My name is Kalyan. One of my friend referred to use Ola app for booking cab. Then i downloaded Ola Cabs App in My mobile i have booked a cab and i was satisfied. I saw in Ola App add that Earn rewards, invite friends to Ola cabs and earn Ola money Friend earns 200! Friend Rides, you earn 200!. I started referring my friends to download ola app and take ride, nearly 15+ members are taken ride and for First 5 members add 200 per referral after that it add 100 per referral. Now they have deducted ola Money approx 1300 from my Ola Money with out any intimation. Ola was not given any free amount for me, i am promoting ola brand by referring to my friends... I got a message Ola!Ola money has been deducted from your account in lieu o[censored]npermitted referral usage. Is Their any permitted referral? Then why the hell Ola Cabs asking for refer your friend(By SMS, Gmail, Twitter, Face Book and Etc..) and earn rewards . Ola Cabs Cheating the Customers. My name: Kalyan Reg Mobile No: [protected]
I ma unable to login in my ola app with my id in my mobile. Why this fxxxxxx services they r giving?
Pathetic service by ola cabs.

    Hi, My name is Swamy and I travelled in OLA Cab on 4th of Jan 2015 and that was a worst experience I had in my life time. CRN Number : 25855844 Start Time : 10:15 PM Travel Distance : 17.7 Kms End time : 11:00 PM Driver Name : G Raghu Drivers Mobile No.: [protected] Cab Number : KA02-AT 8415 I Booked OLA Cab on 04.01.2015 by 10.15 cab reached by 10.15 and we reached the cab by 10.23 pm From Marathahalli to Railway station we travelled and reached by 11.00 pm. Driver said the charges for the trip was Rs. 338.00. I asked him the break up of the amount he told travelled Kms is 17.7 and waiting time is 51 Minutes. we started by 10:15 and reached by 11.00 Pm total time taken for the complete process is only 45 Minutes but the waiting time is 51 Minutes. when I asked the driver, he started speaking abusive language and plucked my Mobile and he did not give it back to me for 5-10 Minutes, then I spoke to the executive by name Anoop and he me to pay the amount. I had raised a complaint and there was no response from the cab management at all. I think I will never travel in OLA Cabs and never will encourage any of my friends or relatives to travel in OLA Cabs. I waited for more than a week to get a response from them, but of no use. I dont think these OLA CAb people will realise the value of the customers. I prefer all of you not to travel in OLA cabs as they are not professional at all. Regards Swamy +91 [protected]

      I lost my Grey Puma Jacket on 6th Jan 2015 while i was travelling from Bangalore Airport to BTM second stage in Bangalore. I called up OLA 3-4 times and i am getting the same answer again and again that we would get back to you tomorrow and our supervisor will contact you Nothing has been done which is very disappointed. It's been now more than a week.Please do the needful otherwise i wont recommend to anyone for your customer service and cab service too.         Hi, I booked a cab from Jp Nagar to vijayanagar at 3.55 pm on 13th jan, 2015. The cab arrived at 4.05 pm and the total destination was 10.8 km. I am liable to pay Rs. 150 but I was asked to pay Rs. 202 as Rs 54 was charged for waiting. The driver very clearly mentioned to the customer care that there was no waiting period. The CRN number is 28364744. I have wasted more than 30 minutes in sorting out this matter.Kindly help.

        I have used OLA cabs before an hour. They mentioned waiting charge is Rs.34 for 22 mins. But there is one signal from boarding point to End point. It waited for 1 min in that signal.

          It is very unfortunate, on 10th Jan 2015 at 6.45 I tried recharging my OLA money with 500 using my hdfc net banking, the money got debited from the bank, however the same has not got credited to Ola money account. I wrote 3 emails since 10th Jan to [protected]@ola.com but no reply, I called their customer care number no action taken. I will never ever suggest anyone using OLA Cabs and planning to take action against the company, it might by only 500 but the attitude matters to me the most Those who want to recharge money please think 100 times before doing to, because if it is lost you will probably not able to recover.

            I had booked a cab from OLA on 13.01.2015 reporting Time to me 4.00 AM.(CRN No.[protected] I had received DRIVER and car detail at 3.15.AM.When I called several times to the driver on the given mobile No.[protected] He never picked the phone. As my flight was scheduled at 5.30 AM from Pune Airport I called the call centre number [protected] twice and they are also unable to reply. And last at 4.20 AM they said to me to do the alternate arrangement due to this cancellation at last minute I missed the flight. After this the I received SMS that I cancelled the trip which I never did. Because of non arrival of your cab hence I want recovery of Rs 10, 500/-, the money which I lost because of missing my flight PUNE to KOLKATA of your negligence

            This is to register the complaint against Ola delhi cab service. They committed the service to be provided but for the first time however they committed it is booked but I have not received any confirmation message, I called them again and they committed again for the service to be provided and I do received a confirmation message however they backed up at the last time and despite me calling driver's cell number again and again, he refused to pick up and I will attach the same confirmation message. At the end after waiting for a long time, I have to take another option to reach my destination i.e IGI airport, but at the end I missed my flight causing me to book another ticket costing around 3000 INR. Therefore, I want to register this complaint for the reimbursement of the amount I have to pay for re-booking of my flight and additional trauma I have to face
            Hope it helps me notifying the Ola managers.

              I already have Ola App downlaoded and the bill for my ride(CRN No.[protected] was also deducted from Ola Money only.
              I am unable to book it from Ola App as it was slow/unresponsive that time, so i called customer care and booked, what's wrong in this process ??

              Ola Customer care replied that its applicable only for bookings fom Ola App only, Its non understandeable for me that if i have an Ola Account and bill was paid from Ola Money itself, why they are not concerning my case.
              Ola Sucks !!
              I need my 50% discount back of that ride.

                We are new to Visakhapatnam and asked cab driver to pick us up and drop at a destination point. He asked us about the route to be taken and when we said we don't know the route and we are new to the place. He started arguing to us on how can you board a cab without knowing the route to the destination place and was talking at very high picth to old people (My Parents). I have booked ola cabs several times and never seen such a worst cab driver. He called me back after unboarding from his mobile and shouting at us. I request ola team necessary action on this driver.                   I have been using Ola Cab for few days now to pick me up from Baner Pune and to drop me to SB Road. My first trip cost me INR 145 and distance was 8.5kms, My Second trip cost was INR 150 and distance covered was 8.8Kms, My third trip cost me INR 145 and distance covered was 8.5Kms, However on the 4th trip they charged me INR 269 and distance covered was 15.4kms were the driver had used the same route in all 4 cases. I spoke to the customer care manager Mr. Khan who was not off great help and gave INR 50 as a credit were the whole point was about the wrong charges and cheating customer.                     Sub: - Complaint about your taxi service.

                    Sir,
                    I am regular customer of your taxi services in Delhi as well as Jaipur also.

                    On 3/1/2015 I booked a cab in Chennai on your customer care number
                    [protected] at 9.15pm for pick up from Vepery police station to
                    Chennai domestic airport for 4/1/2015 at 5.30 am in the morning.

                    My pick up address was
                    KAPADIA BHAVAN, Next to St. Paul school, Backside of Vepery Police Station,
                    Vepery and Drop at Domestic Airport (MAA) which is 50- 55 min run by car.

                    I received the message from OLA on 4.52am i. e (Say Ola to your
                    driver MANOJ ([protected]) for CRN 25575278. Silver Tata Indica TN 20 BT 6269 to
                    pick you up @ 5.30am, 4 Jan. [protected] to track your cab). I also received
                    call from +91 [protected] driver speaking in Tamil, I told him that come back side
                    of Vepery police station. He said I am coming, waiting which I don’t
                    understand at that time.

                    At 5.18 I received message from OLA regarding Delay in 10 min. I was like ok,
                    still I have 1hr in my hand to reachh at MAA i.e. Chennai Airport.

                    At 5.24 I called him
                    and I asked where you are? The driver was not understanding English as well as
                    Hindi I again told him that come near Vepery police station he was saying I am
                    waiting I am coming and something in Tamil…..

                    I went to Gate Number
                    1 of Vepery Police station and at 5.38 I called him again at his number
                    [protected]. He was not at all understanding the English, I told him that I am
                    waiting in front of Vepery police station, come fast.

                    It was frustrating for
                    me, then I called OLA customer care on [protected] at 5.44am and told
                    the telecaller that kindly translate the driver he was not able to understand
                    English. Then with a conference call with driver- telecaller and me the
                    telecaller was speaking in Tamil and he was asking about his location he was saying
                    I am in front of Royal Place Hotel. I told him that come in front of Vepery
                    Police Station. I am standing there only. I don’t know how you can appoint the
                    telecaller who was not able to provide guidance to your drivers also.

                    Finally I decided that
                    I will cancel your OLA Cab at 5.53am I called at 91 [protected] this
                    time the another telecaller was there I told him that please contact taxi
                    driver fast or cancelled my taxi I am going to miss my flight.
                    At 5.57am I received message from[protected] for cancellation.

                    At 5.58 I got a auto riksha who dropped me at 6.45 outside of the airport it
                    take me 5 min to reached airport counter and my flight was at7.05am. Boarding
                    closed at 6.40am I missed my flight because of you and your employee
                    who was not speaking Hindi which is our national language as well as English.

                    I being a non resident
                    of Chennai, went there for leisure trip. Hence I don’t know the local language.
                    So I thought of your services which are running all over India.

                    But I was wrong to
                    choose your services.

                    Because of your
                    misguidance it cost me Rs.300/- for auto from Vepery Police Station to Chennai
                    Airport and Flight Cost at 5, 611/- which I had missed and another flight amount
                    16, 374/-. Hence, I want recovery of Rs 16, 374/-, the money which I lost because
                    of your negligence. From next time please recruit someone who is able to
                    understand the language of customer.

                      I had been using OLA since long. On 27th I booked the cab and got confirmation about the booking. It was the travel from Airoli Navi Mumbai to CST station. ( CNR 23313613 on 27 dec 2014). Pick up time was 6 PM. The bookIng was done around 12:30 Pm. I recieved no message about the cab drives name and the cab details till 5:30. I called the helpline. I was told that I woulD recieve the details in another 15 min. Since there was no message again till 5:45 pm I again called back and explained the matter on helpline number. I was told that our system is in the process o[censored]pgradation and we cant help you at present. It requested to please arrange arrange the cab since I had the Booking done so early. The gentleman on helpline was not ready to do any arrarrangements. It straightaway told sorry for that. ( pl. check the recodings if you have). He also offered some 300 ola Money as compensaTion, which never came to me. My whole famile incluDing kids faced a big problem due to this. On eleventh hour the seen was very panic. We some how hired a diffeRent taxi and while we were going to CST I receieved Call from OLA car driver twice (at around 6:30 pm) that he can take me to CST. With experience I lost the complete trust on OLA.

                        I had 1800 rs in my Ola money account. I had got all the money by referring friends. But suddenly they deducted all the money. And giving a reason as you are a fraud user. And customer care says you did a ride in April. But my account was opened in December. Just getting fake reason. I want 1800 back.

                        Yeah they did the same with my account too. I referred everyone in my family and friends and later without informing me they deducted my ola money. What kind of a referral program is this ?? I had Rs 1300 in my ola account which was bought down to Rs.300 without any proper reason. Such a dissapointing referral program !
                        If you people don't like we refereeing our friends then remove the referral system.
                        ola is doing fraud and blaming us for that.
                        worst service.
                        Me too. Today made my ola money from 2050 Rs to 0. I want my money back. they told me write an email to [protected]@olacabs.com. But no reply till now. It was a hard earned 2050 by referring more friends.

                          Booked OLA Cab for 8 Jan 2015 from JP Nagar to Hormavu Signal. Firstly the driver came late, he kept his meter on even before we board the cab. I got a message stating the cab has arrived at 11:55am but the can actually arrived after almost 20-30mins of waiting. When we received the bill he has charged a waiting cost as to Rs 40/- I wonder from where he got that. Also after reaching the Hormavu signal we asked him to stop and get the exact location, he ignored the sayings and kept on driving and after almost 3 rounds in the same area he stopped and did not go any further. I hope the driver do not charge for waiting when there is actually no waiting.

                            This is a mail sent to OLA cabs yesterday, I am just replicating the same. Thank you very much for letting me and my friends reach home after 40 mins we intended to. Your executive, Mr. Arun (Customer Service executive), Bengalooru, revealed these facts. 1. We don't have contact with the auto drivers. 2. We recommend you to send a mail to "so and so" id to register a complaint. 3. All my managers are busy right now so they cannot talk to you. These facts were revealed after my contemplation that two of their have obliged to take us home and yet failing to do so. Your executive says they have no idea what the auto drivers are up to. (ref: recorded convo. between +[protected] and counterpart, around 2230,[protected] I put forth a scenario. I am a lady looking for a commute. Here I am booking an OLA auto. This guy rapes me. What will be your response? Same response? Will you say I don't know the driver? You do know that you will be out of business. In today's world, Samaritans like you and me, dictate the rules. I ask you one thing, What kind of power you must have projected to your employees, to bear the fact that, they are superior than others? All you think about is money, isn't it? What is the purpose of the facility to book autos then? To humiliate ourselves? 1. I want my time to be compensated. Either by free rides or value of those minutes. I hope you would have calculated the value of a minute by now. 2. I also demand you to stop the Android auto booking services ASAP, unless and until you know the details of each and every driver we select through your app. I WON'T LET MY SISTER / MOTHER / GIRLFRIEND TO COMMUTE THROUGH YOUR SERVICES UNTIL YOU GATHER DETAILS OF ALL THE DRIVERS YOU HAVE EMPLOYED. I also made a complaint through phone, the tracking number for the same is 290889. To make things worse, I haven't heard from [protected]@olacabs from the time I made this complaint.

                              1. I booked an Ola cab from Vidyaranyapura - Orion Mall: This driver who drove us to Orion Mall didn't know the correct route (at least pretended that way) and took slightly longer route which can still be accepted. But the worst part here was to see a WAITING CHARGE OF 24 MINS, WHERE THERE WAS NOT EVEN 5 MINS OF WAITING AT ANY OF THE SIGNALS. WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT IT, HE SAID HE HAD ARRIVED EARLIER. BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE. 2. The ola App always seems to have an issue. I first called the ola customer care to book a cab for me from Orion Mall to New Thippasandra. The customer care executive said the cab is booked and that I will receive a message. I DIDN'T RECEIVE A MSG OR A CALL FOR OVER 10 MINS AFTER BOOKING. LATER, THE DRIVER CALLS AND ASKS FOR THE DROP LOCATION. WHEN I ASK HIM TO COME AND PICK UP, HE FORCES ME TO TELL HIM THE DROP LOCATION. AFTER I TELL HM, HE REFUSES TO COME GIVING ME TRAFFIC AS A REASON. PATHETIC!!! 3. I call the customer care again and book another cab, even this time didn't receive an sms. However, the driver called immediately and said he's at yeshwanthpur bus station and is reaching in about 5 mins. I waited for 20 mins and he still hasn't turned up. And then I call him back to find out that he is still at the same place. When I ask him why so long, he says there's too much traffic. I mean, do we look like fools to drivers? 20 mins and he hasn't even moved from there? Give me a break. I patiently wait AND THEN AFTER ABOUT 15 MINS, WHEN I CALL HIM HE SAYS HE IS WAITING AT THE ENTRANCE OF ORION MALL. I WALKED ALL ALONG THE ROAD LOOKING FOR THE CAB AND NOWHERE WAS THE CAR FOUND. AS A CAB DRIVER, WOULD YOU NOT KNOW EVEN THE ENTRANCE? ALRIGHT, I UNDERSTAND HE DOESN'T KNOW. BUT WHO CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE ROUTE WHEN I AM CLEARLY INSTRUCTING. IN ALL I WASTED 45 MINS AT THE TIME IN THE NIGHT AND HAD TO TAKE AN AUTO PAYING 1.5 METER CHARGES. HAD I NOT WAITED FOR THIS I WOULD HAVE AT LEAST SAVED SOME AMOUNT. Since Saturday I've called the customer care 3 TIMES TO COMPLAIN, THERE'S BEEN NO RESPONSE AND I AM HAVING TO WRITE AN EMAIL.

                                I had a very bad experience with OLA Cab driver on January 6th 2015..We booked Cab to Yeshwanthpur railway station. We are 3 persons travelling in the cab. First of all the cab driver (Name: Mohan, No:[protected]) got confused with the route to reach the source and he arrived late. He did not know the route properly at one place he took us in wrong route also.On top of that before starting from the source by seeing 2 suitcases he started asking 150/- extra else he told he won't drop us and ready to leave from the place .As we are in hurry and very closed to train departure time, i some how agreed to give 50/- extra as we thought we may miss the train because of this bledy cab drives. But he did not agree for 50/- extra money so finally i agreed to give 100/- where i was in helpless situation.This means people should not travel with luggage !!! Very Strange..and also he told he will allow only one bag in the cab even though 3 persons travelling and its not a goods CAB..Luckily we reached the station very few min before train departure time and when i called OLA cab service people, they told "No need to give any money extra". But the cab drive fought with OLA cab people and me to get extra money..Finally i gave extra 100/- money which is not at all needed.. Now onwards, we have decided not to choose OLA CAB service even though they responded very well initially but their service is very poor. They have to give training to CAB drivers how to behave with the customers..I Know that OLA CAB people don/t take any action as per the feed back given by many people which i read but I wanted to share my bad experience with public.

                                  Hi I booked Ola cab from HSR Layout to Yeshvantpur. The cab driver called and asked me the address. I gave him the correct landmark and asked him to pick me up. He told he doesnt know the place and asked me to come to the place where he is waiting. I took my bike and went searching for him to direct him to my place but he reached my place and started the trip meter without my consciousness . I boarded the cab and asked him to go fast as I have to catch my train but he drove very casually and was speaking over the call all through the ride . It was so annoying and frustating ride as I was worried whether I would reach the place in time. He has put waiting time of 23 minutes which I came to know after I received the invoice. I am a frequent traveller of OLA cabs and this ride left a bad impression on the company and service. I need a refund for the same and explanations. Regards Alex

                                    UNDER THE ABOVE CRN I TRAVELLED FROM MY RESIDENCE TO EGMORE RAILWAY STATION BUT WAS CHARGED RS.22 FOR WAITING CHARGES WHICH DID NOT ARISE SINCE I HAD ORDERED FOR 6 45 AM FOR 5TH JAN AND AVAILED IT FROM 6 35 AM AS IT CAME IN ADVANCE.                                         Hi Team, Below is the complain which I raised Ola Cabs customer care. And I am following regularly from 45 days. But no one responding or taking any action on below. In brief Ola Cab driver charged me more than actual one. He took a long route and consequently i missed my flight. Same thing i communicated to Ola cab service provider, but they did not bother to look into it. Hi Team, It is very sorry to report that for ride from Leela palace to BIA airport on [protected] was horrible and will never forget. I want to below thing. 1- First thing driver came late and I missed my flight. He took long route. 2- 2nd thing he charge me more than the bill amount. The actual bill was 714 but he asked me to pay 900. I was in hurry so I did not notice that and didn't want to argue with him that time. 3- Driver behaviour was not good. He asked me to cross the road and made me walk for 500 mtr. Note: I raised all my concerns and issue two weeks back after calling customer care with complaints no. 172114 and 203447. After two week regular follow ups they said they cannot help out. Since I because of ola cab driver i missed my flight. And again next day flight cost me 7000. Here I am looking for some compensation from ola cab. Thanks & Regards Virendra Singh

                                        driver din't picked flight missed

                                        On 31st March 2015, I booked OLA Cab, CRN71656925 my pickup time is 5:20AM, Driver didn't picked I missed my flight I complained OLA to refund my flight charges but there was no response..

                                        Unwanted text messages received more than 200 messages for further ride

                                        Received unwanted messages from OlA more than 200 times .Complained to company 2 times but messages coming regularly. I am frustrating now. Take action fast.
