    I bought Hospicash worth 499 plan in Ola Money on Oct 15th, 2021.

    Then few hours after I decided to cancel the Hospicash policy and I have sent email to [protected]@olamoney.com for cancel the policy and refund my money back to my account.

    The next day Oct 16th, 2021 I received mail from Chandra bhushan (Health Insurance) below the mail I recieved :

          On 1st October I have booked ola self ride but while processing the payment it's been cancelled due to network issue. 11, 843 has been deducted but still the deducted amount is not refunded. Kindly check and refund asap..

                I booked an Ola Auto on 2th Oct 2021.
                The cost of the ride was Rs.238. I paid the driver Rs.238 in cash.
                But in the Ola App, it's still showing Payment Pending of Rs. 238.

                      I booked an Ola Auto on 5th Oct 2021. The cost of the ride was Rs.125. I paid the driver Rs.140 in cash. But in the Ola App, it's still showing Payment Pending of Rs. 125.kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                        I have a ride on ola auto from ramchandrapuram to kailsah nagar after completion of ride i have paid 84rs by cash but on app it was showing as pending so please uodate it the same i have informed to [protected]@olacabs.com but they didnt resolve the issue

                          I booked an Ola Auto on 14th Oct 2021. The cost of the ride was Rs.114, since I didn't have any change, I paid the driver Rs.120. But in the Ola App, it's still showing Payment Pending of Rs. 114.

                              As you asked I tapped on support option in OLA app but still I get messages to pay due amount which was already paid on the day of ride, I will not use Ola app until this issue is resolved, request you to resolve asap

                                      Hi, I booked a cab on 13th Oct with ola mini with CRN [protected]. At the end of the ride the app showed that I can't pay with Gpay, so I paid in cash. But the app still shows that the payment is pending.
