To The customer service Dear Sir: I had booked your call taxi service for pick up from Perambur (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) to Thiruvanmayur (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) for today [protected] I booked for taxi yesterday[protected] around 11-45 am I got the confirmation from OLA through sms at 11-48 am yesterday (CRN[protected] I did not receive any call from ola cabs / driver till 06.00 am today [protected] morning. When I contacted OLA cabs at about 06-05 am the person very cooly informed me that there is no taxi available. I was distressed and very angry to learn this. I had great difficulty in arranging for alternative mode of transport in the last moment that too when I have to take with me 2 senior citizens ( I am 57 years old). Despite having booked for call taxi well in advance (about 20 hours in advance), you did not provide the cab and above all did not even bother to inform me about the non availability of cab.It is highly distressing to receive this kind of treatment / service from OLA. This is the first time, I wanted to try OLA. And, what a terrible and distressing service / treatment I have been provided !!! I will NEVER EVER try OLA again; and my recommendation to others - my friends / relatives - will also be the same - DO NOT TRUST OLA CALL TAXI. My request is - if you are not sure do not commit / confirm.; at least, from now on let your service improve ! Also, at the time of booking, inform customers to contact you for confirmation, since booking well in advance does not confirm that you will provide cab on time !

    I booked a minicab today, CRN NO.[protected], Some driver named Amitkumar driving a white Maruti EECO. The booking was scheduled at 7:21 but the driver did not show up till 7:55 despite we receiving the message that the cab has arrived though delayed. We explained our address to the driver 4 TIMES who obviously did not know how to use the gps. He misbehaved with me quoting i dont own the cab or the company so i dont have the right to restrict him to call so many times. We called your customer care and they made us hold for 15 more mins which was definitely not expected of them. Just got another cab at 8 o clock. This is a serious issue as we wont tolerate such misbehaviour. Waiting for an apt and appropriate reply.

      OlaCab is looting people now, they have cheated many of other people also...They had given promo code to refer a friend on OlaCabs and if some one Join Olacabs from that code they were giving 100/- bonus to both. I had referred almost 25-30 friends and family members and Had 2746/- in My ola Money. Today they had deducted that money from Ola account. and they are saying i had referred more than one people and Olacabs policy that doesn't allow 2 accounts being used from the same device. ..so they did this.. they didn't mention this thing in Terms and condition too.. this thing happened with many of others also and they are giving same excuse to others also. they are simply cheating people...

        I am victim of a fraud done by OlaCabs, they have cheated many of other people...           My Booking ID is CRN29553776, I had booked a Minicab from Chennai central to Perumbakkam on18th Jan -2015 3.30am Pick up, i received a booking confirmation message and followed by Driver and car details, but the car dint show up, i tried calling the driver 2-3 times but he dint pick the call, later he switched off his phone. I had been waiting for his call for half an hour and later i had to find myself again different taxi to travel, if this is what the reliability of the OLA cab is then i am really disappointed about it.

            On Jan 15, 2015, I ordered cab vide CRN no 28849080 early in the morning for pick-up at 9.30 pm. The ola booking agent was clearly told that the vehicle must not only be in good condition but must have proper heating system since at that time it would be very cold at Noida-Delhi. This was again reminded in the follow-up call around 6 pm. The cab (an Indica car UP 17T 1554) finally arrived at 10 pm, almost 30 minutes late. The driver named Ramrakhe did not know the routes and obviously did not know how to use GPS system. The misery did not end there. The Indica car was in a dilapidated condition with the right rear wheel making large ‘thud’ noises at the smallest of speed-breakers or road pot-holes – for the entire journey I felt that the wheel might come off and the noise did not allow me to relax for a moment during the hour-long journey. The worst part was that the car did not have heating arrangement resulting in my suffered from intense cold. The company is guilty of providing shoddy services resulting in my mental and physical torture. I need to be properly compensated and with a promise of better services. I am one of ola cabs regular customers and feel cheated when the company does not respond to complaints. Thanks.

              I have booked the cab on 18/1/2015 @ 4.30 am and got the confirmation by SMS booking no.CRN29628398 on 17/1/2015 @ 6.47 pm. The driver name Mr.Vijay and his mobile no.[protected] and pick up vehicle Silver Mahindra - xylo TN23 BF 2731. I have reached by Chennai Central Railway Station by 4.00 am itself, I have tried to contact driver after received driver information by sms. The mobile number dialed getting answer not reachable, the same conveyed to your customer service 4 times and there is no proper response. Finally, your customer service person informed the driver not responding try some other vehicle @ 4.50 am. This treatment, I never expect from OLA. Due to this, I have wasted my time with my family and also spent extra money for reaching home. Hope you will take this message seriously and do the needful.                 Hi, I booked Ola mini cab as on 14th Jan'2015 at 11:49am for cab requirement on 14th Jan'2015 at 3pm which was duly confirmed vide CRN 28625558. At 2:40pm, Ola confirmed me driver details(Driver Bhairu-[protected], white toyota etios RJ 14TB 2998) and immediately at 2:41pm received message regarding cancellation of booking.                   booked cab to travel hi tech city. after reached hi tech driver asked me Rs. 467/-. i received sms statement of charges r s. 467/- includes waiting charges of Rs. 137.10/- (Extra Wait: 68:55 min). i called up[protected] regarding waiting charges, she replied waiting charges includes waiting at signal?????????. tomorrow i want to book cab from same plac e to same destination, can ur people take me to hitech city which out signals. is there any sense. i neve paid above amount whcih other cab provider in the city. can any one responed from ola Team. sorry for choosing OLA Cabs. First and last mistake from my end.

                    My name is Gaurav. I have been using OLA Service for the last 2 months. I saw in Ola App add that Earn rewards, invite friends to Ola cabs and earn Ola money. I started referring my friends to download ol app and take ride, Now they have deducted ola Money approx 1300 from my Ola Money with out any intimation. Ola was not given any free amount for me, i am promoting ola brand by referring to my friends... I got a message Ola!Ola money has been deducted from your account in lieu o[censored]npermitted referral usage. Is Their any permitted referral? Then why the hell Ola Cabs asking for refer your friend(By SMS, Gmail, Twitter, Face Book and Etc..) and earn rewards . Ola Cabs Cheating the Customers.                       I booked an Ola cab on 13th evening to drop me at Jaipur air port to catch an early Indigo flight JAI-DEL 6E- 622 departure at 06:30 am. I booked it at 10:30 pm /13th Jan/2015 for the morning of 14th January to pick up me at sharp 5:00 am. but next morning cab not reached at time, while i booked it one day earlier and Booking was accepted and confirm, i received a massage (1)on my mobile - Ola Rajkumar Sisodia your booking with CRN 28523218 has been received for 14 JAN, 5:00 am. (2)say Ola to your driver Pravin ([protected])for CRN 28523218 white tata indigo RJ 14TA8056 to pick you up @ 5:00 am, 14 Jan [protected] to track your cab. next morning after waiting the cab i call the driver and he says he not got any massage from Ola company so he could not come please contact first to company, ( i don't know why he was no informed or it was a miss communication or their technical fault but it is no acceptable. when i spoken to Ola company the person who taken my call says by mistake Driver not informed sir now driver is coming to your residence he reached to my residence at 5:30 when i reached to air port i was let security check in and boarding was boarding gate also was closed so i missed my flight ( i was going to attend an interview to Delhi.) i called to Ola and tell them about missing of flight the person who attend my call says within 24 Hour. Our executive will speak to you but still no body called me. I am going to file Complaint to Consumer forum. i suffered lot and got Headache about my interview I was going to missed my interview too.

                        Hi, Would like to draw your attention where in we have booked OLA CAB on 15th Jan 22.29PM departing(16th Jan 4.50AM) to Ahmed bad Air port from Sarkhej-Makraba( Orchid Whitefield) & got a confirmation within a second stating from AM-OLACAB, " Ola Sudhir, Your booking with CRN29076434 has been received for 16th Jan, 4.50AM. Book with a touch using olacabs iOS/Anroid/windows app on www.ola.bz/b. Looking at out flight departure time from Ahmed bad to Lukhnow is 6.20AM on 16th Jan 2015 we have booked a cab in 1 day advance with a buffer time of 1.30 hrs from OLA to depart at ahmedabad airport from Sarkhej-Makraba.Early morning on 16th Jan 4.10AM we have received again one message pertaining to Driver details from AM-OLACAB stating, "Say Ola to your driver MAHENDRA([protected]) for CRN 29076434 white Maruti eeco GJ18AX 4306 to pick you [protected]@4.50AM, 16Jan. [protected] to track your cab." Since the CAB not arrived by 4.45AM, Have called up on the number of Driver Mr.Mahendra & he stated that he will reach to booked place within 5 minutes.Again by waiting for another 5-10 minutes we have redialled & asked for the delay however again driver requested to wait for more 5 minutes. At 5:15 driver has arrived to booked place & we have departed way to Airport however to my surprise Driver is unknown to a way from Sarkhej to Airport resulted to more delay in travelling time in ideal situation. Since we have not been able to reach on time at Airport boarding place due to OLA CAB ARRIVAL & DRIVER ISSUE, We have missed our flight resulted to Financial loss. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE REIMBUIRSEMENT OF MY FLIGHT TARIFF BOOKED FOR TWO-RS.14, 000/- WITH SERVICE TAX. IN ADDITION TO THAT STAYING CHARGES FOR A DAY AT HOTEL IN AHEMDABAD COSTING RS.2500/-. AWAITING FOR YOUR POSTIVE RESPONSE AT THE EARLIEST & MOREOVER IF I WOULD NOT GOT SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION WILL TAKE THE MATTER AT LEGAL LEVEL AS WELL. Regards, Sudhir Sharma. [protected].

                          One of the worst experience I had with Ola cabs. I booked the Ola cab on 15th night at 7.30 pm to make sure I can get the cab on the morning 4.30. The cab driver called me and said he is in kundalahalli and its too far to come near bhattarahalli, KRPuram. He asked me the location and guided him accordingly. Later he called me and said he is on the way and then said cab is broke down. I know for sure driver deliberately avoided us to pick from this location. Here are the details of the cab driver: Say Ola to your driver SRIDHARA ([protected]) for CRN 29016850. Silver Tata indica KA 03 AB 4776 to pick you up @ 4:30 AM, 16Jan.[protected] to track your cab. Please share http://www.olacabs.com/track/hrlgoin with friends/family and let them track you. My question is why do they work as driver if they can't pickup service that too on emergency situation. Very bad experience then I had to call for Meru cabs and got picked up.

                            My name is Kalyan. One of my friend referred to use Ola app for booking cab. Then i downloaded Ola Cabs App in My mobile i have booked a cab and i was satisfied. I saw in Ola App add that Earn rewards, invite friends to Ola cabs and earn Ola money Friend earns 200! Friend Rides, you earn 200!. I started referring my friends to download ola app and take ride, nearly 15+ members are taken ride and for First 5 members add 200 per referral after that it add 100 per referral. Now they have deducted ola Money approx 1300 from my Ola Money with out any intimation. Ola was not given any free amount for me, i am promoting ola brand by referring to my friends...                               Hi, My name is Swamy and I travelled in OLA Cab on 4th of Jan 2015 and that was a worst experience I had in my life time. CRN Number : 25855844 Start Time : 10:15 PM Travel Distance : 17.7 Kms End time : 11:00 PM Driver Name : G Raghu Drivers Mobile No.: [protected] Cab Number : KA02-AT 8415 I Booked OLA Cab on 04.01.2015 by 10.15 cab reached by 10.15 and we reached the cab by 10.23 pm From Marathahalli to Railway station we travelled and reached by 11.00 pm. Driver said the charges for the trip was Rs. 338.00. I asked him the break up of the amount he told travelled Kms is 17.7 and waiting time is 51 Minutes. we started by 10:15 and reached by 11.00 Pm total time taken for the complete process is only 45 Minutes but the waiting time is 51 Minutes. when I asked the driver, he started speaking abusive language and plucked my Mobile and he did not give it back to me for 5-10 Minutes, then I spoke to the executive by name Anoop and he me to pay the amount. I had raised a complaint and there was no response from the cab management at all. I think I will never travel in OLA Cabs and never will encourage any of my friends or relatives to travel in OLA Cabs. I waited for more than a week to get a response from them, but of no use. I dont think these OLA CAb people will realise the value of the customers. I prefer all of you not to travel in OLA cabs as they are not professional at all. Regards Swamy +91 [protected]

                                I lost my Grey Puma Jacket on 6th Jan 2015 while i was travelling from Bangalore Airport to BTM second stage in Bangalore. I called up OLA 3-4 times and i am getting the same answer again and again that we would get back to you tomorrow and our supervisor will contact you Nothing has been done which is very disappointed. It's been now more than a week.Please do the needful otherwise i wont recommend to anyone for your customer service and cab service too.                                   Hi, I booked a cab from Jp Nagar to vijayanagar at 3.55 pm on 13th jan, 2015. The cab arrived at 4.05 pm and the total destination was 10.8 km. I am liable to pay Rs. 150 but I was asked to pay Rs. 202 as Rs 54 was charged for waiting. The driver very clearly mentioned to the customer care that there was no waiting period. The CRN number is 28364744. I have wasted more than 30 minutes in sorting out this matter.Kindly help.

                                  I have used OLA cabs before an hour. They mentioned waiting charge is Rs.34 for 22 mins. But there is one signal from boarding point to End point. It waited for 1 min in that signal.

                                    It is very unfortunate, on 10th Jan 2015 at 6.45 I tried recharging my OLA money with 500 using my hdfc net banking, the money got debited from the bank, however the same has not got credited to Ola money account. I wrote 3 emails since 10th Jan to [protected]@ola.com but no reply, I called their customer care number no action taken. I will never ever suggest anyone using OLA Cabs and planning to take action against the company, it might by only 500 but the attitude matters to me the most Those who want to recharge money please think 100 times before doing to, because if it is lost you will probably not able to recover.

                                      I had booked a cab from OLA on 13.01.2015 reporting Time to me 4.00 AM.(CRN No.[protected] I had received DRIVER and car detail at 3.15.AM.When I called several times to the driver on the given mobile No.[protected] He never picked the phone. As my flight was scheduled at 5.30 AM from Pune Airport I called the call centre number [protected] twice and they are also unable to reply. And last at 4.20 AM they said to me to do the alternate arrangement due to this cancellation at last minute I missed the flight. After this the I received SMS that I cancelled the trip which I never did. Because of non arrival of your cab hence I want recovery of Rs 10, 500/-, the money which I lost because of missing my flight PUNE to KOLKATA of your negligence

                                      Ola Cabs / ANI Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      This is to register the complaint against Ola delhi cab service. They committed the service to be provided but for the first time however they committed it is booked but I have not received any confirmation message, I called them again and they committed again for the service to be provided and I do received a confirmation message however they backed up at the last time and despite me calling driver's cell number again and again, he refused to pick up and I will attach the same confirmation message. At the end after waiting for a long time, I have to take another option to reach my destination i.e IGI airport, but at the end I missed my flight causing me to book another ticket costing around 3000 INR. Therefore, I want to register this complaint for the reimbursement of the amount I have to pay for re-booking of my flight and additional trauma I have to face
                                      Hope it helps me notifying the Ola managers.

                                      Ola Cabs — bad behaviour of driver, talking rudly

                                        I already have Ola App downlaoded and the bill for my ride(CRN No.[protected] was also deducted from Ola Money only.
                                        I am unable to book it from Ola App as it was slow/unresponsive that time, so i called customer care and booked, what's wrong in this process ??

                                        Ola Customer care replied that its applicable only for bookings fom Ola App only, Its non understandeable for me that if i have an Ola Account and bill was paid from Ola Money itself, why they are not concerning my case.
                                        Ola Sucks !!
                                        I need my 50% discount back of that ride.
