A ola driver of taxi no. RJ14 TD 6871 was coming in speed and hit my car Maruti Estilo at MG staff quarter campus at around 9.10 am and ran away . I want my car to be repaired as soon as possible so pl. contact me and provide funds for damage else I have to register a police complaint against Ola and it’s driver.
none of customer care no of ola is working, please send a valid customer care no.

    Myself Jitendra Narvekar, I booked a cab on 10/02/2021. Driver details are as follows.

    Name - Mohd Arif Khan,
    Cab Number - MH03CH3711
    and otp for cab 5037.

    I am writing this mail to inform you about my grievance, I paid the driver through sbi cc internet banking but he did not receive the payment clearance details on his system. Thus I paid him via cash. I requested him to return me my extra amount.

    The bill was of Rs.319/-
    But I paid him Rs.638/-
    I request you to look into this matter and refund my extra amount that is Rs.319/-.

      I took Ride in Ola Cab ơn 4 March at 7:25 from asaf Ali to Mohan garden in Innova Cab nó. UP14JT5912.

      our One bag left in the Cab we called driver several times bút he didnot pick our call neither he returned nor called back.
      Kindly look into Matters and pls Return our bag to US.

            My name is Nikhit Shaju. I had taken a Ola Prime sedan on Monday, March 8th 2021 CRN [protected] at 11:48 am from SG Palya to AvalahallI.

            Half way through the trip I paid the cab amount - Rs. 411 through UPI and it came up as charged on my Gpay account as given below in the attachment and also on the app.

            Once I had reached the location, the cab driver showed me that I required to pay the same amount again as it had not been credited in the system, and I had to pay the amount 411 to him again as given in the attachment.

            Kindly do the needful and refund the extra amount back to my UPI ID.

                I took a ride from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to Delhi Airport (T2) on 01.03.21 and paid the fare to the driver in cash, since no online payment option was working at that time. Till then, the fare is outstanding in my account. I requested OLA support to resolve it, but they are not helping it out and just asking to make the double payment, with the comment that any cash payment is not covered under their policy.

                  I have booked ola rental on 4 march 2021 for 60kms for 6hrs package but after traveling for approx 26km cab has broke down due to some mechanical issues as the ride was stopped i have paid full amount of rs1462/- in cash to driver. I have raised complaint for same but my issue has not yet solved and my amount is not yet refunded.

                    On February 23rd 2021 the ola driver charged extra 70 rupees along with the inbuilt amount. Upon asking about the extra money he said company doesn't provide. And we came from a long journey and we were obviously tired. Please sort this out. I don't know why ola service is so bad now adays

                      It has been hardly impossible to book an ola cab in mysore . The money has not been paid to ola driver via phonepe but it's been dedected from my bank account which made me give cash as the driver would fall into trouble ...

                        I took a ride on 31 Dec 2020 (CRN [protected]), since there was a network issue i paid in cash after speaking to the driver (Rs.272) since then i have been getting messages for pending payment. I ignored them since i had already paid. Yesterday i.e 3 Mar 2021, i had to again book a ride, but the same can be done only after clearing the due, since it was an emergency i paid it (Rs. 272) online. I would like to get this resolved and get a refund. Kindly do the needful.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          On 27th i pre booked a cab for 28th morning 7:30 A.M from K.Channasandara to JP Nagar metro. When the driver excepted my ride on 28th 10 min before the ride the bill was 576.
                          I used googlepay to pay just 3 km before reaching my destination and the bill was still 576. But after I reached my destination, the driver asked me to pay 237 again, which was displayed in his ola app. I Insisted that I had already paid but the driver said and showed his ola screen that 237 needs to be paid and when i refreshed my screen and clicked on my Ola ride the rates changed to 813 and i had to pay the remaining amount.

                          I tried to char with ola but the chat bot is of no use of answering the question of why the bill amount changed. There no ph number to check with ola customer care. I sent them a mail on Mar 1st for which i got an auto generated message to use the ola support which is the same chat bot.

                          The same day on 28th i booked a return cab from the same location JP Nagar metro to K channasandra and the bill amount was 554.

                          So ola mislead me and made me pay extra which was a total suprise to me. Request you to give me a resolution. I wont ola to pay back 237.

                                One of my relative(Female) had booked a cab () with CRN[protected]
                                she had selected a phone pay option while booking a cab and it was paid as per the guidelines, after dropping driver is demanding a cash with female that he need to be given by cash. hence the double of payment was made..

                                  I have booked a ola cabs where in there drivers at first take the duties and then take lot of time to reach at the location which makes me late for my office for eg. If the app shows 5 mins they will take around 15 mins and still after that they dont pickup the calls and behave u professionally where this is the second time it happened ..

                                  This causes my a mental health stressed and my professional life gets hampered too because of there unprofessionalism my half day salary' gets deducted because they take 20mins to reach at the location..

                                  I want to a compensation from.them against my salary deduction and my mental health.

                                      CRN [protected] I m a genuine customer of Ola since 3 yrs. I have been charged twice.
                                      I took ride from Mira road to Kandivali mumbai. I was charged 315. 1st ur driver denied payment from ola money. He asked for PhonePe. I tried but due to some technical problem it failed. Your driver ended trip as so i was unable opt for cash.Eventually i had to pay him in cash. Now payment is pending for ride i already paid. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE. I M GONNA COMPLAIN AT CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME.. THE ISSUE IS BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR DRIVE I M NOT gonna be BAIT for the same...
