    My friend used my referal code E6TW6J and took the ride. However I didnot receive any credit in my ola walletas per the company's policy. Also my friend booked cab for me yesterday. He used voucher for Rs.200 free ride. I took the ride and when the bill came it was Rs.222 but I had to pay Rs.120 extra, while I was supposed to pay nothing at all

      CRN 63684639 Driver name - Salman ([protected]) Indica - MH04ES 8481 Driver misbehaved in cab and later constantly made inappropriate calls and sent messages from 4 different numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and harassed me for an hour. Made 4 calls to the call centre - spoke to 2 supervisors and no action was taken. Please check audio recording. This is disgusting and Ola's attitude to the issue is shocking - i will take this up and ensure there are strong consequences.

        I have faced issue with my booking reference(CRN[protected]. The booking was done in advance for ride on today(10.Feb.2015) at 6:00 A.M for Pune Airport drop to catch the flight at 7:35 A.M.Cab arrived at 6:10 A.M and I have informed the driver to drop me at Pune airport. The distance from my pickup location(Pimple Saudagar) - Pune Airport is 19 K.M.Driver unnecessarily took me on the wrong route and roam for around 1.5 hours 52 K.M far to reach the airport. Due to that, I have missed my flight. I have raised the complaint by calling on customer care number and ask to refund my flight money.They have accepted their mistake but not taking issue that seriously and now they are not responding my mails and calls. They have suggested to send you the copy of the ticket and i have provided them all scan copy of my tickets. I have purchased new ticket of cost Rs.12, 197and amount paid to driver.         I am sill chasing with OLA company for my refund amount and issue is yet not get resolved. They are not responding in positive way and not taking any action.

        Please take some action against them there are soo many people are facing same issue.

        OLA cab is still not taking my issue seriously, yesterday i got a call from unknown no. And told me i am vishal calling from OLA cab company regarding your refund. we will refund you 13000 RS of your ticket cost so please provide all the details of your Debit card.
        such as Debit card No., expiry date, 3 digit no. as well as 3d secured password and which i asked him you guys can refund me by cheques also as a person how can i provide them all the details of my debit card as it can be missused and what is the proof that tha vishal who called me as a ola employee is real or a fake.

        so please suggest them to refund my 13000 through cheque only ans i will provide them all the details of my bank account.

        They are still not responding my mails and not refunding my amount of 12900 RS.
        on 21 feb MANJULA and her TL called me regarding the discussion on same but not they are not responding my mails and calls and daily i am calling there customer care to escalate the issue but didnot get any positive response from them.

        Daily i am wasting my time to call and explain the issue and wasting my money too they keep my call on hold for 15 min every time .

        i have a proof of every call which is recorded by me.

        i just want my money as soon as possible.

        please take action otherwise i am going to put all details on face book and i will do FIR as well.

        Neha they should ask Debit card details, he must be a froud. Be careful next time.

        I totally agree with you about thier unprofessional customer support. They don't bother to reply an email untill it's escalated.

        They can't even controls thier drivers, you might be noticed that they just simply cancel any ride they want.

          I booked a cab in Calcutta with the booking id CRN 23193458. Boarding location was HHI near exide, the have booked it for some HHI in College Street. I am not aware of any HHI there. I called up 300 minutes before after seeing my email and when I told them, they said sorry Sir " we cannot give you CAB. When I asked why? they asked me where you want to go. I told them Liluah (Howrah). He replied" Sorry Sir, our cabs do not go there." and he hung up. If that was the case, he should have told me earlier. It was night 11PM and I felt like being in the middle of nowhere. Extremely poor service by Ola.

            Hi, I booked my ride with Ola on 25th Feb'15. I saw from the website that there is a 50% discount if I pay through Ola Money. So, I put Rs.1000 in Ola money (for the first time). On my travel, i didn't get a discount. On calling the customer care on 26th Feb'15 in morning, I was told it's a mistake from their end and I will get my money refunded. However, when it did not happen, on calling again I was told that since "There should be a positive balance in Ola Money AT THE TIME OF BOOKING' and since I booked at 2pm and deposited money at 2.05pm(took the cab at 3pm), I was not eligible for 50% discount. It is nowhere mentioned in their terms and conditions on their website as of 26th Feb'15 @6.45pm. (http://www.olacabs.com/chaloniklo). It's just mentioned "Offer is auto-applied and applicable only when you pay with Ola money." I felt cheated as they boast of being entirely transparent but are not. Very Bad on this part. Also, I did not get any prompt of promo code while booking my first ride to avail Rs.200 off.

              I had booked a cab for a pickup from Podanur to Sowripalayam on 22-Feb-2015 @ 9:00 PM which was confirmed. The driver calls @ 8:40 PM and says he will come by but never reaches. I finally get a cancellation message @ 9:20 PM stating that no cabs are available in the area. The customer service person then gives be 45 mins for the cab to arrive which was unacceptable. It seems that Ola is nothing but a cheap immitation o[censored]ber and nothing else. It is completely a desi product with the "chalta hai" attitude. I wish to stay away from it and paralelly seeking legal options to stop such nonse service providers.

                Ola cab services are very bad. I started using it only for the past 3-4 weeks but so far 3 times I came across cheating by way off waiting charges. Today we started on time and no waiting anywhere including signal. But when the invoice came it was Rs. 58 waiting charges for 29 minutes. I had to spend Rs. 20 for phone calls to explain the logic and reduce that waiting charges. The driver used bad words like saniyan etc. Same thing happened 3 weeks ago not only waiting charge of 34 minutes while the whole travel time was 49 minutes, instead of 15 to 16 kms the invoice showed 21.32 kms. I booked and got down in between after 9 minutes the travel ended by another co passenger and she paid Rs. 365. She thought we cheated her some how. As soon I got the invoice message I called the call centre but nothing could be done. Not only Ola cabs charges are cheap but also your service, behaviour of your staff and driver everything is cheap. You are all conducting a big daylight robbery. See there are many comments about the cheating by way of waiting charges by Ola cabs. Dr. Ganthimathi

                  I am sasmita. Booked a cab from Nanganallur to Sholinganallur on 25-Feb-15 @2:45 PM. I paid 530 rupees hence I got a message like i should pay 364 rupees. When I asked for clarification I got the reply like GPS problem, mobile got switched off and so on. If you actually calculate its 15 kms.so it comes around 320 rupees. I am very much unsatisfied with your service. I will not recommend anybody for this service..

                    I have boarded a Mini Ola cab today and was charged much more than normal . The total amount charged was 622+230(parking fees) from RGIA to Gachibowli Hyderabad .The shortest distance is 33 kms while the driver took an extremely long and crowded route of 38.44 kms . For an average time taken of 40 minutes the cab took 1 hr 20 mins . I was also asked to pay a sum of 230 for parking while i never asked them to park the cab there .

                      I had Booked my cab from Katoor, to singanallur Coimbtore on 21 st Feb by 2.30pm and My booking id was CRN62321073 were the final bill was showed as Rs139 .As it was my first ride I thought my ride was free, but the Driver forced me to pay the amount of Rs.139 . When I called the customer care of ola cab, she asked me to raise this as a complaint in the portal after a lenghty discussion . I do not know why this happened . I'm a person who always support the service of ola cab facility and even advertised it to various people at my office . i was really surprised to see this happen . Please do take appropriate steps and make it a free ride for me by returning the Amount as it was my first ride .

Despite amount being deducted from my account, the driver demanded Rs118 which he received in cash. So this is the case of cheat. I was charged twice for the same trip.                           I was travelling from my house at Whitefield to Yeshwanthpur railway station in the cab I booked from Ola cabs. They charged me with a waiting time of 17 minutes which was incorrect. The cab hadn't stopped for a minute as it was morning 6 o'clock and there was no traffic at all.

                            Ola cab computed the travel distance incorrectly and excessively by 4.2km. Trip undertaken on April 29, 2017 in Chennai, India.

                            I had another person travel in a 2-wheeler along with the cab for the entire trip. Ola charged me for 40.2km while the actual distance traveled is only 36km. We have used Ola for a very long time and have never had a chance to independently validate the distance charged. It appears that Ola is likely "padding" distance to the trip charge and making extra money.

                              Hi, I booked a Cab from COCHIN nettipadam Road to COCHIN airport. Earlier when i booked the car in advance with CRN 6253511it got cancelled on the 11th hour automatically. So i booked another cab. When I booked the cab the driver was 13 km away from my location. The CRN no is 62552124.It was Maroon Tata Indigo with vehicle no KL20 E 4407(the name of the driver is Abdul) I am having 4 issues / complaints. 1. The driver has taken Rs. 90 in cash from me. Without this he was not releasing my luggage. I agrred as as my earlier cab got automatically cancelled and i was running short of time as i had to catch my flight. 2. I have paid a total of Rs. 423 to driver which comprises of Rs 50 as waiting charge. I would like to inform that I was waiting for the cab. He came late. Because of him I was about to miss my flight. He took the petrol in between. And in between his device (given by Ola to every driver) got switched off/disturbed. So he took another 10-15 minutes extra there. 3. I had applied APP200 promo code which he could not get as his Ola device was switched off. 4. He was not releasing my luggage at all and I was just about to miss my flight. He was telling that if I will not pay full amount in cash (which includes Rs. 90 as extra + Rs. 200 for promo code) he will drop the luggage again to the hotel. I was very tensed and about to miss my flight and he was not understanding at all. If the Ola device got disturbed/switched off this is not my fault and why should I pay for this delay if this is not my fault. I want an action against this driver and refund for Rs. 140 ( Rs. 50 waiting charge as this was not my fault at all + Rs. 90 which he charged extra). Otherwise I will approach legal route.                               Had a very bad experience two times once for me and once for my wife here in Kochi.
                              confirmed bookings get automatically cancelled. Drivers over the phone are irresponsible. Missed important meeting due to OLA inefficiency.

                              now the same service is par excellence in Chennai where i did not have any problems. Surprising to see it so inefficient and appalling in cochin.
                              It was very bad experience with ola. Ola charges 22.15km whereas Google maps shows 14.4km for the same distance. Ola is cheating customer.

                              last minute cancellation for booking

                              2 times i booked Ola cab for drop-off at Ahmedabad airport and both times received cancellation through SMS at the time of pick-up. What is the use of advanced booking if Ola cab cant manage it.

                                On 24th Jan 2015 i missed my flight to kolkata due Ola Cabs negligence. They (Ola Cabs) sent the driver to a wrong address although i have provided the exact location for my pick up while i booked the cab online. But when i call up the customer care service they arranged a different cab for me but since i was already late i missed my flight due to which i had to buy a new ticket for me and my wife which costs me Rs. 26, 688/-. !!! They took such things so lightly even though they have costs me Rs. 26, 688/- due to their negligence!! I have sent complaints to Ola cabs numerous times on this issue but got no response from them. The CRN number which i received from Ola cabs on my booking is # 31815584. I have all the documents that can proof that Ola Cabs was responsible for my loss.

                                  Hi This is worst service with ola cabs in Hyderabad.I got call today morning asking me to cancel the cab.I was surprised to hear when I didn't even called ola cabs or book a cab how come he can ask to cancel or not. Later I got message 450 RUPEES DEDUCTED FROM MY SALARY ACCOUNT.So i called to number which I received morning, they says the same, we cancelled your cab so 450 were cancellation charges.Heavy argument with him in call about deduction of charges, booking and cancelling cab.So I want to file complaint on OLA SERVICE as * who gave account details to OLA * who gave access on my account * when I didn't call them from my number how they can confirm I booked cab. Please look into this and help me out refunding amount back.And make sure this not repeating to any one again

                                    This incident happened today(23rd FEB 2015) around 7:30 to 8am in RagiGudda near Pai Comfort Traffic signal. My father was taking a U turn. he saw OLA cab of yours who did not have control speed approaching him. He saw and applied Breaks . But OLA cab even then dashed and like a coward run away. Car is damaged badly. Driver has to pay for it. Request you to please take action. I will be approaching the traffic control as they will be having record as it happened near the traffic signal.                                       Email- Id:- [protected]@yahoo.com Booked a cab with Ola mobile application on 22nd Feb, 2015. At 4:30 A.M for 23rd Feb, 2015. At the time of booking it showed that booking conformed. But the cab didn't come. I called the customer care and they said the cab allotment was not done. It was a mistake. This mistake of yours would have caused me my flight. I could have missed my flight. I took Uber. They are much reliable then you.

                                        I booked a cab on 21st Feb 2015 at 2.47 pm. The driver started the meter at 2.49pm but he picked us at 3.11pm. I received a last call from driver at 3.11pm stating he has reached the place. I raised a complaint in ola customer service and the reference number is 662788. I want my 66rs back. Doesn't they have a control about customer pick up. If this is the case, then driver and ola cab will cheat some of the people who doesn't look about the invoice. Expected to hear solution for this issue. Call history and invoice has been attached
