I'm complaining about payment

I paid fare amount of my ola ride to the driver through gpay. Still, the app shows payment is pending. I can share the screenshot of the payment done, if you want....

Pending due shown without booking cab

All the cabs booked are paid, still out of nowhere a pending is shown for an amount of cab which was never booked...

Google pay money got deducted for ola

Hi team,
I paid via Google pay and the ride got cancelled and the amount got deducted not refunded, please check.

I've paid the money to the driver but it's showing pending payment in the Ola app.

I've paid the fare price to the driver through gpay but it's showing that my payment is pending in the Ola app due to which I'm unable to book other rides. Also the number to which I've transacted the amount is switched off....

Payment shown as overdue despite paying in cash

Hi team,
This is with reference to the ride take on Oct 25, 2021. I paid the driver by cash, but the payment is still shown as due.
Please note, this has happened twice with me and multiple times with people I know. Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have paid the driver via gpay but in Ola app it's showing pending payment

Ola driver asked me to send the amount directly to his account so I paid him via gpay and I have details as well but in Ola app it's showing pending payment due to which I am unable to take new rides.
I have the proof of paying 75 to the driver in my transactions info. So kindly help me with this issue....

Payment due for a trip that was paid by cash

I paid for a trip by cash to the driver. The fare was ₹150 now in ola appa it's saying as payment due. I can't make any bookings....

Payment is due

I booked an Ola Auto on 24th Oct 2021.
The cost of the ride was Rs.262. I paid the driver Rs.262 in cash. But in Ola app still it is showing payment is due....

Regarding pending payment

I had made payment of my last ride through cash. But the app is still showing that my payment is pending. Due to which I am not able to book my further rides... Please help ASAP....

Request for Cancellation of Hospicash

I bought Hospicash worth 499 plan in Ola Money on Oct 15th, 2021.

Then few hours after I decided to cancel the Hospicash policy and I have sent email to [protected]@olamoney.com for cancel the policy and refund my money back to my account.

The next day Oct 16th, 2021 I received mail from Chandra bhushan (Health Insurance) below the mail I recieved :

I'm complaining about money refund is done for my account

On 1st October I have booked ola self ride but while processing the payment it's been cancelled due to network issue. 11, 843 has been deducted but still the deducted amount is not refunded. Kindly check and refund asap.....

Already paid cash Rs.238 for the ride on 2th oct 2021

I booked an Ola Auto on 2th Oct 2021.
The cost of the ride was Rs.238. I paid the driver Rs.238 in cash.
But in the Ola App, it's still showing Payment Pending of Rs. 238.
