I had a ride with a Ola Cab driver in Gurgaon, Hariyana at 6:50 pm today the day is 17/7/2021 (Saturday), after i tried calling my phone from a friends device it said its switched off. the drivers name is. My phone's Model is Redmi 7s.
I need my phone back as SOON as POSSIBLE!

    We hired a cab using Ola app from T2 terminal in Mumbai Airport. It was raining and crowded and the app registered rides 2 times but the ride was cancelled. The 3rd driver accepted. There appears something wrong as the driver had the code but number plate looked different. At destination driver wanted cash as he needed it. Later we find there was also a debit charge in Ola post paid. The amount charged again was 847 rupees. Thus a normal charge which would be around 250 rupees, costed 847 +847 due to high surge charges and cheating by Ola hired driver. CRN [protected]. Wrote to Ola but they replied they cannot do anything.

      It's sad that Old cab cut money for cancelling a ride. Last time they cut the 50₹ and this time 5₹ for canceling the bike. The driver asked me on phone to pay more and I cancelled with "my reason not mentioned.

      If this happened again with all or any customer I will launch one free app for all the taxi drivers against Ola and will kill their market and share... Be careful about your customers or be ready to face consequences.

        The Ola driver his name is Jaspal Singh and he was riding the white Xcent prime Sedan Ola cab.The riding were started from Jamia Nagar to Anand Vihar Railway station.
        When we reached the Anand Vihar Station he was asking for the amount which was Rs 540.
        When I booked the Ola, the fare was showed on my Ola App which was only Rs. 350.
        We started the driving, and I told him don't go via the noida route because the state tax may be applicable.
        He denied and told me back, sir, Idhar map se show kar raha hai, aur main idhar se hi jauga. Or woh noida ke side se le aaya.
        When he reached anand vihar and he took the amount and started the car and ran away from there.
        He didn't refund the amount.
        So, I need a help and refund the amount.

          On july 4th 2021, had a ride from secunderabad to Kalimandir. After completing the ride the driver asked for cash, where i am forced to pay. On the same day another driver cancelled the ride by himself due to postpaid money. Later my postpaid account popping in my app for postpaid payment and it keep sending notificaiton for late payment. so i paid postpaid account. Now i am following up with driver for the cash he asked and i asked him to check that if ola paid the cash for my ride, i was asking him to return the money i paid to him as cash. The driver said ola didn't credit the money to his account for my ride, hence he can't pay money to me. Now between ola and the drivers I am struck.

            It's regarding the CRN [protected]. In this OLA ride which happened 9th July, 2021, once the ride completes, as fare rupees 330 got debited from my OLA postpaid amout, but the driver claimed that he did not received the amount and asked me to pay 380 to him, which I paid him through GPAY.

            I have reached out the OLA customer care through OLA APP and Twitter, but did not get any response back from them.

            Kindly look into this issue and let me know the original fare of that ride and return me back the balance amount.

              I took a ride on 10.07.2021.And have paid my ride amount of rs264 to cab driver . through paytm to drivers number as I was unable to pay through app. Driver has taken the amount from me but has not changed the status in payment section. Due to which I can't book any other ride, and the app has just. become useless for me. So either please change the status in payment option or I will just uninstall the app.I will not pay double amount for single ride.

                I had booked a ride for my husband from ernakulam north railway station to Chittoor, and the fare shown was Rs. 133 and i paid it online, since the driver informed my husband that may be police might have blocked some routes due to Covid restrictions, he took an alternate route, like wise my husband also paid in cash the remaining money (218-133=85), but soon after two days i noticed Ola app showing Due amount of Rs.85.
                I have already registered a double payment issue earlier on 6th Mar 2021. I want a refund and there has to be some method to inform Ola about cash payment.

                  Ola has started new tactics of cheating customers by way of overbiling post ride confirmation and receiving payment by card.
                  On enquiring, they gave reason of over charging due to deviation in route whereas i have not taken any changes in route post booking . I have been travelling these two destinations quite often using Ola service following same route. Rather, Driver was complaining about malfunctioning of Ola app as screen on driver phone was shaking continuesly all through the traveling time .

                  Therefore, i don't accept concocted logic of Ola at all .

                  Hence, it is proven that Ola has started new shameful method of cheating customers .

                    Dear Ola
                    While booking ride from my office to home, your driver called and asked for destination then cancelled the ride

                    Same thing happened 5 times in a row.

                    One driver went further after accepting ride he cancelled midway and refused to go to my home location.

                    kindly look into this matter.

                      I booked a cab to take my dog to a veterinary doctor and after booking the cab, I also talked to the driver on the phone about the dog and he confirmed the ride so I waited for the cab and after it arrives at outside of my house i told the driver to take me and my dog to a clinic but then he refused to start the ride, I also tell him that my dog is small in size and will not sit on the seat and will sit on the mat but he refused and cancelled the ride in front of me . And the next day my dog dies on[protected]. Because he is suffering from pain in his foot and having problem in his stomach.

                          For my outstation ride of 195km ola charged for 460km and took more than double than estimated price shown to me. When I raised my issue they admitted that driver put incorrect odometer readings and asked my bank details for refund. When I given my bank details they sent another email saying they are unable to give refund.
                          I am attaching the screenshot of both.

                            I book a cab from Uttam Nagar Delhi to Okhla Phase 1 in the same city for a distance of 32 KM. At the time the fare was showing Rs. 305/- but at the end time I was charged with Rs.700/-. Due to some accidental injury, I was unable to check the charged fare breakup and pay the shown amount. Now I am raising an issue on Ola Support for a higher fare, the reply showing peak time charges and they are not refunding the excess amount. This showing how Ola Taxi services making fools o[censored]s and not providing proper help support for any issue raised by Cutsom.

                                Hence I’m a fleet operator as we gotta rental booking due to non ac the customer denied to come so he cancelled the booking hence it is an online cash trip but the Ola adjusted it as cash trip he didn’t pay a single rupee to us but it’s showing cash collected as 1500 and ur commission 450 added in my balance account this is not a good way hence I have called customer care often no response hence I’m planning to file complaint regards this

                                  A few days ago I submitted a complaint detailing how ola cabs failed to acknowledge my cash payment. I am still getting messages to clear my dues. Have better expectations from this forum.

                                  After submitting complaint to this forum I was contacted by one Dipak, presumably an ola representative. I was asked for my number which I gave. After a couple of days I sent this person a message enquiring about the status of my complaint. Haven't got any response so far.
                                  Today I had to pay the money ola cabs was asking for because my next ride would not be booked without clearing the so-called 'dues'.
                                  So now I have paid twice for a single ride - once in cash and once through google pay.
                                  Now expecting immediate refund of Rs. 166.

                                    I am Yogesh today's I booked ola cab from ulwe sector 19 to new panvel sector 17. At the time of olacab booking estimated price ₹226. At the riched at destination location also google pay message came out to pay ₹234. But ola can driver told me to say bill amount ₹ 280. And also again checked in my ride amount display ₹280.                                       I booked ola from pune to my hometown.. Estimated distance and fair is 222 km and Rs 2585...At the time of drop..Estimated fair is 3285..They increased Rs 7oo...I raised complaint to ola ..But they refunded only Rs 1o3 ..No response on Rs 6oo rues..

                                        I had taken a ride on 21st Dec 2020, where in I have made payment of Rs 1162/- in cash & 2398 via paytm both the payments are successfully made and ola has sent me a bill copy stating this payment has received.

                                        Now when I am trying to book a new cab it’s showing a die of 1162 which was paid in cash, when called ola customer support the executive says they cannot do anything and I have to bear this payment.

                                        When asked to escalate got a response saying No1 is available and I will be getting same response
