I recently did a merchant payment using ola money through net banking.
In net banking it shows transection successful aster that at ola money it says transaction failed, and no money was transferred to the merchant site. Then i checked on my ola money app it shows 10000₹ added in ola wallet but there no money in my ola wallet. Where did my money go i need my money urgently.

    Hi,
    I placed an order to buy an Amazon voucher through your ola money postpaid and I haven't received it yet. But the wohoo customer haven't been giving any help and no proper response and they're asking me to call ola customer care service. I just started ola money yesterday and I'm facing all this. What should I do? You guys are not even responding to my emails. Atleast give me a callback.

      I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
      Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

      I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

      And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

        I tried to load Rs. 4000 on 18th March in my OLA MONEY wallet using Mobikwik AMEX card. Money deducted from source but transaction failed. It has already been 5 days yet Money is not refunded back.

              I had selected gpay as the payment option but since the driver insisted, I paid him in cash. But it's showing pending payment in the ola app.

                  I am not able to clear my ola money dues and when i click on option "Ola Money", it keeps on loading.
                  This is happening from morning itself, and now it is 08:17 PM, so I cannot assume that some maintenance is happening.
                  Also, I have reinstalled the app, I have restarted my phone, but of no help.
                  Could you please let me know how can i pay the dues as today is the last day.

                    I took a ride on 25th Feb (CRN # [protected]) and I made a payment using Ola postpaid. Fare for this ride is Rs 142 and Rs 10 got deducted from my Ola money wallet and remaining Rs 132 was to be charged to Ola postpaid. But when i checked the statement, Rs 132 has been charged 8 times instead of once and i have been writing emails (Ticket # 4111895) and trying to call the customer care but not receiving any proper response. Now I am being charged with late fee for not making the payment. I am really frustrated with the service provided by Ola and would want to sort out the issue and get my ola account closed. Can anyone help me?

                        I took two rides on Feb 18 and in both rides despite of selecting cash as an option it went to ola money. If that was annoying, it was showing that the amount was due in case in the app for both the drivers. So I went ahead and paid them in cash considering it to be a glitch since I did not select Ola money option in the first place. But now I'm charged on ola money for both the rides. Previously when I chose online payment I was forced by the drivers to pay in cash, since then I make sure to choose cash option and then this happens. Absolutely disappointing.

                          Money stuck in ola wallet

                          I was using the ola money application for the first time to do the payment at Myntra, so I added 1270 Rs to the ola money wallet but their services is so bad that I could not complete my payment, so when I returned to the ola money application I realised that I could not withdraw my money back to my bank account then I checked the FAQs section and there they have mentioned that "you can withdraw your money by clicking on the button named...

                          Wrong reporting of delayed payment to Credit Bureau

                          I have been using credit cards for last 8 years and have loans as well. Till date there has not been a single delay in payment. However, ola moneypowered by ABG capital has reported delay in payment to CIBIL for Sep 2021, whereas there was not a single transaction done in ola money postpaid account on September.                           This is regarding a pathetic experience i faced 5 days ago and i'm complaining about the same to ola support since that day but they're not resolving.
                          I booked an ola bike through ola app from my mobile no.
                          I had to send a parcel from one place to another within my city.
                          The bike rider came and i gave him the otp and he picked up my parcel... Before his reaching the destination i paid through my paytm wallet the total amount. But he reached the destination and the amount was already deducted from my paytm wallet. He did not deliver the parcel to customer and was fighting that he wanted the payment on his personal number and he denied that he did not receive the money through ola app. He forced me to pay twice otherwise he would run away with my parcel. I had to pay him again on his personal paytm no. His name was saraswat kumar. I am attaching the picture for your reference. One picture is of ola ride and payment information and the other picture is of my second personal payment to the ola bike driver. He was getting extreme rude and after paying him on his personal number on paytm he again denied that he did not receive the payment. But after a lot of quarrel he finally gave the parcel to the customer.
                          I would request ola company to pls refund my money for one of the payments. This was the most pathetic experience with ola. I am speechless. The driver was way too unprofessional and unethical. That driver created a lot of mistrust between the customer and ola cabs and services. Waiting for my refund.
                          I tried to raise an issue through the ola app but it is not helpful my complaint is not getting submitted.

                            I have ola money account, ola money card, and associated postpaid account with the number [protected]. This is with respect to the transaction IDs GQ9W-3CKM-W7YU and GQ9W-3CKL-4V51 done on 1st February 2022. I have done those two transactions of Rs. 666 each on Sri Periyandavar Super Chennai IND. Both the time the store didn't receive the money. But the money has been deducted from my ola money account in those two times. Also from the store side, it has shown that both the transactions have failed. I kindly request you to let me know the status of those two transactions and if both of them have failed then please initiate refund as soon as possible for both the transactions to my ola money account associated with [protected]. I have written to your mail id also. But ola money is taking too long to provide any update about this. Previously they asked for 2 days. Now they are asking for 3days.

                              I am a regular user of Ola Postpaid + and recently my limit has been increased to Rs. 10000. But I am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I was able to use it but since 2 days whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".

                              Now It looks like I am not able to use Postpaid+ services anymore on any platform like Bigbasket also. Please look into this and let me know because i have always paid my dues on time and I even got a message that my limit has been enhanced tp Rs 10000.

                                Hello,
                                Old foods deducted money from Ola Money even though no order was placed and reps at Ola foods cancelled the order on their own. They promised that refund will be processed in 7 days and it's been 1 month where Ola Money is charging late fees too. Their customer support keeps passing the buck and harass customer to go here and there.

                                Ola money is yet to refund my amount and reps from Ola Foods clearly mentioned that entire amount witbe refunded soon but it's been more than a month. I witno pay single penny to Fraudsters Ola.

                                  I took a ola ride on 11th December 2021 from Pallikaranai to T. Nagar. Mini CRN [protected] and I made a cash payment to the driver. But in the ola application it has been updated as ola money. I was also not aware of the same. I also did not get any message from ola stating that you have used the ola money on the same day. As I made the cash payment. On 29th december 2021 I received a message from ola to clear my dues, immediately I contacted the driver and told him as I made cash payment to you. Kindly check the issue. He did not respond to my call. ( enclosed the screen shots). I was able to contact ola customer service, what ever number available in the customer service off late all the numbers either will be busy or not reachable. Finally on Jan 8th I got the customer care line and I informed them about the above issue. But no resolution and also I have wrote several emails to the ola zip cash etc but no response to the emails. off late I am getting voice messages to pay the due. But I have done the cash payment and I wont be able to make the payment again for the same ride and on 13th January 2022 I called the ola escalation manager number and explained the issue, but still my issue is not resolved. Request you to contact the driver of the ride Manikandan muthu [protected] and get my cash back and settle the ola dues.

                                    I took a outstation ride on 25th July from Mysore to Bangalore.
                                    CRN number of the ride : CRN [protected]
                                    The amount due was Rs 1927 - I payed this through Ola postpaid service.
                                    On 30th July I wanted to clear my dues so when I clicked on the payment an amount of 3776 got deducted from my account.
                                    I have raised multiple complaints with ola and response has been delayed till now. I get calls from various support people saying refund will be done but has not been addressed at all.
                                    I was spoken to rudely and denied an explanation as to why this is still pending.
                                    I requested the refund of 1849 Rs which was extra and is stuck with Ola now!
                                    I have been mailing these details but have reached any solution!
