Money paid but still shows its pending
I paid Rs. 131 to the driver in cash but the Ola app is still showing that fees is pending. If i have already paid the driver then why should i pay again. Now because of this I'm not able to book any further rides. As I am a regular user of Ola, i really need to book auto to travel please resolve this issue as soon as possible
I had booked 3 Ola cabs yesterday[protected] morning and each cab driver called up to know the drop location and adversely cancelled trip resulting in wastage of 1 hour in the morning Time. Drivers are very rude and dont move from their location quickly and afterwards call customer for drop location and does not turn up and cancel booking at their end.
Need OLA to provide me compensation for the harassment faced and penalize same to drivers for cancelling trips at their own will.
Need minimum compensation of Rs 10000/- in my ola money account or else will move my case with consumer forum.

When I booked Ola ride with auto, the fare shown 60rs and when ride finishes it charged 76rs, while route shown was same as Ola recommend.
Second ride booked with cab it shows 237rs while bill after ride was 312rs
This is fraud n loot by Ola..

I paid cash to my driver. But ola app asks me to pay again. I always use cash payment. I don't have ola wallet, still ola app asks me to pay the bill. Because of this pending payment, i couldnt book any cab. Resolve the issue as soon as possible..
I have taken ola ride on November 7th. The auto driver said only pay on cash ride will be taken. I have completed the ride and paid the amount. After few minutes I have been deducted 118 rupees from Ola post paid. I have raised a dispute via app. After three days I have been getting continuous call from Ola support to pay the balance deducted in postpaid. When I called their customer care for closing this issue they said this has to be raised within 48 hours. When they have a stupid app which does not work for the user queries and showing a pop saying dispute has been already raised. Now am getting 50 to 60 calls per day. Kindly take this as a complaint and provide me a better solution.

If you do not select the ride method, The app is considering it as OLA MONEY POSTPAID. This was resolved when they asked for the payment.
I had made an online payment via gpay of ₹274 after the ride ended, and then the driver insisted to pay him in cash and that we will receive the refund of the payment. I did pay him in cash but have not received any refund of my online payment.
I've paid the charge in cash to driver but it's still showing me pending payment in the ola app.
The fare was rs 327. The payment mode was through upi but I couldn't pay it from the app itself so I paid the driver in cash. I even contacted the driver on why is it still showing the payment pending. He showed his balance and it was paid there. But the problem is still coming in the app. Ola keeps on sending me message to complete the payment. I've attached the screenshots. Kindly look into it and resolve this issue.

As drivers phone number was different i paid the money on his other number but still on my ola app its showing pending. Kindly resolve it as i am not able too book another ride.
This happened to me twice. I paid the amount to Ola driver and still Ola app showing it pending. First time I paid in frustration as I had to book cab urgently. However, it happened again. This is ridiculous.
I had booked ola auto for my uncle on 7 th November 2021 in the morning at 7:42am. He had paid cash Rs 172 after ride completion to the driver. But ola is still showing payment is due. How can this issue can be solved.
I could not find the option to register the complaint on the app. On the website it is giving error for option contact us.

This has happened thrice now, we let it slide earlier. But I'm starting to see a pattern over here. So here's my recent case. My parents booked a auto from t nagar bus stand to public health centre Lake view road with cash option only, I always use cash. Entered the vehicle and intimated the OTP and rider was also using the Ola app until destination. Once reached they paid the rider in cash. But after a while when the app was used again it's saying pending payment from last ride
I had booked ola rickshaw on 14th November. Have done cash payment to the driver but still it is showing payment pending.
Kindly request to solve this issue.
