Sir,

I have booked Ola Share for two person on Mar 26, 2017 having OSN[protected] White Wagonr) driver name Rajesh Kumar . I was with my 2 years old baby and my aged mother, we travel to the place within the waiting time but he cancelled the cab after saying that he can't wait for so long and he take my purse with him. when i called him back he called me at his place to collect my belongings. I have to walk to that place in such a sunny day with my baby to collect the same, it was totally mannerless and rude. I highly disappointed with the services and the staff hire by you to serve the public . I expect a immediate action for the same

    Dear Sir,

    I had booked an Ola Mini (CRN[protected] on 28 March 2017 (10am) from New Ashok Nagar to Lado Sarai, both of which fall within New Delhi. The pincode of New Ashok Nagar being 110096 (a Delhi pincode). The same pincode can be seen on the invoice as well (attached).

    At the time of booking the estimated fare was shown as Rs.252/-. However, the Ola mobile app had trouble recognizing the pick-up point as within Delhi since it lies close to the Delhi-Noida border. Post the pickup the app has recognized the pick-up point as within Noida and unjustly charged me Rs.100 State/MCD tax even though no such tax was paid or even had to be paid by my cab driver. The location is evidently in Delhi, it can be seen in the map on the invoice too.

    I request and expect a refund of Rs.100/- charged extra as State/MCD tax at the earliest.

    Extra amount refunded.
    So, this was the first and last time I'm using this service. The cab driver was rude by hanging up on our face when we were trying to tell him a easier way to pick us and he cancelled the trip and didn't listen to us AT ALL. This is his CRN[protected] Parminder Singh - would appreciate some action from your end. Please, it was rude of him.

      Today(27th march 2017) in morning i took a Ola cab in Hyderabad, he droped me at my destination. i kept my mobile for charge, and i forgot to take it back.. exactly after 5 minutes i'm calling that guy, and he is not picking my call.. i tried from another number, his no was busy..([protected]) i called back and again he was not responding.. its my humble request, please contact that guy and deliver my mobile soon, before i reach towards police for my problem.

        Pls ck the invoice attached, my wife paid the driver Rs 215 cash and I also before the journey started informed the driver to collect cash and he did but also collected 149 Rs from my ola money and now he is behaving innocent. I need my ola money refund or cash refund as this driver belongs to your company and I am your regular patron as per the record you can see

        I hope to get a good resolution in 24 hours time and hope you will keep me as your patron.

At drop location, driver said bill is not visible on his mobile & it was taking time on my mobile as well. I thought some network issue, As driver was in hurry, I paid Rs 1400/-, thinking estimated bill is anyways Rs 1370.
        But after driver left, the bill message on my mobile was Rs 832.
        When I called & informed Ola on this, they are simply closing the issue without even answering the questions raised by me (Ticket[protected]. What is the reason for such huge difference between the actual bill and estimated bill? ??

          I booked a Ola cab on 27 mar 17 in Raipur. After booking I called the driver and asked for the ride to my destination. He replied that there will be extra charges and return charges will also have to pay. Since I denied to pay extra and I asked him to cancel the booking, he started using slang languages to me saying that U cancel the booking. I just asked him if the driver is having problem with my destination, he should cancel the booking. His misbehave felt me to unlike OLA now.
          Max time will try to not to go through OLA. If someone don't like customers, they don't deserve to get respect from others too...
          I have used ola cab from my house in juhu, Andheri West to bis office in Andheri East. I forgot my mobile phone in cab. Please return it back.
          I took an ola cab today morning, had used driver's USB cable to charge my phone and by mistake left my phone behind. The trip ended and contacted the driver but driver says there is no phone in the car. Please ask the driver to return the phone.

            Hi Team,

            I am not happy with OLA cab service, as I have book cab on[protected]. I don't want to disclose cab number, as he was late for pick up and take me long distance and charge me extra, if I say please take 10 mins ride forward but driver was argue with me not to go. Charge me extra for that, if I pay with OLA money they will cancel my trip and your service charge will ₹ 75/- for cancellation of trip, hence I have discussed not to recharge OLA money and 5 years ban on hiring OLA cab, there no promise code and no discount, please stop using OLA cab and I have uninstall OLA cab app.
            I have cancelled my ola share pass but no refund was credited to my account.

              I haven't taken any ride because the driver is telling me that your ride is cancelled due to some technical problem in his mobile. But I was in hurry so I try to re-book rather than to settle it, but during re-book fare increased so I change my mind and took local cab.
              After 10 days mail sent by ola team that my payment of 198/- rs is outstanding.
              But my question is why it is outstanding though the ride booked through CASH PAYMENT METHOD.
              Due to miss information provided by driver to me, why should I pay ?
              Ride didn't took you can check your gps route.
              Cash method selected why it is showing outstanding.

                About 2 weeks back my ola account was blocked suddenly. I was able to login into my account prior to the day it was blocked. And I hadnt even made any bookings in that week. I raised a ticket through the App (Ticket[protected] and wrote to them asking for the reason it was blocked and in what way did I violate Ola terms and condition. Till date they havent been able to resolve or answer my query.

                  The distance traveled was shown as 8+km whereas the actual distance is less than 4km.So for traveling less than four km, I was charged 122 rs.

                  The auto driver blamed it on the system and asked to pay the extra money.As I always pay using Ola money and the amount was more than that in my wallet, it in fact caused other associated inconvenience as I hardly had any lower denomination notes.

                  To recheck the route I took Ola auto on the return trip and the distance came to only 3.3 km and the rate was only Rs.29/ .This was based on the offer running then and it could be 29/- rs only if the distance was less than 4km.

                  Am attaching both the screenshots of the onward and return trips receipts.

                  I have mailed multiple times and there wasn't any response from Ola customer support.

                    I booked share cab in the evening on 23rd March.The driver arrived at a place away from my location.I called and asked him to come to the location I had put.This stupid came after insisting and started blaming me instead.He was very arrogant, rude, pathetic person.This manner-less guy was unnecessarily trying to argue with me.He stopped the ride in between within just a minute of starting.I have been charged for the ride which hasn't been completed.I was unsafe and threatened.I need my money back.Deposit it asap.This was the worst experience of my life.Ola driver talking shamelessly like this to a female customer is disgusting.Take strict action against him.Awaiting for your reply to know the status of my money and punishment to this guy.

                      I want to post about a mischievous behavior of one ola cab driver in Hanmakonda, near Warangal. I am from Hyderabad. I booked a ola cab when I went to Hanmakonda. The details of the cab are given below. Unfortunately I forgot my sunglasses in that cab and the cab driver asked me to transfer courier charges of 240 rupees which I transferred to his account. Since then he is not picking up my call. Its been many days he is not responding to my calls. When I call from other numbers, he is just giving some excuse or other. As he has received courier charges from me, he should courier my sunglass. I have written multiple times to Ola support, but that driver is still giving various excuses and not sending my sunglasses. Ola team is not listening to this and not taking any action against the driver.

                        I was travelling with my family on dated 28 oct 2016 and i booked ola cab at 2114 hours but cab driver refuse to go under ola cab and he said he will go personally and will take 250 for it. So i cancel the trip and go another mode in night. I complaint regarding this but no action taken. On dated 02/11/2016 again i reached hazrat nizamuddin railway station with my family in night and i booked ola cab three times, this time cab driver cancelled the booking. Due to this i had to wait about 45 minutes in railway station and go by auto. I telephonically complaint with ola customer care but they said sorry only and they are helpless.
                        Ir you can feel a person who is travelling with his family travelling in night and sure he will go home safely in night with the best taxi service in city like ola, uber but he faces these type of problems how he feel that time
                        When i travelled today, ola add rs 50 cancellation charges and i pay rs 50 extra.
                        When i cancel the booking they charge rs 50 per cancellation but when the driver cancel the booking they said only sorry and waste my time and harass the customer.
                        I want the compensation for these type of harassment and take strict action against the ola cab.

                          On 19 March 2017, I booked a ride by OLA cab in Secunderabad- Telengana State, from my telephone no. [protected]. The trip covered a distance of about 3 Km. from Srila Heihts- East Marredpally to St. Anthony church, Mettuguda (Near Metro Station). I was shown a fare of Rs.65 for the trip, which I duly paid on reaching destination. I have earlier travelled by Uber and OLA cabs between the same points and the fare now shown and charged is well within the range of fares on those occasions. An email I received from OLA cabs too showed the same fare. However, soon after I went into my apartment, the cab driver approached me claiming that the fare was Rs. 96 instead of Rs. 65 charged, and I was made to pay additional Rs. 31 under protest. I find the fare charged is exorbitant and the way it is collected is most irregular. I sent an SMS to phone no. [protected] (as given in OLA website) on the same day i.e. 19 March 2017, but it remained unanswered till date. This has badly shaken my confidence in OLA service, and it will be impossible for me
                          to utilise their services anymore, much less recommend to others.

                            Yesterday I had booked for an Ola auto. When I was nearing my drop location, the driver told that his phone is switched off and I need to pay cash as he cannot deduct through Ola money. But an hour, I got a message stating that ola money has also been deducted. Hence I have been charged twice. I would like to refund my Ola money as I have paid him cash.

But billed for 439/_ almost double.As I was not in good health I just PSID without veryfing details . I have emsiled a complaint to Olacab but no response. IMy request is to review the bill and refund excess amount collected.

                                I hired a ola cab this mrg to drop me at chandler nagar ghaziabad from my residence shalimar garden extn-2, ghaziabad. The bill came to Rs139 but the driver demanded Rs[protected] Rs extra) and had to pay it since I was to hurry to my fixed appointment. I took the cab at 10.32 hrs it was a prime sad an and the corn nbr is[protected]. Can you kindly look into it ans take necessary action.

                                  1. The transport company OLA forces us to use only "OLA SHARE" though it has other options like micro & Mini. WE are ready to take Micro/Mini, but OLA company is intentionaly disabling it from accessing
                                  2. Transporting by share is not as per the rule, as it should go through the main route and it can slight vary from the main route. But it is deviating very far from the main route into intemediate lanes to pick up other persons
                                  which is very time consuming.

                                    So, I booked Ola share today 23, march 2017 at 7:55 am from Hiranandani Estate Thane to Malad West (Infinity Mall). At this time, it takes around 50-55 mins everyday to reach.

                                    When the cab reached my place around 8:01 am, I hopped in and provided OTP to start my ride. There were already 2 people travelling, so I asked about their drop location. Both were travelling to Chandivali, which is 1 hour from my place and completely in opposite direction from my work place (Malad west). That would mean travelling extra an hour and then take 50 mins route to reach my office location. So instead of total travel time of 50-55 mins, I would end up travelling nearly 2 hours !! How fair is that???

                                    I complaint to driver to let me get down, and cancel my ride. He said I would need to lodge complain with Ola; as it was Ola's mistake for matching the route.

                                    I got down and complaint to Ola, they provided me complain ticket of 40476697 and agreed of the bad match, but wrote that its cause of google map. and refused to refund the amount.

                                    I spent 300 INR in ola share ride without taking the ride. And OLA completely disagreed to refund my amount. That would mean Ola will have authority to just match people in share with any route that they could think of, take money and either drop people 1 hour late than expected travel time or eat up the money if traveler gets down out of frustration.

                                    Adding pics to display time taken between stops from Google map. SO everyone can see how weird the cab was matched.

                                      I ordered for an ola auto at 10.15pm in nagpur, pratap nagar area on 22/03/2017.
                                      I chose an option of ola money in payment section. Your driver refused to come giving reason that he doesn't want ola money rather he wants cash. We ordered another auto. But afterwards this previous guy called multiple times and started abusing us.
                                      If I am going to get this kind of response from your drivers i won't prefer ola from now onwards.
                                      It will be good if you take strict action against this driver.

                                        I booked a OLA cab today evening. The driver called me and informed that he would take a long time, though the time to reach our place at booking showed only 4 Mins. He called once again and asked me to cancel which I refused. He then asked me for the OTP number telling that he would cancel it which I gave without suspecting any foul play. Immediately I get a bill for Rs. 76 for cancellation. This is a new technique perhaps by either OLA or their driver. Ultimately the consumer gets chated.
                                        Ola cabs show board cab when cab has not even arrived. And drivers cancel cabs if they want to even after we wait for them for 15 plus minutes...ola sends a message driver could not serve you. Total time a person wastes due to this is about 30 precious minutes. Very pathetic service
