I booked ola cab for 2 persons on may 16th at 6.27pm. The invoice bill was rs129. I booked the share option for 2persons. And the driver asked us to pay twice the amount for the trip. Since there was no cabs available nearby, we thought of continuing the trip.

Ola Cabs — Unethical and irresponsible behavior

Yesterday I had booked an ola cab from Akshardham to Ahmedabad at 8.30 P:M. The driver at last minute refused to come. The second driver again refused, my flight was missed because of the chaos. Ola is accountable for this.

Ola Cabs — Cab driver irresponsibility

The cab driver did not the location and asked us to reached at his location.
The cab was standing atleast a Km away from us and asked us to come to him instead of him coming to us.
In the due while 20 mins were wasted and we were ultimately required to cancel and book another cab.
This has been done many a times. So kinldy take due care of it.
