I had booked a car (CRN.No.[protected] for today[protected] at 9.45Am) for a pick up from Malleswaram and drop at Indiranagar. I had made a booking yesterday itself since I did not want to be late for my appointment. I had heard that Ola cabs are most reliable but I was highly disappointed. The taxi did not turn up at 9.45Am as scheduled and no body from your office had the courtesy to inform me at least half an hour before so that I could make alternate arrangements. when I called to know why the taxi did not arrive, Your staff then informed me that it was cancelled due to some accident or something and that they would credit Rs.100 to my account. This is ridiculous. We do not want money, we want service. However, I am highly disappointed with your service According to me Ola or any other taxi, all are same and nothing special with OLA Regards, R.S.Mohan

    Hi, This in regards to the cab which i booked from my office Capgemini MIDC, Talwade Pune at around 10 pm. Details:-Confirmed CRN 60598236. I booked the cab at 10.16pm, the ETA was 18 minute, so the driver was expected to come at 10.35. I checked my watch, it was 10.35, my Ola app showed driver has arrived.When i called the driver he said it will take him 10 mins, called him again said 5 mins, called him again after 5 mins said 5 minutes more and finally he was there with the car but to my surprise it was without diesel, so what driver said i will send make sure you reach your destination. Called some guy for my pick up, but he never came. I said to the driver if you didn't had petrol, you could have easily cancelled the request, i had the auto option, i would have gone by the auto. To my question the driver replied, you can go by auto now, when it was already 11, hardly any auto i would have found. He said Sir lets go, i went inside the car, he said i will start your reading, i said ok, so he started the reading.we travelled only a bit, now we had to take a left but the driver said we need to look for diesel so he took the right turn, the opposite way to my journey looking, i said you have started the reading, why are looking for diesel on my money.He said Sir give me 10-20 rupees less, it was really lonely road, i was frightened, the driver was nice but u always get terrified seeing lonely roads after hearing all the stories of Cab services.We reached a petrol pump but that was closed.So he started the Car, travelling so fast, i didn't said anything to him, as he seems to be a local guy, frightened but still some how managed to call customer care.In the meanwhile the driver we had already covered half distance, and was on the highway and driver stopped. I talked with the guy from the customer care Rameshwara, he put my call on hold, and started talking to the driver for more than 5 minute.Some how it came to his mind that the customer is on the line so he connected to me again, saying we are sorry, We will try to book a cab for you an told the driver to stop the reading which had reached to rs204, For half an hour, i was waiting on the highway but nothing happened, called Ola cab customer care again, but every time but every new customer care i needed to tell my tragedic journey from the scrath again. After few time the customer care guy Rameshwara, called saying that we cannot book a cab for you as there are no cabs available near your place. In the Meantime he said i have credited your Account with 300 Ola money as a good will gesture. He told me about my exact location, i conveyed that to him.I checked my watch it was almost 12, so i started walking and after walking for about 2 kms i found the auto, I was travelling through the auto and Rameshwara called again saying sorry Sir, we have booked a cab for my. I said no need of it man, i have booked an Auto. In Short what i want to convey if my mother, daughter, sister, wife would have been in my place or even i would have some important metting to attend.What would have they or i done? To add the misery i was charged with 200 bucks which Ola deducted from my Account for this kind of journey.Is this the way you treat your customers??? I hope i will write a good article on this.       HI, An office colleague booked Ola cabs yesterday for me- CRN 60289464 at 8 pm from BTM layout stage 2. I had a very bad experience because of the following:- The driver's phone no.[protected] was coming switched off He came 10 mins late for the pickup His behavior was very rude Also he broke many traffic rules as he was continously speaking on the phone while driving, driving rashly upwards of 120 kmph on the highway When I asked him to stop speaking on the phone, he started shouting at me and defended his actions Also I tried to lodge a complain with Ola cabs helpline no. but everytime I told them that I want to lodge a complaint, the phone hung up suspiciously Was really worried about my safety throughout the whole ride -Puneet

        My brother missed his train because of the OLA driver. First of all he booked a Ride Now Cab at 9 am on 13th Feb, 2015 the driver came in late by 10 minutes. After all of that he kept on driving slow which my brother pointed out to the driver however the driver kept on saying that he will make him reach on time. There was not much traffic too as per my brother but when I called the driver later asking why did he not reach on time? He said there was lot of traffic which is not the case. I seriously think that this driver should be educated about time sense and take appropriate action against him and penalised for that as my brother have lost all the money and foremost thing is he had to take all the pain to miss his train as he was very happy since he was visiting native after such a long time. It took 2 hrs 15 min to reach Yeshwanthpur Railway station by the driver when there was not much traffic.The driver is so irresponsible and cant just tolerate him now. Don't you think when my brother was going on telling the driver to make it fast as he will miss the train, the driver showed no concern. I am seriously pissed off with this situation that my brother had to undergo and will definitely take it to higher level. I know the situation which my brother has undergone when he missed the train for Kolkata.And I am just making it very clear that I want all my ola travel money for this ride and also the money which he lost for the train refunded .           I booked OLA cab for airport today morning 3:30. Driver boarded me without having diesel in his car @ mid night. I Had to drop the cab at middle of the road and some how got other airport taxi. I was just about to miss my flight. Thank god I was not travelling wd my wife and kid. Very unsafe and unreliable.

            Hi Team, I am frequent user of OLA cabs.But my last ride was really worst ride ever. I asked the driver for the shortest route for my ride and also try to guide him accordingly. But he was so desperate that he drove the car in his own way and the AC was also not working. Apart from that one time the car has been stopped due to technical issue. I have also complaint trough mobile app same day but I didn't received any call from OLA regarding my problem. Please look into this issue.               Hired OLA cab from Koti location (hyderabad, Telangana state) at 11:46 PM for my family consisting of elders and ladies, received cab details and on calling the cab driver he said he cannot come, the same thing happened for next 3 cabs attached is the screenshot details of cab booking number:CRN60196998 and cab, but none of them responded to pick up.On calling the customer care did not help. I never experienced such service with any other cab providers (eg: Dot cab, Meru Cab, Uber). I regret i choosed OLA, being working in a major corporate, will share my experience to all my office mates and warn them the worst service OLA providers. The next day i called the customer care to explain the issue, shocked to see the customer service rep being unable to take my compliant. This is the worst service experienced and sharing the same on social media as well. Sir, I request to take this as formal complaint and take necessary action so that some other passenger does not face the same.

                Ola cabs is becoming so popular in Chennai. But Today morning (12/02/2015) I was just standing behind an Indica car (ola), Number of the car (TN CQ 0561), the driver is so carless that he could not even keep his legs on breaks and the car was just coming behind inch by inch and would have have hit my bike had'nt i shouted. This happened in Tenampet signal today morning (12/02/2015) around 10 Am. Please look into this matter. OLA cabs has good reputation in Chennai. Don’t let it spoil because of these careless drivers.

                  I had used ola cab service on 9th and 10th feb respectively. What I fail to understand is that on what basis can you charge the customer because he/she has booked a cab for a peak time and then your company is so indecent and unprofessional enough that you charge the customer even if the cab is stuck in a traffic which is not in anyone's hands. And on top of that your driver fail to reach on time and still I have to pay money for wait charges whereas your driver was unable to find my address which is very much situated in a well known area of the city, thereby wasting my time and making me wait instead. On 9th I had booked a mini for airport online but after submitting details it displayed economy sedan. I even called up you guys to confirm the car and they told me it is mini. I do understand that you need to charge us the toll booth rate but why the hell you have different criteria of rate for airport pickup and drop i.e.18/km for first 30 kms whereas it is normally 10. I understand the fact that it is located far from the city but then it is not my fault. Instead of 10 you can charge 12 but 18... I mean this is the heights when an organization can stoop down so much to extract money from the customer. I would be really glad if someone from your company respond to this. I would be waiting.

                      I recharged my OLA money account with Rs 500 on 7th February. The amount was deducted from credit card but it wasn't transferred into my ola account. I contacted customer care the same day and he told me to write a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com. I sent him mail many times but didn't get reply back from their side. Than I talked to Mr. shebab khan who gave me assurance to gave my money back in bank account because i don't want to use OLA cab anymore. After continuously chasing two days they gave me money on my OLA account but i don't want this back in that account as it was discussed to gave me on my Bank account. I have also attached below screen shot. 1) screen shot of bank details that money debited from my account. 2) Screen shot of OLA money account. (money credited after two day but this should be in bank acount insted of OLA Money) Customer care staff are not supportive and specially Mr. shebab khan didn't helped after giving his assurance. So requesting you to please give my money back in bank account not in OLA cab as it is not usefull for me and i will never use this service anymore.. -Regards, Vivek Sheth

                      Hi, I booked a car from Noida Sector-11 to Delhi Nizammudin railway stataion, after i got the invoice i came to know that he had taken MCD toll while i had paid that in cash . Also he charged wait time while he did not wait for a second .

                        Respected Sir/Madam Sir i am daily user of OLA cabs and i had very great respect, but from past few ola has become highly unreliable due to unethical business practices.Here are few issues i am.facing regularly. 1 When we have balance in OLA money Ola app will not at all launch this problem i am facing from.past 10 days, is this a new way of fooling customers?from same place when i book from.other number ola app which has 0 balance in account we can able to book it .This happened to me many times.Secondly when we launch Ola app it says invalid id, i dont know where id came into picture.I am very much aware.on how to use the app. 2.Redponse from customer care executive is very bad. 3 Please inform all the drivers that customers are promised for AC cabs .because when ever we ask to switch on AC they will tell 10 words i dont know why ?why we are being harrased i dont know 4.Quality of cabs is worst i am afraid even if they have fitness certificate also. I have complained many times i.will get one automated message and the problem will be as it is .Really disgusting Regards Deepak Deshpande

                          I had pre booked ola taxi on 7 feb 6.30 am. the booking was done on 6th feb night and I got confirmation message from ola cab. ( crn[protected] no driver details I received upto 6.30 am. then I called customer care and they sent me driver details. I called the driver for confirmation but he was unble to reach and he said that anaother driver will pick up me and after 5 min they again change the driver and cab details. I called that driver too. but no res[ponse...after 10 min I got another driver details and after 2 min I got regretion mail for cancellation. due to which I missed my flight from bengaluru to jaipur. which was non refundable. and I have to book new ticket which cost rs 8210. + local taxi 2000 rs( bcoz o[censored]rgency). total 10210 rs loss due to OLA cab. they are cheater.

                            I had prebooked a sedan on 7 February 15 for 1245 hrs. The booking was confirmed vide ref noCRN37385506. On enquiry 25 kts before scheduled departure, I am informed that the driver details would be sent shortly. This was followed by a message saying that the taxi would be delayed by upto 30 mts from the confirmed time due traffic. The drivers details were given.On contacting him, I am told that he is about ten km away and that he would be on his way soon.At 1245 hrs, I called him again and he told me he was stuck in traffic and would take another thirty minutes. As the appointment was an important one, I had to cancel the booking and take my personal car . The driver seemed relieved at the cancellation. I took the same route the driver said was jammed and there was minimal traffic. What was told to me was a lie and my cancellation would have been recorded as attributable to traffic and resolved as unavoidable! Ola has caused me a lot of avoidable discomfort by their careless approach to service. On complaining to them, I got a meaningless apology with a credit note for Rs 300 to my Ola account. But the point really is that they are irresponsible in the first place accepting commitments they cannot fulfill as they do not have control of the factors involved in the service they undertake to provide. Ola has a long way to go in order to be a reliable service provider. Till that time, they will be a source of harassment to gullible customers who believe they are opting for dependable service.                               I recharged my ola money account with Rs 500 on 4th January. The amount was deducted but it wasn't transferred into my ola account. I contacted customer care the same day and he told me to write a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com, since then I have dropped several mails and called customer care several time. Every time, I am told that my issue is highlighted as priority one and will be solved in 24 hours but so far I have not received any communication from ola cab side. Customer care is saying that they are a separate division and couldn't contact support team. Please look into the matter ASAP, my userid is [protected]@yahoo.co.in, please check all the mails I have sent. They already had all the required information.

                                OLA cab service providers are cheaters. Their impression with me was horrible as cab didn't come to my place. I had to catch a flight to Bangalore from Delhi airport. With ref no. CRN36229356, I had booked a cab with la cabs to reach to airport. They had to show up at 4:15am since my flight was at 6:15am. But they didn't show up and I missed my flight since I couldn't reach to airport before 45 mins at the scheduled time. They should be charged hefty fees because of their irresponsible behavior and loss of the customer should be reimbursed.

                                  I was travelled two different days ( 31Jan 2015 and 03 Feb2015 ) for Ola Mini Cab. The root and the distance are same. But I paid different amount for those trips. When I seen the Invoice, I had shocked to notice that the wait time charge of Rs 70.00 and Peak time charge of Rs 50.00. What it mean? Those are not informed me before booking a cab. When I am inside of the cab How wait time is eligible /counted. Suppose the cab on the traffic then the wait time is started means I am not to prefer Ola cabs on peak time - right??. Because in Chennai normal time it self more traffic due to metro train work going in more places. For Peak time the customer will unnecessarily pay one more charges of peak time charge with your waiting charge. While we try to book a cab so many add will come to raise our phone bill. Why don't you SMS for those conditions before book the cab?? I am very much afraid of your fair statement. |

This booking was cancelled as the driver had said he is in Gandhibazaar while the boarding place was basaveshwaranagar. Money has been deducted from Ola money though the booking was cancelled. Could you please refund the same.

                                    Hi Team, This is with reference to CRN 36202106. This booking was cancelled as the driver could not understand the pickup venue and took more than half an hour to reach the place. Finally, since he still was not on the correct route i cancelled the ride. Money has been deducted from Ola money though the booking was cancelled. Could you please refund the same.

                                      Hi, I had booked a can on for 1st January at morning 4 AM with reference number CRN24462434, they have sent me a driver detail before 30 minutes and when i called to driver he was telling that not able to come because he was so far from my pick location and same answer got by customer care representative . But when u r not able to come on time then why you booked the order . Because of you i have to spent a lot to reach to my destination . I also had harassment . I also registered a complain by phone and also by email . But i not even received a single call from OLA cab. Sucha a bad service from OLA cab . Never beleive on OLA cab .

However, to improve the services better and better I wish to submit the following concerns: 1.
