I am Aditya Kulkarni actually i booked ride for my neighbours from talegaon dabhade to Akurdi for 23km distance the total fare calculated was INR. 345 which was paid by cash from their side but there was some system crash while updating it from driver side due to which the payment status remained unpaid. Now when i tried to book another cab it is showing previous pending transaction so i am unable to book any further cab. Please help me out.

I also tried to reach our customer care but they didn't resolved it.

      OLA has charged me 400 extra in OLA postpaid and ola dont have any complaint no and support center.
      I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
      Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

      I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

      And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

          I have taken ride on sep 25 2021 in ola cab. I have paid Rs.107 as cash for the ride to the driver but still it is showing payment pending. I have contacted ola customer service regarding this but there is no proper response from them.

            I Ride Ola cab selected option cash and paid driver in cash. But company has locked my Account billed in credit. I called customer care and mail them but not response their end.

            Always they sent SMS for clear bill Rs 199.

              I booked a cab on1st Dec to take my ill mother who was almost unable to walk to Apollo Hospitals in Chennai. This driver Ebrayam called me and checked on the destination details and then he asked if I am going to pay in cash. I said I will be doing digital payment. Immediately he said he cannot come. I replied why can't he accept digital payment. FOR THAT HE SAID "IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY TO PAY WHY ARE YOU BOOKING CABS". That time I am on road, waiting for a vehicle to take my mother to hospital and I got such response. I already informed him that we need to go to hospital. Whether anyone booking cab to go to hospital is doing for joy or fun? Or in some emergency. Such ruthless and inhuman people. Such driver's lisence should be cancelled.

                I and my friend booked an Ola ride on Friday (3rd Dec 2021). The ride-booking number is CRN [protected]. I paid the driver in cash but the app is still showing not paid.
                This is how a big company like OLA loots its customers.
                Or does this mean whenever I pay in cash I should take a selfie?
                How they can allow such drivers to take another ride?
                I and my friend is a regular customer of OLA. This is highly disappointing.
                I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible.

                  There was a miscommunication about trip CRN [protected].

                  Basically I had booked an ola trip on 5th December 2021. Driver asked me to pay the trip fee in cash. He said he will mark the trip as complete and payment received. So I paid him Rs162 (as he had asked for it), which i paid. However the ola app still shows payment pending.

                    I have payed for the taxi using phone pe directly to the driver. The transaction ID is T2110242218480706334221. But, the ola app is showing status as payment pending. Kindly resolve the issue.

                    The issue is not resolved. I received the same message from Ola that my payment is pending inspite of sharing the transaction ID.

                      I had taken a ride and paid in cash but still showing outstanding. I had called many times to customer care. They said your problem is escalated and will solve in 48 hours but nothing happened yet.

                        I took an Ola Auto ride on 24 September. I tried paying via Ola App but the money was refunded at the same instant. Thus I paid the driver via Gpay but now the app has been showing payment pending for months. I have tried calling the customer care, I have maile to the their support address but the issue hasn't been resolved.

                          I paid for my ride in cash twice but the same rides was shown as due in my ola money postpaid. I gave my complain many times but it was not yet resolved till now, instead the customer service representative called up harassing and threatening daily.

                            I took a ride on Saturday. CRN [protected] to Fortis hospital Nagarbhavi. Auto fair was 196 Rs and I have paid Rs /- 196 to the auto driver through the cash but in my OLA application it is showing 196 is due for payment and not allowing me to book another ride. Why do I need to pay twice for a single ride?

                                  I booked ola cab on October 28 I paid in cash to the driver but still it's showing payment pending.. I also called to the driver he said I don't know about that and said call to customer service.. So I called to Ola customer service but it's cannot connect or engaged still I didn't able to use service..

                                    I paid for the ride through gpay and the money has been debited from my bank account for it but it still shows pending payment for the ride. I'd rather not use the app anymore since it's become an issue where some drivers ask to pay on their personal number rather than through the app. So, I want to clear the due. Please make it clear soon.

                                      One of my colleagues is suffering from dengue and is admitted in the hospital. I have to visit him daily as I am his attendant. For three rises I have been paying to the driver itself but ola is forcing me to pay online also as it does not allow to book further rides without paying online. I have been addressing this issue in their support section but not getting any response. I am providing details of my rides below

                                        Hello,
                                        I booked a rental 4hrs(40km) in Jaipur on December 3rd, 2021. The reason was to ensure that I get a cab back to my hotel in case we are a little late and for safety reasons, as I was with my wife in a strange city.

                                        The driver Sitaram Gurjar stopped the ride after driving 24.6 KM (1 hr. 3mins) and said he will NOT continue the ride any further.

                                        I called OLA customer care and spoke to Sujata to explain the situation and she then connected with the driver who denied continuing any further and adhering to the rental package I purchased. Sujata then asked me to close the trip and said she will escalate the matter. When I closed the trip I had to pay the entire INR 620 in cash and INR 250 as a gift voucher used to book the rental.

                                        Yash Saxena from your customer support believes that I have been charged in the estimated range and that is fair.

                                        Are you fair or legally entitled to abandon riders midway when a customer purchased 4hrs(40 km) rental package? Are you fair to charge all the amount for abandoning the riders midway?

                                        My demands:
                                        (1) Cancel, remove or terminate the said driver from OLA platforms immediately and do not rehire if you want to stay true to customer safety and trust.
                                        (2) Refund the amount charged for NOT delivering the entire services along with the reversal of my gift card worth INR 250.
                                        (3) Teach your drivers and customer care team some manners. They need to be customer-centric.
                                        (4) Correct your rating system. The Driver has a 5 rating on OLA.
                                        (5) Need an apology letter from your Vice president or above.

                                        I feel ashamed that Indian companies do all these unethical and illegal practices.

                                        Just imagine being stuck like that in a strange city with your wife.
