    My refund isn't processed for the last 14 days. Order details below

    I paid through Ola Postpaid Money. Customer support says the issue is with the Ola Money Gateway. No such issues as another refund was processed yesterday (27th Jan 2022) through the same Ola Money for the Order Code: kdd5-vg3xnn.

    Now I received Ola Postpaid including the amount I am owed as refund which I cannot pay.

      Dear team,

      I had received substandard food which was stale. As a covid patient I was dependent on your delivery & when received was open to disappointment. I'd reported the same and was told this issue would be escalated & a refund would be credited in a time frame of 4 hours back to ola money. However nothing happened.
      I followed up alternative days with three agents - Asma, Syeda & Veeramani who gave me a scripted response saying the payment is "stuck" . And I'll get it end of the day. Three end of the days have passed & one week since I reported the issue.
      I'm not sure how a tech firm with fintech products like ola money have a poor return policy.

        I took a ride on 26th Oct for some office purpose at 6.15 pm. It was a rental for 6hrs and I had planned my visits accordingly. At the very beginning of the ride the driver (Tukuna Sahu) was nagging for the fact that the payment mode is online (Ola money) as he wanted cash instead. After my first stop for a meeting, I asked him to take me to another location but he was hesitant as his vehicle didn't had enough fuel. I told him to re-fill it and then proceed but he replied that he doesn't have money for it and asked for extra cash in order to proceed. I wasted 15-20 mins convincing him to continue the ride as I was getting late. Then somehow he agreed and we went to my second stop. After that meeting I went to pick one of my colleagues and from there we had plans to go for dinner that night.
        After reaching my colleagues place he asked me to stop the ride saying he can't continue the ride. I was embarrassed in front of my colleague and he kept mis behaving and talking rudely. I told him that the rental is for 6 hours and it's been only 3 hrs and we have time until we stop the ride. But he was not in the mood to listen and he refused to continue the ride and left me there and went away without stopping the ride.

        I called the Ola support team immediately and reported the same. They convinced me saying it will be taken care of and I do not need to worry. The ride was stopped after midnight (3 hrs after he left me) and I got a bill of Rs.1220 for that horrific experience.

        The next day I called Ola support again to raise the complain and they said it will be rectified and the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs.

        I called again after 2days but of no use. I kept calling in intervals but it remained the same.

        I am now getting back to back calls from you for paying my Ola postpaid overdues. I have been charged late fee as well. As discussed with the support team, I will not be charged any late fee as I have been charged unfairly and the overdue charge will also be revoked.

        I have been calling the support team and raising tickets but everytime a new person responds and I have to narrate the same story time and again to each of them. At the end of the conversation they ask me to wait for 48/72 hrs for resolution and after that I find my tickets are resolved without any further communication.

        I have visited your website to register my complaint as requested.
        Though having said that I have registered my complaint 3 months ago as well and have raised ticket for the same. I have written numerous mails to the support team but I have received no resolution till date.
        I am not happy with the support from your end. I need a call back or revert to my mails addressing the issue and along with the resolution to my query.
        I am getting back to back calls from the collection team and it has been very disturbing and harassing.
        Please look into this.
        A quick resolution will be much appreciated

          I have been asked by olamoney to pay the amount of Rs. 500/- for a ride.
          I have not taken your ride and already reply by email on 10 Nov 2021.
          My complain ticket no. are 3740740, 3740741, 3740748, 3740757 & 3740759.
          I have requested Olamoney to share the OTP or any other message.
          No reply received till date.
          I am continuously received calls and messages for recovery and harrassing me.

            I cannot able to use my olamoney wallet balance. I am getting error ola money wallet is not available for user. Kindly check and resolve the issue. Already I have raised several tickets for the same issue but no one has gave me the proper solution. Without giving proper solution customer support team is closing the ticket. I have been keep on following up for the same issue for past one week. Kindly resolve this issue or else I want to close my olamoney wallet.

              I was ride on ola on 30 dec 21, so the bill generated was 113/- I didn’t know payment mode was selected is postpaid still ola auto driver want cash amount of 113/- so I gave him . But on 14 jan 22 postpaid bill due message came and it should be paid on or before 17 jan 22 pls do need full why I will paid again if already paid to driver.

                On 14 oct 2021 i have booked ola from sanpada navi mumbai to ghatkopar mumbai at around 3pm.at time of booking i had choose online payment option but at time of drive driver said me madam please make a payment via cash so i said yes to him. Our ride was over as estimate i paid cash to driver. After some time when i have check my ola app its showing 292 rs is due for payment which i have already paid via cash. I mail ola support team i didn't received any revert from them then i escalated this issue to escalation team after that they told me outstanding won't be reflect in my app after 72hr however its more than one month my due are still showing in app. I mailed to Grivenace officer also but no response. Request you to please help me out from this issue. My CRN no [protected] amt 292 date 14.10.2021 and my ola complaint no is 3852704.

                  I paid full amount to driver as he told me it was showing cash option in his app. Now OLA money is showing outstanding amount against me.

                  I came to known about this on 11 Jan 2022; when I received bill from OLA

                  I spoke to driver (Mobile no [protected]) on 11 Jan 22 and agreed that he has collected cash from me.

                  I raised complaint to OLA. They just closed the request stating it is logged beyond time frame.
                  Its seems there is fault ti OLA system and they are charging it to customer.

                  Please cancel the outstanding amount aginst me.

                    Hi,

                    I have been using Ola Postpaid for more than 1 year. I never requested to close my Ola postpaid account.

                    I recieved an email from customer care agent Darppan Thakur that my Ola postpaid account is closed. I am very disappointed about this.

                    I sent many emails asking then to restore back my account but the customer care agent said that the account can't be restored. My account has been closed due to your error.

                    Now since the account is closed, I had requested for the NOC. I have written several emails for more than 2 months but none have addressed my issue yet. I am frustrated after writing several emails for 2 months and not getting any solution.

                    I request that you either restore my account back or send me the NOC immediately.

                              I was travelling on Ola taxi during travel i recharged with Ola Money post paid. Driver declined to accept Ola Money. I paid driver with Gpay. Immediately i raised tickets for not using ola money however they every day auto call me and charging late fee and telling to pay 1175 now.

                                  I had to pay in cash (230rs) as the driver is not willing to receive online payment.After that on next day or so Ola money showed 230rs as due in my ola money wallet. i tried to find the customer support number and called but there are nobody to receive the call. i have tried at least 10-15 time but no one lifting the call. finnaly after two days with all efforts i have found ola money support mail id and mailed them saying that i have paid money through cash.

                                  then after few days i got replying saying that to contact OLA CABs but not OLA Money. so i did forwarded the mail to OLA CAB they again started sending general steps details(pre quoted lines ), then i have replied that same note saying that i have paid money through cash, this happened for 4-5days. after few days OLA CABS said that i had report this issue before 2days taking ride. these people made it late and delayed and after few days they are bullying.

                                  then i tried finding solution in twitter support, and the same story got repeated, in fact OLA MONEY was never replied on my message though.

                                  They used call 5-10 times in one days since last one/one and half months.
                                  i have said them many time that i paid through cash, the calls used to come again and again .

                                  now recently they have started threatening in whatsAppp by saying that they gonna file case against me.

                                    I had booked ola cab in Mumbai to travel from Mulund to Panvel. The following details were sent to me.
                                    Say ola to your driver Kaleem for crn [protected]. white wagonR to pick you up @ 20:21, 04 Jan 2022.
                                    Upon boarding the driver asked me to pay by cash as his OLA app was not working properly. Driver was new to OLA and even not aware how to operate OLA app. So I agreed to pay cash.
                                    The bill for the ride was 487. When i paid him rs.500, he said he did not have any change and left. When i went to ola app to rate the ride, it froze as usual so gave up. At night when i opened ola app, i found that rs. 487 were deducted from my ola money account. As per ola help page, they sent an otp to customer's phone to confirm payment but that never happened. ola can check this at their side also. Ola can check with driver also.
                                    When i raised this to ola support in all, its not replying and Its very unprofessional. no one is taking this up and im not getting any support from ola.
