False billing in OLA MONEY

From last few days, I am being constantly reminded of laying my ola money dues. (including late fee).

I had last used OLA on 7th Nov, of which all the dues has been cleared by 23rd Nov (bill period 7-18 Nov) Which was within the limit.

After that I haven't used any service.
Still the account shows 299+50(late fee) after 24th Nov.

Please look into the same....

About charging twice

On Tuesday December 7 at 9:52am I had booked ola.for this ride I paid money through cash.but in tha app it shows that payment is pending.regarding this i tried to call driver and ola customer care, but they did not pick up my call.please resolve the issue...

Payment made to driver as cash

Address:T/2 sai sadan, 2nd cross, MLA layout,, Kalena Agrahara , BG Road, BengaluruO

I have used Ola during last week of October/21 from Sai sadan to Byatarayanapura, Bangalore . I have paid driver fare amount of ₹ 591/- as cash . Inspite of payment, I am receiving the message as non payment . Due to which I am not in position to use your services ....

Complaint about the pending payment

I had travelled bt using ola car and did payment using cash. Still it's showing that the payment is pending and due to this I am not able to book another. Please look into this and do needful.

If you gyzz from ola can view this message, then plzz do needful as it is really irritating since there is no customer complaint section in ola app itself....

I have paid the money for the ride still shows due pending

I have paid through cash for the ride..but still it is showing as due pending for the past 1month. Could not take any ride after that...

Payment due still

I had paid the driver after the ride in cash but still it is showing that the payment is not fine yet and wants mo to clear it to use the app please look into it...

Payment is pending

Hi Ola,

I have made a payment of 564 for the last ride,

But while taking a new ride it says Rs. 410 is pending and while paying it says Rs.820 to pay..kindly resolve this,

As I made this payment through ola postpaid..
Tried to reach them, but no proper response to resolve this ...

Had clear all the dues of the ride that had taken..but still staying payment is pending..br...

Complaint Regarding Payment Pending Issue

On 25th of Nov i booked a on the request of driver i paid a cash amount but while booking the ride i have selected online payment.Ride was Successfully completed and payement was done in cash inspite of online.Now in OLA application its still showing payment pending due to which i am unable to book further upcoming rides.Please reslove this issue as early as possible....

Showing payment pending after payment

I have directly paid ola payment to ola driver but still I'm getting sms from ola and also alert notification when I open ola app that I have to pay the pending amount from last drive, but I have paid the amount when I m still getting this please help to solve this problem....

Refund query

I booked an auto from anna arch to kambar colony fare is 83 rupees I preferred G-pay But he said that he haven't received any amount so I showed him that my money got deducted but he refused and told me to send his personal Paytm account ... Does customers are a fool to pay two times to fare for a one raid I need refund......

Regarding payment which is done by cash

I had a ride to Turbhe as on 26th November. After that ride, I had paid in cash, but it's still showing pending payment. Same day when I asked to driver about it he said it will show paid after some time . Since 2 days it's showing same as pending. Please resolve it....

I have taken ride on Nov 21st 2021 and completed my payment via paytm. But in my Ola app it's still showing as payment is due. This is second time happening for me. In past for one ride I have payed twice. Need your assistance here. I'm unable to book any ride niw...

Cash paid & online payment is also showing.

I took a cab ride & at the end of the journey app of the ola driver was not working. He insisted that Ola app is not functioning and I need to pay in cash so I gpay him the amount of fair shown in ola app. Now the amount is showing pending in app....

Cash paid but payment status is appearing as pending

Erroneously selected payment status as ola money instead of cash
Already paid to driver(CRN [protected]) name Syed hasham 184 in cash phone number:[protected]
Kindly look at it as in ola payment is showing as pending and unable to book another ride...

Paid in cash , app is showing payment pending

I booked a bad on 20th Nov, 05:20 pm and I paid by cash RS 96 as asked by the driver but for payment option in app GooglePay was selected. I paid to the driver to his GooglePay number .But still in app it is showing payment pending.
I have both screenshot of the ride I took and the GooplePay, you can see driver's name and GooglePay account holder name is same....

Paid in cash but reflects not paid in app

From last 3 trips I have paid cash for Ola commute and every time it shows payment pending in App. There is no proper channel to report this issue.
I have lost around 500 Rs.

This is really big trust isue with Ola. We feel like cheated. Please refund the excess amount charged...
