Please find the description below. Also, please go through the screenshot taken from my Ola app for more clarification.

I took the ride on 12th Dec (CRN [protected]) where the driver took the money in cash and also money got debited from my Ola wallet. It was his fault and the moment I realised, that money got debited from my Ola money wallet, he flew away. Later, I contacted the Ola support where I got the refunded amount in Dec month itself (PFA). On 31st Jan, I didn't took any ride and again the 740 rupees got debited from my Ola wallet account. There is a glitch in Ola cabs system and kindly verify against your DB. Attached are the proof that with the mentioned CRN number I took only one ride i.e on 12th Dec and not on 31st Jan. Also, please find another screenshot where I got my refunded amount in Dec but somehow it again got deducted.

I hope I have given more clarification about the issue, Also, please refer the Ticket ID 3363899 (PFA) where Ola support has mentioned that it's a mistake from their end and they will be refunding the amount 755 rupees soon, but it didn't reflected in my account yet. Requesting for quick action and humble request to please refund my money back for which I have been fighting for last 6 months. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and Ola support didn't even respond to customers where they are not at fault.

    My wife booked an Ola cab yesterday from home to office on 30-June-2021 at about 8.48 AM.

    Details are as follows

    She paid the driver, Prince Kumar, the fare of Rs 241 by cash at the end of the ride, at around 9.20 AM. This has subsequently been verbally confirmed by the driver.

    However, when she tried to book an Ola cab in the evening using the Ola App, she was unable to do so, as the app kept demanding that the fare of Rs 241 be cleared. The Ola app has not shown any update and still keeps requesting payment, even now after 25 hours, although the driver accepts having received the payment .

    Have filed a complaint, but there has been no response even after 12 hours. There is just a statement in Ola Support stating that Rs 2 has to be paid, but she keeps getting messages to pay Rs 241.

    Cannot understand as to how Ola can harass someone for payment after the payment is made by cash. Surely, they should be penalized for mental torture and harassment.

      Yesterday I took a ride in an ola auto. My preferred mode of payment was Google pay but the option did not show. I often travel by ola, so I know that online payment option lapses after the ride is over. So I was trying to pay while the ride was still on. But as online payment option was not available I paid Rs. 166 in cash.
      This was yesterday morning. Till today my payment status has not been updated. Instead, I am getting messages to clear my 'pending' payment without which my next rides will not be booked.
      Further, I am not able to raise this issue with ola cabs itself as there is no direct contact channel. The 'call us' option is not showing in the app.
      This is pathetic. They are not acknowledging my payment, not providing any platform for grievance redressal and sending me reminders for non-pending payment instead. Please help.

        On 12th June'21 i booked a ride from Vasundhara to Dwarka & the fare displayed was 525 (CRN [protected]) & upon return i booked the cab from Dwarka to Anand Vihar & the fare shown was Rs. 296 (CRN [protected]).

        Iam an UNFORTUNATE Ola Cabs post paid service user & ddnt realize the amount which was getting charged to me. When i later checked the ride details, to my surprise i was charges Rs. 575 against Rs. 525 for the first ride & Rs. 453 against Rs. 296 for second ride the very same day.

        This is a sure shot case of cheating wherein Ola Cabs is charging more then the displayed fare. Now the worst part of Ola Cabs is there SO-CALLED Support team. All mails or App support system works on pre defined templates & there is no empathy towards customers concern. I received a revert that the fare changed as i had changed the destination & when i asked for details there was no reply on same. Each complaint mail in this regard has identical reply & nobody is bothered to read the mail & revert with a customised answer. Infact, my request to terminate my post paid service was also not actioned.

        During my ride i NEVER made any changes in the destination & the claim by Ola Cabs in this regard is complete lie. I refuse to pay any additional charges other then the displayed charges & hence i have loaded my Ola money wallet with exact amount which is correct as per me.

        I demand the incorrect charges should be removed & my Ola Post paid service should be terminated with immediate effect.

          This is to complain on OLA & its driver that they are foolishing & asking to pay the amount twice after paying once.
          I asked the driver contacting to refund the twice paid amount. He is just denying & also tried reaching the OLA customer care numbers, which are completely dead numbers & not working. Below are the numbers tried.

            Yesterday I have booked ride from ghaziabad to ghaziabad.. That time fare is showing around rs 168 rupees.. After end of ride fare was increased and it was about rs 270 .. Whe I saw in fare break up. I shocked.. Ola charged toll/parking incorrectly. This was not first time. This was first time.. They charged many time incorrectly..even yesterday ride drive has not paid any toll are not cross any toll parking area.. And I have done many complained to ola customer team.. Then what they replied that you have exceed you limit.. I am asking a simple question from ola .. If driver has not paid any toll /parking charge then why should I give toll to you and in this matter what is meaning of exceed your limit.. Have you given any discount on my actual fare.. Seriously I will do complain in court.. I

              I took a ride with ola driver.At the end of drive paid cash to the driver as requested by him.
              But the same amount is being reflected as pending under postpaid ola money section.
              I will not pay the amount twice for a singe ride.
              Also the late fee is also added to the amount.
              Since i have already paid to driver.I want to cancel the postpaid pending amount of that ride. Need urgent action

                On 09 Jan 2021, I have taken a ride and post the ride, I had cleared the bill in cash, but for some reason the same amount was deducted by ola postpaid as well for which I had given no consent - specific to this ride. I had raised complaints on this with their support team, but no proper response was given. They don't even read the issue. They gave template answers. From Jan 2021 to now, I am being harassed with calls daily when there is no fault of mine! I had also raised this on Twitter and the attached was their response which shows that they either don't know how to read / don't want to read

                  I had a very worst experience with Ola during emergency

                  It was around 9:20pm on 10th June, my wife was in severe pain, I had booked a cab (As she was not in a position to take two wheeler ride) with CRN[protected] and then the driver called me and the first question he asked me was "Where is the drop location?" and I replied that is it to hospital which is nearby and the driver said he will come but few moments later the driver cancelled the booking

                  And again at 9:21pm on 10th June, I again booked a cab with CRN[protected] and driver again called me and asked me the same question about the drop location and after I explained about the situation in detail (I was literally pleading the driver), he still denied to pickup and cancelled the ride

                  After these 2 cancellations, I was not getting any ride as it was keep searching for nearby rides

                  It was really worst experience and this happens with almost all the rides that I book, as the drivers without asking for drop location and payment mode (Cash/Ola Money), drivers will not accept the booking

                  Seriously I had no clue what to do and somehow I managed to arrange a cab from my neighbor and got her treated

                    I have taken various rides in between 26/03/2021 to 07/04/2021 from OLA but OLA failed to provide the promised services. The drivers were not switching on the AC and were adamant that they will not switch on the AC as their trade union has asked them not to switch on the ac because they had some dispute with the OLA company regarding the commission. I had made complain to OLA for each rides and every time I was informed that next time this will not happen and they would sort out the issue, but nothing changed. my payment was getting deducted from my OLA postpaid account and I had informed OLA that I will not clear the dues unless this problem is solved.
                    Industry standard says the NON AC fares should be 33% lesser than the AC fares, and simply I have asked OLA to give me a concession of the same.
                    Instead of clearing the problem the ola people are calling me on Hourly basis for payment of the dues along with the late fees levied by them. The callers are really rude and speak in a very rudely manner. To every caller I have requested to solve the issue or involve the seniors to get my issue resolved but nothing happened.
                    Recently I have been receiving threats of legal case from OLA and everyday I am receiving message from a new number - to which I am again replying to involve someone senior to resolve the issue, but nothing is happening.

                    1. I was forced to travel in a non ac vehicle even after paying for AC fares.
                    2. The harassments for travelling into non ac vehicle in scorching heat.,
                    3. The harassments of receiving calls on hourly basis
                    4. The harassment of receiving calls by the people who are indirectly saying I am a thug, (just to inform, under normal circumstances my monthly bill of OLA used to be around Rs.5000/-)

                    My outstanding is Rs. 1594
                    - Voucher in my account Rs. 128
                    - Cancellation charge on 05/04/2021 Rs. 50
                    - 33% discount 470

                    Balance comes to 946/-, in round figure I am ready to pay Rs. 950/-

                      This is in reference to a cab ride taken on 12th April 2021, CRN [protected].
                      In the middle of the ride, the driver said that OLA has not been paying their dues if amount is paid via OLA money or any other way. He also confirmed that he can return the OLA money postpaid which will be made due on my account.
                      I continuously tried calling the OLA customer care numbers. The call never connected for 2 weeks straight.
                      Later, I started getting calls for OLA for OLA postpaid due amount. When I explained them the hassle, they said that they will raise an escalation case and an escalation team will call back to me (which never happened) and resolve the issue.
                      I am now getting threatening pings stating to treat their message as "legal notice" and to pay the dues. Till date, I got "legal notice" stating messages from the following numbers:

                        Hi, this is Ravi .
                        And I m working with ola, I have attached my car.

                        Today on 16th June 2021 around 3 o' clock, I got offroaded.
                        Now my concern is that, ola always asks for two verification of a driver.
                        1. Selfie without mask.
                        2. Selfie with mask.

                        Now here the irony is that I might have given selfies without mask wherein they might have asked to take with selfie, it happens sometime,
                        now Ola has blocked my account for 3 days, in this pandamic when everyone is taking precaution, how can I dare, not wearing mask.

                        I sent an email to ola about this today but ola has really no concern for this, I urge to higher authorities to take harsh action against ola and ask ola to atleast listen the concern or grievance of a driver, I have noticed they instruct everything online and when we try to call them, their automated IVR responses with appropriate solution.

                        Sometimes human touch is required, we need someone to listen and understand the exact problem of drivers

                        Now 3 days are so long for me, this job is my bread and butter ...

                            Paid cash an amount of rs 250 to driver and then after rs 226 amount deducted from postpaid balance. I have tried to contact with driver to refund rs 250. but driver is not ready to pick my phone. it is a type of 420 case by driver under the banner of ola. I have sent a e invoice copy to driver for ready reference through whatsapp.
                            I want my refund.

                              I booked an outstation cab with OLA from T3 New Delhi Airport to my city (Muzaffar Nagar) on 21st March 2021, and everything was fine about the trip. [CRN [protected]]

                              Driver requested to pay by cash at the end of trip which I had no problem with. I checked the app, it showed me an amount payable as 3428 for the trip and a Trip Stop OTP. I paid[protected]+300 for state charges (Uttar Pradesh entry fees) and toll etc.) to the driver for the 152 km trip. I am not sure, if I booked the trip as postpaid, but even if it was, does it mean that I need to pay twice( Cash already paid and OLA postpaid?)

                              After that, next day, I realised, app is showing an amount of 535 payable for the 152km trip. This was the beginning of harassment.

                              On 27th March, I wrote an email to OLA, explaining my issue, with no logical explanation and my ticket was closed. This happened several times. Then I started getting calls and SMSs from OLA, asking to clear my dues. On asking, why should I pay this amount, even if I have to, where is the invoice for the amount that I have already paid. If I missed any amount from the actual dues, the invoice should say what was the actual amount and and how much I have paid etc. They just kept on saying 535 rupees, is what the app is showing. I kept on asking, for 152kms, how do you expect your customer to just pay 535, there is something wrong. Also, if your driver is not asking money from you, that means the trip was paid. NO Response to that also. I then raised it on twitter, couple of my queries were replied that they will look into the issue, but then it stopped as well.

                              I get a call from someone telling me, that he will help me resolve my issue. Then they will take the full case details from me, wasting 15mins, telling me we have noted and recorded the query, and your issue will be resolved in 24hours. Then, after 2 days, a new person will call me and convince me that he will help me, and same process repeats from beginning. This at least happened 5-10 times with different people.

                              OLA money has imposed late fine on me, twice, while this harassment was going on, I was bombarded with unnecessary calls, SMSs etc. Now, OLA has even stopped responding to my queries. When I try to open a new ticket, I get an email saying thanks for reaching out to us, and we will get back. Few days after, I will receive a response saying since we haven’t heard back from you, we are closing the case.

                              Now, I am receiving legal notices, on SMS, WhatsApp and calls by more than 10 different numbers. Continuously spamming me and threatening me. Got another call today from OLA Collections department. When I said, I have already paid for the trip, why do OLA keeps calling me back, she said, its because your ola trip was postpaid and you paid in cash. She was acknowledging the problem but not willing to assist. When I tried to talk further, she hung up. Such a rude service.

                              I have no reason, to not pay for the service that I have availed. But, this is unfair, I have done my part, why can’t just someone at OLA take responsibility of the case and help to close. I am not going to pay for something that I don’t owe. Either a meaningful explanation (Other than system is showing it), or remove the dues on this account. I am also request to terminate my 10 year old account, if this is the kind of service I am going to see in future.

                                His is to inform you that yesterday i have booked a ride from Riwaaz garments tilak nagar to dhobi ghat gali block D jhilmil colony for my mother and grand mother. I choose my payment mode as cash.
                                But inbetween the ride my guardians were having less cash so i tried to pay online in between my ride the amount was 290. So UPI was done by me.

                                At that time the amount was deducted from my account but it was not reached to driver.
                                So my parents gave him cash Rs. 397.
                                Now in the morning i have got the notification that my amount has been successfully been transferred to ola. Now i want my refund back of 290 rs.
                                Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      My car my12qw5952 was attached to ola we have paid 5000 security deposit whenever we terminate the ola account they should return deposit we have terminated the account on 6 th May it's been month not received amount
                                      They told us it will get credited in 7 days and now no one is replying .

                                        I had a ride on feb 25th 2021
                                        i optd for online payment then after completion of my ride when the driver stop my ride the amount as been shown hence i poaid to the driver and after my second drive the application asked me to pay the same amount for further booking .
