Ola/Uber drivers in kolkata simply refuse to switch on the AC giving reasons that they are not paid properly... now if i am to believe them, why isn’t the Ola/Uber authorities looking into this matter seriously????
Or are they simply not bothered about the comfort of general public!!!
When someone is booking an Ola/Uber, he/she does it with an expectation to ride an AC cab... if the Ola/Uber authorities feel that they are to run such non-AC cabs in Kolkata, we can very well revert to our very own ‘heritage’ yellow cabs!! Why should we pay for an AC cab and get a non-AC service!!!???
Else the Ola/Uber authorities should give it in writing that they would run only non-AC cabs in Kolkata... and also reduce the charges for that matter... PLEASE CLARIFY!!!

    Ola has worst management. Ola doesn't penalize its drivers for misbehavior.
    I booked an Ola Mini on the night of New Year 2021 (I think). The driver came to pickup location and refused my destination. He told me to cancel. I had to cancel to book another one. After this cancellation, they blocked my account. I had added 300 Rs to my Ola Money wallet, which I can't access now. I want a refund in whichever way possible. I don't want my account back. I am happy with Uber. Just give my money back.
    I have mailed to Ola several times regarding this, but no resolution, not even an appropriate response.

      Today i book a ride from ola cabs app from my mobile
      as usual ola bike book my ride and give me 6 minutes waiting time in this waiting time rider call me two time and ask for destination and after waiting period rider canceled the booking
      but no one (Rider and ola cabs) has to inform me for ride cancel and what is the cause for cancellation
      if customer cancel the ride ola cabs ask the cause for cancel and take penalty from customer also
      but if rider/driver cancel the ride what is the action take by company on rider /driver
      and if anyone book a ride in emergency and driver /rider cancel ride at end moment and because of your rider/Driver/ ola cabs company stuck in bed situation who was the responsible

        Hi.

        I have book a Ola cab from Lucknow Airport to Kanpur on 10 April 2021 .The cab was too dirty and driver was suffering from fever as he said after sitting in cab .

        When I said I am cancelling ride to driver at outside Lucknow airport driver said he will take full fare .

        I have inform Ola customer care center at Bangalore at +[protected] but they said take the ride fever is normal in this environment .

        I am surprise that Ola India is not taking care of Covid 19 protocol and there driver are spreading corona virus in India as many drivers are suffering from fever .

        Indian government has to concern this serious issue and ban on Ola cab for controlling corona virus spread by there driver .

        Ola India [censored]er are making only money and operating from a room and spreading corona virus in India by there cab drivers .

        They have take 1261 Rs. For just 10 Km at outside of Lucknow airport .

        Do not take Ola cab as it is not safe in Covid 19 period there drivers are suffering from fever and Ola India [censored]er is not bothering the same of safety protocol of Covid 19 .

        They are spreading corona virus by there cab drivers and making money .

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I booked a cab using Ola App from West Tambaram to Putlur on 21st March, 2021. CRN Number: [protected]

            I made a payment of 648 via GPay for this ride and it was a successful transaction.
            But I got a message from Ola that amount has been refunded and please pay the total fare in cash. So I paid the fare in cash to the driver. Driver also told that refund might take atleast 7 days.

            I waited for 10 days for the refund. On 31st March, 2021, I called Ola customer care and described the above issue. They said if I would have called them with 48 hours of the ride, they might have refunded the amount. I said that I got a message from Ola stating that refund will be made and driver also said it will take 7 days to get your refund. So I didn't called Ola customer care within 48 hours. Also, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com with the screenshots of the ride in Ola App, SMS from Ola regarding the refund. I mailed all the details to Ola support on the same day, that is on 31st March, 2021.

            Again on 9th April, 2021, I called Ola customer care to tell them I did not get any reply to my mail that I sent to Ola support. This time they said they will create a ticket and asked me to send all the details with screenshots again and my issue will be resolved in 72 hours. I got the mail from Ola support and I replied to that mail with all the necessary screenshots. This time only my mail was acknowledged and got reflected in Ola App.

            Today is 12th April 2021, I called Ola customer care to enquire about the refund. Again this time they asked me to send an email with all the details. I have updated with all the details in the ticket in Ola App also.

            But that ticket in Ola App has been closed stating that I should have informed about the incident within 48 hours. Ticker number:[protected].

            I called Ola customer care and said that ticket is closed without any resolution. They again saying that I should have called them within 48 hours and finally asked me to raise a complaint against the cab driver by going to Ola App and selecting "I paid extra cash to driver" option. I tried to select this option but Ola App is not allowing to select this option.

            Request you to provide me a proper resolution to this issue and refund the amount to my bank account.

              On 25th January I took an outstation ride with Ola. Due to issue with Ola app i ended up paying in Cash. Now ola is chasing me to pay Postpaid amount which was deducted for the same ride. I have explained this to them a several times but they keep calling me for the same issue and threating me to pay them. What should i be doing in this case?

              I aa getting 10- 20 calls each day and some times in an hour which i clearly think is harassment.

                I booked an ola yesterday 2:13 PM, where I had my luggage along with me where I was travelling from Dwarka (PG) to Ghaziabad, I had kept my bag in the cab where I asked the driver to help me with the luggage and he denied, he took my duffle bag along with him in the cab I have a video of the same since we have cctv camera installed in here.

                  Yesterday, Dated 9-April-21, I have taken Ola and for 178 Km fare charge 4501 Rupees which is more the Flight rate, Please look to re-Imburse the Extra charges.                   I am working with Tafe Motors and Tractors Ltd and Corporate account with Ola Hence difficult to send this bill for Reimbursement to my Company.

                    I booked an OLA cab and it's total fare is 26 RS.
                    Paid it online via GPay, amount got deducted but it showed failure on the application.
                    Driver also didn't get paid online notification.
                    Driver then asked to pay it via cash, I was in a hurry so paid the amount 30RS via cash.
                    I want the refund for the amount that got deducted online.

                        I booked a ride from Terminal 3 IGI Airport to Bathinda Cantonment for 02 Apr 2021.At the time of booking the fare shown was Rs 8073/-. On completion of the ride the fare shown was Rs 10, 283/- (Screenshot of invoice attached) without any detours from the main route i.e a difference of Rs 2210/- .

                        Screenshots of the pre-booking fare as well as the final invoice are attached herewith.

                        There seems to be a definite scam here to lure the customer into booking with a lower fare and then raise the final fare.

                            Friday OCT 30 i book a ride on Ola. i took the ride. and after the ride is over the driver insisted on paying with google pay to him. i did and i have the screenshots. i have told old same thing. and now they are asking me to pay again to them. i asked ola customer service for the same via twitter and email and website. their support system is not good. no phone number available for immidieate calls. only support FAQs are available due to which i cannot talk to them. but they say they will only solve issue within 48 hours after that they dont want to solve any issues. how can i contact them without any way to contact them?

                              We booked an Ola cab in the morning of March 25th from Vasant Vihar to Ghitorni, the distance between which is approximately 13km, and the charge was INR 141 which was shown on the app before booking the cab and we paid that much to the driver and were satisfied.
                              But on the return ride, we were overcharged beyond our wildest dreams.
                              We booked the Ola cab for the ride back and the price shown on the app was INR 169.
                              On the return Ola cab ride back to Delhi Karnataka Sangh, we were charged a whopping INR 464 and the distance was shown to be 25km, when the actual distance is only 16km. This is absolutely unacceptable and a refund must be made. How can two points that are only 16km apart, suddenly turn out to be 25km?! This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. I have absolutely no words at all after this horrible experience. We have been using Ola Cabs for so many days on end here in Delhi, and every time the rate shown on the app is what we would pay. But this was the limits, absolutely disgusting. While booking the return cab ride the price shown on the app was INR 169 and when we got off at our destination the price we paid was INR 464. This is absolutely uncalled for and very disappointing indeed. We demand a refund of the balance money that was overpaid by us. Please look into the matter at the earliest as this is absolutely terrible that an 16km ride suddenly turns into a 25km ride.

                                  27th March 2021, I booked ola auto. The price at booking time was 75 RS. After completing the ride the price collected from ola is 150 RS. I called ola customer care, they told it was cancellation charges for some other trip. I asked them provide me those details when I cancelled, they said they don't have those details. Without any details how they are charging money from me. I have not used ola from past one year. That too all the trpis cancelled by ola drivers only, i have not cancelled any.

                                      This is regarding ride detail CRN[protected]
                                      Initial Booking distance:
                                      15/1, Strand road, Kolkata to Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Kolkata (13.9 KM, estimated fare Rs. 267)
                                      Fair was paid because I had to leave for my office so I just paid through my upi and assumed my elderly parents will be at destination. Do look at initial distance and route.

                                      Now begins the scam
                                      Since I was not there the driver simply took a route longer than usual and rather than taking the original route took one that was 30.9 KM(image attached) and said fare is Rs.555!

                                      Just see how did he try to scam my parents that instead of taking the original route he took one that he felt would generate the most amount for him. Rather than going straight he returned backward than forward. (For comparison both route images are attached). Those living in Kolkata would understand that he travelled all the way back of Maidan to increase estimated distance. Even if he had not taken original but took GT road he might have ended with 1-2 KM more.

                                      what can two old people do when someone is not around, at last my parents had to pay 288 because they aren't aware of how they can be cheated by so called OLA and their drivers. Just pathetic experience. An estimate is an estimate. People take your ride because they think they have to pay this amount, then why the hell you have to do these scams in the name of traffic condition, distance, fare etc.

                                      Do you really think I will ever take OLA after this? or anyone would? Please beware if you read this. It's your right to pay the original amount not the one that they show us later because traffic was more so they took another route!

                                        Sir yesterday i took a ride in ola and my fair was showing 118 rs but the driver told me that his bill is showing 650 and i have to pay him that much because he starts threatening me and he also said that i will get my refund from ola cabs before 7pm same day or i[censored] will not give then driver will refund the money itself. But now he is not picking my phone.

                                        This is a clear case of cheating, fraud and mental harrasment. Please solve my issue here i dont want to proceed it legally. Please solve it as soon as possible.

                                        Nd m not able to raise concern in ola app because i cannot enter more than 500rs.
