I had taken a cab on 23rd September 2021, and as the Google Pay was not allowing me to pay through it, I paid the driver by cash after reaching the location. Even after paying by cash, the Ola App is showing pending payment, and I'm also receiving messages regarding payment due to continue using your services.
I'd hereby request you to please look into this matter at the earliest and do the needful.
