    On 18.10.2021, I booked OLA from Hoysala Nagar to Airport, Bengaluru. On reaching to pick up location, driver told me to cancel the request given in OLA so that he will drop me to airport personally. Since it was an official trip, I told driver that I have to submit receipt to my company. In turn, he replied that he would give hard copy receipt ( paper bill). I told him that our company will not accept it. Then he collected the OTP and started the trip.

    On the way, we picked up one of my colleagues from HRBR layout. On reaching to Airport, driver told us that he was not able to close the trip due to network issue. Hence he wanted cash telling that he will close the trip once network issue is resolved. Believing his words, I paid Rs 860/- cash and proceeded to Chandigarh by flight. On reaching Chandigarh, I opened OLA app to book a taxi to Ludhiana, on opening I got a pop up message that payment is pending for the trip carried out in Bangalore. Hence the app did not allow me to book further. Hence I called the driver and asked about this. He told he will verify and come back. After that no response. Hence I paid that amount through my credit card and booked a taxi to Ludhiana. After we came back to Bangalore I called the driver and asked about this issue, he told he will refund the amount to my account through Gpay. Even after multiple reminders, he has not refunded the amount and nowadays he is not attending my calls. His personal Mobile number is [protected]. I have attached his photo also.
    In this regard, I kindly request you to advise him to refund the amount or OLA can deduct from his payment and refund to me.

      I booked a ride from ubale Nagar Wagholi to Akashwani Hadapsar. Driver asked for payment in cash so paid the amount on cash but the payment status for the ride is still pending.

        I booked a ride and had selected online payment. On the time of payment, there was some issue from my side of online payment hence I paid cash. It wasn't updated on the OLA system automatically and now it's asking me to pay that amount again. Request you to kinda do the needful so that I can continued using the app.

          I had booked an ola auto on 29th September at 11:32 AM from my home to Bangalore Railway Station back gate. I was not able to pay for the ride via google pay so I paid via cash. But the app still says that I have an outstanding payment due.
          I sent customer support an email regarding this but got no response. Today, my ola service got blocked. Please help

            I was going from my home to airport and the estimated fare was 111. When we reached there the driver asked for amount, we gave it to him in cash. Today, on 13th Nov when I went to book the cab its showing payment due and are asking to pay in the app, when I already paid for the ride in cash.

              I have travelled from OLA rides auto in Indore on NOV 12, 2021 at 6:24 p.m from auto driver Kamal Dhamak and CRN[protected] number. He has overcharged the base fare which is too pathetic and misbehaved and charged 336 for a ride which was hardly cost Rs 20. I felt so bad when i asked him how can he charge such huge amount. I would request OLA RIDES to refund my money back otherwise i will sue you people in court.

                I booked a cab from Jaipur to Gurgaon, at start of ride fair was about Rs 2227, but when I reached at destination bill came to Rs 6622.
                Which is 3 times the initial Bill.

                On checking with ola support, executive said driver has by mistake enetered extra kms resulting in higher invoice amount and it will be resolved in 72 hrs and same was reflecting on complaint ticket but within 48 hrs remarks on tickets were edited, this is ola fraud.

                Again called OLA support to understand the issue, as per them I am charged for 622 km, whereas travelled distance is 251 km .

                Mailed the ola about issue and they reverted to refund for 251 kms still overcharged me for 120 kms .

                Mailed multiple time looping Mr Bhavish there CEO but revert was same .

                I believe OLA operates like this by doing fraud

                  Payment not done shown even after making payment

                  For car ride with ola : CRN[protected] have paid the driver total 651 still it shows payment is pending due to which not able to book further rides as on ola app it shows to that I should complete pending payment which I have already paid....

                  Iam not able to pay Ola postpaid dues due to some error in mobile app, attached picture for your reference.I tried logging out, uninstalling and installing but still I am not able to make payment.

                  Please help and I will never use Ola again after this.

                  I am really fed up with this tried so many to get through and now iam not able to travel by Ola as it's showing to first clear pending dues . Waste of time, energy and money :(

                      I am tired of being robbed of my money through OLA Cabs.

                      I have reported a fraud transaction of Rs 45 in Bangalore, a couple of months back and the executive, who called me, assured that such mis-happenings will never happen again.

                      But here we are again, I tried booking a cab from Delhi Airport and the Drivers cancelled the cab after asking for the destination, however, a couple of those highly unprofessional drivers didn't cancel but kept the booking assigned for longer, even after he (Mr Bindeshwar Prasad) told me that he will not go but failed to cancel the ride, which had me charged Rs 50.

                      After that, one of your star Driver (Mr Shiv kumar) reached the pick up point, asked me for the OTP and after punching in the OTP he realized that he can't go to the Destination and he could only stop the ride, which by the way charged me Rs 240.

                      This is highly unprofessional and insane that the customers will have to bear the cost for your unruly Drivers' mischievous acts.

                      Now, I see one cancellation charge on my ride details and constantly getting sms to clear the pending dues (Rs 240) for my previous ride. Apparently, I can not book any ride without clearing the dues on my OLA account first.

                      On top of it, I don't even have the option to contact OLA support over the voice call, so someone could check on the Drivers misbehave. It all doesn't end here:

                      There's this one time, when I asked my girl-friend to book the OLA ride for me, at around midnight from HSR to Electronic city, Bangalore. The driver reached the pick up point, he was watching porn on his mobile with the audio connected to the Car speakers. I was wondering what if my girl-friend would've taken this ride instead of me, since she booked the OLA cab through her OLA account and the OLA driver came all prepared to commit a heinous crime that night.

                      It's totally unsafe for any passenger, what more your drivers will do to a female passenger in the wee hours?

                      I am so done with this ever-robbing OLA service and have decided to rather go with some sincere cab service provider like UBER.

                      You guys should feel ashamed of what you're doing to your customers. Ola is the most pathetic Cab service, I've ever experienced. You guys disgust me to the core.

                      Does any law apply to such unprofessional service providers?

                      Not very happy with the way, my complaint was resolved after a log thread of emails and still had to clear the charges, to claim for the refund. OLA team should have been able to waive off the amount instead of asking me to pay it first then request for refund. It was a complete hassle! Anyway, Happy New Year!

                      This is the response I've received after weeks, Is this a Joke?

                      "Thank you for contacting Ola.

                      We are sorry to know that the payment is in outstanding for the ride CRN [protected].

                      As per our records, we see that there is an outstanding of Rs.240/-

                      We would like to inform you that due to some system restriction, we are unable to clear the payment from our end. Hence, we request you to clear the payment through Ola app. Once cleared please notify us, we will process the refund for the same"

                      OLA is pathetic beyond imagination!

                        In my previous ride, I have paid the driver, still it is said that the amount is yet to be paid. Already by mistake once, I paid twice, once to driver and once online. This is not good. If customer wants to do online payment let them choose, it need not be made compulsory. It's our wish how we want to pay. This kind of looting money is not accepted. See to that this issue is resolved

                          I have taken a outstation ride with ola bearing CRN no. [protected] on 14th October 2021 from Hyderabad to Yadagirigutta. The road distance is around 70 km. The driven has taken us through the 70 km route while going from hyderabad to yadagirigutta but while in return from yadagirigutta to hyderabad, the driven has taken us on a different route which is around 120 km. We are not informed by the driver that he is taking us on a longer route. In the mid way, we realised that we are being taken on a different route which is longer, the driver carelessly replied, you complain whoever you want. I didn't get into an argument with the driver and paid him the full amount towards the end of the trip trusting that ola would resolve my issue and refund the extra amount when this incident is brought to ola's notice. I raised multiple complaints in ola customer support section but all of them are marked resolved without even consulting me. While I called customer service and explained them my issue, they too weren't helpful. Till today, my issue stands unresolved. I want action to be taken against the driver and refund is processed for additional 55 km charged from me.

                            I booked this ride for my parents and other family members who are all senior citizens from Delhi to Meerut. The estimated fare was approx. Rs. 1580.00 after applying Rs. 250 coupon available in app. The estimated kms were 75kms for 4 hours for this journey. shown on the map.

                            To :Jwala Nagar, Naval Vihar, Meerut

                            The total fare at the completion of ride was Rs.1911.00 & the reason for this higher charge was extra kms the cab ran. The total kms shown in the billings were 94Kms.

                            I raised the question with the customer service and was told that per their driver, the driver was asked by passengers to take a longer route.

                            Per Google maps, this entire journey from the starting to end point is of 70Kms. The driver took Delhi Meerut Expressway which is shortest and fastest to reach to the destination and followed his Ola map to reach to Meerut. On the other hand, the driver left the passengers in Meerut far from the destination as he got another ride booked, did not turn on the AC(told to passengers that the AC wasn't working) and I had to go to pick the passengers on my own.

                            Customer care not able to share the route details and blaming us for the incorrect billing. They spoke to their driver and passed the judgement that the can ran for extra Kms but where, no one has answer to it. The investigating officer to whom the ticket was assigned did not call me but only spoke to the driver and closed the ticket.

                            I called them again yesterday but the customer service rep was unable to help and when I asked to speak to someone else above him, he said he has scheduled a call back which I haven't received yet.

                            This is utter disappointment from Ola.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have taken outstation ride with ola driver. I have been taking follow up for my refund of Rs. 3000/- which I have paid to Driver for diesel. This is additional money paid to him as he was not ready to drive and customer service of ola suggested me to pay this amount to him.

                              I have paid this money through credit card to buy Diesel.

                              I have been taking follow up since 30th-Oct-21 on this to get money refund but I am not getting any solution.

                              Expecting support with respect to this and need to have refund at the earliest.

                                  Dear team,

                                  This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I booked a cab on 03/10/21 for my family, to reach home under CRN[protected]. The ride was booked under cash option and the driver Rajiv Nain was paid cash after the trip ended. I received a reminder message from ola that the amount was still pending. I wrote to the support helpdesk option given on the app on 20/10 and reminder on 25/10 & again on 28/10 with no response till date. The amount was also debited from my ola money account. I have been mentally tourched by ola since this ride. I request you to consider this as a formal complaint against the service.

                                  Hope to receive a resolution to this issue at the earliest. Attached screen shot of the booked ride.

                                    This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I had booked a cab on 0310/2021 for my family to reach home. The ride was booked under cash option and the amount of ₹166 was paid to the driver : Rajiv Nain (in cash). It was under CRN [protected]. I received reminder messages from ola that the amount was still outstanding. I wrote to the support help desk on the 20/10 followed by a reminder on 25/10 & then on 28/10 with no response to the above mentioned emails till date. The amount was also debited from my ola money account. I have been mentally harassed by ola ever since this ride on 03/10. I request you to look into this and treat this as a formal complaint against your services.

                                    Hope to receive a immediate response with a resolution to this issue.

                                      On 30th September, I took an Ola ride to home and I have made the payment through cash. In spite of making the payment, it shows payment due and asks me to clear them either by continuously sending emails or messages or showing it in the app. Since then, I'm not able to book any ride through Ola. I'm using an alternate app now but this is getting irritating. Why don't you cross check with the driver and see if the payment is made or not? And this is not me alone. I have seen other complaints with the issue and there is no response or solution to it. I'm definitely NOT going to pay for what I have ALREADY PAID.
