Hello,

We have booked a ola cab on 8th may'16 & received a confirmation vide crn [protected] / "say ola to your driver srinivasa t ([protected]). Xcent ka52a1814 to pick you up @ 08:45 pm, 08th may".
The cab arrived on time and when 4 ladies boarded along with a kid of 7 years old for the destination (Shanti nagar bus station), the driver misbehaved and stated that, he can not accept the kid. When we tried to explain the driver that, the kid belongs to one of 4 ladies, he was very rude and merciless and he cancelled our booking and asked the ladies to disembark.

Though, immediately we had another cab allotted, but the unruly behavior of the driver mr. Srinivasa has put all the passengers into deep mental agony as they were to catch the bus at 10 pm. However, with the 2nd cab arrival, they could not catch the bus.

This kind of behavior by the ola cab driver is totally uncalled for at the odd hours and need a stringent action

    In the recent weeks, I have noticed that peak hour rates are being levied on otherwise non-peak hours with invalid excuses being made by the call centre stating that there are insufficient cabs in the area or there is high demand during that particular time of the day!

    1. April 29th 9:00 am onwards I tried booking a cab in Mumbai (Powai to Parel) for almost 40 mins in an effort to book the car at standard rates! I've taking that route every Saturday since February and this was never the case. However, that day, it started indicating peak hour rates with 1.8x at first and then over the next few minutes it came down to 1.4x and stood on that! With no other option, I had to go with it.     2. May 6th around 4:00 pm I tried to book a cab in Bangalore (New Tippasandra to Thambu Chetty Palya) and yet again it started indicating peak hour rates again from 1.8x times initially and came down to 1.4x in 15 minutes and this was on Ola Share too. With the urgency to get to the destination, I had no choice but to take it! (Invoice # OSN[protected]

    3. May 9th I tried to book a cab in Mumbai (Powai to Chakala) at 11:45 am and yet again the same peak hour rates of 1.4x applied to the booking! (Invoice # CRN[protected]

    It is so unfortunate that a company that started so well and brought much peace of mind for consumers facing the transportation issues, is now looting it's customers! With monsoon season just round the corner, Mumbai residents will be the victims of yet another scam!

    The authorities need to urgently intervene on this issue!

      Ola people are totally non professional. Cancelling there rides frequently and charging improperly. Very poor and hopless service. They should buy new locks "tala " instead of cars. Bandh kardo agar service nahi de sakte to, pehle mini laaye, for micro laaye, lagtaa hai dheere dheere gayb ho jaayenge, sab car scrap me bhej do. Its the final destination of your company

        Sir,
        I booked cab via ola app.. I booked micro cab. Where i booked a micro cab for low fare.. But when i ride on the cab i was told that i will be charged 40 percent extra.. I spoke to costumer care also and they told that i have to pay the charges.. I was very much disappointed.. It should cost around 400. But i paid 722.. It is just a autocracy on their part. Please help

          I booked a cab at about 5.36 a.m. today. Vehicle was 16 minutes away. It was perfect time to travel to my destination. I confirmed the booking. Then after 2 minutes or so I called the driver on[protected] at 5.40 am . he confirmed booking but was advising me that he is at the railway station which is 6.5 km from my destination. Being a coimbatorian I know the distance and told him it's only 5.5 max. He said he cannot come. This has caused me mental stress for me my family from kannur and confusion to arrange another vehicle till 6.10 a.M. which is due to ola problem. this particular driver should be removed from your rolls. Plus ola shd not allow . crn[protected]. I told him I will complain . I must be compensated for this .

            I had to take an ola cab even though there was a surge pricing of 2.6 times with my mom above 60 yrs and 10 month old baby.After the trip i had to pay Rs:292 for 4.87 km from phoenix mall to madipakkam, chennai at 10 pm.How is this fair. what are authorities doing.               Today afternoon (09/05/2016) i booked ola cab from my mobile app and it was booked @04:45 pm to travel from secunderabad, clock tower to green park colony, pin code -500035, with refference id-crn[protected], the cab came early to clock tower by 04:25pm, my parents get into the cab and moved after reaching 10kilometers (In the middle) suddenly driver stopped the cab and said to my parents that my server is not working indirectly he told them to get down from the cab. My parents called me scolded me... Thereafter i requested the driver not to stop in the middle and i offered him to pay extra amount even though he just said iam working for ola not for ur parents. After that my parents took another auto and came to my home... What the hell is going to ola cab... Is this the proper way of your (Ola) behaviour... My parents don't know hyderabad that's why i booked the cab... Then who is responsibility of my parents?.. Who is going to take care of my parents (At the time of journey)? I need proper explanation from ur end...

              In Bangalore government banned the peak surcharge, but ola cares a damn. They are charging highly and a 4 km ride can go to Rs 250 too. I have the snaps taken on may 4th 2016. This is insane and government should act immediately.

                Driver called us and asked where we would like to go when I said I want to go so and so destination he hung up and completed the trip and even I got message from ola that I have paid Rs.106 however I didn't took the cab and I haven't paid, this is very unprofessional behaviour and very disappointed, when I called driver he said Ola cancelled the cab not me, even play drivers lie if there is a mistake from their end. I am going to rate this on Ola website so other people know how unprofessional drivers behave.

                  Of late it is our experience that Ola cabs though shown available in the area do not register request/do not respond the request after registering/do not turn up after registration/automatically cancel the request on their own/do not respond over phone/ask for double the fare in the morning at 7AM even.

                  All these things have become very common and citizens of Bangalore are taken for a ride.

                    Very much disappointed with your service for the first time.

                    I have booked a cab one hour prior to my travel time, though it said my booking was succesful, just before 10 mins of my ride time got a surprising message from ola that "couldn't provide cab for you".

                    But, as the request from customer care people of ola, i booked another cab using RideNow option which showed ETA as 5mins.


                    When I called driver, he said he will be reaching me in 15 mins. But even after 15 mins, driver didn't turned up.

                    He was not lifting call, finally mobile is switch off.

                    Surprisingly I received an invoice for Rs:53. Saying that thanks fro traveeling with Ola, where i have not taken the ride at all.

                    This is third time i'm facing the issue.

                    OLA Team -- If this is a usual issue why are you making us to suffer, instead we wasting time for expecting your cab.

                    Thanks for your patience to consider our problems.

                      I had made a booking for my brother with OLA cabs on 12th Feb 2016 evening for 13th Feb 4:15 AM for boarding a flight from RGI Airport Hyderabad, I got the confirmation for same. On 13th Feb at 3:50 AM I got cab and driver details but 10 minutes later I got a cancellation SMS.
                      I requested OLA customer care to provide me an alternative but all they could do is said sorry. I tried hiring another cab but could not get one in time and by the time we reached RGI Airport my brother was late & he could not board the flight. He had to buy another ticket in different flight that cost him another 13K.

                        On Sunday (08.05.2016) at around 1.30 pm OLA CAB was booked by my daughter along with her friend for Grish Park Metro (Kolkata) to Madhyamgram (700129) . Driver when reached to Nager Bazar (Dum Dum), my daughter's friend got down there, and same time the driver pressed the Stop journey and bill amount produced as Rs.193.00. Then My daughter asked the driver to drive the CAB upto Madhyamgram as it was told before CAB Start. My daughter has been harassed by your driver, which is beyond tolerable.
                        The Details of CAB is WB23D2608 and driver name is Jaswant Singh ([protected]). I hope you will take appropriate action.

                            I booked ola on 8/5/16 to go to bangalore airport crn no[protected], the driver name n chowdappa his vehicle booked was an indica ka07a 3893, the driver never turned up, i got a thank you message from ola for using the cab with a bill for rs 107, he picked up someone else and bill of 107/- was messaged to me, whenhefailed to turn up i called him and he bluffed that the tyre had punctured, does ola not have control over its drivers? Ola sucks i am deleting my ola app, and installing a rival app, very disappointed with ola app.
                            A ola cab no wb 15c 8193 is carrying 5people when the rule is to carry 4 people only. Please do let me no abt ur feedback

                              Today i had booked ola cab at 8:45 p. M. I am sorry to say that the driver was too rude firstly when he called up he asked for the destination and when i said shantinagar bus stand he said it's too far. Secondly when he came to pick up he was not allowing the child to sit on the lap and said or else to remove the luggage from the boot. Before i could cancel he canceled the ride. Was very arrogant in speaking. I have been a regular customer but this was the worst experience i had. The drivers detail is as under.                                 I had booked a ola cab for my parents today i.e. on 08/05/2016. the car was to take then from parleshwar society to chunabhatti.
                                i got a message at 1438 hrs that ola shall pick them up at 1442 hrs. a swift desire no MH02CR5984 driven by Mr. Ansari cell no [protected] was to pick them up.
                                the car never turned up. my parents were in a great anxiety. the driver is either not answering the call or his cell is busy. when tracked the car on the company website, the car is stationed at sahar road far away from the location for pickup.
                                i got another message at 1446 hrs that ride is over and i was charged rs 106 for the ride that was never undertaken.
                                the customer care number of the company is also not being answered by anyone for a long time.
                                This is a total ripoff.
                                i demand my money back and also compensation for the agony caused to me and my old parents.

                                I was given coupon code by Ola, because of delay .Whenever i try to use the code.It gives error.And the cab drivers always keeps on saying to cancel cabs.If they don't really mean apology.Why do they give coupon code.
                                I booked a Ola cab from 8-B/6, Badli Rd, Sector 15, Rohini, New Delhi, 110089, India to Rasoolpur Nawada, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida with the total bill of ₹484 out of which State Tax/MCD ₹100 which was never explained to me at the time of booking the cab.
                                Driver had started the rider even before picking us. This is very unethical we had to stop the ride which charged us Rs50.

                                  18:30 - Driver gave fake call without giving any response from his side .
                                  18:32 to 18:39 - I tried to contact driver 4 times but he did't pick his phone
                                  18:32 - Driver started the meter himself in my absence & took the vehicle towards Minister's residence .I kept on waiting for taxi till 18:37 & his no response to my repetitive calls.
                                  18:38 - To my shock, I got SMS that journey is completed and my bill is Rs61/- . My destination was Bodakdev to attend some important meeting .
                                  18:42 - I contacted on customer care no.[protected]& explained my problem but they could not resolve my problem.
                                  With the negligence of driver & unreliable services of OLA cabs I incurred huge financial loss .

                                  We have booked a Cab through our neighbor mobile. We have traveled from JNTU to Bhoiguda Secunderabad. And we hace paid 580 Rs.

                                  And our neighbor got Bill through mobile saying that 300 rs.

                                  Even cab driver does not know the address where to drop us and service was poor.
                                  The driver sandeep kumar which is having white swift registration no.HR61C8227 has taken 100 rs extra from me
                                  The driver is not returning mu bag which i forgot in the car and he is misbehaving on phone now

                                      I installed an Ola App few days ago. On the day of installation I got an e-mail that with coupon Book100 I would get a free ride worth Rs100/- off. Since that day onwards I am receiving same offer through SMS. But, on trying to book the ride it is showing 'not valid in Kolkata'. If the service is not available in Kolkata, then why am I being sent useless SMS? Are they not aware of the fact that my number belongs to Kolkata region?

                                        I booked a mini cab from ola cabs today (7th may 20161) in the evening and it arrived on time. However when it reached the desired destination which is exactly 12.8 km (As estimated) from the pick up location, the amount payable was rs.502. This is exorbitant as compared to the normal fares which is about rs.150 (Less than half of what i had to pay). I lodged a complaint immediately at lalbazaar traffic control station and they ensured to do the needful.
                                        I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action and reimburse the amount as soon as possible failing which would compel me to take further strict actions against the company. Further information related to the ride are as follows :

                                        While coming from malleswarm we have booked mini taxi KA07A1800 to go to sarvabowma nagara bannergatta road driver munivenkata has misslead and took to some other sarwabowma nagar near chikkakalasandra. he had wasted our time and took more money.
                                        driver has not hear our guidance to took to our destination and collected more money from me.
