I ordered 7 items amounting to a total of INR 409 from OLADASH on[protected] at 8:00 PM. The app advertised it will be delivered within 10 minutes, and there was no option for COD. I paid INR 409 via Amazon Pay as and once I went back to the app the order had not been registered.
After waiting for some time I could see that there was no intimation from OLA about my order.
After a few more minutes it started showing that my order had been received at the store and it would be delivered, I was relieved. But after 10 mins of waiting when I checked up on my order THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY ORDER PLACED BY ME. NOTHING. Everything was cleared and as if I was trying to order for the first time.
To add to my misery, I could not find ANY CHANNEL AT ALL TO CONTACT SUPPORT about this! Not only do I not have my items, but I am also out of 400 rupees!
I am hugely disappointed in oladash, I just demand the refund of my amount as soon as possible.

I am attaching the amazonpay receipt for reference.
Similar issue happened to me as well. I paid via GPay for Rs.195 and no order got placed. I tried contacting Ola customer care and no proper response. There is no customer care for OlaDash.
I guess, this is a new way to steal the money from consumers... avoid olaDash

    Dear Team,

    I haven't book any ride on 25 January 2022 and 26 January 2022 but someone is using my misusing my email id for booking ride .kindly explain how ola can book the cab in my email id for other riders.

    This is not acceptable that you are using email id for other rider as it security issue . kindly explain.

    I have sent mail to ola security team but they haven't responded still now .This is serious security issue.

      Dear team,

      I have booked Ola cab from Malad to Virar at wed 15 Dec 2021. Payment was done by cash as driver requested cash. But it is not updated on website and company still asking for payment. There is no support contact details available for such issues.

        I write with utter disappointment regarding the services offered by ola.
        Rs. 188 was deducted
        for the first time on the day of taking the ride that is 25th December 2021 and Rs. 187 was deducted again on January 14th 2022. I was asked to pay Rs. 1 for my previous trip and I had accepted the payment but Rs.187 was later deducted from my paytm account. I had taken 2 trips on 14th Jan and was charged 3 times on the same day. I had reported the issue taking the help of the support section on the app on the same day( January 14th 2022). Attaching the pictures for your reference on what action I took to report the issue. It clearly said there I would receive a refund in 7 days. Please note that I did not receive any ticket after reaching out through the app. Since I had not received my refund by 21st Jan 2022, I informed the customer support regarding this along with another issue I was facing. The CS executive had raised a ticket on my behalf to which there was a response saying I had not reported it within the stipulated time when I reported the issue on the same day the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. On again reaching out today, the CS agent said they could not find the record of the complaint.
        I have attached all the documents as proof that I have done everything on my part to report the issue on time. i kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest

              Regarding Cancellation Charges- CRN2849784519

              Dear sir,

              Please note that I have not canceled the ride, it was canceled by the driver and you had wrongly charged Rs. 50.00 to me.

              If it was canceled by me then what is the reason for booking another Ola cab at the same time and I traveled for Bandra terminus.

              This is cleare cheating of your company

              Kindly take a note and reverse the charges at the earliest...

              On 13th December I had booked ola. After the ride i have paid through G pay Rs. 508/- to the driver account. But in the app it's still status showing pending.
              I have also mailed the details to Ola support mail ID but there's no response.because of that I am unable to book ola cab.
              Please kindly look into this issue & resolve as soon as possible.

                OLA is threatening me everyday, every minute. Recently a person who claims to be a legal guy from OLA asks me to pay outstanding in a shouting way else he is going to send legal notice, gundas or police in a very bad tone. He is talking of a number that i do not own. How pathetic is that.

                He is continuously harassing me mentally and misbehaving every minute.

                  pay the fare online and I paid the driver Rs.1410.00, in cash as demanded by him. However, I have been receiving messages to
                  clear the due of Rs.1911.00, although I paid the fare (Rs.1410/-) to
                  the driver in cash.

                    Ola app has become worst. Even after making the payment by Gpay, it says pending in ola app. Even after making the payment by cash, it says pending . Such a horrible app . Because of this, can't book a different ride. I am going to delete OLA app and install UBER.
                    OLA needs to work on this horrible issue.

                            Dear team,

                            I had received substandard food which was stale. As a covid patient I was dependent on your delivery & when received was open to disappointment. I'd reported the same and was told this issue would be escalated & a refund would be credited in a time frame of 4 hours back to ola money. However nothing happened.
                            I followed up alternative days with three agents - Asma, Syeda & Veeramani who gave me a scripted response saying the payment is "stuck" . And I'll get it end of the day. Three end of the days have passed & one week since I reported the issue.
                            I'm not sure how a tech firm with fintech products like ola money have a poor return policy.

                            Kindly look into the issue. And request you & your team not to use scripted apologies.

                              Ola drivers dont accept wallet payments in 90 percent cases.They immediately cancel trips.then again customers have to wait.but if customer cancels any trip he gets charged.For denying wallet or digital payments drivers should be charged heavily. Drivers ask customers to cancel trips and keep calling unless we cancel it.
                              Drivers overtake and drive in rash manner also dont have change even Rs 5, 10, 20 etc.This is why they want payment in cash.

                                I have booked OLA Auto's from Dec 29 to Jan 07. The Driver agreed to come only if full cash is paid. I had paid him full Cash after the ride, Even though OLA says it has paid from OLA MONEY

                                1. I have not subscribed or changed my settings to pay through to OLA MONEY
                                2. The OLA DRIVER has not informed me that OLA has paid the Money on behalf of me.
                                3. I have written to OLA Money Customer support but no response
                                4. I am asked to pay extra Rs.500 though i paid the driver with Cash from OLA Money
                                5. I am charged extra Rs.50 now for late payment.
                                6. I am getting continuous annoying calls from OLA as well.

                                    I cannot able to use my olamoney wallet balance. I am getting error ola money wallet is not available for user. Kindly check and resolve the issue. Already I have raised several tickets for the same issue but no one has gave me the proper solution. Without giving proper solution closing the ticket. I have been keep on following up for the same issue for past one week. Kindly resolve this issue.

                                      When Ola electric scooter booking started we also booked Ola S1 priced at 1lakh with rs499 in the hope to get a electric scooter. Delivery was promised between Dec 15-Dec30. We were waiting for 3 months when they emailed that delivery will happen between Jan 15-Jan30. We adjusted and waited more. Then without any communication very cunningly the delivery date was not showing instead it was showing dispatch Jan 31. We still hoped and waiting. Yesterday ola sent emailed that production would be stopped for S1 and I will have to pay 30k more to upgrade to S1 pro forcibly otherwise production will start by end of 2022 with not even indication of delivery. This is bizzare, ridiculous and totally wrong of a company that has been misleading India consumers and promoting their brand falsely. Requesting your support as those who don't pay more forcibly will have to cancel after funding a false project and after waiting for months with no positive outcome. Please help!
