Hi Team,

I Kumar Nilabh booked a service provided by Ola Cabs from Old Delhi Railway station to my home(Uttam Nagar). And the estimated fare is ₹211 so I booked the taxi while my ride is completed my total fare come ₹360.
I don't know how they mis guide people by showing different fare and generated different fare. Actually my cousin sister facing same issue the estimated fare showing ₹276 but actual bill is ₹325.
I want to file a complaint against Ola cabs for doing this type of frauds.

    On Jan 25, I travelled from Mohali, Punjab to Shahabad Markanda, Haryana - which is a total of 75 KM. The estimated fare was Rs. 1113. Since tolls are closed, no toll payment was required in cash. I booked this cab by payment method "Ola Money Postpaid". When I reached the destination, the driver said that app is not responding and he would call me in case of any issues. After five minutes, I received a call from Ola representative that driver wants to end the trip and I okayed it since I had reached the destination. The Ola representative also asked me about the estimated fare which I told them as Rs 1113.

    After a couple of minutes, I received a message that an amount of Rs 3609 has been deducted from my ola money postpaid account for my trip - which is for almost 250+ KM. I had multiple followups with the company as well as the driver about this. The driver said he has not told this much reading, but I am not sure if he is lying or not.

    On Jan 28, I received a call again from Ola representative where they said I would be charged for 75 KMs only and rest would be refunded to me after his call. But I never received any refund.

    Now today, on Jan 29, I received an email from company executive that they would not refund my money as the car meter reading is correct. They simply backed out of their statement that they made a day back.

    How it is possible for a person to travel 250+ km in less than 1.5 hours in a CNG Alto car? I travelled from Mohali to Shahabad and I have proofs for that. Please help me get refund from Ola company and also compensation for the mental harassment I am going through. I have called them almost 20 times and sent several messages on support ticket, but they are not at all responsible. Please help me.

      I have been unable to use your services for months due to a pending payment for £41.73. the journey to and from my home SUPPOSEDLY was 18mins yet the charge is over £40!!!

      i don't know how or what led to this but i need it addressed and rectified asap.

        I had booked Ola Cab on March 7th, 2019. After the trip at 4 am, Driver showed ola app prompting for cash payment (Rs. 3808). Upon which I made the payment to driver by PayTM and settled the amount. However, Ola Postpaid amount was also deducted for the same trip (that i didn't notice, because i didn't use ola app after that). As soon as I realized that ola app is asking me to pay again, i immediately emailed ola support about this issue, and also talked to them on call and update that i have already paid the amount to OLA driver with proof (paytm invoice). and when the issue didn't resolve after multiple attempts, they asked me to uninstall the app, as they have no way to block my account from their side. After that, I started receiving emails/calls/messages for non-payment of dues. I kept telling them that an issue is waiting to be resolved. I have already made the payment to the OLA driver. however they kept calling me incessantly about non-payment of dues. They have been calling me/emailing me/messaging me for more that ten times a day. they literally threaten me like goons, that they will come to my house to get the money and will file a legal case. It's been almost a year while tolerating this nonsense behavior from their side.

          OLA customer service is not helping to get an invoice for CRN [protected]. How hard it is to generate a PDF and share it? Tried all possible resolution they provided but did not work

            Hi Team,

            This is regarding the ola money payment. I was charged twice for the same ride which is 3 times the amount of the ride taken. 750 was charged in ola money for the ride taken on 14th Jan around 5pm from Taj mahal palace, coloba to Airoli. However, at around 11pm again an amount of 1431 was deducted from ola money post paid for the same ride. Request you to refund the amount of Rs.1431 on ola money which was charged incorrectly. PFB the transaction ids for the same:

            FYOL-8NM0-BMC0
            Rs. 1431
            FYOL-2QL3-47M0
            Rs. 750

            Ola should refund the amount of 1431 Rs. on priority which was deducted without any transaction.

            I reported 4 times on their support email as well as the ola money support email but no one is responding and the team is just sending templated replies without any resolution.

              I took an Ola ride on 23rd January, 2021 in Patna from Patna Central Mall to New Colony Patna. The charge shown before booking the cab was Rs.174 but when the ride completed, it was Rs.249. Since there was no traffic or any kind of delay or route deviation, it seemed wrong, so I checked the invoice. The invoice showed that toll has been charged twice, one for entering Rajendra Nagar Terminal and second for exiting Rajendra Nagar Terminal. But we never entered it. We crossed it. It was just on route. I complained twice but there is computerized chat only and it simply says that toll has been correctly charged without even understanding the . This is very bad customer service.

                I have started a trip at ola on 29th at around 11-11.30 at from Sealdah to newtown.. after completing the trip and giving the cash to drivers hand the trip is showing still on.. I have called the driver and he is saying that he has already completed the ride and on a different ride.. I will not pay anything if charged extra for this faulty app or anything wrong. Fare was showing 490/- which i already paid to the driver.

                  I had missed my train and I would like to share the train which i was going to take on 5 jan. It was bhubaneshwar rajdhani at exactly 5 pm. I hired your driver by 4:15 around and he made us linger around the city, he was confused which road to choose, he chose G.B road which had jam, he drove like a snail, so slowly that people walked past us . He kept on saying that it was a one way which it wasn't, it could have led us to station in 1 minute . However he made us reach a point far away from station at 5:15 around. Here is the proof that i had to board bhubaneshwar rajdhani at 5. The e ticket, have a look. I am also attaching a screenshot of the driver.

                      Dear Concern,

                      I have booked Ola from ruby area to howrah station.
                      After he had came, before starting he denied online pay and asked for the cash.
                      I was in hurry because I have to board the train. So I agreed that I will give him fare in cash.
                      But he didnot take the OTP from me. In the midway of my trip he cancelled ola booking.
                      And in my app it is showing that driver cancelled this trip, but actually he didnot cancelled it. He finished the trip and take a payment from me.

                      I am the regular customer of OLA. I am surprised to see this.

                      Please find the attachment of the car and driver details.

                      Please do the needful. This should not be happen again.

                        Ola Cabs is calling me again and again to promote their ola money service. I’m not interested at all but they are calling again and again and disturbing my day completely. Today only i got 4 calls from Ola for their ola money service. They are just spamming their customers and using customer details wrongly without their permission. Even they have not given any option to opt out from these calls. Please do something about their unnecessary spamming.

                          I booked ola on 10th Jan n first driver cancelled at the last moment as the mode of payment was online. Then I booked the second one n the driver came and after boarding the cab, he asked me cash or asked me to change the mode of payment. As I was getting late for the airport, I panicked and thought of reaching out to customer care later. Driver dropped me off at the airport n I paid cash, but I paid money too from ola post paid as without clearing dues I can't book the next ride. After this I wrote to customer care with all details, driver number and contact number. But they are not refunding the amount. Although the fare was 563 approx, I was charged 1126.

                          Please refund the extra amount immediately or clear the ola post paid from the backend.

                            The payment made to Ola Postpaid on 31st May 2019 is not updated in the Ola app and the Ola Cabs customer care has been calling and sending messages continuously since last 2 years. Although I have shared the payment receipt and the bank statement with Ola customer care mail ID they are not stopping. This highly disturbing as these people behave very cheap and are threatening to file case. This company should be banned and asked to pay for this harassment.

                                I was charged twice for the ola ride. First i paid through phonepe then there was success and it was paid successfully still it was showing payment pending so i had to pay again which was accepted but the first time i paid wasnnot accepted but the money was deducted successfully. I contacted phonepe they told that it was deducted successfully kindly contact the merchant. But no one is heloing from ola side to return my money.

                                    Date of incident: 5th Dec 2020 . Outstation Trip from Muzzaffarpur to Patna airport.
                                    Booking CRN: [protected]
                                    On trip completion it was showed on driver mobile screen to pay 1610Rs. As i had zero ola money i paid complete amount to driver. Then i was also charged 1610 in ola postpaid.
                                    Raised complain with ola: Ticket[protected].
                                    Ola said the driver denied that i paid him. I had driver number as he picked me. I tried calling him thinking some misunderstanding happened. But to my surprise he talked very rudely and blocked my number immediately.
                                    After no resolution from ola i uninstalled the app. And decided to not use their service. I was using ola since 2014. Informed the same to ola support. But ola customer care keeps calling again and again. I keep explaining the issue. I am not going to pay again 1600rs.

                                    I expect ola to stop bothering me by calling me again and again.

                                      I Have Been Literally Haunted By Ola Money To Pay For Ola Postpaid Amount Of Rs500 Since June 2020.
                                      I Have Reiterated To Them That I Had Mistakenly Activated The Ola Postpaid, however, I Have Paid For The Rides In Cash And Never Opted With The Credit Amount.

                                      Ola Money And Ola Cabs Shows that There Is An Amount Due Of Rs 500. I Have Asked Them To Justfiy And Resolve This At The Soonest, However, They Have No Resolution For This. I Have Written Multiple Emails To Them, However, One Team Will Suggest To Write To Ola Money And When You Write To Ola Money They Will Ask You To Write To Ola Cabs. Their App Only Has Options To Write For Selected Issues Which Does Not Cover The Ola Postpaid Issue.

                                      OLA just keeps Coming Back With Multiple Blank Phone Calls, Threatening Messages And/ Or Auto Messages To Pay The Amount Of Rs. 500.
                                      This Is Sheer Harassment From The Ola Team When The Customer Has Paid For All The Trips By Cash.
                                      I Have Spent My Time Writing And Talking To The Team Multiple Times.

                                      Kindly Help Me To Resolve This At The Soonest.

                                      I Have Reiterated To Them That I Had Mistakenly Activated The Ola Postpaid on 13th March 2020 for the ride from Mumbai to Pune, however, I Have Paid For this ride through cash and the all the subsequent Rides In Cash. I Never Opted for The Postpaid Credit Amount.
                                      I had received a call from OLA representative(a lady whose name I cannot recall) on 28th Jan 2021 regarding this OLA postpaid subscription issue. The OLA representative mentioned that since the subscription was selected, the due amount of Rs 500 is reflected on my account. I have mentioned to them that all the payments for the trips have been paid in cash and that there are no dues pending.

                                      The OLA representative mentioned that since the amount was paid in cash to the driver, this did not reflect in the OLA postpaid subscription. I told them they could have already checked the trip invoices which are available in the OLA account to verify and cancel the subscription, as the amount of Rs 500 from the subscription selection was and never has been utilised.

                                      The representative mentioned that she will update this and settle it internally.

                                      Hence, a further update on this is awaited from OLA.

                                        My name is Murari i have booked a ride from ola cab from Indira Gandhi Hospital New Delhi to Dev nagar part Gurgaon but unfortunately i forget to pick my cell phone from cab when i was called to driver making excuses and last he will switch his phone and my number also i am afraid he will not return my mobile.

                                        My humble request to pls call to driver get my mobile from him other wise i have lodged complain against the driver
