On 2nd December 2021, I booked an Ola Auto Ride, which was an online payment ride via my linked Amazon pay account. My relatives were travelling in this ride.

Our address had autocorreted and we didnt know about it so when we told your cab driver that we would change the address the started being rude and said wouldend drop us there and was asking for the full fair without doing the work and is now xlcalling and harrasing us sinces please do help us or might have to uninstall your app...

I have travelled on september 16th by ola cab and paid by cash due to network issues couldnt pay by online. till today ola is locked for me due to this and i couldnt use it....

I Dr Jasleen Kaur wanted to inform you that I took a ride from Ola on 7th Nov'21 at 3:13pm from Banglasahib Gurudwara to Shastri Nagar with having CRN- [protected]. My driver named Naresh kumar having White WagonR asked me to do cash payment which I did but my app still showing pending status. I called driver again but he is not picking up a call.

Today morning I have tried to Book ola,
Each time driver calls me ask for drop location and cancels ride.
It happened twice and there is no third booking for 1 hour
At last I took some walk and taken ride (offline) to home.
If I have taken offline ride, then I may have reached 2 prior to my location.
The ola rider have harassed me for not saying location with harsh words.I tried to call him...

After submitting complaint to OLA they responded that: Post validation, it is confirmed that our driver partner has not collected any cash, Hence we are unable to provide to remove the outstanding for the ride.
