I travelled alone from Bangalore airport to Kudlu Gate at midnight. Driver got thrice the amount from me and cheated. I called ola support many times but they ware not responding. Kindly please help

    One of my relative(Female) had booked a cab () with CRN[protected]
    she had selected a phone pay option while booking a cab and it was paid as per the guidelines, after dropping driver is demanding a cash with female that he need to be given by cash. hence the double of payment was made..

      I have booked a ola cabs where in there drivers at first take the duties and then take lot of time to reach at the location which makes me late for my office for eg. If the app shows 5 mins they will take around 15 mins and still after that they dont pickup the calls and behave u professionally where this is the second time it happened ..

      This causes my a mental health stressed and my professional life gets hampered too because of there unprofessionalism my half day salary' gets deducted because they take 20mins to reach at the location..

      I want to a compensation from.them against my salary deduction and my mental health.

        Do clear with your driver or you can track the ride.

        And brief me in detail where Rs. 300 cut.??

        Let me clear where during my ride driver paid TOLL/PARKING charges which i don't know??

          CRN [protected] I m a genuine customer of Ola since 3 yrs. I have been charged twice.
          I took ride from Mira road to Kandivali mumbai. I was charged 315. 1st ur driver denied payment from ola money. He asked for PhonePe. I tried but due to some technical problem it failed. Your driver ended trip as so i was unable opt for cash.Eventually i had to pay him in cash. Now payment is pending for ride i already paid. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE. I M GONNA COMPLAIN AT CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME.. THE ISSUE IS BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR DRIVE I M NOT gonna be BAIT for the same...

              My account is debited twice two times while paying the ola ride amount via GOOGLE PAY from OLA APP.

              Total double payment debited from my account is INR 368. I tried contacting OLA Cabs customer care but no valid number is available online not on OLA app even the driver is not aware about any customer care or helpline number.

                On 5th of Feb 2021, my father had to go to hospital. He launched the Ola app, saw the estimated fare of Rs. 200 something and booked the ride for a journey of about 23 KM. However during the end of the trip dad got a shock by seeing the bill at Rs. 437. I have been trying to reason this with Ola but they claim the destination was changed and the bill amount is correct. We have made several visit to the same location and we know Rs. 437 is at least Rs. 100 higher than regular fare. Ola has been refusing to fix the issue or provide details of changed location.

                      Today 25.02.2021, I booked an Ola cab from Airport T3 Terminal New Delhi to my residence in Shaheen Bagh, Jamianagar, New Delhi vide CRN [protected] and an AMOUNT OF Rs. 575 has been deducted from my account vide UPI Ref no.[protected].

                      I extended my destination for Harikothi, Abul Fazal Enclave and finally I paid final amount Rs. 599 in cash.

                      Kindly check my payment status and refund my payment made through UPI.

                        I took an outstation trip from my Vadodara to Ahmedabad on 22nd of February, 2021.
                        While booking the estimation of the trip was Rs 1299. They had estimated the distance to be 120kms and time to be 3 hour.
                        I don't know how the estimation comes as 150 kms (which I actually wasnt travelled) for 2 hrs but as per meter reading photos I took (please see attached photos) it should be 121 km (Initial reading-119344km, final reading-119465km, difference=121km). They have charged for 29 km extra ride which I wasn't travelled.
                        Driver had argued to pay for extra km in cash, and we paid. After continues attempt to connect with OLA customer care we finally loose our hope and pair demanded money to driver. This kind of event happened with me twice in a row now i am looking for OLA alternate ride. For sure I will never recommend OLA to anyone.

                            Good afternoon

                            On[protected] I had availed rental service of OLA for 3 hours

                            Accordingly OLA was made available for three hours (Drivers cell number [protected], White Swift Dzire WB-04-G-4372) but on our way the cab met with a small accident and the CAB front light as well as right side portion got damaged and the driver requested me to release the Cab at the destination. I asked him since I had booked OLA Rental for 3 hours how will I get my money refunded, he said that the company will adjust the same.

                            Accordingly I shared my end of ride OTP with the driver but unfortunately the rental amount of Rs.677.00 was charged from me.

                            I have not yet received refund of excess money paid by me as it was not my fault.

                              I had booked a cab yesterday (18th feb 2021) where i forgot my phone in the cab itself.. As soon as drive left i realised my phone is not with me since then my no. Is switched off.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I am kajal booked a service provided by Ola Cabs from ram nagar shahdara to grand vilas . And the estimated fare is ₹857 so I booked the taxi while my ride is completed my total fare come ₹1065.
                                  I don't know how they mis guide people by showing different fare and generated different fare..when I got help from ola they said driver stated that we asked for the different route in real he had taken different route. When asked he he told this route will have less traffic, he was told to follow maps.. & ola executive Contionusly blaming me for asking different route so here ola don't respect it's customers & they think their drivers are loyal but their customers are not.
                                  I want to file a complaint against Ola cabs for doing this type of frauds.

                                    Booked a ride on 1th January 2021. Made payment via Phone pay during the ride, but the driver denied the receipt of payment. I have checked on phone pay and in my bank account amount has been debited, but the same has not been received by driver and ola app was still showing payment pending for this ride. After waiting for some time for confirmation from ola and driver and my trip ended, since driver did not received payment, I had made another payment of Rs. 246/- via same mode, ie., Phonepay thinking of it as some technical issue and was expecting refund of first payment. Since I did not get any refund I had written to ola support team on 13th January asking for a refund. From 13th January to till date 16th Feb, I had written multiple emails, reminders to help on this issue, but no one bothered to respond with proper resolution. Complaint ticket numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. All these tickets have been closed without any resolution.

                                      Hi Ola,

                                      Ola had made a fraud with me, I had booked a cab with fares 109rs. But after completion of the ride the driver said the total fare is 139 and I have to pay an extra amount.

                                      My Final fare is higher than the estimated fare.

                                      When I checked the invoice received on email it showed additional 25.4Rs had been charged for waiting. But there was no waiting from my end.
                                      When I raised a complaint on OLA App support, There itself it is showing discrepancy with invoice amount, Getting below message " The fare showing before booking your ride was rs109 which is the same as your final ride fare". How a system can have such kinds of discrepancy that means system also know i have charged more amount but same is not taking care while doing invoice.

                                      Sharing all receipts and snapshot for reference. And do the needful to get my extra amount refunded to my account.

                                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible else i have to log legal complaint against the same.

                                      Note: getting very worst response from ola support non of the contact no is working.
