    I cannot able to use my olamoney wallet balance. I am getting error ola money wallet is not available for user. Kindly check and resolve the issue. Already I have raised several tickets for the same issue but no one has gave me the proper solution. Without giving proper solution closing the ticket. I have been keep on following up for the same issue for past one week. Kindly resolve this issue.

      When Ola electric scooter booking started we also booked Ola S1 priced at 1lakh with rs499 in the hope to get a electric scooter. Delivery was promised between Dec 15-Dec30. We were waiting for 3 months when they emailed that delivery will happen between Jan 15-Jan30. We adjusted and waited more. Then without any communication very cunningly the delivery date was not showing instead it was showing dispatch Jan 31. We still hoped and waiting. Yesterday ola sent emailed that production would be stopped for S1 and I will have to pay 30k more to upgrade to S1 pro forcibly otherwise production will start by end of 2022 with not even indication of delivery. This is bizzare, ridiculous and totally wrong of a company that has been misleading India consumers and promoting their brand falsely. Requesting your support as those who don't pay more forcibly will have to cancel after funding a false project and after waiting for months with no positive outcome. Please help!

        One week before I have added money to olamoney wallet for doing transactions in myntra. After adding money to my olamoney wallet my wallet got blocked. I have sent so many emails to them and raised several tickets. Still my issue is not solved but my ticket is getting closed as resolved. I have provided them error screenshot, device name, OS version and app version. Kindly take necessary action against them. Mobile No [protected].

          I was traveling back to home from Howrah station.
          When the driver drops me off, he asked me to pay a parking fee. But I have never paid any parking fee before while traveling back from same place.
          I have attached the details of journey and the payment separately made to driver below.

            I had taken the ride on 16th Oct 2021 from my Linked account of +[protected] from Khar to Mumbai Central which had cost me Rs 539 as shown in the OLA app for which I had already paid in Cash to the driver. [I had told them to ask driver about that]. After that Ola app keeps on showing that I have not paid Rs 539 & keeps on popping up on my mobile app. I thought it may be some mistake that I will resolve when I book a cab next time, but a few days back my Ola postpaid money was charged for which bill will be generated on 17 Jan 2022. It's completely harassment that I am facing because of there poor service & Technology. I want this amount to be refunded in my account. I am not liable to pay any amount. Please look it into this & resolve the issue. I have tried there customer care number but it's pathetic they don't answer.

              I had taken a ride on Dec 27th, the bill of which was Rs. 655. I had paid for that using Amazon Pay but now you have added this amount again in my Ola postpaid bill. Why would I play twice for the same ride!!

              I have sent the screenshots in email where it is very clearly mentioned that the same money got deducted twice. So I am asking for the refund of Rs. 655.

              I am getting a very stupid reply from the team that this issue has been raised beyond stipulated time. If the bill has been generated now (due on Jan 17)where I saw the discrepancy then how it is beyond the time frame.

              Stop cheating customers and provide some number where we can talk to the agent. Worst customer service by Ola.

                I am Ola driver partner my name is Shah Alam Khan and I received a outstation booking on 10th of Jan from Mumbai to ahmednagar after completion trip customer did not pay bill and went from there means bhaag Gaya.
                I called many time Ola partner care but they are not resolved my issue.
                They are not talking any responsibility for this matter.
                Ola deduct his commission and all kind of duction from my account also.

                Ola is a cheat company. Even after paying in cash to driver the amount shows pending in account and they don't even resolve.
                Pathetic service and useless company.
                I HV been raising the complaint for more than a month but their lazy ### don't take any action

                  Took a trip for a medical emergency on Nov 28 2021 CRN [protected], as it was raining heavily and was desperate an auto, the driver demanded cash which I paid. No OLA states it paid through postpaid (option which I am not using for a long time) and is demandin g me paymnet.

                  Even after me stating that I paid cash they are harassing me with frequent sms n calls and my requests are being set off giving lame exceuses of send through other email we are not ola money etc.

                  I have not got a solution to my issue till date.

                  please stop ola from harassing me n stop my postpaid.

                  I haven't book any ride on 25 January 2022 and 26 January 2022 but someone is using my misusing my email id for booking ride .kindly explain how ola can book the cab in my email id for other riders.

                  This is not acceptable that you are using email id for other rider as it security issue . kindly explain.

                  I have sent mail to ola security team but they haven't responded still now .This is serious security issue.

                      Dear Sir,
                      On 19th December I took an Outstation ride from Ola, in estimation it was showing only Rs 1700 and the distance around 70 km, but when the ride end the driver manipulated the bill and Ola has generated Rs 3530 and 165 km.
                      So I have paid him in cash Rs 3530, but after that I have called Ola customer care to raise this issue, and then they have corrected the bill which is Rs 1897, but they did not refund me the additional amount which I have already paid to the driver partner.

                      Kindly help me to get the justice.

                      Please find the original bill and the estimated bill attached.

                        I had travelled on Ola cab to Hybd airport on 19/09/2021. CRN [protected].
                        I selected the option for cash payment and in the end of the journey, I paid cash to the driver. Later, I noticed that, the billing had got converted to postpaid and hence I reported a concern in their portal (Reference no: 3678428) on the same day. I also did as per their reply mail to my concern.
                        But on 03/11/21 Ola generated a bill for settlement and mailed me to settle the bill. I again raised a concern (ID: 3721640) and after that I have had numerous email & telephonic conversations with their executives regarding the same. But the issue remains unresolved till date.
                        On 10/01/2021, I got a WhatsApp message from them stating that, they will send me a legal notice, if the amount is not paid. This is really like harassing me.
                        I request you to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

                            I paid for my last ride in ola with cash but the driver's server was busy at that time so the payment was not reflected when he clicked on payment done and it's showing payment due in my ola account.

                                driver asked amount 3208 /- includes toll in between journey driver hand over the car to other driver

                                  I made payment by cash to the ola driver after the service. The ride amount was 540. I made cash payment of Rs. 570 with a tip of 30 to the driver. As there was issue in paying through Google pay or phone pe. But still it is showing 540 pending due to be paid. The CRN number is [protected]. Could you please take this as a complaint and get it resolved. I will be uninstalling the ola app. Worst service from them and their partners.

                                    I have been using ola money postpaid recently, and paid bills timely. This month ola bill raised with amount rs. 3935, but app for payment is not working. Proper channel is not available to raise complaint, even after rasing the complaint ola didn't respond and lagged the issue. Even without resolving started chargin late fine rs. 250.
                                    Forced to pay 4185 to use the ola service. Cab is essential for me to travel and left with no other option paid rs. 4185. Surprisingly, after my due date crossed, app started working fine.

                                      We have sent an email on January 4, 2022 to [protected]@olacabs.com with attached pictures of our payment details. Subsequently we also posted the complaint on their blog page. But there has been no response to our mail and the problem has not been resolved. We are therefore posting the details here. Hoping for a refund of the amount as we were charged twice.

                                      On January 1, 2022, Saturday, at around 8.00 am we engaged driver Senthil Kumar R for travelling from RV Nagar, Chennai to Kalakshetra Foundation, Tiruvanmiyur, which place we reached at around 8.38 am.
                                      2) Total amount payable was ₹ 372.00 per the invoice (picture of bill was attached).
                                      3) At 8.39 am the first payment was made by UPI transfer to Senthilkumar Ramamoorthi by my daughter, Dr. Yadugiri. The amount paid was ₹390.00 as the driver insisted on being paid extra. (attached communication from bank, transaction id:[protected]
                                      4) At 8.42 am, the second payment of ₹390.00 was made, again by UPI transfer by my daughter Dr. Yadugiri, to the same driver at a different id provided by him as he was apparently impatient and agitated at the time the transaction was taking to be processed at the bank end. (attached communication from bank with transaction id:[protected].
                                      5) The second payment was made by us after the driver verbally committed himself to reversing the first payment if he ended up being paid twice.
                                      6) When we realised that the payment of ₹ 390.00 had indeed gone through twice, and the driver had not bothered to reverse the amount as per his word, we tried to contact him on phone several times to no avail.
                                      7) Our subsequent calls to Ola did not go through. So we sent an email as mentioned. But have not received even an acknowledgement till date.
