Hi,

This is to notify a bitter experience from one of the Ola drivers. As a woman, I felt very insulted and hurt due to his unprofessional behaviour.

We prefer Ola rides due to the security, the quality of drivers and other hygiene factors as well.

I booked a cab this morning (28-Dec-2020 at 9.30 am) and given the pick-up location as 'current location' from the Ola map. Unfortunately, the location was approximately 100 mtrs away from the exact point and I didn't notice the same, as I believe in your map's accuracy.

After reaching the destination, the driver didn't call me. When I called him back and understood that he is around 100 away and I rushed to the car. He was very impolite and angry on the phone.

When I reached near the cab. He deliberately rejected me and cancelled my trip - again with very unprofessional behaviour and impolite manner.

I was actually surprised, he was scolding me as I if deliberately given a wrong pick up location.

Is it a big offensive issue, for a slight difference in pick up location in Ola? (automatically generated pick up location from Ola maps)
Was the driver trained to shout against the traveller due to this very small and negligible location mismatch and cancel the trip?

In addition to that, I had to pay 50Rs extra. Is that a kind of punishment that the driver presented me?

kindly consider this as a concern from a woman who faced really bad experience from one of the associates from your reputed organization. No other women should face such a similar experience from him.

Please note this is not a refund request. I was really hurt due to his behaviour. Imagine if I was in an emergency and I received a similar experience from him.
It was really disappointing dear Ola team. Hope you would look into the issue and take necessary action

    I had booked an ola for my mum on 26-dec from Viswakarma Colony to Greenfield Colony.
    I was denied the service thrice previously when finally I connected with a driver who was close by, (Name - Rahul Kumar, Vehicle# UP79T7838, White Dzire)

    15mins we waited for the call, when he didn't, we called him and his immediate question was where we want go.. after hearing about the destination. He declined to go and asked to cancel the ride instead.
    I politely said if he doesn't wishes to go, then why accept the ride in the first place.

    After which he started shooting and abusing Also threatened me to do anything i wish to.

    This attitude left me fumming and I called the customer support but didn't get much assistance.
    I disappointed the way Ola had dealt with my query.

      I have not used postpaid but I am receiving calls from ola to pay the due amount which 8s in the name of sujatha. They are torturing on daily basis. I am receiving several messages from ola like this.
      Your Postpaid ?475.00 amount is due. Heavy late fee will be added to your dues beyond 80 days from due date.

      I told to the ola customer care that I have not used it. But they keep on torturing me

        My fried booked an Ola out station round trip to Nandi Hills from Marathahalli on 26th Dec 2020. Start time 5:00 AM and End Time 12:00PM. The app was showing fare as an amount of 2250.

        When we reached Nandi Hills, driver said that its one way trip. Now when we returned back to Marathahalli around 12 PM, the bill amount was 4557. Its a clearly fraud and loot of Ola Cabs and their driver.

        Its a clear case of cheating their customer. If the app shows 2250 for round trip, how they can charge double.

        I request everybody, not to take Ola Out-station ever. In fact I will suggest not to use Ola at all. Worst Policy. Customer care Never Respond. Its just a big loot. Seems that in COVID, they lost all their business and because of that they have started looting customer to feed their employee.

          CRN[protected] dt..02.20.2020.

          refer to your email wherein you have mentioned that Rs.440 will not be refunded back.This is simply ridiculous, as you have taken more then one and half month to agree to refund the excess Rs.440 wrongly charged to me and due to delay, you have imposed penalty of Rs.100 + Rs.100 for delay in payment.The delay was imperative due to delay in response from your end.We are no where liable to pay the penalty due to your fault ad delay in refunding our Rs.440.

          Secondly, as Rs.440 was charged to our OLA money account, so Rs.440 should be refunded back to same OLA money account and I m not interested in giving you my bank account number, details and cancelled cheque details.The amount should be refunded back to my Ola money account along with Rs.200, for the penalty charged.

          Till such time, the charges are not reversed, we will not be making any payments and we are liable only for making payment for the rides taken by me, except Rs.440 and Rs.200.

          IN case of any further delay from your end, will lead to non payment and you will be responsible for the same and I will escalate the matter to CONSUMER COURT for harassment and extra charges levied to us. IN the mean tie, advise your tele marketing to stop harassing us with so many phone calls for payment.

          Hope you will do the needful.

            Hello! This is Dr. Fathima Zahra from Bengaluru i am also facing the same issue every other day Ola guys are harassing that they will take legal action for non payment for the ride which i have already paid by cash. Has anyone got legal notice till now ? or this is a new way of making money. The problem is our system is very corrupt. we the common people have no one to help us. We face these issues everyday and there is no one to correct this. Kindly let me know how to solve this issue. The government is pro corporate and against common man which is very sad.
            This is the message we get "Our Executive will visit your residence to get a signature on the notice.
            If you're unavailable they can also get your neighbor's signatures and your case will be closed.My excutive visiting your home address"

                Hi I have booked an ola cab on 22th december.The CRN number is [protected].After the journey is finished the driver took cash as he claimed that gps was not working.So, he wont get the money as it was selected Payment Mode as Postpaid. But i see a bill is generated as Postpaid was selected in payment mode.So, I raised a ticket[protected].Ola is claiming that they have not received any cash from us and hence they cannot cancel the postpaid bill. The driver also agreed that he has taken the money.So, I am not able to understand why ola is not claiming the money from driver as the driver also agreed to my view..

                  When I booked the CAB at Bengaluru Airport, the Amount showed Rs:602 (Six hundred & two only) but when I tried to pay the amount using my Debit card which was already selected, I could see the amount was mentioned as 900.
                  The option selected for payment was Debit card in my OLA App and I never selected OLA Money so no question of paying by OLAMONEY.
                  The amount which was mentioned while booking the CAB was Rs:602 (Six hundred & two only) and I'll pay only that amount.
                  If I had to pay 900 rupees then I would have chosen UBER Cab which was showing 700 at that time. Ola was showing a less fare (Rs:602) hence I opted for OLA.I think this is the way OLA makes money. I have still not paid the amount as I feel this is cheating.

                    I have taken ride through ola on 21 Nov 2020. The driver insisted me pay in cash after the end of ride, so i paid him Rs.489 even though i have selected online payment mode.After end of the ride payment status was still pending, regarding this i contacted ola through mail. I have explained the same thing to ola customer care - 3 times & corresponding tickets were raised. Finally i have been directed to pay the pending money through ola app & it will be refunded once the payment is done. So, i have done the payment (online) on 7 Dec 2020 & intimated them. But, i haven't received the re-payment amount. Please resolve this issue.

                      On 9th December we have forgotten our Baggge in Ola Auto, when we have travelled from Home-Nizampet Hyderabad to Rd Number 12, Madhavapuri Hills, PJR Enclave, PJR Layout, Chanda Nagar.

                      He is not returning our baggage, after making so many follow up's even though.

                        I booked out station ride with ola ref.CRN[protected] on 16.12.2020with payment of cash. I paid Rs 2500 to driver as requested amount for filling of fuel during journey time after completion off 40 kms of ride. As he do nor have money for fuel.
                        I have to give amount as journey already taken place.

                        Even return trip also he filed fuel with my money. If not I have to halt on highway with family in night time.After completion of my ride total trip bill debited from ola wallet n postpaid account. Hence I request ola to hold n deduct 2500 /- payable to driver and credit the same to my account.

                        During the return trip, he took us in wrong route and he made with extra 30 kms drive with one hour late journey. Even A.C also not working in cab. We suffered alot during the trip.

                        Immediately I raised compliant to ola customer care but so far I have not received even any response after 4 days of time.

                        Plz resolve the issue at earliest by crediting 2500/- to my ola postpaid account .

                            I booked a ola bike ride at Bhubaneswar airport. A ola guy came and said you have a big bag. I cant take it. I informed him about my luggage and beefore ride. He was asking extra money for the ride. So i denied. He scolded me with my mothers and sisters name. After that i captured the video of that guy. He cancelled my ride. I booked another ride and proceeded to acharya bihar. When i was travelling from airport to acharya bihar that guy scoled me. I stopped there. He told me to kill me. I called 100. It didn't work.                               27th october 3.30p.m CRN[protected] ride no it was booked from my number [protected]. driver closed the trip on completion and it showed 428 whereas I had booked for 281 or so. Ihad shown the driver and taken up with ola support and they have informed original fare and so paid only 281. But ola had blocked my account and say
                              they have issued refund voucher in my account for 147 which was not reflected for long.
                              I am not eligible for any refund and informed them to cancell the refund voucher and close the matter. But they are asking to pay and when I book message comes to pay the dues. In the available email I had sent clear details and someone spoke and told him also clearly.
                              I had informed so that driver should not loose in this.
                              There is no way to contact ola and they do not respond. They can close the matter by adjusting refund voucher.
                              When I have not got anything how I can pay first.

                                I have updated new mobile number and suddenly they block the account saying within 24hours after verification, they will update.it is somewhere 3rd of December. My walled was blocked so I could use that money.

                                I requested several times and till date, they have not unblocked the account.even I requested to deactivate account after money is returned to source account. But pathetic they all are and they customer support system.

                                  He was about to reach at pick up location within 10 mints, We were calling him couple of times we waited for almost half hour, he was saying will reach but he couldnt turn up

                                  When we called him he behaved flippant with us and if he does not wanted to travel why did he accept the booking ?

                                  Also he denied to cancel the booking without which were unable to book other car

                                  Very BAD experience

                                  Kindly take action against him

                                        Hi Team,
                                        My issue is not resolved and my ticket marked as close with remarks that we don't understand ur concern.
                                        Even did not receive any call back from Ola.
                                        I have called so many times and told all the concern to ur customer care executive, if she was not able to mention all the details in remarks so where is the gap.
                                        Now my first concern is, if I select my exact drop location then why I have charged extra 73km i.e 730 this was my second ride from same destination to drop destination then why I have charged extra.
                                        Another issue is about toll tax charges, as we know there is no hike in toll taxes then why I charged just double 805/- in place of 415/-.
                                        I have paid the amount through Paytm and I m attaching the screenshots of the payment.
                                        It seems like fraud.
                                        Fraud driver, worthless executive.
                                        I m waiting for my money back since 1-December. It's very disappointed.
                                        Pls team, resolve the both issue and return my money back.
                                        Price was same at the booking time of my 2 rides but second time, why extra charges has been charged by you. All are attached. Pls check.
