I had used Ola cab on 20th nov 20, that time the deduct double toll tax from my Ola post paid account. After many follow by apps the agreed that this was technical issue and refund as fixed time voucher of that amount. But I don’t want voucher of my refund and why I accept this if I have paid . Refund should be in source payment mode. Right now I have all the billed amount to Ola post paid but I need refund as money not voucher .

I take a outstation ride from Ahemdabad airport to varahi, Gujrat.
After exit the Ahemdabad my company inform me that the hotel for stay was not available at varahi kindly stay at deesa, Gujrat.

So I edited my destination as deesa, Gujrat. So we direct come to deesa, without taking any round way. Coz deesa is stregth from our current location which was near Ahemdabad.

I just did a travel and the invoice amount is 76 rupees only. Driver asked me 100, since it was raining outside. Finally, I had to give 90 rupees. He should have informed me that he was going to charge me extra when I was about to board. He didn't. Extra charge due to rain is becoming a casual pretext....

On 2 december my first ride fare was around rs.750 . it shown on customer Ola app. But when i complete that ride.it shown me 295. It means you were deducted approx 450 around. I paid for ride through phonepe and my bank account has debited for it but it's still showing pending rides. From then since I stopped using Ola app and again I don't want to use because the drivers are cheating payments but I wanted to clear such dues. Please make it clear soon....

I tried paying via gpay the amount of rs 227 to Ola cab but the server was down so I paid in cash after few tym I got msg from my bank account of debited rs227 ...kindly plz refund my xtra amount paid...

I had selected cash payment for the ride and still the money was debited from my ola postpaid balance. I ended up paying 6000 extra for the ride. This was in cash to the driver. I raised two tickets and I got same reply that ola cannot do anything about it. These tickets were closed without my knowledge.

Also it was a outstation ride and the driver did not have enough cash with him for diesel and food. I had to give him cash....

I don't know how bad I have to scold this ola workers and drivers. Booking a cab is not for fun u ###. I have booked ola rental only for 4 hrs, however, my work has been finished in just less than 3 hrs. the total amount should come approximately between 650 to 700 including toll. But they have charged the total amount of rupees 1220/-

I travelled 426 kms and was charged for 590 km and refund Ola offering is 1159 rs that too in vouchers.I don't want to use Ola again and I was charged 18 rs per km with taxes extra. So How does it make 1159 rs ? I was charged more than 12k for estimated 7k amount...

I took an outstation ola ride on 21/10/2020 from Delhi to gharsana (a town in Rajasthan). We reached there before 12 am the same day, and while generating the bill, it could not processes, and the bill could not be generated. We had completed the ride the same day. When i was booking the ride the estimated fare shown is 5313. After the booking it is 5678 and after the trip complete it is 6211. What is this. Is this some type of cheating.. Showing low fare while booking. Its around 300 kms from vijayawada to nellore.

I have book ola cab from sealdah station to Alambazar, at the time of booking Rs.185 shown in my app which I had paid through phonepe wallet but after completion of ride the final fare was shown 554.

How can they increase fare in enroute.

I had booked a cab and I had done the payment through Phonepe Upi for Rs.874. And the amount was deducted. It still showed that the payment was done so I did the payment again and Rs.874 were deducted again. It said in the app’s support menu that the amount will be refunded. I haven’t received the refund yet....

This is with regards to an Ola Outstation ride I took on 14 Oct.

My bill was for Rs 4546. I paid rs 638 using Ola Money and the balance was paid to the driver directly thru Google pay.

Calculation of money paid - Rs 638 (Ola Money which was already there in my Ola Money Wallet + 4508 via Google Pay to the Ola driver).
Total paid - Rs 5146 (The payment included the final Ola bill of Rs 4546 + Rs 600 toll...

For Ola Outstation ride that I made on 11/8 I have paid the Driver by Cash the full amount of 7041 INR and I was also charged on Ola Money Post Paid. I made this cash payment after confirming with the customer care that the Post Paid will be reversed in 48 hours. Since then I have reached Ola Customer Care multiple times but I have not got any response from them till date. Every time I call they try to reach the Driver...
