This is regarding the rate charged by OLA cabs. I am a regular user of OLA cab services. This usually happens during the peak hours. It is been observed that, just to show the cabs are in great demand, they wont allot a cab. instead they increase the price. I have observed it many an instance, the cab shown on the app will be still there but the booking wont happen.even after repeated try booking wont happen. once the the estimate shown came up from 119 rs to 251 rs still booking did not happnd though there were 3 cars available. wen i checked on the very next day, the price started from 251 till we it reached 300 rs, i stopped looking for it.
OLA cab is looting their customers. This should not happen again, unnecessarily they are charging high saying its peak hours.

    Today I took a ola cab from my residence Inderpuri to Terminal 1 Indira Gandhi Airport for RS.242 . While making payment an amount of RS 75/- was added as cancellation charges for the previous cancelled booking which was not my fault. The driver didn't report then. The cancellation charges of RS 75/- may be refunded to me.

    Ola cab driver refuse to increase car air conditioner fan speed from level 1 to 2 by giving reason that ola company instructed not to increase fan speed from level 1. Cab No. KA01 AF 7532. Drivers name - Shanker S. Please look into the matter and take necessary action against driver.

      I had booked ola on 27/06/17 at 9.30AM. Mini was not available. Share was booked for 2 people from Banaswadi to Marathahalli. We boarded the taxi at 10.11 AM. The driver confirmed the destination from me. But the taxi went on and on . Neither the driver nor customer care nor his ola contact was able to provide any relief. The ola employee's rote reply was "you will reach your destination in specified time of 1 1/2 hours. " . After 2 1/2 hours we were dropped suddenly in JP Nagar 6th phase at 12.20.That too as we told the driver that we will sit in the cab till night. By that time 5 people were with us one by one. Subsequent OLA sent mail regretting and refunding Rs.205. They say it was due to a technical glitch. Driver name B Gopalkrishna OSN[protected] Absolute irresponsibility on the part of driver and customercare.

        Raju CSethuraman Raju CSethuraman 😲I had booked OLA share at Banaswadi on 27/06/17 at about 9.30.AM. (OSN[protected]. OLA MINI was not available. This was after a OLA driver cancelled abruptly after 15 minutes. The driver no is [protected]. we (2) boarded the taxi on share basis at 10.11 AM. The driver confirmed the trip to my house at Marathahalli . One lady who was sitting was dropped at Ulsoor or so. One man was dropped near Garuda Mall. To our DISMAY, the driver went towards to pick up some at Richmond Road, instead of moving towards Domlur side. After picking up him, the driver told that he was to be dropped T IIM, Bannerghatta Road. We asked him to drop somewhere towards Marathahalli, but he told that possibly after dropping him, he will get a trip towards Marathahalli side. We told him that something was wrong and he may get a booking towards Banashankari. EXACTLY the same happened. One man boarded and he was to be dropped at JP Nagar Metro. Another lady boarded and she was to be dropped near Banashankari side. The cab went on and on. I told that the driver that we were ready to sit till night. The cab went near Brigade Millenium and was heading beyond JP Nagar 7th Phase. Several times the driver confirmed that my destination was Marathahalli. Even now my trip shows my house address as destination
        In the meanwhile the driver talked to their care centre and also asked me to call customer care. He and I got the same reply. That I will be dropped within the stipulated time ie. 1 ½ hours. Whereas there was no such estimated time information at the time of booking. The 2 persons who took the call first did not comprehend a thing of what was the issue. Once the driver talked to his company, may be something went on. I was abruptly dropped in JP Nagar. It was.12.35pm. For 2 hours and 24 mins. We were taken away and away from our destination. Once the driver understood that something was amiss, he suddenly closed our trip at JP Nagar. The 3rd person who picked up the call possibly had by this time understood that there was a glitch, told he will take a complaint and I got a refund od Rs. 205/-. I GOT A mail from them apologizing and informing that there was a technical glitch. SUCH A NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE.
        Then I take a UBER and reached home at 1.30 PM. OLA takes money in advance, and the driver simply repeats that he has to follow the route given by them. In case we want to get down, money is not refunded. I think that good sense prevails and their customer care people understand atleast genuine complaints. Some of my friends suggest me to lodge a police complaint and some to file a case.

          I am prakash living in chennai usually used to ride ola autos. Recently (Jul 02, 2017) i had a ride from ambattur ot to pammal. The auto driver named baskar l (A tamilian) who came for pickup in ambattur ot and drove for about 26 kms and once the destination came, the ola navigation system showed the charge of rs.328. I didn't have the change, so i asked driver if he had change for 500. He said, he is having change. So, i gave him rs.500, then he asked me if i have rs. 30. I said no, i dont have change and i have only rs.50. He asked me to give 50 and once i gave the total of rs.550 he returned me rs.20 and said thats it and left the place without giving the right balance amount (550-328=222).

          I have book Ola via CRN no.[protected] on 17th may, 2017 from Andheri to CST railway station with mini car. When I reach CST OLA driver collected rs. 1171 from me. I don't know how they charge 1171 for 37 KM. Ride time is 68 mins. I want my amount returned. Salute them for worst service & cheating like this. Please find the attachment for details.

          Ola driver abusing and denying duty while my parents getting drenched in rain waiting for the Ola Share. The selected driver by Ola denying his duty straight on face and abusing the heck out o[censored]s. Ola cabs should be an obsoleted company in a country like India. It's more likely to serve for Pakistan .

          Drivers name B.srinidhi basulu, crn[protected], compelled me to wait, without any call from driver, hoping every cab may be mine, but by fortune. I got an auto, and I was saved from missing train. If you are unable to serve kindly give a miss call, so that, customer could by phone, confirm it's trip. Thanks for your uncertain services.

            This is a very serious case, found three men literally in your Ola cab along with the driver drinking inside the car, tried to hit me n my wife n kid on bike, on being asked Showing middle finger n hitting us and running and driving very rashly, near nesco Goregaon, I have registered a complaint against the vehicle number MH 04 HN 3759 in kurar police station. Never expected Ola to provide vehicles to such *****s, I will make sure I will never use Ola and tell my friends to get rid over such company who gives reckless drivers to serve to the customers

              Hi ola,

              This is to bring to your notice that the driver whose details are attached in the screenshot is an extremely unprofessional and very rude * who doesn't know how to behave and talk to female customers. The day my wife booked the cab, this driver disconnected the call 3 times in the mid of the call and was standing 300mts away from the pickup. And when asked for the same he started behaving so rudely to my wife and even told that he doesn't want to take her booked trip. He was so rude and abusive and don't have a courtesy also. Is this the kind of ### you people have as drivers.?

              I want to raise a complaint in the police station also against the ola and driver also on rude behavior, abusive and molestation case.

              I will definitely post an article on all the social websites twitter & facebook also with the screenshot if necessary action is not taken against this ### driver.

                I had taken offer one month back where ola was offering share pass for ruppee one but this month it auto recharged it self, I never user ola for more than month now and I am using different cab service as that seems fine to me . I am also unable to cancel this . This is looting people money without their knowledge, I did not see any option or opted for auto pay this is insane, please give me money back
                My phone has. Been left in the cab from andheri e from the Lalit to santacruz w. PleaSe return the phone asap and no actions will. Be placed.

                The Driver was so abusive. he didn't take me at my destination.
                I'll never use Ola again. I'll uninstall the Ola app.
                and I'll tell every 1 in my group to uninstall the Ola . and not to use Ola again ever.

                  During my visits to PATNA, Bihar, I use Ola cab services there.
                  As these are official tours, the copy of invoices are essential to be submitted to accounts.
                  I have followed the steps in the Ola app site failing in which I spoke to their help-line and even had replied on their mails that not a single invoice had been received for JUNE 2017.

                    I have made a travel from Kolkata airport to my home yesterday. And the bill amount shown was 839. The driver asked me to pay him the amount on which I provided him with a 2 notes of 500 each and he gave me back 160. When I checked the invoice it showed tht 458 went from my ola money Wallet and only 358 cash was paid. On complaining the same to ola they refuse to accept this nd has told me tht I have paid only 358 to him. I'm quite stuck now as I'm not sure who to approach and whom to complain.

                    I frustrated with it bcoz I have trying so many times to open my ola account but I am unable to open it. now I have no other option to trying another apperson in place of thisapp

                      Yesterday i have booked a ola cab from my mobile no. [protected] and the crn is[protected]. I have booked the cab to ride from beliaghata sales tax to kodalia battala, near harinavi. Just after booking, i have called the driver mr. Prasanta mondal, phone no. [protected] at 10.52 pm and he asked me to cancel the ride as that time he was near ruby and also expressed his inability to reach beliaghata sales tax point. He repeatedly asked me to cancel the ride. Then i told him that if i cancel the ride from my part it would be chargeable and i have requested him to reach beliaghata as my husband was waiting for him. After hearing this he disconnected the call and i tried again and again to contact him but failed.

                      As i do not have any option that moment i have cancelled the ride and asked my husband to take a taxi from beliaghata.

                      Hope, you will take proper action against that driver mr. Mondal as if we do not get service from ola, in future we have to opt for other services. If this incident occurs repeatedly, ola management will suffer huge loss and their goodwill too.

                      Kindly take drastic action in this matter.

                      You are requested not to charge any cancellation fee in my future ride as your driver denied to pick up and i have to cancel the ride as i do not have any other option that time.

                        Because of your peak pricing drivers are refusing to take any booking. I had booked a cab from manapakkam main road to forum vijaya mall with the following details:

                        Narayanan ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Xcent TN07CJ2912.

                        Once you board the cab please share OTP-6018 with driver to start trip.

                        It was showing 3mins at the time of booking and went on to 7 mins with no call from the he driver and when i called he said he hasnt received any booking from my end because at that time the fare was only 150rs and told me to book another cab.
                        When i checked again the fare had gone up to 340rs for the same trip distance.

                        Then i booked ola share for tje same trip with the following details:

                        Ashokkumar m ([protected]) is on the way in a Silver Bolt TN12S6106. Please reach In_Gate to board your cab. You're paying Rs. 81 for this ride. Share OTP 9767 only on boarding cab
                        Sorry! Your Ola Share booking OSN[protected] has been cancelled as driver was unable to serve you this time. Please try booking again.
                        This is causing unnecessary inconvenience to many passengers because of your peak pricing. You say you do it cause this will encourage the drivers to go out in traffic but this is been used by your so called drivers to get more money for the same trip and there by not accepting the normal fare ride
                        Your cab services along with the drivers have drastically gone down.

                          I had taken ola cab from sahakar nagar to mysore circle. cab no. is KA-52, A 2026 and driver name V chandan his mobile no. [protected]. I left my iphone 5 in cab itself. after getting down from the cab, I realised that i left my phone in the cab itself and immediately i called the driver on his mobile. his mobile was switched off. I called my mobile. it rang twice and after that got switched off. I called ola support complaining about their driver but the CRM instead of helping the customer and lodging their complaint they asked me to keep trying with the driver itself and they cannot do anything regarding this. the driver has switched off his mobile and it is not in service even after 5 days of the incident. I am really disspointed with the ola service as i know the thief and still ola is not helping me in catching hold of the driver. How can ola keep such thieves without cross verifying their back ground??

                            Ola presence in transportation become preeminent player. I really appreciate for the hard work ola team put in to reach the top. As we all know the drastic changes in the environment becoming a serious threat for our kids (Future generations) and vehicle pollution attribute majorly to it. I have consistently noticing especially cabs are emitting lot of carbon.

                            As a company, you can minimize the environment damage by enforcing strict rules to have accurate emission test for vehicles.

                            If you thing, it's not the right forum to raise this concern please guide me to the right contact.

                              I am from faridabad haryana my vehicle no hr70c 1249. I am drive my little daughter drop in school. When i am at adore chowk greater faridabad. This cab driver drive in high speed aprox 120 kmph. When i am crossing the road this driver accident my vehicle. Passenger in the cab shout pls see front but they are seen back side or other side. Then he hit my vehicle my back door was totaly damage approx 50000/- expenses in my vehcile repairing. The owener of this vechile was not come in police station i am trying to reach the owner but he can not cooperate with me. So please do something about this vehicle.

                                  On 23 Jun 2017, I booked an Ola rental CRN[protected] Sedan Prime @2017 Rs for Dilli Dekho - 10 Hours and 80Kms package for visiting Delhi various places with my family - [Wife, 2 Years Old Son, 10-Year-old Niece, Sister In Law, Brother In Law].

                                  After boarding the cab I asked driver AC is not working, he replied that there is too much hot outside hence it would take the time to cool the cab, after 20 minutes and 8..7 Km I raise same concern again but he failed to justify and stops the cab asking me to call Ola customer care and stop the trip.

                                  I called the customer care and he agreed with my concern and asked me to deboard the cab and deducted Ola money will be refunded back, which I followed and booked another Ola rental from my wife phone to continue the trip.

                                  Now, I have been done multiple follow ups for [Ola Support] #51750510 case to get a refund but they are denying to make any refund for the that abandoned trip with stating that "YOU WERE CORRECTLY CHARGED AND UNABLE TO REFUND".

                                  Now I am seeking consumer forum help to get my deducted money refund with compensation.

                                  I followed up with customer care over call and mail as well and consumer forum also enquired about the issue from their end, after which today I got resolution and got a refund. Although it took 6 days to get resolution from Ola, thanks for Consumer Forum that make them resolve it as soon as possible.
                                  Today I have got the refund of 1735 back in Ola Money, Ola had deducted 282 Rs for 8.7 KM Sedan Prime Trip.

                                  I am all set now, thanks for consumer forum support.

                                  Attached image is shown 1000+1017 Credited and Debited then 1735 Credited back as a refund.

                                    I recently booked ola outstation cab. On quotation, it said rs. 12/- per km including driver allowance and taxes. On final invoice i was charged with rs. 750 for driver allowance for 3 days + rs. 856 for service tax. Why do this? I am attaching both the quotation (Though not for same trip) and the invoice. Is there a way to resolve this? But the services of the driver was excellent. Decent driver with good driving skills. Not too fast but made our time valuable.

                                      This my worst experience with ola for today. You can trace the details. At least 5 times i called to call center before booking. But it was busy. Then i booked ola rental for 6 hours 60km. The driver mr. Indrajeet arrived asked me otp for start then i told him. Then he said destination i want to travel yavat bhuleshwar mandir is not in city limits. This is not mentioned on ola app. Then driver called to customer care from his phone. Then lady representative told me to cancel my ride. As it is not sheduled from system. Your money will not get deducted. But when i cancel my ride. Amount rs.1077 got deducted from ola money. Again 3/4 times i called to call center again but finally after 10 min for each call my call connected. And u r another lady representative. Told me that she will not refund my money. I get punishment for my untravelled ride. If ola is not going to refund my money. I will publish my experience with facebook. And all social media because no body get cheated. Like me. And waste had earned money. As me. I just loss myrs 1077within 10 min. Without leaving my society. Customer care representative s are misleading me.

                                        That means i have lied to collect just 120 rs.. And i don't have any others work accept calling u guys... Just to collect 120 rs... I have been travelling in ola sometimes good experience sometimes bad experience i haven't complained just because i understand drive problems... First time just because... My dad been cheated of 120rs which is not even a lot of cash my bad a elderly person doesn't no much of all this...... U guys should at least try to believe the customer then... Your drive worst service ever
