Topping up Ola Money was a failure and no proper response

I tried to top up ola money for Rs.100/- on november 24th using a SBI debit card using Android application. It was a transaction failure but money got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call them and explain the problem. There was a worst response from ola and they were totally irresponsible. Please help me get my hard earned money....

Cancellation in last 30 min

Falsely Charged During Trip

unethical charges

never book a cab from ola.. they charge you unethically.. Will promote it by saying 10 Rs/km and will charge you for peak hours, waiting on red light and some other self created taxes u would have never heard. I paid 307 Rs for 9.5 kms today morning.
