Customer care number is not available

Address:Chhend Colony Phase-1 Plot No-E/133, Rourkela, Odisha.

I had some issues with my ola driver a few days ago but Ola service does not have any facility to talk to any customer care representative. So where should the troubled customer go? Only a few options are given online but what happens when my problem is not among those options. Has any joke been kept? Hi team

I am writing this mail because I have been facing this issue for some time now, and that is why as a practice, I make sure to take a screenshot as the ride starts. I have been wrongly charged, the estimate says Rs X and the final Billing is Rs Y. I understand that there can be change in estimate and final bill, but the gap is around Rs 311.

on 5th october, I had booked a ola cab from my home to yeswantpur railway station bangalore. it was showing as 702 rs. As I wanted to collect medicines, I asked the driver to take a detour of 1 km . he told me to change the destination to this new place. I changed and the bill was shown as 81 rs. Pending payment, scammed by the driver.

Yesterday I rode with the driver named Navnath Sodale, driving a white zest in pune. The total payable bill was 185 rs. The driver took 195 rs from in the form of cash. I still see rs.185 as payment is still pending. please fix the issue and I would appreciate it if you would take some action against the driver who scammed me....

Not providing invoices

I have been using ola services for the past 2.5 years for official purposes. The travel expenses can be claimed from my company only against invoices. Ola used to provide the invoices in the past. Not they are only providing invoices for the past 30 days. This sudden policy change was not intimated to me....

Paying high fare due to driver enter incorrect odometer reading

Hi,

This is guru. I have taken a ola ride, it was 43 km but it was marked as 66 km and paid for that 66 km. After raising the ticket by the support team, they are telling driver taken a shortest root. I don't know what's that's mean and How it will become 66.

And also driver drived very slowly even there is no vehicle on the road to increase the time and get the time fare.

Im a regular ola user, but i have stopped using with a worst experience, in between a function day on nov 4 & 5th ola troubled me alot with payment issue, i had to book multiple time & i was paying drivers as usual but each time ola showed those as payments pending, since i didnt had time to call custmer care i paid all those time extra to ola as without payment we cant book further, they gave extreme torture on a function day that too, now...

Money paid but still shows its pending

I paid Rs. 131 to the driver in cash but the Ola app is still showing that fees is pending. If i have already paid the driver then why should i pay again. Now because of this I'm not able to book any further rides. As I am a regular user of Ola, i really need to book auto to travel please resolve this issue as soon as possible...

Cancellation of Trips dated 17-11-2021

I had booked 3 Ola cabs yesterday[protected] morning and each cab driver called up to know the drop location and adversely cancelled trip resulting in wastage of 1 hour in the morning Time. Drivers are very rude and dont move from their location quickly and afterwards call customer for drop location and does not turn up and cancel booking at their end.
Need OLA to provide me compensation for the harassment faced and penalize same...

Ola charges more money than the estimated fare

When I booked Ola ride with auto, the fare shown 60rs and when ride finishes it charged 76rs, while route shown was same as Ola recommend.
Second ride booked with cab it shows 237rs while bill after ride was 312rs
This is fraud n loot by Ola..
I m the old customer of Ola and using Ola ride frequently. I want my money back...

Charged for a ride twice

I paid cash to my driver. But ola app asks me to pay again. I always use cash payment. I don't have ola wallet, still ola app asks me to pay the bill. Because of this pending payment, i couldnt book any cab. Resolve the issue as soon as possible.....

Charged Twice for the single ride

I have taken ola ride on November 7th. The auto driver said only pay on cash ride will be taken. I have completed the ride and paid the amount. After few minutes I have been deducted 118 rupees from Ola post paid.
