisted for extra charges.The immediate evening, i had called the customer care and told what had happened.They told me that the money will be added to the wallet in 24 hours from then which did not happen.So far i have made 7 calls totally, and none of them cared to take any steps against this.Did not expect such a poor service from ola!!

                  Hi Team, I have bought an Moto E 2nd Gen phone 2weeks back As per flipkart offer I supposed to get 300cash back on 300 recharge. But I didn't get the same, so sent mail to support team, later they replied and asking me to update the Phone and APP. Funny thing here is I bought the phone 5days back and tried to update but there are no update available. Moreover I have installed Ola APP 3 days back only. But still they are asking me to update the APP. However that should not be the case and they didn't mention anything about this requirements in terms and conditions. I have asked same questions to Ola support team but no response. sent multiple reminder mails still no response. I am unable to find out next level escalation matrix that the reason submit a request here. Thanks [protected]@yahoo.com

                    On 27.03.2015, I traveled in Ola cab vide booking n. 70625901. I booked the journey through the call centre and utilised the Book49 option, But to my surprise, on completion of the journey, the driver gave me a bill of Rs. 110. I immediately called up the call centre and I was told that the actual charges are Rs. 53. Since I had recharged the Ola money, the entire amount was deducted from my Ola Money balance. But i was assured that the excess amount would be credited to Ola Money within 24 - 48 hours. However, I observe that the same has not been done yet. Further what happened on 30.03.2015 was even more pathetic. I traveled vide booking number 71387413 on 30 Mar, 2015, 01:15 pm. On completion of my journey, I got the bill at 1.52 pm for 66.58 kms and Rs. 924!!! The entire Ola Money Balance of Rs. 170 was deducted. I again called up the call centre and they told that the actual bill is for Rs. 70 only!! and the excess recovery of Rs. 100 shall be credited to my Ola Money within 24 - 48 hours. However, I observe that the same has not been done yet. Is it possible to travel 66.58 kms in 37 mins? that too in a city like Aligarh??? so does that suggest that the Ola metering is not correct and is error prone? I am awaiting the credit of Rs. 57 + 100 = Rs. 157. I have contacted them on email but no response received.

                      I'm regular customer of OLA & never use to see the Invoice, but today twice I hired OLA, once in Jaipur & 2nd time in Gurgaon to Faridabad. While travelling I paid the Toll from my pocket, while it was included in my final bill & also there was waiting of 21 mins, which was unjustified because at onset, the cab chaffeur himself reached late by 15 mins at defined time of 10:00 in Gurgaon Railway station & then we kept moving till final destination. This is real fraud either by company or chaffeur, I don't know, but this incident had made me to loose all my trust on u guys & This is FYI Pl. Rgds' Peyush [protected]

                        hi Team, Yesterday I took ride using freecharge 250 rs voucher. Before the drive I called ola cab support as the driver was not aware of this voucher system. I was told it is ok and once trip is ended I can leave and need not pay if amount is less then 250. After ending trip it came up to Rs 112, I told the driver about my discussion with Support but the driver was forcing me to pay the amount and he wasn't opening the car doors. all doors were central locked. I called Ola cab support again and was told madam you can leave, I also made the driver talk to support girl. I don't know what conversation went on but still the driver wasn't opening door. Later when I shouted at him he talked very arrogantly and opened the door. But still he wasn't letting me go and was shouting on road when I was leaving telling I haven't paid cab charges. Please take strict action or else I will have to file a police complain again this behaviour. -- Ankita

                          I, Smitha Aithal, is user of Ola cab. I have bad experience recently. Even I feel Meter tampering I had used Ola on 29th March & even today. Both time, I had travelled from Vijayanagar to Pai Layout with same route 29th March - 17 kms OLA INVOICE NO.71179260 3rd April - 21.16 Kms -OLA INVOICE NO.72439063 Nearly 4 Kms were charged more. Meter Tampering is doubted. Request you to look into this matter seriously & give me credit of Rs 42 back

                            I booked an ola cab from BHEL, RC PURAM to ATTAPUR, HYDERABAD on 02 April 2015.The driver said me that for the first 04 km money to be paid is Rs.100 and after that Rs.10 for every succeeding 1 km. But after completion of my journey, the driver (name-ASHOK; his tel no.-[protected]) told me that you have to pay waiting charge as we waited in traffic signal and other jams during the journey.But this thing is not acceptable.If there is a traffic jam then what is our fault in that? We booked an ola cab for the first time thinking that it is good.We called the authorised person for booking the cab, the person didnt tell us about waiting charges and even the driver didnt say anything about it. THE TARIFF WAS TOTALLY HIDDEN AWAY FROM US and this is not bearable and acceptable.These important terms and policies should be revealed before only but not after the journey. The driver charged Rs.2 per minute. He said we made him waited for 35 minutes and took away 70 Rs. which he doesnt deserve.So instead of paying exactly Rs. 300 to him, we paid him Rs. 370 and yes he didnt even gave the bill which he should give to the passengers.Ok fine we got a message about it but still he should give! The fault is of ola cabs authorisation that they are not making people aware about there terms and policies. If these mistakes are continued then I am sure people will not prefer for 'OLA CABS'. Its a kind request to carry out some action against the driver and ola cabs. Thank you for listening our complaint.

                              On 31st March, 2015, I booked OLA Cabs at 9:21 am for a pick up at 11:45 am. The Cab was boarded at 11:47 am and dropped at 12:52. After a drop, Ola Cabs generated an invoice for Rs. 342 (Three hundred forty two rupees) for a distance of 18.82 KMS travel. The invoice charged with a waiting time of 56 minutes out of total travel time of 65 minutes. They charged Rs. 92 (ninety two rupees) towards waiting time. I contacted OLA Cabs customer support and lodged a complaint (vide compliant number: 1260939). Also spoke with customer support supervisor complaining that how can they charge 56 minutes of waiting time when the total duration of travel is 65 minutes. They started bulldozing with creepy explanation on fare rules such as that even when Cab is halted due to traffic signal will be considered as waiting time. Such rules are neither put up in their website or communicated to customer by driver (in advance or at time of drop) or by the company. In fact, the rule clearly says up to 10 minutes of waiting is allowed. This is completely unacceptable behaviour by Driver and OLA Support staff. They are totally cheating consumer and try to recover as much as possible through such unprecedented charges.                                 This is to bring into your kind attention and make things convenient, easier and safe for general passengers in the near future. I would hence give the full details of the inconvenience caused to us : on 22nd of march 2015 at around 8:15p.m when i booked a cab using the coupon worth Rs.250/- that i availed from freecharge, for my uncle who was supposed to catch his train from Howrah station. The CRN no. was 69595404.The pick up location was from C.I.T Road, scheme-VI M, Phoolbagan, Kolkata-700054 and the drop location was set as above said was Howrah Station. The actual distance between the pick up location and the destination location is around 7km-8km (approximately), the approx time to cover the same distance should not be more than half an hour on a normal day and last but not the least the estimated fare should also be not more than 150/- ( as showed in the ola app and i also confirmed all the above clauses from the ola support executives over the phone many a time till date), despite of all the driver whose name was Rustam ( car no. WB 23 D 1636- White Manza ) received my Uncle from the pick up location but he took a longer route and travelled a distance of 16.4 Kms which should have been 7-8 kms, the total ride time exceeded to 60mins which should have been 30mins on a normal day and incidentally it was a normal day with a normal and controlled traffic on the said route and inspite of applying the coupon (250/-) for the above said ride, 73/- was been deducted from my ola money making the total fare 323/-, where as the estimated fare between the above said distance is 150/- (max). And over and above all this the worse part of the whole ride was the rude and unacceptable behaviour of the driver towards my uncle when my uncle argued upon the same with him. The most shocking words that the driver said to my uncle was " THE SITTING CHARGES ON THIS KIND OF CABS IS 150/- EXCLUDING THE OTHER BASE FARE AND I WOULD NOT ALLOW YOU TO STEP OUT OF THE CAB UNTILL YOU PAY ME THE EXTRA AMOUNT IN CASH ". My innocent uncle who was totally unaware of all this & who was already late for his train, getting afraid and scared of the driver's word was bound to pay him 150/- extra in cash inspite of deducting 73/- from my ola credit points and using the whole 250/- of the coupon thus redeemed on the above said journey. I have put forward this issue several times before over the phone to ola help supprt call executives but no fruitful feedback has been received yet against the complaint registered. My complain ID is : 1108077. I hope, i will be getting a positive response from your end and get back the extra amount charged from my ola credit points as well as the amount charged by the driver in cash from my uncle, credited into my ola account as soon as possible. Hence i request you to look into this matter and take the necessary steps against this matter and regain our faith and trust on ola for a safe and convenient journey in the near future. I have contacted customer care at[protected] but they also unable to resolve the problem and failed to connect to any senior person available for more than 10 minutes.                                     1) Incident 1 CRN[protected] Date: 13 March Complaint number registered against this issue with OLA- 960667 The cab was supposed to pick me at 8:18 PM. The driver did not turn up and the phone was not reachable. I was charged 130 INR. I called Ola cabs complained and requested for a refund. I was assured that it would be done in 24 hrs. It is April 1st today and no refund. 2) Incident 2 Mobile number from which the cab was booked - [protected] CRN[protected] Date: 27 March I booked the cab for 730 am. I called the driver at 730 am and he simply said he is not going to come. Period. No reason. He did not bother to inform or cancel the cab. Told me to cancel and book another. I was in a hurry and had to reach office for a meeting. So I booked another cab. CRN[protected] Complaint number registered against this issue - 1189348 Now again, ETA for the cab was 4 mins when I booked. I called and the driver said I will take 15 mins as I am getting ready. I board the cab after 15 mins and after one km we have a flat tire. The driver stops duty and I am charged 150 INR. I call Ola again...explain my situation for 12-15 mins and how I should not be charged. I am again assured that the complaint has been registered and that my money will be refunded in 24 hrs. It is Apr 1 and no MONEY! This is not it, I follow up the next day and I am given the two complaint numbers listed above and the OLA associate tells me that the money has not been refunded due to technical reasons!!! I am surprised that such excuses are still "said out loud" while talking to the customer!!! Then I write a complaint because my calling is not leading to results and instead of calling me back to understand why I wrote such an emphatic email, I receive another email asking me to explain! You see it is not about the money as much as about being treated fairly and OLA has definitely proved their low standards. Ritu Gupta

                                      Dear Customer Complaint Officer This is in reference to my ola cab booking for 1st April on 7.15 AM from residence to Airport. I got the confirmation of the driver details sms at 8.10Am and the confirmation that cab has arrived at pick up destination at 8.39 AM. I had immediately boarded the taxi and got dropped at Hyd airport at 9.40 AM. However in the bill I received through email mentioned a waiting time of 52 min and charges of 104 against the same. I had immediately informed the ola customer care, however I have not received any acknowledgment of the complaint NOR any refund. I am deeply disturbed with the unprofessional attitude and service. Appreciate if you can acknowledge and apologise with refund at the earliest. Rgds

                                        I took an Ola Cab service on 01/04/15 around 3 pm from 10th road, Juhu, Mumbai. I had booked a Sedan and used the Coupon code SEDAN250 and my Booking ID is CRN72015278. The car was a Blue Swift Dzire MH 02 CR 950. When I reached my destination (near Inorbit Mall, Goregaon-West) a bill for rs214 was generated where as I had used a coupon code which had the ride for free up to rs250. So I had some queries and wanted to clarify with the customer support as to what was the issue and how come I was bound to pay money. I contacted the number[protected] and a male representative picked up the phone and asked me how he could help. I made him understand the situation and he started to raise his voice and reply arrogantly, he was rude and least helpful. I had warned him to lower his voice and reminded him that he was talking to a customer. The way he was talking, I immediately asked him to give me his superiors number. He bluntly refused and questioned why he should give the number. He said his name was Adnan Khan. I request OLA Cab service to first teach some decency and manners to their employees. Such incidents are only shameful and degrade your reputation.
