I write to you about the complete incompetence of the driver registration process.

I wasted 4 days organising registration to work as a driver.

They had no idea had to process.

I can send copies of numerous emails showing proof of correspondence....

My car my12qw5952 was attached to ola we have paid 5000 security deposit whenever we terminate the ola account they should return deposit we have terminated the account on 6 th May it's been month not received amount
They told us it will get credited in 7 days and now no one is replying .
Please help me with my refund it's been allready tough due to corona...

I had a ride on feb 25th 2021
i optd for online payment then after completion of my ride when the driver stop my ride the amount as been shown hence i poaid to the driver and after my second drive the application asked me to pay the same amount for further booking .
very very very unsatisfied....

I booked an OLA Rental Cab from Bangalore to Chennai on[protected]. The cab number is KA51D9955 and the driver name is Kantharaju and his mobile number is [protected]. I came to Chennai due to my father's death on that day.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about cab fare overcharge.

The issue that I have experienced was: Two rides as of yesterday 27th May 2021 for which i have been charged Rs. 9 per trip as Covid Care package. How dare is OLA doing this without prior intimation or customer consent. After downloading the app by default the App permissions get enabled for Ride Insurance without consent of customer....

I’ve booked an Ola for guest coming to kota but the drives said that he will take double charge due to pandemic. I think OLA is not paying to drivers.

I had booked an Ola Per hour rental cab (4hrs, 40 k.m) on 7th June 2021 at 11:04 am from my residence Vijay Park, Mira Road, Thane. The final ride got completed at 1:49 pm at my residence.

The bill was generated with the total amount was Rs. 1537/- for 79.8 km and 160 minutes and the amount got deducted from my Ola wallet.

I would like to inform you that i am going to pay ola money amount by online through upi(google pay?) From google pay my money is deduction 800 successfully send at aniTechnologies pvt ltd.. So kindly help me to get back my money...

Please note that I got a call from someone asking for pending ola ride payment of Rs 152/-. There was actually a pending payment of Rs 152 but it was paid long back.

Now it seems to be a scam. My question is how my personal data is going out to Online Payment Fraudsters.

Please look into this urgently.

I booked ola cab on 04-may-2021 whose ride id is CRN [protected].at the time of booking the app was showing fare of Rs 3332.after reaching destination the app showed a fare of Rs.5676.the cab driver charged me toll charges separately.i have to pay an total amount of Rs 6000.please let me know why am I overcharged.why fare exceeded like that.why am I not informed at the time of booking cab...

I was charged ₹500 by Police for riding in ola cabs, if there's a lockdown going on then why ola is accepting rides for customer. I had some emergency issue that's why i needed to go out but as ola cabs accepted the ride for that means ola cabs are allowed by government for riding inside the city if not they should not accept the rides as well.
I had paid pretty much amount for my ride as well as i paid ₹500 receipt which is obviously...

Inspite of paying via UPI, i was asked for cash at end of the trip as drivers app showed amount is not received. Even after complaining multiple times since more than 15 days, my issue still is not resolved...

CRN[protected] trip was showing estimate of 2502 Rs. At the end of the trip I paid 2974 as it was shown in the OLA app. I didn't talked with the driver till I got down. Now OLA says "as per my instructions" route was changed and so I was charged higher. Also, I had no halt, not even for a second, still they charged for 1hr waiting charge. This is probably scam at OLA to show less fare before ride and extract more after ride is over....

On 24 th April 2021 My ride was from Noida sec 22 to new Delhi railway station. After the ride ends drives says not to pay through OLA payment. Driver told to pay the money offline. I made the payment. Now on 25th April When I try to book a cab OLA is asking to pay previous ride fees the fees which I already paid to driver. So I tried to reach out to OLA customer service none of the numbers are working. Very bad service from OLA....

I would like to share with you that i have booked cab from Ola cab online many times.

I am giving the recent example for fraud in Ola cab bill, I had booked the cab from Shadhara Delhi to Faridabad on dated 23/04/2021 vide CRN [protected].

I had checked my invoice against the above said trip and found that in the invoice Ola has charged the toll of Rs. 470/- out of total bill amount...

Hi Ola Support Team,
I have raised one refund request against my Ola outstation ride CRN [protected] and ticket ID
(Ticket[protected] on October, 2020.
Md Arbaaz from Ola Support team sent me the mail of confirmation that I will get the refund of Rs Rs 1298.
I shared my bank account details with the Ola Support.
But till now I didn't get my refund.
