I am tired of being robbed of my money through OLA Cabs.
I have reported a fraud transaction of Rs 45 in Bangalore, a couple of months back and the executive, who called me, assured that such mis-happenings will never happen again.
But here we are again, I tried booking a cab from Delhi Airport and the Drivers cancelled the cab after asking for the destination, however, a couple of those highly unprofessional drivers didn't cancel but kept the booking assigned for longer, even after he (Mr Bindeshwar Prasad) told me that he will not go but failed to cancel the ride, which had me charged Rs 50.
After that, one of your star Driver (Mr Shiv kumar) reached the pick up point, asked me for the OTP and after punching in the OTP he realized that he can't go to the Destination and he could only stop the ride, which by the way charged me Rs 240.
This is highly unprofessional and insane that the customers will have to bear the cost for your unruly Drivers' mischievous acts.
Now, I see one cancellation charge on my ride details and constantly getting sms to clear the pending dues (Rs 240) for my previous ride. Apparently, I can not book any ride without clearing the dues on my OLA account first.
On top of it, I don't even have the option to contact OLA support over the voice call, so someone could check on the Drivers misbehave. It all doesn't end here:
There's this one time, when I asked my girl-friend to book the OLA ride for me, at around midnight from HSR to Electronic city, Bangalore. The driver reached the pick up point, he was watching porn on his mobile with the audio connected to the Car speakers. I was wondering what if my girl-friend would've taken this ride instead of me, since she booked the OLA cab through her OLA account and the OLA driver came all prepared to commit a heinous crime that night.
It's totally unsafe for any passenger, what more your drivers will do to a female passenger in the wee hours?
I am so done with this ever-robbing OLA service and have decided to rather go with some sincere cab service provider like UBER.
You guys should feel ashamed of what you're doing to your customers. Ola is the most pathetic Cab service, I've ever experienced. You guys disgust me to the core.
Does any law apply to such unprofessional service providers?

Complaint marked as Resolved Not very happy with the way, my complaint was resolved after a log thread of emails and still had to clear the charges, to claim for the refund. OLA team should have been able to waive off the amount instead of asking me to pay it first then request for refund. It was a complete hassle!

We are sorry to know that the payment is in outstanding for the ride CRN [protected].
As per our records, we see that there is an outstanding of Rs.240/-
We would like to inform you that due to some system restriction, we are unable to clear the payment from our end. Hence, we request you to clear the payment through Ola app. Once cleared please notify us, we will process the refund for the same"
OLA is pathetic beyond imagination!
Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.
I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.
