Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Rude behave, using slang language to customers | |||||
I booked a Ola cab on 27 mar 17 in Raipur. After booking I called the driver and asked for the ride to my destination. He replied that there will be extra charges and return charges will also have to pay. Since I denied to pay extra and I asked him to cancel the booking, he started using slang languages to me saying that U cancel the booking. I just asked him if the driver is having problem with my destination, he should cancel the booking. His misbehave felt me to unlike OLA now. Max time will try to not to go through OLA. If someone don't like customers, they don't deserve to get respect from others too... Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have used ola cab from my house in juhu, Andheri West to bis office in Andheri East. I forgot my mobile phone in cab. Please return it back.

I took this ride on March 18th, 2017, 12:05 AM, Driver asked for cash and I paid full amount Rs.107 in cash and later on I checked the same amount got deducted from my ola money. in short I have apid twice for the same ride, so can you please refund my ola money back.
