I took an ola ride on 28th October and paid rs.107 cash to driver after the ride but the app is showing payment pending amd I am not able to book another ride. Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that I can book my rides.

    On 21st September I used ola and paid cash of Rs.267 to the driver...however in my app it is showing Rs.267 payment is pending due to which I am not able to use ola as it asks me to pay the pending amount which I have already paid in cash to the driver...

            Yesterday I paid driver through Gpay after thr ride was completed but today morning when I logged in to app it shows that payment is still pending 340(while I had paid him extra with a total of 400 rs), I am having screenshots, and Booking number is Mini . CRN [protected]. Please resolve this issue because I'm unable to take more rides. And I'm attaching the screen shots along with this complaint

              I've paid the fare price to the driver through gpay but it's showing that my payment is pending in the Ola app due to which I'm unable to get the bill of that payment from ola. Also the number to which I've transacted the amount is switched off.

                I have booked vide your reference CRN[protected] on[protected] for travelling from vijinapura to old chandapura .
                The vehicle registration no is KA-02-AF-6943 with gentleman driver name is girisha.b
                We have settled the payment by the scanner given by him for Rs 760 vide google pay number[protected].
                But still your account says as balance of Rs 720 due to you.
                How do your driver leave us to come out of car without making payment.
                Kindly check with him and settle the amount and his contact number is [protected] as given in your apps and remove the said due as paid already.

                                Ola driver asked me to send the amount directly to his account so I paid him via gpay and I have details as well but in Ola app it's showing pending payment due to which I am unable to take new rides.
