Ola Cabs is calling me again and again to promote their ola money service. I’m not interested at all but they are calling again and again and disturbing my day completely. Today only i got 4 calls from Ola for their ola money service. They are just spamming their customers and using customer details wrongly without their permission. Even they have not given any option to opt out from these calls. Please do something about their unnecessary spamming.

    I booked ola on 10th Jan n first driver cancelled at the last moment as the mode of payment was online. Then I booked the second one n the driver came and after boarding the cab, he asked me cash or asked me to change the mode of payment. As I was getting late for the airport, I panicked and thought of reaching out to customer care later. Driver dropped me off at the airport n I paid cash, but I paid money too from ola post paid as without clearing dues I can't book the next ride. After this I wrote to customer care with all details, driver number and contact number. But they are not refunding the amount. Although the fare was 563 approx, I was charged 1126.

    Please refund the extra amount immediately or clear the ola post paid from the backend.

      The payment made to Ola Postpaid on 31st May 2019 is not updated in the Ola app and the Ola Cabs customer care has been calling and sending messages continuously since last 2 years. Although I have shared the payment receipt and the bank statement with Ola customer care mail ID they are not stopping. This highly disturbing as these people behave very cheap and are threatening to file case. This company should be banned and asked to pay for this harassment.

        i was charged double on my UPI . It was been more than 10 days since the issue .No response from ola .. I am not able to contact any of there customer care agents . This isnt what is expected from a big company like ola . My Phone number - [protected]

          I was charged twice for the ola ride. First i paid through phonepe then there was success and it was paid successfully still it was showing payment pending so i had to pay again which was accepted but the first time i paid wasnnot accepted but the money was deducted successfully. I contacted phonepe they told that it was deducted successfully kindly contact the merchant. But no one is heloing from ola side to return my money.

            Took a cab. First issue was that the coupon did not apply. Second the estimated amount was much less than the actual fare.

              Date of incident: 5th Dec 2020 . Outstation Trip from Muzzaffarpur to Patna airport.
              Booking CRN: [protected]
              On trip completion it was showed on driver mobile screen to pay 1610Rs. As i had zero ola money i paid complete amount to driver. Then i was also charged 1610 in ola postpaid.
              Raised complain with ola: Ticket[protected].
              Ola said the driver denied that i paid him. I had driver number as he picked me. I tried calling him thinking some misunderstanding happened. But to my surprise he talked very rudely and blocked my number immediately.
              After no resolution from ola i uninstalled the app. And decided to not use their service. I was using ola since 2014. Informed the same to ola support. But ola customer care keeps calling again and again. I keep explaining the issue. I am not going to pay again 1600rs.

              I expect ola to stop bothering me by calling me again and again.

                I Have Been Literally Haunted By Ola Money To Pay For Ola Postpaid Amount Of Rs500 Since June 2020.
                I Have Reiterated To Them That I Had Mistakenly Activated The Ola Postpaid, however, I Have Paid For The Rides In Cash And Never Opted With The Credit Amount.

                Ola Money And Ola Cabs Shows that There Is An Amount Due Of Rs 500. I Have Asked Them To Justfiy And Resolve This At The Soonest, However, They Have No Resolution For This. I Have Written Multiple Emails To Them, However, One Team Will Suggest To Write To Ola Money And When You Write To Ola Money They Will Ask You To Write To Ola Cabs. Their App Only Has Options To Write For Selected Issues Which Does Not Cover The Ola Postpaid Issue.

                OLA just keeps Coming Back With Multiple Blank Phone Calls, Threatening Messages And/ Or Auto Messages To Pay The Amount Of Rs. 500.
                This Is Sheer Harassment From The Ola Team When The Customer Has Paid For All The Trips By Cash.
                I Have Spent My Time Writing And Talking To The Team Multiple Times.

                Kindly Help Me To Resolve This At The Soonest.

                I Have Reiterated To Them That I Had Mistakenly Activated The Ola Postpaid on 13th March 2020 for the ride from Mumbai to Pune, however, I Have Paid For this ride through cash and the all the subsequent Rides In Cash. I Never Opted for The Postpaid Credit Amount.
                I had received a call from OLA representative(a lady whose name I cannot recall) on 28th Jan 2021 regarding this OLA postpaid subscription issue. The OLA representative mentioned that since the subscription was selected, the due amount of Rs 500 is reflected on my account. I have mentioned to them that all the payments for the trips have been paid in cash and that there are no dues pending.

                The OLA representative mentioned that since the amount was paid in cash to the driver, this did not reflect in the OLA postpaid subscription. I told them they could have already checked the trip invoices which are available in the OLA account to verify and cancel the subscription, as the amount of Rs 500 from the subscription selection was and never has been utilised.

                The representative mentioned that she will update this and settle it internally.

                Hence, a further update on this is awaited from OLA.

                    This is regarding my trip vide CRN [protected].
                    I booked the trip where the estimated amount was shown as Rs. 324 and the payment mode was Ola Postpaid.
                    When the trip was ended the amount was shown as Rs. 341 (Rs. 17 extra) with below break up:
                    Bill Details:-
                    Your Trip - 325.28
                    Waiting Fee - 15.24
                    Rounded Off - 0.49

                    Total - 341

                    As payment mode was Ola Postpaid so the amount is already deducted from there.

                    When I seek support from app "Billing/Payment Related" > "My ride fare is higher than the estimated fare", it says "The fare shown to you before booking your ride was Rs. 324.0, which is the same as your final ride fare".

                    It clearly indicates there support is not at all in sync with the invoice generated as under Your Trip they made the amount as Rs. 325.28 instead of Rs. 324 (the app has technical glitch)

                    I tried calling them via app under option "Billing/Payment Related" > "I did not get my offer discount" where it shows options to "CALL US" and "WRITE TO US"
                    If I try to call it says number does not exist and if I try to write the app says "Something went wrong. Please try again later." This has happened several times.

                    Then I moved to Twitter message where they are claiming for waiting charges, and when I asked them to give me a clarity on the waiting charges that means for how long the driver need to wait and how the waiting charges being calculated they didn't turned up further.

                    I was in touch with the driver over call and once he reached the pickup point I boarded in the cab. So why shall I simply accept of paying Rs. 15.24 as waiting charges without letting me know how they calculated the amount.

                    I tried mailing to [protected]@olacabs.com; where it says to seek for support via app, and as per above clarification it's quite evident there app is not poor rather unable to provide support for my resolution.

                    I tried to reach Ola Cab via Messenger, they have credited Rs. 15 in Ola Money (not Ola Postpaid).
                    I further told them that the differential amount is of Rs.[protected]=Rs. 17 and they have to refund it to Ola Postpaid instead of Ola Money. But as usual they didn't turned up in Messenger also.

                    Since my payment mode was Ola Postpaid so they have already billed me for Rs. 341 and if I don't pay within their stipulated time they will levy interest on that. Furthermore, I don't have option to do a partial payment of Rs. 324 (the amount I am supposed to pay only).

                    I don't have any other known way to reach out to OLA. And this is really unexpected that you can't reach to the support team in real need.

                    The reason for writing it down here is because I am not going to pay any penny more than Rs. 324 in Ola Postpaid, and for the delay of payment Ola itself should be held responsible not me.

                    I think I tried my best but that's all I could have done.

                      I have taken outstation ride on 29th December 2020.

                      Driver cheated and inserted incorrect odometer reading.

                      Actual reading was 166 km and inserted 200km and taken payment as per 200km. I have raised multiple complain against this to ola customer care but till date there is no resolution against the same.

                      I suppose to get 623 Rs refund. Their customer care person has confirmed this many time over call but they are not giving refund.

                      They just close all tickets raised by me by giving improper reason.

                      I request concern authority to help me with this.

                        The issue that I have experienced was: I took an outstation ride (round trip) on 31st, Dec, 2020 from Rammamurthy nagar to Bangarpet was charged at ₹3, 562 and distance was shown as 308 kms whereas the average distance is only 120 kms (round trip) and would cost only within ₹2, 000.
                        To enquire I called the customer care on 31st Dec, the staff said the generated amount was incorrect and the actual distance was 138kms and the actual amount was ₹1, 800 (approx.) and I would be given a refund of ₹1700 (approx.). But, after no response from their end for several days and after my numerous phone calls, I was given a irresponsible reply that they would not refund or even reply to my query.
                        Also, at the end of the trip the driver (Shankarappa) had instructed me to make the payment to his personal Phonepay account and not through the app, which I did, but this did not reflect on my app, hence despite of making the payment I was charged ₹2, 920 as outstanding balance in my Ola Postpaid (never consented for post paid). In spite of having the authentic evidence o[censored]PI payment receipt, the driver and Ola, both refused my payment evidence.
                        Both Ola and the driver have cheated me, and overcharged me and yet I have an outstanding balance to be paid. Also, the Manager named Sudhanshu spoke to me irresponsibly and said he wouldn't resolve my issue in spite of having authentic evidence.

                        ACTION TO BE TAKEN:
                        1. I need big APOLOGY from their side, as it's been a 20days, since my issue was raised and no response was given.
                        2. I need the breakup of the ACTUAL BILL, as the one generated by them is incorrect.
                        3. I need a REFUND of ₹1700 odd amount to my bank account
                        4. I need the OUTSTANDING AMOUNT be WAIVED OFF, as I've already made the payment to the driver on his instruction, and the driver has to pay them back not me.
                        5. A compensation for the emotional trauma and manipulation I was subjected to.

                          Ola driver has been given the amount and Ola has charged me on Ola post paid.. Raised complaint in Ola support and there is no response. They have raised two tickets and these were still not resolved. .
                          Support Ticket number is[protected] and other support ticket number is[protected]. Both are unresolved...I have made payment to OLA post paid. I have continuously asked them to reverse the amount.. But no proper response from Ola support.. Total amount I have paid to Driver is 1860. And Ola charged me a late fees of 100 which I have paid. Also I have paid online legal fees of 589 to submit the complaint.. There is unnecessary pressure due to this which is created by Ola. Need a proper apology letter from Ola and a complete refund of the amount spent for this. .. Ola support team has not even called me till now.. Their App has OLA call us when clicked that there is no valid number.. Ola seems to dissolved the customer support. How OLA needs money from customer without proper service and customer support.. I'm really angry on the so called management not even bothered to support their customers with a clear service.

                          OLA support team and operations team is not working as per their Business ethics. OLA management seems to be neglecting the customer complaints as they think that they are monopoly in the industry. Neither Management is bothered to look upon customer complaints not the operations team and support team is working as per their ethics. OLA is going down..

                            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab

                            The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked a cab on Dec 23 2020 from Banaglore Airport to Marathahalli. Total bill for the ride was 1466 and I had paid during the ride thruogh Google pay. But it showed as payment failed and amount got debited. the driver claimed that the payment was not reflecting so I had paid the cash directly to driver. The same amount was also debited from my account and paid to ola. So i had charged twice.
                            I had called the driver and asked for repayment he confirmed it and said will reverse the money but he didnt.now he is not answering my call.

                            It occurred on: 23/12/2020

                              When contacted to Ola customer care, the representative denied receipt of any payment via Gpay.
                              I have been chasing this with Gpay for almost more than 18 months now and recently got confirmation...

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I am Karthik Reddy, resident of Hyderabad. I want to submit a complaint against my favorite transport company Ola.

                              On June 3, 2020 I have booked an Outstation Ola cab from Peerzadiguda, Hyd to Nereducherla.

                              Selected mode of payment at the time of booking : Prepaid Ola wallet with 0 rupees balance ( I thought of adding the money on the way).

                              In the middle of the journey Ola driver urged us to change the mode of payment to Cash as he had no bookings in the lockdown period and also he has no fuel in the car.

                              I tried to change the mode of payment but invain. On my way on driver's request, I gave him 1000rs for fuel (Bill submitted to Ola).

                              After completing my journey, I have paid him through Gpay (2000 rs) and 300rs cash by hand.. I did not had an eye on my Ola wallet (Due to 0rs in my prepaid wallet, Ola changed my mode of payment to Postpaid and generated the bill at the end of the cycle).

                              On the day of Ola bill generation to TILL DATE.

                              Ola is harassing me to pay the Postpaid bill. Total Bill generated was 3300 (Already paid to the driver) but now it has changed to 4220 due to late charges.

                              Ola driver acknowledges the payment and he is telling that 'if Ola reach me I will pay them'. But Ola is only concentrating to Harass the Customer rather than asking the driver for the payment.

                              -At present, Ola is threating me that they will proceed legally and send the notice to my home and it will damage my reputation in my surroundings and also it decreases my CIBIL score,

                              why should I pay the already paid amount? Driver is willing to pay that amount, why cannot Ola ask money to the driver.

                              Until now, I have raised so many incidents on this issue but they did not provide me the required solution.

                                Today I travelled with my family outstation.everytime we come here pay the same amount but little exceeding price is understandable but it was huge amount difference today.And payment was made for extra km.the distance I travelled was 100 km but ola cab driver charged money for 169km.customers are being cheated, this is the last tym, I will never choose ola ride from now onwards.

                                  On 07.01.21, I booked one OLA cab(INV No. CRN[protected]for outstation service from Bangalore Mahadeva Pura to Cherupuzha, Kerala. The driver came at the appointed time. 1. He entered the wrong meter reading 172337 instead of the correct 172383. 2. Instead of going through Old Madras road, MG road, Satellite Bus stand Magadi, Ramanagara, He turned the vehicles ( though I asked several times the reason for taking the wrong route, he refused to reply and showing the Map, Map changed when he turned the vehicle towards Hebbal, Nelamanga) and the total bill increased by about Rs.2000.00 and time by about 2 hours ( Original 7300+) and charged total 9459. The vehicle was very dirty and not cleaned. I am a senior citizen, and I Myself along with my wife traveled and it was a horrible journey

                                    My recent ride with ola was too worst related to driver issue and double amount charged. First he was too late for pick up and the driver number which was reistered with ola is not valid one.

                                    My first estimated bill was 86 INR only but he took long route then bill modified to 100 INR. I paid first estimated bill amount 86 INR via Google pay but driver again charged 100 cash from me.

                                    Really worst worst service and your driver was so rude and impolite he charged double amount from me. I want my money back to my account with compensation as he behaved very rudely and impolite with me. He rashly told that first give 100/- then talk with ola for online payment and he denied to show my bill amount in his mobile.

                                    Please stop my today's online payment to him and credit that amount to my account (my ola registered mobile number [protected] have google pay and phone pe). Please find my order details below.

                                      With extreme disappointment, this is to inform that I have been fraud by the ola cab driver on 30th December 2020, for which complaint has been registered whose ticket ID is [protected] and no resolution has been made over it within the promised resolution time of maximum 72 hours. Its been 6 days the support advisors are not giving any clear information regarding the same and just delaying the incident by making one only statement "You will get resolution in the next 24 hours and so on". I have been trying to call multiple times from my registered mobile number "[protected]" and I couldn't reach the same as the call gets disconnected automatically after IVR information delivery. It's been a very disappointing experience with ola I must say.

                                      Below are the details of the whole incident.

                                      1. Outstation ola cab has been booked on 30th December 2020 at 9:00 PM from Alwar City Rajasthan to Noida sector 59 for which estimated fare showed around INR 3500 for a distance of 174 km.

                                      2. On more clarification over the charges the driver said that there would be additional charges apart from the estimated fare which would be around INR 500-700 and no other charges have been mentioned which ultimately make the bill near to INR[protected]

                                      3. Driver clearly mentioned that he will take 2 stops at some intervals throughout the journey and after 20-25 minutes of the journey he took a break of around 15 minutes at nearby Dhaba along the highway.

                                      4. The 2nd stop was at CNG station and the driver asked to pay INR 500 for CNG gas filling and payment has been made through the debit card (OM CNG PUMP Rewari, Haryana)

                                      5. On reaching the destination on 31st December at 1:00 AM when asked for the overall bill it showed near to INR 5200 + 745 Toll tax and State tax as per driver, which makes the bill near to INR 6000 which was way too high than estimated fare and also there was no deduction of the previously paid amount at CNG station which consolidates the bill to INR 6500.

                                      6. On checking fare breakup it has been found that distance travelled showed is 228 kms however on the start of the journey it showed 174 kms and no changes throught reaching the destination has been made from our side, also additional time charge has been charged which driver took the time on his own.

                                      7.Complaint over the incident has been made to ola customer support and maximum resolution time given was 72 hours, within this 72 hours I have been consistently trying to reach ola customer support but my call automatically disconnects after the IVR information. After hardly getting connected the advisors (salman, asif/ashiq) just give a statement that resolution would be made as soon as possible and the issue has been escalated.

                                      The advisors itself has calculated proactively regarding the distance travelled by checking it on google maps and considered as mistake happened but still no resolution has been made till now and they are saying that amount has been calculated as per total distance travelled which was 228 kms. How can there will be difference of 50-55 kms for one route journey?

                                      It's been really disappointing and painful getting help from ola support.
