I booked a can to the Hyderabad airport on 24th January 4.30am. Booking reference number is 31891062. I got a confirmation message with the driver details. My flight was at 6.15am from Hyderabad to Jaipur (via Mumbai) Air India AI695 / AI611.y ticket number is 098-[protected]. On the required time, the cab failed to show up.the driver's number was not reachablrt. After repeatedly calling the Ola cabs helpline, I was told the driver had picked up another fare. I also got a bill of Rs 508/- from Ola, for a cab ride I NEVER TOOK! I tried booking other cabs at this time, but due to non availability, I could not get a cab on time. Finally I got a Meru Cab and reached the airport at 6.30 am. 15 mins.late. I had to book another flight to jaipur, the only available flight via Delhi AI543 ticket number[protected], and had to pay Rs 11, 139 from my pocket extra. My original flight ticket cost me Rs 6708. Because of Ola's mistake, I had to spend Rs 11139 extra and arrived 8 hours late for my friend's wedding. I want full compensation for Rs 11139 my air ticket which I had to book extra.

    i had booked ola cabs one day in advance for going to dinner party in khardah from baguiati under crn no32014316 for dated 25th jan2015 they sent sms for driver datails and car no .. but during contact to driver he denied to come to pick up and driver advised to contact office and ola office alloted 4 more cabs one by one within 15 mts . but no one wanted to come to pick up so finally ola office cancelled my booking and i was shocked as i had to go dinnerparty with my family so one air taxi aggreed on rs 1400.00 for 40 kms run and 1 hrs waiting that was too my good luck that immediatly i got air ac taxi in my lacality I would draw kind attention of all passengers who wanted to attend any type of parties do not rely on ola and other this type of cab bookings its better to approcah car rentals per hour in your locality however olacab executive had offered me a comansation of rs 300 by sms to me which i dont want as it was my first experice and was very very shocking one, really their drivers are very rude and not listen to their office and thatswhy we saw one rape case in delhi by uber cab service ..i have written this complaint for public awareness anil khanna kolkata mob [protected]

      I booked taxi with mobile app with CRN No 31357276. However dirver did not pick. We waited for 30 minutes as he was promising that he would come. However he did not. Later on it was cancelled. This is really pathetic experience with OLA cab. Due to this we could not reach the destination on time.

        Hi, I have booked a cab from Phoenix Market City, Bangalore to Toit BrewPub, IndiraNagar with CRN 32641922. The exact distance is 7.6 km for which the cab driver has to take around Rs 150 as mentioned. But the driver took the longer route because of which the total bill came to Rs 316 which is more than double.Kindly please check the case.

          I am a Defence council member, I have to attend a conference at Nagpur, accordingly my train was on 19 Jan 2015 at 0600 hrs. Hence, I booked your OLA Cab on 18 Jan 2015 at 10.25 AM from my residence to Cantonment Rly Station, my Booking Registration No. 29799374. I have received message on 19 Jan 2015 at 04.54 AM from your booking office and informed the Driver Name (ABHISHEK), his Mobile No.[protected] and mentioned he will come and pick up at my residence (Jalahalli West), after that the driver called me and asked the location address, but, with in 5 minutes I have received a message and mentioned that " Sorry Unable to reach your place and my Booking has been cancelled ". This message I have received at 06.15 AM, this may be verified. In view of the above, I have upset and my entire programme has been cancelled. Hence, I am planning to File a Case at Consumer Court for seeking loss for my nature of work. Expecting your immediate reply, if not, this will be taken up in the Consumer Court. G Thirukumar

              Hi, I had booked cab with booking id :CRN31612278 on 23-jan-2015 for 25-jan-2015 5:20 a.m from Gurgaon to New Delhi Railway station as i had to board a train from new delhi railway station. I got a confirmation message with driver and cab details in the morning at 5:00 a.m. and suddenly within 5 minutes i received a message that my cab has been cancelled as there is no car near my pickup location. I called the customer care number and they told me they are having over booking so they could not provide me the cab. I told them i had booked the cab one day in advance so how can there be any kind of over booking and i had received the driver details as well. He said there is some problem in the system and he cannot provide any other cab as well. Due to this I missed my train from New Delhi Railway station as i could not get any other cab. This has been my worst experience. Ola cabs are not reliable at all.

              Atrocious fare

              For a distance of 8.5 km, i was charged Rs. 446 on 28/5/2016. I had accepted a surge fare of x 2.2. But how that can result in such a high fare is not clear. The basic fare is Rs. 9 per km. This atrocious charge is made in the most opaque manner.

                Hi - This is with respect to the CRN31647090 where in my wife had booked the cab from Indriyani nagar - Bhosari to Balewadi and upon a call from the driver, my wife directed him the address where he needs to come for the pickup and initially he said he would check and come however upon calling again he said that he is not able to find the address and that my wife should come to the point where he has parked his car. He was very rude to my wife and was not at all cooperative and such a approach is not at all acceptable form you as I am a freequent user of OLA and this has been a bitter experience of all. Due to all this my wife had to take wait and had to take the trouble of hiring another cab to balewadi which has been a mental harassment for her Ushassu [protected]

Before bookin the cab, I specifically enquired about the total approx. charges which were confirmed to Rs. 290.00 at your given number. I enquired about total fare before booking the cab. I was told that the maximum amount shall be Rs. 290.00. But the bill was generated for Rs. 560.00 which is almost double.                       Dear OLA Cabs, I am really very sorry to narrate a mail like this. I have never/ever have seen a turtle reply like this(Even u have not replied to mails where you oblige u will get back to me). If you could not have our Travel pleasant and hassle free, I am afraid that OLA should have invested in some other business other than making people frustrated. Despite many remainder sent across and calls made up, the response is quite bad. I am even planning for writing some blogs on the net about my bad experience with OLA. Apologize me for being harsh as my experience with OLA thrust me to spread a bad reputation. Is this the way, u always treat people and their time/journey? Is this some kind of funny games you are playing with us? This is Jaffer, Coimbatore reputed firm, and a regular customer of other best-rated/first-class Taxi like TaxiTaxi, RedTaxi, FriendsTrack, Fastrack, etc... Here below is my complaint. =============================== I booked a taxi today at 8:18 AM 22-Jan-2015 to board your Taxi. The customer executive promised me that the taxi will reach my place at 8:30 PM. I have again called and confirmed it at 8:54 AM. Then I have been waiting from 8:55 to 9:20 AM and finally I called them to know the status, when they replied me "Sir, the booking is not done so far..." I asked them to check the call-log and I explained them the time of my reservation and so on.. But they were not ready to hear whatever I tell, and kept the call without any reason. Again I called them, but it was stupid reasons given by your customer-support. on your service !!! Our curse will never make you shine anywhere anymore. Then I booked my taxi in TaxiTaxi(Coimbatore) and immediately I got my travel taxi booking number and the Taxi reached my place and comparatively the taxi fare is cheaper than yours and they are garlanding their customer with good service and with a most comfortable Swift Dzire Car and I booked a ticket in private bus (since i missed my train because of you people) and now travelling towards my destination. When I'm back to Coimbatore, I'm sure I need to escalate this issue to all the people around coimbatore and educate them on the tricks you play with our travel. Even I need to consult with my friends/lawyers for the same, since I have all the evidance of my booking and call-logs for the same. I have attached my phone-call-logs for your reference. The above said complaint is true to my knowledge and I have all the proof, and only you people should run soon since because of the worst customer support. Also, your OLA app is dead to the core, and there is always a reply from your customer support that they have technical issue (this is the third time I'm hearing from your team that they have technical issue, then why did you people jump into this business? ). =============================== Kindly do understand it’s hard to build trust than to destroy it. I have tried calling on the number provided +[protected] and it left unanswered all the time. Hardly they make a pick and the response from them is bleak. Even my friends asked me not to use your Cab service, I should have get with my friends words to avoid all kinds of topsy-turvy. Now, it was me wandering and yelling at the way I am counterfeited. Can’t you understand if you took travel service as your advertising technique(which includes free ola money and so) and fake out people, it’s finally going to be the company reputation which will get a blow shot. When I share my experience with my company colleagues/friends about the fraud and the news spread from 5 – 500 –[protected]... The only one thing I want to emphasize through this mail is that "Please don’t even entertain hurting people on their travel. Let our travel not be wonderful..at least let it be hassle-free" Thanks for reading through..                         I had book ULA cab from Pune station today 21/01/2015, againest booking i had conformation about booking with other details given below. Driver Name. Sanjay Car :- White Tata indigo. Car no mh 12 gz 5084 It was very strange and bad experience with OLA cab. Driver was not responding for picking me & my family along with 2 month's now born baby. The language he was using was not good and without any agitates. cab location was changed by driver three times & for forth time He enforce and told me to cancel the cab. He was abusing me because Police caught OLA driver because of customer. i dont know why he was using such language. I am requesting you please please look into it, i am very annoyed on what happened today

                          Yesterday i was booked a ride from Pratap Naagar to Jaipur Junction my pickup time was 12:01 am CRN no.30625492 but till 12:20 cab driver not contact me then after i was follow up with customer care but the are not give me any satisfied response my train was miss my business trip was canceled due to irresponsible services. Mo buddy take responsibility, I was just talk with customer care they are not provided any authurity person name and no. no buddy pick a phone on corporate office. I need a compression for this kind of bull poor service.

                            Dear sir I would like to inform you that I have transferred 300 Rs. for OLA cab on 9 Jan. 15 by Net banking (INB/[protected]/E-BILLING Sol. Pvt/). Yet it is not credited in OLA cab. I asked from bank, they issued me payment reference no. 32407741. after that I have transferred 200 Rs. Which has been credited in OLA cab. so I request you to consider this matter.I have yet not received Rs 300, neither my account nor in ola cab credit it.please send me complaint no. as soon as possible. Please take appropriate action as soon as possible . I have already informed your call centre but I have not received any appropriate answer. RegardsM.P.SINGH

                              I Download the OLA Cab App under the APP download & earn Rs 200 OLA money & after downloading the APP i received the Rs 200 OLA Money. In APP Friends refer & Earn offer, if friend download the APP & take the first ride through their Login the referral friend earn the Rs 200 after complete the offer. So i refer My friends for downloading the APP & they take the Ride & for complete the above offer i received the Rs 600 as OLA Money in account. But suddenly appx one month OLA SMS that you wrongly used the account & we deduct the OLA Money from your account Rs 800 now my balance is only Rs 100. Company first give offers to customer & after successful the APP forwarding aim Company give the non sense reason & reverse the Money so Company indirectly cheat the customer for their promotion & after fulfill their requirement company reverse the Money. I Complaint to customer care for that & they said that you download more than one account in one device but when customer download & not fit in company T&C than how they credit the OLA Money & once OLA Money credited in customer account that's direct indication that customer full fill the all T&C. & this is company fault that they Credit the Money not the customer fault & once the Credit the Money in customer account Credit is Customer property.

                                  To The customer service Dear Sir: I had booked your call taxi service for pick up from Perambur (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) to Thiruvanmayur (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) for today [protected] I booked for taxi yesterday[protected] around 11-45 am I got the confirmation from OLA through sms at 11-48 am yesterday (CRN[protected] I did not receive any call from ola cabs / driver till 06.00 am today [protected] morning. When I contacted OLA cabs at about 06-05 am the person very cooly informed me that there is no taxi available. I was distressed and very angry to learn this. I had great difficulty in arranging for alternative mode of transport in the last moment that too when I have to take with me 2 senior citizens ( I am 57 years old). Despite having booked for call taxi well in advance (about 20 hours in advance), you did not provide the cab and above all did not even bother to inform me about the non availability of cab.It is highly distressing to receive this kind of treatment / service from OLA. This is the first time, I wanted to try OLA. And, what a terrible and distressing service / treatment I have been provided !!! I will NEVER EVER try OLA again; and my recommendation to others - my friends / relatives - will also be the same - DO NOT TRUST OLA CALL TAXI. My request is - if you are not sure do not commit / confirm.; at least, from now on let your service improve ! Also, at the time of booking, inform customers to contact you for confirmation, since booking well in advance does not confirm that you will provide cab on time !

                                    I booked a minicab today, CRN NO.[protected], Some driver named Amitkumar driving a white Maruti EECO. The booking was scheduled at 7:21 but the driver did not show up till 7:55 despite we receiving the message that the cab has arrived though delayed. We explained our address to the driver 4 TIMES who obviously did not know how to use the gps. He misbehaved with me quoting i dont own the cab or the company so i dont have the right to restrict him to call so many times. We called your customer care and they made us hold for 15 more mins which was definitely not expected of them. Just got another cab at 8 o clock. This is a serious issue as we wont tolerate such misbehaviour. Waiting for an apt and appropriate reply.

                                      OlaCab is looting people now, they have cheated many of other people also...They had given promo code to refer a friend on OlaCabs and if some one Join Olacabs from that code they were giving 100/- bonus to both. I had referred almost 25-30 friends and family members and Had 2746/- in My ola Money. Today they had deducted that money from Ola account. and they are saying i had referred more than one people and Olacabs policy that doesn't allow 2 accounts being used from the same device. ..so they did this.. they didn't mention this thing in Terms and condition too.. this thing happened with many of others also and they are giving same excuse to others also. they are simply cheating people...

                                        I am victim of a fraud done by OlaCabs, they have cheated many of other people... They had given promo code to refer a friend on OlaCabs and if some one Join Olacabs from that code they were giving 100/- bonus to both. I had referred almost 25-30 friends and family members and Had 2746/- in My ola Money. Today they had deducted that money from Ola account. and they are saying i had referred more than one people/ more than account has been logged in from same device..so they did this.. they didn't mention this thing in Terms and condition too.. this thing happened with many of others also and they are giving same excuse to others also. Please can you tell me can i take any legal action them ? they are simply cheating people...
