Cheating done by Ola cab driver

On 07.01.21, I booked one OLA cab(INV No. CRN[protected]for outstation service from Bangalore Mahadeva Pura to Cherupuzha, Kerala. The driver came at the appointed time. 1. He entered the wrong meter reading 172337 instead of the correct 172383. 2. Instead of going through Old Madras road, MG road, Satellite Bus stand Magadi, Ramanagara, He turned the vehicles ( though I asked several times the reason for taking the wrong route, he refused...

Double charged on a ride

My recent ride with ola was too worst related to driver issue and double amount charged. First he was too late for pick up and the driver number which was reistered with ola is not valid one.

My first estimated bill was 86 INR only but he took long route then bill modified to 100 INR. I paid first estimated bill amount 86 INR via Google pay but driver again charged 100 cash from me.

Really worst worst service...

Overcharge for outstation trip

With extreme disappointment, this is to inform that I have been fraud by the ola cab driver on 30th December 2020, for which complaint has been registered whose ticket ID is [protected] and no resolution has been made over it within the promised resolution time of maximum 72 hours. Higher charge

I booked the cab on * 1st January 2021* at 7:43 a.m. when I booked the price (estimated) was show low Rs. 320. After the ride was over the price changed to Rs. 959. Driver changed the Route which resulted in higher price. Customer care has not solve my query.

Ola charging me arbitrary extra fare

Hi,

I took trip on JAn 4th, 2020 morning.
When I booked the trip, the fare showed Rs.218/-. I paid the same using debit card, while the trip was underway.
After I got down at the destination, I informed the driver I have paid by card.
Later on the driver calls me and says I have yet to pay Rs.85 as fare.
Then I check the app and find out that the fare has been changed to Rs.303/- instaed on Rs.218/-...

Hi,

This is to notify a bitter experience from one of the Ola drivers. As a woman, I felt very insulted and hurt due to his unprofessional behaviour.

We prefer Ola rides due to the security, the quality of drivers and other hygiene factors as well.

Driver's Behavioral Issues

I had booked an ola for my mum on 26-dec from Viswakarma Colony to Greenfield Colony.
I was denied the service thrice previously when finally I connected with a driver who was close by, (Name - Rahul Kumar, Vehicle# UP79T7838, White Dzire)

Ola cabs torturing behaviour

I have not used postpaid but I am receiving calls from ola to pay the due amount which 8s in the name of sujatha. They are torturing on daily basis. I am receiving several messages from ola like this.
Your Postpaid ?475.00 amount is due. Heavy late fee will be added to your dues beyond 80 days from due date.

I told to the ola customer care that I have not used it. But they keep on torturing me

double charge for outstation trip to nandi hills.

My fried booked an Ola out station round trip to Nandi Hills from Marathahalli on 26th Dec 2020. Start time 5:00 AM and End Time 12:00PM. The app was showing fare as an amount of 2250.

When we reached Nandi Hills, driver said that its one way trip. Now when we returned back to Marathahalli around 12 PM, the bill amount was 4557. Its a clearly fraud and loot of Ola Cabs and their driver....

Hi I have booked an ola cab on 22th december.The CRN number is [protected].After the journey is finished the driver took cash as he claimed that gps was not working.So, he wont get the money as it was selected Payment Mode as Postpaid. But i see a bill is generated as Postpaid was selected in payment mode.So, I raised a ticket[protected].Ola is claiming that they have not received any cash from us and hence they cannot cancel the postpaid bill....

When I booked the CAB at Bengaluru Airport, the Amount showed Rs:602 (Six hundred & two only) but when I tried to pay the amount using my Debit card which was already selected, I could see the amount was mentioned as 900.
The option selected for payment was Debit card in my OLA App and I never selected OLA Money so no question of paying by OLAMONEY.

Paid twice for the same ride

I have taken ride through ola on 21 Nov 2020. The driver insisted me pay in cash after the end of ride, so i paid him Rs.489 even though i have selected online payment mode.After end of the ride payment status was still pending, regarding this i contacted ola through mail. Forgotten my Baggage in Ola Auto

Hi,

On 9th December we have forgotten our Baggge in Ola Auto, when we have travelled from Home-Nizampet Hyderabad to Rd Number 12, Madhavapuri Hills, PJR Enclave, PJR Layout, Chanda Nagar.
