I have taken a ride from 1 nizampet road, kukatpally, Hyderabad (India) to Akshara college, kakatiya hills, Hyderabad (India) on today which is Nov 22nd 2021 and fare was 101 rupees. Due to network issue I was not able to do online pay. so, I paid him with cash which is 110 (I left the 9 rupees as tip) . Now, I am trying to book another ride but on the app it shows I have due of 99 rupees.

I have paid cash to ola cab driver Rs.215 instead of Rs.206 on 13.11.2021 but in my app it's still payment showing pending......

I have paid cash to ola cab driver Rs.100 instead of Rs.82 on 14.11.2021 but in my app it's still payment showing pending and I couldn't book further trips.kindly resolve the issue....

I took ola ride on 14th November at 12:40pm. At drop point I did upi payment of Rs 102. The driver told me he didn't receive but my bank account was debited with Rs 102. With no choice I did upi payment of Rs102 again.
This time he told me he received. When asked about Earlier payment he was harsh and didn't give proper explanation.
After some time I received a message that the payment was timed out and would be credited but...

On Oct 15th 9.04 am travelled to kothanur dinne paid cash 93 rs. App shows still amount pending..and asking payment.not able to resolve issue by app links..CRN number [protected] driver Santosh...

I had taken an ola cab on 8th October, 2021. The amount was ₹94 for the ride and right after I reached my destination, I have paid money to the driver through Phonepe and payment time is 12:09 PM. However, it's showing the bill is still pending and blocked me out of ola services.
I'd like this to be resolved...

I paid driver in cash but ola app shows pending payment of 397....

I had my ride yesterday. I paid 400 to the driver, but it is still showing as pending payment in the Ola app and not able to book...kindly solve the issues....

I took a cab from turbhe to ulwe yesterday and paid the driver in cash after the trip ended but the ola app shows that the payment is pending. Due to this I am unable to book any rides. Please resolve this issue before I stop using Ola....

I took a trip on Ola cab on the 23rd of Oct from the Bengaluru airport to home, and paid the driver is cash rs.1178, as he requested for the same. My understanding was that once a trip is done, and once I had paid, ideally, on the closure of the trip, the payment details will get updated. However, now Ola is asking me to make the payment again, as they are unable to trace the payment made to the driver.
