    Have paid for the ride in cash to the driver but the Ola app still shows payment pending and isn't allowing me to book new rides. Please look into this.

      I had booked an ola cab and did the payment in cash... but it still shows payment pending ... tried calling customer service but no one picks up... very horrible.. pls resolve

        I booked one OLA mini through my mobile OLA LITE app (mobile no. [protected]) on 24.11.2021. The ride CRN [protected]. The fair showed for the destination was Rs.148/-. Just as I boarded the cab, I received an emergency SMS in my mobile and immediately requested the driver to cancel the ride.The cab was stopped and the driver cancelled the ride and demanded Rs.150/-, snatched away Rs.150/- from me and hastily drove away.Later I discovered one SMS from OLA phone: [protected] stating that my ride cancellation Fee of Rs.50.00 would be added to my next OLA ride Bill! I tried to OLA Office by the mentioned number but in vain. We old people are really helpless to the present age.

          Hello Ola Customer Support team,
          I took Ola Auto on 9th Oct Saturday 2 trips Rs.77 and Rs.86 and the payment option by mistake got selected as Ola money. I paid driver in cash. Infact everytime paying extra to drivers. No online option to clear this. No customer care contact number. One month Ola is only losing buisness as they have blocked my App to continue services. I don't understand where is my mistake here??? Please resolve it at the earliest.

              I booked a ride from Narela to New delhi on 25/11/2021 for 26/11/2021 friday morning.
              Cab arrived on time at 4:15 AM .
              Cab dropped me at New delhi railway station.
              I was not able to pay online at that moment so i paid in Cash to ola driver. He ended the ride, clicked his photo on the app and i submitted the review.
              The issues is that it still showing pending amount in my app and i am not able to book another ride and the app is forcing me to pay again and there is no such channel to resolve my issue, no customer care support, even there is no support on the app itself for this querry.

              Still showing pending amount..my complaint has not been resolved yet

              I booked a ride on 20/09/2021 at 5.03 PM from Majestic Railway Station to Dallis Suhag Residency, Byrasandra extension, Suddagunte Palya .
              I was not able to pay online at that moment so i paid through gpay to ola driver. He ended the ride.
              The issues is that it still showing pending amount in my app and i am not able to book another ride and the app is forcing me to pay again and there is no such channel to resolve my issue, no customer care support, even there is no support on the app itself for this querry.

              I have written an email to support @olacans.com . However there is no response till date .

                    I booked ola cab on 11 th Oct and paid the driver in cash. After 2 days the app started showing pending payment although i made the payment. Now i received a message that they have even removed me out of their services. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Ola auto has giving reminders for fare charges for which I haven't travels. Not responding emails while ask for location travels.
                      Take immediate action against them.

                          Hi, I booked a cab on Sunday 31st October, 2021, from select City walk, Hilton garden to rosewood city, Gurugram, I paid in cash to the driver on completion of the ride. But now when I open the app .. it's still showing that the payment is due . Old should realize there drivers don't leave until and unless they are paid...either in cash or digitally. Because of this false "pending payment " issue, I am not able to book another ride. Kindly resolve this issue .

                                  On dated, 18th September 2021 we had travelled through Ola. After finishing my ride at the drop point, I was trying for online payment but there was some network issue. I asked the driver about any other option for payment, then he said to pay via cash. The total amount was Rs.495, instead of paying Rs. 495 I gave him Rs.500(Extra Rs.5). That I paid all cash. But the Driver didn't update the same in the Ola app(payment paid details). After the payment, I didn't receive any text message of my ride completion with payment done from Ola, I asked the same to the driver but he simply replied that there is some network issue you will get the confirmation message after some time. But till date, I didn't receive any text message of my completed ride.
                                  On the same day, it started to receive text messages from Ola like your payment is still pending of the same ride.
                                  Even I have done the full payment via cash, still, I am receiving notifications from the Ola app, text messages, through the mail and landline number [protected] that your payment is still pending and pay the amount.
                                  There is no service of customer care I tried several times to complain online but no one receives a call. Even I can't reply to the text messages/numbers received from ola.
                                  Please resolve my complaint at the earliest, as I am unable to travel through ola and it is all time asking for payment of pending ride, even I have paid the same via cash.
                                  I am getting irritated by their calls, emails and messages, in future, I am looking forward to travelling through Ola but this type of experience is leading to ruin my decisions of travelling through Ola. As nowadays no one is expecting this type of experience from Ola.

                                    On 10th October-2021 I had booked ola. For this ride, I paid money through PhonePay to the driver account. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver and ola customer care several times but they didn't pick up my call. Pls do the needful.

                                      HI team,

                                      I have taken a ride from Sagar Hospital to BTM Layout on Nov 25th 2021 and fare was 62 rupees. I made a payment using Gpay for the number which was given by the driver ([protected] - Nayaz Ahmed). But now when I check the ola app it says 'Payment pending' of 62 rs. Now due to this I am not able to use the app to book any other rides.

                                      I tried calling the driver but he is not picking my call. Please help resolve the issue asap.

                                        I have taken a ride on 8th November 2021.
                                        Initially it was showing an amount of ₹804 which i paid through Google Pay and once the ride was completed it was updated to ₹870 and it showed that I had to pay an extra amount of ₹66 by Cash on my end of Ola app.
                                        However the driver demanded an amount of ₹551 to be paid to him as it was showing in his end of the app. So I had no choice other than paying him an extra ₹551 by PhonePe. So i payed a total of ₹1355 whereas the original bill was ₹870 (₹485 to be refunded).
                                        Raised a complaint on Ola app and after many days i got a call from them that the refund is initiated and will be reflected in 5-7 working days and they updated and closed the ticket as resolved from their end. It's been 10 days now after the call and i have not received my money neither am I able to raise a ticket for that again. Even after multiple attempts I am not able to contact them. I have even mailed them 2 times with all the details and documents attached but in vain. To be honest, they have the worst customer support i have seen.
