I booked a cab from Charbagh Railway Station to Sunrise Apartments on[protected].The driver was asking more money for the ride so I canceled the ride, but the driver didn’t and he completed the ride on his own without me and now “Ola Cabs” are asking money for the ride which no one completed. The driver was very rude. CRN- [protected]. Phone Number- [protected]

    I paid cash of 222/- to ola driver but still showing pending in the app. Same happened last time. However after complaining ola app is showing for refund adjustment. But both amounts are still outstanding

      Hi For a previous trip I have paid 179₹ by cash. Ola app says pending dues still. This blocks any further ride booking on ola. Please resolve at the earliest.

        I am charged Double for the ride. I paid to driver for which I have proof but still ola charging me and showing Rs. 206 as outstanding and sending me reminder to pay. Customer support is not responding properly on this since almost 1 month. Case no is[protected]

          I have done payment twice and not workerd in ola store.
          My money lost twice.
          Do not make costomers fool. This will supress reputation of ola company.

          Simply shows some items and looting money from people without delivering any product.

            I was trying to book a Ola cab from Chennai Egmore Station at 5.30 am . After booking my ride to Porur the driver called me and asked me the charges shown on the app which was Rs 330. After enquring this he demanded Rs 100 more at the time of drop for which I refused. He immediately canceled my ride. After that I booked another ride and the sane driver was assigned and he demanded Extra Rs 100 again. By this I have wasted 20 mints . Finally, I was successful with my third booking, but by the time the fare increased from Rs 330 to Rs 440. Ola is trying to take advantage of the situation and trying to loot extra money from customers and it is a shame.

            I understand from Drivers that for the last 3 months (After the fuel price touched Rs 100) Ola is taking 50 % as commission and the drivers are forced to take extra charges from the customers .

              Dear Ola Team

              Myself Bharath Bolla, i am using Ola App from Long time, this time i have faced an issue regarding Payment done twice from two different cards

              On 30-Nov I made payment of Rs 301 due bill in Ola from my Standard Chartered BankCard No End 4327, Payment Completed and message received for transaction. But Still Ola App showed Payment Pending.
              As I wanted to book Cab in a hurry, I made payment from other Bank Card (Axis Bank Card No Ending with 2559) by thinking the initial transaction would be refunded to my account.

              By Considering the transaction duplication requesting you to refund the Initial Transaction amt.

                Well i took a ride yesterday, and my bill was around 116 Indian rupees. I paid the driver through his Paytm barcode. But when I logged in my OLA app it still shows that my payment is pending. Fir that very reason I cannot book any other ride as I am not at all interested in giving the scamster OLA free bucks.

                    I had booked a trip for my relative. The driver was paid by cash but the app is showing the fare is due in the app. I had raised a complaint against this but I'm still receiving message from ola. Please do investigate this as I'm not ready to pay you twice for your mistake. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                      THis has become a major issue by OLA postpaid in many parts of India that the ola drivers dont accept ola postpaid. They want cash payment or online transfer. whereas ola pushes for payment through customer side. In between Ola and the driver, customer becomes a victim.

                      Similiar thing happened with me yesterday. summarised below:-

                      1. Ola deducted money (Screenshot attached.
                      2. Driver was not accepting olamoney postpaid payment which was deducted from my olamoney postpaid account.
                      3. Driver was asking to recollect the money from ola customer care, which i tried many times but the customer care was not connecting through, which became a primary reason for posting this complaint in consumer complaint forum as a record. which is not solved until now.
                      3.Driver collected phonepe payment + 50 rupees toll charges totalling to 919 rupees ( payment screenshot attched).
                      4. OLA Drivers and OLA are in constant scuffle regarding OLAMONEY. This is an internal matter between OLA and its drivers where the customer becomes the victim.

                        Someone must file a complaint against them. And definition should ban this app for no more use. Looting money by knowing the situation. These ola ruin has started

                            I had hailed Ola Cab form airport to residence on 29th December in the evening. I got can no ending on AS0215 assigned. I had personally put my luggage i.e. 2 suitcases in the boot. After that the driver wanted take out something from the boot, and with a violent jerk removed my suitcase (even though I was telling him that I would do it), breaking its holding handle in the process. When I brought that to his notice, he started shouting and with an arrogant attitude told me that he would cancel the ride and that nothing would happen to him even if I complained. It seems he was right because when I complained to Ola customer care, they didn't even give me a complaint number and could not credibly assure me how the problem would be tackled, other than some very vague 'we will do something about it' kind of answers. I am unbale to follow up since there is no customer complaint number.
                            The behaviour of the driver is shocking, causing me financial loss, and mental agony. More so the attitude of Ola. If a company cant even have a process of customer complaint number, are they really interested in resolving issues or simply want to give an appearance of doing so? This is a supposedly new age company with high valuations and they seem to behave worse than governmental oligopaly.

                                I booked a cab on 29- dec, but as it was taking long time. So i canceled it, before any driver accepting it. No ride shown in the app, but i received an email for cancelation charge. How i charged before my ride confirmation.

                                    I've already paid my last ride bill in cash to your driver but on the app it's showing that you amount of 163 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride. Clear it ASAP

                                      Of late, it has been observed (observed both at Chandigarh and in Mumbai) that a driver initially accepts a ride BUT THEN immediately makes a phone call and inquires about the DESTINATION; if its not of their interest, they simply CANCEL THE RIDE!! THAT DEFEATS THE VERY PURPOSE FOR WHICH COMMUTERS USE OLA!!

                                        At 26th Dec, 2021, I have taken a ride from ShaymBazar to Mani Sq. Kolkata. at 6.44 PM. My CRN is 71203498. The driver didn't have any 500 change, so I paid him 125 via phone pay. My be the driver told me some wrong phone number or I typed it incorrect. But before transaction I showed the person about the receiver. The driver said it's all right. I paid him and confirmed again. Now Today 27Th Dec he called me and asking me resend him the same money.

                                        I shared him my bank statement too, so that he can understand that the amount has been debited from my account. Yet he started using abusing words insulting my parents.

                                        Now If he gives me wrong UPI or phone number is it my fault, I confirmed with him before sending the money. He confirmed as well. I had to resend him the money else he was throwing some foul threads.

                                        Please help me with this.
