I took ola auto on 11th October. On reaching the destination I gave cash but the driver didn't had change. He wanted to keep 8 rs change but I offered to pay though UPI. He started screaming 'I don't have time' and rudely started shouting to me and my mother. My mother went to take change from near by shop and meantime he kept shouting at me. Total amount was 122 but we gave 230 as there was no change. While shouting he asked to first UPI and was not giving our cash. After giving entire amount, he started screaming "fraud and I'll complain" when we warned him that we are going to complain about his rude behaviour and screaming.
