I tried to get my deposit amount from ola corporate from last 7 months.. There is no chance to contact even partnercare no and support option. My family is in critical situation. My wife is in hospital, i can't pay the medical bill also. This is ridiculous relationship with partners. In coimbatore many partners are cheating to get their deposit amount as like as me.

Still now not received even a single mail from Ani technologies. I received phone call two times from this number 80468 31000 which date means 8th feb 2021 & 17th sep 2020. On the time of received the above two calls that " U can receive ur deposit refund payment within a week". After this information there is no response from them. In addition to that i can't communicate my situation through phone calls and Support section also.

Still now not received even a single mail from Ani technologies. I received phone call two times from this number[protected] which date means 8th feb 2021 & 17th sep 2020.     I booked cab (CRN [protected]) on 24th Jan 2021 for my father from stargate to Pimple Gurav. Before my father reached home I made a payment of Rs, 172.00 vai google pay. But the driver Mr. Shivsharnappa Babeshett told me that he has not received the money. Further as he was to take another trip with his consent I paid Rs. 172.00 cash. Latter when I noticed that online payment is confirmed I called him and informed accordingly. He agreed to pay the money via online payment. So I kept on waiting. But till date he has not returned the money. Kindly Look into the matter & do the needful.

      I have booked a taxi from my home to drop at Central bus stand Coimbatore. He has accepted my booking at 7:30 pm (4th Feb 21) to pickup at 8:30PM. But 8:15pm he cancelled my booking himself and not informed me then. I came to know this cancelation after 8:30PM and urged by my own 2 wheeler to get my reserved travel. What kind of service is this. really pathetic and I severely not recommend this OLA cabs to further. Very Bad Service.

        I have travelled in MUMBAI on fiday 5th Feb by Ola cabs hiring a cab for 3 hrs

        My travel was as follows:

        T2 to ITC Grand Maratha

        ITC Grand Maratha to Hotel Ramakrishna, Ville Parle East

        Hote Ramakrishna to Hotel Trident, BKC

        These routes are not toll raods and there is no parking charges at either ITC Grand Maratha or Hotel Ramakrishna.

        However I was charged Rs.240 as toll and parking charges apart from the regular charges for 3hrs

        I complained promptly about the discrepancy by mail to their customer support. i have received a reply stating that the charges made were correct and asked me to refer to toll charges for Delhi roads.

        I have replied informing that my travel was in Mumbai and not Delhi and i received the exact same reply from Ola for which i replied again.

        There are no customer service numbers to contact and the reply i get to my complaint is vague and does not address my concern at all

          Booker Ola cab Driver Name - VishalKumar R Patel. CRN No - [protected]. Driver got irritated and had taken different route. When asked he he told this route will have less traffic, he was told to follow maps. I was little loud, he started abusing and finally I stepped out along with my sposue in mid of trip. Driver chased us and was shouting ### We got threatmed. Just thought to log in FIR against him, then dropped the idea and finally complaining here.

            The driver was extremly rude, when asked to take route of low traffic road, driver got irritiated. We got down before destination, as I was with my spouse and two little daughters.
            Dirver completed the trip without us and chased us, CUSTOMER is ###r throughout the way and followed us. Would like to file FIR against this driver.

              I have been a regular OLA customer for the last 4 years. However recently I am facing huge issues, harassment, and problems with OLA service only in Delhi/NCR region especially at Delhi Airport which I am listing down them below including the one which happened today at around 5:40 AM for my drop by OLA driver which I have booked for my drop from Delhi Airport Terminal 2

              1. Delhi (IGI) Airport Terminal 2 - I have booked a car at around 4:40 AM using OLA app for my home drop. The car which arrived wagaonr, driver was looking a little drunk and the car was pathetic and unhygienic with dust all over the car. Driver was not wearing a face mask. However I decided to board the car as it was early timing and as soon as I entered the car the driver asked is your flight came now which I told no then he started asking more questions which I was of course not interested in talking like- when is your flight arrived, when was the last flight which came, what were you doing three hours inside the airport, are there other passengers, etc. As I told him that I was inside the airport for charging my mobile then the next question immediately arrived was for how long were you charging???? I told him 3 hours and he started laughing and joking and suggesting I buy a "Stylish Power Bank which comes in all shapes"---???? OK we were driving now and I asked him about the rain/drizzle which occured today. However, I stopped replying to him much as I was busy looking into my mobile. Then the driver switched on "Local Language Song" in the speaker and started listening meanwhile also talking with somebody on headphones. He increased the volume of the songs too high so I asked him to reduce the volume and later after few minutes he switched the song to his headphone putting off the speaker(At last I dont have to listen), however in few seconds he started singing also in "Local Language Song"-- ('...')". I told him nothing as I was busy looking into my mobile. Also when I entered his car at the airport he immediately asked me to show my mobile ("I WANTED TO SEE SOMETHING") and also asked me where you want to go for which I said and I showed him my mobile and told the otp. I saw that he was about to gatecrash the exit at the airport as he was more interested in putting his favourite song on youtube in the mobile, however he managed gatecrash somehow and we escaped. Later after 20 kms of distance I observed he is driving rather rashely although not speed but hard pressed breaks changing course/turning rashly et to which I politely with a "SMILE" asked him to not drive like that on which he replied that "Have we ever increased our speed beyond 40 kms" . I said no but you are driving/turning/ applying breaks rashly even do not seeing my destination on the app and asking where to go. Then he made the next few minutes of my drive with him smoothly and asked for my thoughts on it "Yeh theek hai", I still being polite said "OK".

              Still fine till here, however as soon as were about to reach my home he asked "Can you do me a small help", I asked what help he said as I am paying by PAYTM wallet he wants me to give all his cash he has in his pocket and asked me to transfer the money to his PAYTM wallet while he was driving and started looking back to which objected and said that after we stop we will talk. I showed him my PAYTM wallet amount then somehow managed to save from his special request and transfer Rs. 787 as per OLA App trip end amount. As soon as I paid the amount he asked me to show my mobile OLA App, which on further query to him, he told me that some another user has given him "BAD RATING" mentioning about his car unhygienic conditions and he is not allowed by OLA to do outstation trip. So for starting his outstation trip he needs to put himself by his finger on my mobile a "GOOD RATING". Which I immediately denied and informed him about his car unhygienic, filthy and dirty conditions. However as soon as I said that he started abusing in 'Local Language STYLE' and then later came out of the car and started threatening me and abusing me in front of the security guards at my residential property. My other neighbour also arrived and he tried pacifying him, however my neighbour asked me to Dial Police 112 as he was drunk and misbehaving shouting at 5:40 AM in front of the building.

              So I faced a threat from him with a lot of abuse and the worst OLA drive I have ever taken in the last 4 years. This has all made a day at 4 AM, So I raised a complaint with OLA Support/Safety Team which was very slow however, I was told that my incident has been reported and action will be taken with me being posted about the same. -- Please update me on this Also refund my money---- money for what listen to abuses and threats from such hooligans are they coming cheap to OLA...???????

              2.Second incident on 27/11/2020 around 2:40 AM again for a drop from Delhi Airport T2 --- This time after I made the booking again using OLA App which I will not use from now onwards- driver called me after receiving my booking and asked my where I want to go to which I replied, he was reluctant to come and then he said that he will drop me only till Delhi-Noida Tollgate as there is police Block at the Delhi-Noida Tollgate, believing his fancies stories I asked him about the payment which I made up to my home, so he said that I should change my destination to Delhi-Noida Tollgate so that I will save money and will be able to walk/cross the tollgate myself and take another cab from there. I also asked him if there is no blockage at Delhi-Noida Tollgate I will not change my destination. However, he somehow made me change my destination and dropped me to Delhi-Noida Tollgate. There he refused carrying my forward and asked me to book another cab which I did after crossing Delhi Noida border with my luggage. Are there "FRAUDSTERS IN DELHI" and is OLA NOT AWARE OF THEM TILL YET?????????

              3. Third Incident happened on 07/01/2021 for a drop from a Metro Station in Noida - This time as the driver received the booking he called and asked me where to go and then told me that he will drop me but I have to cancel the booking from OLA SO THAT HE CAN SAVE HIS CHARGE FROM OLA, which I denied and then he said that he will not come and did not even cancel the booking and then I have to cancel the booking.

              OLA DO YOU MONITOR WHAT YOUR DRIVERS ARE DOING?, WHO ARE THEY?, ARE THEY HOOLIGANS?

              CAN YOU UPDATE ME ON ABOVE INCIDENT THAT I LOGGED TODAY??? PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

                I would like to inform you about the rash driving on the Vehicle No MH 01 CR 7501 on[protected] at around 8:45 pm.

                He dint bother use the rear mirror and took a sudden left turn when he was trying to get on Kashmira Bridge (Mira Road) flyover. I just managed to save my Bike getting crashed. It seems that the driver doesn't know how to drive.

                Request the OLA team to take stringent action against this driver. Believe me, he is dumb and he doesn't know to drive.

                  My ola leasing vehicle terminated in august 2020and intiated for FNF which I paid in joining time. To till date my money not yet received from OLA ... always thier executive saying lies. Now I need justice ... I need waited time should be payable by Ola respectively for month 50k for 5 months 250000+ my fnf money 14000rs should be paid by Ola and my vehicle no is TS 10 UB 3063

                    Hi Team,

                    I Kumar Nilabh booked a service provided by Ola Cabs from Old Delhi Railway station to my home(Uttam Nagar). And the estimated fare is ₹211 so I booked the taxi while my ride is completed my total fare come ₹360.
                    I don't know how they mis guide people by showing different fare and generated different fare. Actually my cousin sister facing same issue the estimated fare showing ₹276 but actual bill is ₹325.
                    I want to file a complaint against Ola cabs for doing this type of frauds.

                      On Jan 25, I travelled from Mohali, Punjab to Shahabad Markanda, Haryana - which is a total of 75 KM. The estimated fare was Rs. 1113. Since tolls are closed, no toll payment was required in cash. I booked this cab by payment method "Ola Money Postpaid". When I reached the destination, the driver said that app is not responding and he would call me in case of any issues. After five minutes, I received a call from Ola representative that driver wants to end the trip and I okayed it since I had reached the destination. The Ola representative also asked me about the estimated fare which I told them as Rs 1113.

                      After a couple of minutes, I received a message that an amount of Rs 3609 has been deducted from my ola money postpaid account for my trip - which is for almost 250+ KM. I had multiple followups with the company as well as the driver about this. The driver said he has not told this much reading, but I am not sure if he is lying or not.

                      On Jan 28, I received a call again from Ola representative where they said I would be charged for 75 KMs only and rest would be refunded to me after his call. But I never received any refund.

                      Now today, on Jan 29, I received an email from company executive that they would not refund my money as the car meter reading is correct. They simply backed out of their statement that they made a day back.

                      How it is possible for a person to travel 250+ km in less than 1.5 hours in a CNG Alto car? I travelled from Mohali to Shahabad and I have proofs for that. Please help me get refund from Ola company and also compensation for the mental harassment I am going through. I have called them almost 20 times and sent several messages on support ticket, but they are not at all responsible. Please help me.

                        I have been unable to use your services for months due to a pending payment for £41.73. the journey to and from my home SUPPOSEDLY was 18mins yet the charge is over £40!!!

                        i don't know how or what led to this but i need it addressed and rectified asap.

                          I had booked Ola Cab on March 7th, 2019. After the trip at 4 am, Driver showed ola app prompting for cash payment (Rs. 3808). Upon which I made the payment to driver by PayTM and settled the amount. However, Ola Postpaid amount was also deducted for the same trip (that i didn't notice, because i didn't use ola app after that). As soon as I realized that ola app is asking me to pay again, i immediately emailed ola support about this issue, and also talked to them on call and update that i have already paid the amount to OLA driver with proof (paytm invoice). and when the issue didn't resolve after multiple attempts, they asked me to uninstall the app, as they have no way to block my account from their side. After that, I started receiving emails/calls/messages for non-payment of dues. I kept telling them that an issue is waiting to be resolved. I have already made the payment to the OLA driver. however they kept calling me incessantly about non-payment of dues. They have been calling me/emailing me/messaging me for more that ten times a day. they literally threaten me like goons, that they will come to my house to get the money and will file a legal case. It's been almost a year while tolerating this nonsense behavior from their side.

                              Hi Team,

                              This is regarding the ola money payment. I was charged twice for the same ride which is 3 times the amount of the ride taken. 750 was charged in ola money for the ride taken on 14th Jan around 5pm from Taj mahal palace, coloba to Airoli. However, at around 11pm again an amount of 1431 was deducted from ola money post paid for the same ride. Request you to refund the amount of Rs.1431 on ola money which was charged incorrectly. PFB the transaction ids for the same:

                              FYOL-8NM0-BMC0
                              Rs. 1431
                              FYOL-2QL3-47M0
                              Rs. 750

                              Ola should refund the amount of 1431 Rs. on priority which was deducted without any transaction.

                              I reported 4 times on their support email as well as the ola money support email but no one is responding and the team is just sending templated replies without any resolution.

                                I took an Ola ride on 23rd January, 2021 in Patna from Patna Central Mall to New Colony Patna. The charge shown before booking the cab was Rs.174 but when the ride completed, it was Rs.249. Since there was no traffic or any kind of delay or route deviation, it seemed wrong, so I checked the invoice. The invoice showed that toll has been charged twice, one for entering Rajendra Nagar Terminal and second for exiting Rajendra Nagar Terminal. But we never entered it. We crossed it. It was just on route. I complained twice but there is computerized chat only and it simply says that toll has been correctly charged without even understanding the . This is very bad customer service.

                                  I have started a trip at ola on 29th at around 11-11.30 at from Sealdah to newtown.. after completing the trip and giving the cash to drivers hand the trip is showing still on.. I have called the driver and he is saying that he has already completed the ride and on a different ride.. I will not pay anything if charged extra for this faulty app or anything wrong. Fare was showing 490/- which i already paid to the driver.

                                    I had missed my train and I would like to share the train which i was going to take on 5 jan. It was bhubaneshwar rajdhani at exactly 5 pm. I hired your driver by 4:15 around and he made us linger around the city, he was confused which road to choose, he chose G.B road which had jam, he drove like a snail, so slowly that people walked past us . He kept on saying that it was a one way which it wasn't, it could have led us to station in 1 minute . However he made us reach a point far away from station at 5:15 around. Here is the proof that i had to board bhubaneshwar rajdhani at 5. The e ticket, have a look. I am also attaching a screenshot of the driver.

                                        I have booked Ola from ruby area to howrah station.
                                        After he had came, before starting he denied online pay and asked for the cash.
                                        I was in hurry because I have to board the train. So I agreed that I will give him fare in cash.
                                        But he didnot take the OTP from me. In the midway of my trip he cancelled ola booking.
                                        And in my app it is showing that driver cancelled this trip, but actually he didnot cancelled it. He finished the trip and take a payment from me.

                                        I am the regular customer of OLA. I am surprised to see this.

                                        Please find the attachment of the car and driver details.

                                        Please do the needful. This should not be happen again.
