Im a regular ola user, but i have stopped using with a worst experience, in between a function day on nov 4 & 5th ola troubled me alot with payment issue, i had to book multiple time & i was paying drivers as usual but each time ola showed those as payments pending, since i didnt had time to call custmer care i paid all those time extra to ola as without payment we cant book further, they gave extreme torture on a function day that too, now i had raised complaint & they assured it will be refunded & its almost 15 days i hv not received the money which they promised me on refund
Im starting to feel like they are making fun of customer & i was lied & making me run for my refund
Hope they do their job neatly & dont spoil their customer relation
