      Recent i took a ola auto. Paid the auto driver in cash. But still showing a pop up stating i have to pay the amount. Pls look in to it.

            I paid Rs.121 cash to the driver as he was not having google pay. But Ola app is still showing that the amount is pending. I'm not able to book any other rides because of that. Please look into this!

                      I have paid to Rs 922 by cash to driver for the ride CRN [protected]. But after 2days when i checked ola it was showing the same amount was pending. I forced to pay the same amount to book another ride. I need refund of the same.

                          I took ola auto on 11th October. On reaching the destination I gave cash but the driver didn't had change. He wanted to keep 8 rs change but I offered to pay though UPI. He started screaming 'I don't have time' and rudely started shouting to me and my mother. My mother went to take change from near by shop and meantime he kept shouting at me. Total amount was 122 but we gave 230 as there was no change. While shouting he asked to first UPI and was not giving our cash. After giving entire amount, he started screaming "fraud and I'll complain" when we warned him that we are going to complain about his rude behaviour and screaming.

                                      I paid the ₹121 to the driver in cash as he said he didn't have google pay. But the app still shows that the money is pending, please pay it. I can't book another ride till I pay that amount. But why should I pay again if I have already paid the driver. Please look into this issue as soon as possible. I'm not able to book any further rides.

                                        Today Oct 9th 12.07 pm .I booked ola auto and paid in rs.76 cash to driver since he said he didn't have gpay and asked me to pay in cash. But in app still showing as pending money. Resolve issue asap. I'm not able to book any other ride.
