In ola auto i have charged twice. Driver asked to pay the cash so i paid the cash to him but it is showing ola money postpaid.attached the ride details.

They returned my payment back and emailed within very quick time which is appreciable for the resolution.
Charged twice. Auto driver asked for and took the cash. It was also charged on ola postpaid. Happened twice for CRN [protected] and [protected]

    Hi,

    I have done the payment through phone pay after the ride to the driver, but in the OLA app it is showing pending payment. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I have tried many things to get this resolved but it is still not resolved. Please contact the driver to verify this if needed.

            Booked Ola cab on 24 Dec'21. To book the ride, the app requested to make payment of Rs 99 first which was done since I wanted to book my ride. On checking the app, there were no details why Rs 99 was charged. On calling customer care, I spoke to Swati and her supervisor Syed with no resolution. Upon asking to escalate to next level, call was placed on hold for 2 hrs and no one answered the call until it was disconnected by Ola executive himself.Later an email was received that Case #[protected] is marked as Resolved.

            I am still awaiting confirmation why Rs 99 was charged. If there is no justification, refund is requested.

              Hello sir i am shubham otari I'll book ola can on 26 September 2021 and i was paid ola cab amount but still he is show panding payment. I'll time trying contact with ola coustmer care services but he is not respond all time. Also he was getting a massage about panding amount. Plz resolve my problem and stop ola cab service because he is very fraud for coustmer and his employees.

                500 RS forgery by the driver in the middle of the ride to fill the fuel / Initial Fare 1800+ after reaching it is showing 2850 / KM [107 to 155 ] .
                For the above issue, case has been created.
                Ola is asking proof of RS 500 [gpay … ] / While booking I have clearly indicated as Cash During pay. I don't know what to do when he stops the cab in the middle & asks for RS 500 in night for fuel [ I have kids & family ].
                Ola is asking for proof.
                I have clearly mentioned During booking the Price is RS 1800+ after drop it is showing Rs 2850 [ paid amount ] with screen shot, there is no reply for that.
                Issue 1: Driver 500 RS forgery
                Issue 2: Difference between initial & final fare with screen shot shared, there is no response.

                Please reply about the RS 500 Charged in the middle of the drive / It is pay by cash / I can't give you a proof for this one...

                155 KM - 107 KM = 48 KM Difference / around Rs 1000 difference...

                Please track the route & check whether the cab stopped for 2 to 5 min in between / The petrol bunk will be on the left side of the road during travel.

                I don't know the destination and asked the driver to follow the map, which is ola standard...

                  I had booked upcoming ride on[protected] with Ola Cabs with flight insurance for[protected] at 3.30 AM and as per rule your cab should be arrived on or before 3.30A.M. But at due time when your cab doesn’t appeared then I tried to call the driver but after calling several times & text in Ola app he did not received the call nor responded the message and at that time I did not found any other cab, and hence our flight has been missed. I had complained to Ola Cab Service so many times but they are not responding yet, their service is very worst in this regards.

                    Dear concern Authority.
                    My ola mobile registered number is 772...765 . I booked ola on 22/12/21 for my wife she was traveling to wadala bus depot. While booking I have already selected mode of payment as cash. Ola driver named Mr. Firoz Ziauddin Shaikh with mobile number 790...96 came to pickup. After ride my wife called me ask me wether I should pay him cash and I also asked her pay cash after trip end. And accordingly she paid amount Rs 154/- to driver. Further when I wanted to book another ride for myself I was surprised to see pending amount Rs 152
                    To clear before I could book ola for another ride.
                    Same day and next day again I raised this issue with ola support to clear extra payment ask by ola. Till today this matter is not solved by ola. Later I received email message from ola support that they will not help me into this matter and I have to pay amount before I could book any other ride.
                    How iam suppose to pay twice for one ride.
                    Request please resolve issue.

                      Date of my trip was Sept 25th, amount 2096 was paid in cash.

                      Trip: Jaipur to Pushkar.

                      Reason for cash pay: Driver said internet is not working so I had to pay. In my phone too there was no network so could not pay online.

                      Sept 26 mobile internet was suspended in Rajasthan so message from OLA received on 27th Sept, issue raised same day.

                      Concern raised on Sept 27th

                      I have been harassed with 10 calls everyday for last three months.
                      Told same issue they ask why did you pay cash, what proof, well I was travelling to a small town, with three other ladies and paid as cab driver insisted.

                      SO I have stopped answering calls, stopped using OLA and looking to take this matter to consumer court now.

                      Its your internal system failure and they are not aligned and you are harassing customers instead of pulling your driver partners.

                        I took a ride on Dec03. The trip wallet notification was not received by driver and I had to pay by cash. Later I noticed the money has been deducted from my wallet as well . I raised a complaint on the same day and have followed it up 6 times. No resolution from OLA yet. I seek refund of INR 154

                          It was my dad who was travelling from janakpuri to gurgaon on 30th november 2021 and on completion the the ride my dad paid rs430 to the driver through cash and on my checking the app i noticed rs 630 were charged to my ola postpaid which was the original bill for the ride.

                          now ola is refusing to refund me rs 430 which was extra cash paid to the driver.

                              I took a ride today (dec 23-2021 ). I paid through Google pay on driver's number. But in the app it shows still as pending due. So pls check and resolve as soon as possible.

                                Whenever the online payment fails due to ola app error ola forces customers to pay cash only to make the online payment as due and disalloes the customer to pay the due before next ride.

                                  It is hereby to inform that I booked Ola cab on 04.11.2021. The driver first tried to take a route other than the one shown by map and after that he stopped the cab mid way and mis behaved with me by saying that I did not allow him to take fuel enroute. After facing all this I got an auto rickshaw as I had to board the flight from Mumbai airport. Before getting the auto rickshaw I paid the driver in cash and went my way but as of now I want to book another ride that bill is still shown as pending. Do I need to pay twice for the same ride even after getting harassed in the middle of the road and at such a crucial time.
                                  For this concern I raised a ticket and I was assured that the bill will be waived off but after 15 days it is still shown as pending and before booking a ride it auto populates on screen.
                                  Plzz do the need full. Screenshot of the ticket is attached herewith for your reference.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: On 11 October 2021, I booked a ride from Tolichowki to RGI Airport. The selected payment method was ola postpaid that I did not select, your app automatically selects it as payment method. At the end of the ride the driver asked for cash payment giving the reason that if we pay online they get their money after 1 week and they have to pay for petrol etc and they fall short of money, so I had to pay him in cash. But the driver did not inform the concerned person that he took cash from me. Now I have a due of Rs. 782/- in my postpaid account.

                                    It occurred on: 11/10/2021

                                    I want your concerned department to call the driver and ask if I paid him cash or not and remove my dues from ola postpaid account and stop harassing me with calls ad messages.

                                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                      This is regarding for the dispute in ola money postpaid .
                                      I was booked a ride with OLA on 17th Dec 09:17 AM, Auto CRN:[protected].
                                      While booking the cab I was opt for cash for the ride and paid to the driver. But after finishing the ride receiving an SMS from ola postpaid has also paid for the same ride.
                                      Now OLA asked me to pay Rs.65 in OLA money postpaid wallet.
                                      I didn't opt for this service without informing the customer OLA implemented this mode into my ride.
                                      Why I should pay again twice. I reached to the customer care end no of times but no response received regarding the waive off. They just sending the automated mails only (ref#3860239, 3873234).
                                      I am tracking this from 17th dec they said within 48 hours i will get waived off but still i didnt.

                                      Please help to waive off the amount Rs.65 in my OLA money Postpaid.

                                        I am 57 years old and an Ex-serviceman of the Indian Army. I was travelled with my wife on Oct 16, 2021 atabout 8.30 PM from my home to Dr. MGR Central Railway Station to celebrate our Corps Raising Day farewell at Palani. I booked a Prime Sedan (White Swift Desire) and driver was very good. Driver dropped us at Railway Station (CRN[protected] and shows the amount required to be paid was Rs. 270/-. I paid the amount of Rs 270/- in cash to the driver concerned without sharing a single word and just said to him that Thank you gentle man. But till date frequently I received the message to my mobile that " Your last Ola ride of Rs 270/-is more than 60 days due. Clear your dues immediately". This is not acceptable level at any one and sending such messages without confirmation is not good to anyone else even a your esteemed cab company. So please go through it and rectify the same immediately. Thank you
