I have taken a outstation ride with ola bearing CRN no. [protected] on 14th October 2021 from Hyderabad to Yadagirigutta. The road distance is around 70 km. The driven has taken us through the 70 km route while going from hyderabad to yadagirigutta but while in return from yadagirigutta to hyderabad, the driven has taken us on a different route which is around 120 km. We are not informed by the driver that he is taking us on a longer route. In the mid way, we realised that we are being taken on a different route which is longer, the driver carelessly replied, you complain whoever you want. I didn't get into an argument with the driver and paid him the full amount towards the end of the trip trusting that ola would resolve my issue and refund the extra amount when this incident is brought to ola's notice. I raised multiple complaints in ola customer support section but all of them are marked resolved without even consulting me. While I called customer service and explained them my issue, they too weren't helpful. Till today, my issue stands unresolved. I want action to be taken against the driver and refund is processed for additional 55 km charged from me.

    I booked this ride for my parents and other family members who are all senior citizens from Delhi to Meerut. The estimated fare was approx. Rs. 1580.00 after applying Rs. 250 coupon available in app. The estimated kms were 75kms for 4 hours for this journey. shown on the map.

    The total fare at the completion of ride was Rs.1911.00 & the reason for this higher charge was extra kms the cab ran. The total kms shown in the billings were 94Kms.

    I raised the question with the customer service and was told that per their driver, the driver was asked by passengers to take a longer route.

    Per Google maps, this entire journey from the starting to end point is of 70Kms. The driver took Delhi Meerut Expressway which is shortest and fastest to reach to the destination and followed his Ola map to reach to Meerut. On the other hand, the driver left the passengers in Meerut far from the destination as he got another ride booked, did not turn on the AC(told to passengers that the AC wasn't working) and I had to go to pick the passengers on my own.

    Customer care not able to share the route details and blaming us for the incorrect billing. They spoke to their driver and passed the judgement that the can ran for extra Kms but where, no one has answer to it. The investigating officer to whom the ticket was assigned did not call me but only spoke to the driver and closed the ticket.

    I called them again yesterday but the customer service rep was unable to help and when I asked to speak to someone else above him, he said he has scheduled a call back which I haven't received yet.

    This is utter disappointment from Ola.

      Dear Team,

      I have taken outstation ride with ola driver. I have been taking follow up for my refund of Rs. 3000/- which I have paid to Driver for diesel. This is additional money paid to him as he was not ready to drive and customer service of ola suggested me to pay this amount to him.

      I have paid this money through credit card to buy Diesel.

      I have been taking follow up since 30th-Oct-21 on this to get money refund but I am not getting any solution.

      Expecting support with respect to this and need to have refund at the earliest.

          Dear team,

          This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I booked a cab on 03/10/21 for my family, to reach home under CRN[protected]. The ride was booked under cash option and the driver Rajiv Nain was paid cash after the trip ended. I received a reminder message from ola that the amount was still pending. I wrote to the support helpdesk option given on the app on 20/10 and reminder on 25/10 & again on 28/10 with no response till date. The amount was also debited from my ola money account. I have been mentally tourched by ola since this ride. I request you to consider this as a formal complaint against the service.

          Hope to receive a resolution to this issue at the earliest. Attached screen shot of the booked ride.

            Dear Team,

            This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I had booked a cab on 0310/2021 for my family to reach home. The ride was booked under cash option and the amount of ₹166 was paid to the driver : Rajiv Nain (in cash). It was under CRN [protected]. I received reminder messages from ola that the amount was still outstanding. I wrote to the support help desk on the 20/10 followed by a reminder on 25/10 & then on 28/10 with no response to the above mentioned emails till date. The amount was also debited from my ola money account. I have been mentally harassed by ola ever since this ride on 03/10. I request you to look into this and treat this as a formal complaint against your services.

            Hope to receive a immediate response with a resolution to this issue.

              On 30th September, I took an Ola ride to home and I have made the payment through cash. In spite of making the payment, it shows payment due and asks me to clear them either by continuously sending emails or messages or showing it in the app. Since then, I'm not able to book any ride through Ola. I'm using an alternate app now but this is getting irritating. Why don't you cross check with the driver and see if the payment is made or not? And this is not me alone. I have seen other complaints with the issue and there is no response or solution to it. I'm definitely NOT going to pay for what I have ALREADY PAID.

                Until now I have always paid cash for every ride in OLA. But for last two rides I paid fare through cash to the driver still showing payment is pending.
                Now i am unable to book any ride in ola app..wht to do?
                Please look into the issue and solve it ASAP.

                      An ola outstation ride was taken on Sep4 (CRN[protected]). Olawallet was chosen as payment mode which had 0 balance. Driver demanded cash in midway for fuel. So gave half amount + Toll charges (Two way). At the drop point, the rest of the bill amount was given in cash to the driver. The money also deducted from olapostpaid. On raising a complaint on this, only half the amount is refunded back from olacabs to olapostpaid and pending was remaining as dues. Multiple tickets/emails raised to [protected]@olacabs.com, [protected]@Zipcash.in, [protected]@olamoney.com, grievance.[protected]@zipcash.in,
                      [protected]@zipcash.in. Spoken to multiple people from ola, their escalation and suppression team. I have also tweeted this to olacabs, olamoney, olasupport. Nothing is resolved.
                      At the end getting msgs that this is reported to bureau and pay the dues to avoid further damage.
                      Very pathetic customer care from Ola. There is no contact number to contact ola cabs. There is not escalation matrix for ola cabs.
                      Olamoney team says it is ola cabs issue and to contact them. But [protected]@olacabs never respond. Being a older customer of ola, negative reports to bureau is what i earned at the end.
                      I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
                      Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

                      I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

                      And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

                        I have paid the ola auto driver in cash but it is still showing up on my screen as 'Pending payment' for last two rides. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible as i am not able to book auto for emergency.

                          I booked an Ola Cab on 8th November 2021 at 05:45 AM. The driver was paid in cash, but the same is not reflected in the app as it shows that payment is pending for my previous ride. I am unable to book another ride due to this pending payment.

                          Please update the app ASAP.

                            I was paid the RS 389 to driver by Paytm, As driver don't have the change and he request me to pay by paytm.
                            But now in my OLA account amount of RS 389 is showing is pending due to which i am not able to book the ride. Kindly close this issue on priority.

                                Yesterday (07/11/2021) I booked a ola from Howrah to Newtown. It was showing amout Rs. 485 with parking fee of Rs 71 extra added to my invoice. But while starting my journey from howrah ola stand 2 parking, some guy collected extra Rs. 70 cash for parking fee. He had not allowed us to start our journey until I pay the amount. He even threatened me and my wife while I informed that Ola has already added Rs 71 in my bill.
                                Need a quick resolution and expect a refund.

                                  I took ride on 29th October fare of which came Rs.138/- which was paid immediately through Phonepe to the driver, however still it is showing as outstanding payable. Wrote email to support & tried to reach on toll free number as well but no response received. Till the time issue is resolved I am unable to use Ola without any fault from my side. I am using Uber for time being.

                                    I have booked an Ola cab . the driver asked whether the payment is on cash or online. So I said by cash so he came and take us to our destination and then I Paid him by cash and after that on the same evening when i am opening my Ola App then I find that the Rs 154 payment is still pending and i am shocked after watching that .
                                    So Please look into the matter as soon as possible .
                                    It's not about paying double but it's about getting scammed by driver or maybe by company so this is bad.
                                    So please take the strict action against this .

                                      Hello there,
                                      On Sep 30th I booked a bike on Ola app while booking it was by default payment method Gpay. After completing the ride I tried to pay But the driver refused to get it through online payment instead he demanded cash hence I paid the driver Wilfred J Rs.90/- But now in ola it is showing as payment pending of Rs. 81/- Please help as I can't use Ola service now.

                                        I had booked a cab from BIAL (kempegowda international airport) to N R Colony on Nov 5th 2021. The mode of payment was upi, but this was paid via cash to the driver. We requested the driver to clear the payment. Yet next day got a message for uncleared bill. I called up the driver to check if this was pending to marked paid from his side, but he said he has marked it paid, not sure why it still shows as due.
