I have selected ola money while booking but paid in cash Rs 72 to the driver at the end of the ride on September 25 but it is showing in pending dues

    I paid the ₹121 to the driver in cash as he said he didn't have google pay. But the app still shows that the money is pending, please pay it. I can't book another ride till I pay that amount. But why should I pay again if I have already paid the driver. Please look into this issue as soon as possible. I'm not able to book any further rides.

      Today Oct 9th 12.07 pm .I booked ola auto and paid in rs.76 cash to driver since he said he didn't have gpay and asked me to pay in cash. But in app still showing as pending money. Resolve issue asap. I'm not able to book any other ride.

      They are a team full of ###, they don't have a CUSTOMER care number that we should call and they are asking for money even if we have paid it...and they don't resolve any issue...have they resolved yours????

          I made a ride in OLA AUTO on 28th September. I have option enabled to pay online. But Auto person requested cash on hand. So I paid him the cash on end of the trip. I am still getting the 190 rupees balance. I am not able to book any other rides from that day. Please close this. I am very displeased, there is no option to complain in mobile app. I had to search lot to register a complain. Please close it soon.

            I have paid the ola drivers using phonepe and yet it is still showing that I have due amount and I can't book a ride without paying it.what is this awkward app ola has made like they get the money and still we are not able to book a ride.what a wasteful app and plus I have read they are going to take interest on the due charge after certain period...wowww...they are getting all the cream they can get from customers...customer has paid them and still they are not booking a ride showing there payment is due.you should hire some good software engineer ola

                    On Oct 4th I have taken a ride from Kovilambakkam to Pallavaram and paid Rs169 to driver's Google Pay account but in Ola app the payment status is due or pending. I have informed driver multiple times. Due to this issue I am unable to book cab.

                    No proper call backs or responses. Very worst customer support.

                        On my recent ola ride I paid driver via cash but it's not updated in app hence I am unable to book ride without paying 102 again
                        Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Same happed with me twice, you have to mail them on [protected]@olacabs.com, and share details.

                        But they will charge extra 8rs to clear outstanding.

                          I had paid the driver in cash at the end of ride because of poor network but he has not updated that he has received the payment. Therefore now it shows an outstanding amount of 102 rupees and hence I am unable to book any further rides. Please look into it and remove this wrongly charged outstanding amount.

                            I had taken a cab on 23rd September 2021, and as the Google Pay was not allowing me to pay through it, I paid the driver by cash after reaching the location. Even after paying by cash, the Ola App is showing pending payment, and I'm also receiving messages regarding payment due to continue using your services.

                            I'd hereby request you to please look into this matter at the earliest and do the needful.
