I had used ola cab service on 9th and 10th feb respectively. What I fail to understand is that on what basis can you charge the customer because he/she has booked a cab for a peak time and then your company is so indecent and unprofessional enough that you charge the customer even if the cab is stuck in a traffic which is not in anyone's hands. I have been using Ola cabs recently. I am much satisfied with prompt services and also politeness of the Drivers.
