I never used the ola postpaid service, whenever used / taken raid paid through the cash to driver.
but from last 10 days ola sending me the message and mail to me for the paying the due amount which i never used, i send them mail regarding same but no any updates came....

I have paid cash as online mode was not working but it is showing as payment is due and Its not allowing me to book cab again.kindly resolve issue..I have already
Dropped mail to ola support but didn't receive updates....

Even if payment was done using UPi by rider ola app shows me pending dues as I had booked ride...

The estimated fare was some 335-430 rupees. So I booked the cab. I got the message to pay 362 rupees and I paid it using Google Pay at 12:08 pm. I booked the auto on Sep 17 and paid the driver using GPay. After a few days, Ola app showed the balance as driver probably did not update Ola. I ended up paying 115 rupees again on Ola app on October 23 th. Please find the screen shots for your reference and process my refund....

I had to clear dues for my OLA money Postpaid before 17th November 2021.
But the OLA app by which I was suppose to clear my dues was not loading. I tried the link which they had sent via Email but to no avail. I had contacted them regarding my problem but they still did not help to find a solution.
They even stopped replying to my emails.
As I could not clear the dues due to the fault of OLA Cabs app they still charged...

I took Ola prime sedan ride on 20/11/2021 in Bangalore. I was charged extra money during the trip by the driver and I made a payment through phonepe to the driver. He took a long route other than the route shown in the app which is clearly not my mistake but I ended up paying extra money for nothing .
