Hence I’m a fleet operator as we gotta rental booking due to non ac the customer denied to come so he cancelled the booking hence it is an online cash trip but the Ola adjusted it as cash trip he didn’t pay a single rupee to us but it’s showing cash collected as 1500 and ur commission 450 added in my balance account this is not a good way hence I have called customer care often no response hence I’m planning to file complaint regards...

A few days ago I submitted a complaint detailing how ola cabs failed to acknowledge my cash payment. I am still getting messages to clear my dues. Have better expectations from this forum....

I am Yogesh today's I booked ola cab from ulwe sector 19 to new panvel sector 17. At the time of olacab booking estimated price ₹226. At the riched at destination location also google pay message came out to pay ₹234. But ola can driver told me to say bill amount ₹ 280. And also again checked in my ride amount display ₹280. I booked ola from pune to my hometown.. Estimated distance and fair is 222 km and Rs 2585...At the time of drop..Estimated fair is 3285..They increased Rs 7oo...I raised complaint to ola ..But they refunded only Rs 1o3 ..No response on Rs 6oo rues.....

I had taken a ride on 21st Dec 2020, where in I have made payment of Rs 1162/- in cash & 2398 via paytm both the payments are successfully made and ola has sent me a bill copy stating this payment has received.

Yesterday I took a ride in an ola auto. My preferred mode of payment was Google pay but the option did not show. I often travel by ola, so I know that online payment option lapses after the ride is over. So I was trying to pay while the ride was still on. This is to complain on OLA & its driver that they are foolishing & asking to pay the amount twice after paying once.
I asked the driver contacting to refund the twice paid amount. He is just denying & also tried reaching the OLA customer care numbers, which are completely dead numbers & not working. Below are the numbers tried.

Yesterday I have booked ride from ghaziabad to ghaziabad.. That time fare is showing around rs 168 rupees.. After end of ride fare was increased and it was about rs 270 .. Whe I saw in fare break up. I shocked.. Ola charged toll/parking incorrectly. This was not first time. This was first time.. But the same amount is being reflected as pending under postpaid ola money section.
I will not pay the amount twice for a singe ride.

Paid cash an amount of rs 250 to driver and then after rs 226 amount deducted from postpaid balance. I have tried to contact with driver to refund rs 250. but driver is not ready to pick my phone. it is a type of 420 case by driver under the banner of ola.
