I booked Ola cab on (14.09.2021) and ride got over and I paid Rs.271 by cash to driver. But it's still showing Rs.271 pending status. Kindly, Resolve this problem....

I have booked an Ola auto on 20th September, 2021 and paid the fare ₹298 to the driver by phonepay. In the Ola app, I'm being shown a message "₹298 payment is pending"...

On August 28 2021 I took ola auto to reach Bhagat Ki Kothi Railway Station from Raika bagh (Jodhpur, Rajasthan). Since jodhpur ola auto drivers prefer cash, I booked the ride payment in cash.

On reaching destination I gave auto driver 100 rs. The ride amount was 72 rs. Since driver had only 10 rs in change I asked him th keep the balance amount.

To my surprise, since 3 weeks I am getting repeated calls and sms...

I have taken ola cab on september 21th 2021 i have paid in cash 537rs but it still shows payment is due in app... contact: [protected]...

I took a ride on Friday.I paid for the ride but still it is showing that the payment is pending...

I took ola ride on september 20th 2021, and paid money of rs.191 by cash.
But still in app, details are not updated properly and insisting to pay the due amount of rs.191.
Even support in ola app is not working fine....

On 18sep21 at 8.35pm at Bangalore I booked a ride by ola auto.The trip was from Meenakshi mall at bennerghatta road to Viswapriyanagar Begur. It was confirmed and I got the details.I spoke to driver and he said he was coming.

I took cab to Bangalore airport once reached destination I paid the driver on his PhonePe Account, but in app it shows payment due.

Amount: 1082

I tried calling the driver about this he blocked my number, and I'm no able to contact the ola customer care, it's been 4 days now still waiting.

Please help, as I can't use ola it ask me to pay the payment due of 1082....

I took a cab from Lottegollahalli to hoskote
The cab amount was 782 bucks

The driver asked for cash so I paid in google pay using the scanner he had

But the app was still showing payment status as pending, now I have paid the money twice from ola app and from google scanner he had

Now I need the refund because I paid 782 rupees twice, I have the payment invoice with me as proof...

On September 16, at 1:50 pm, I booked an ola auto and after reaching to my destination I paid 157 rupees to my driver in cash and left, but still the app shows amount due . I rang up the driver and even mailed to the support ola cabs regarding this issue. But there is no response . Please resolve this issue ASAP 🙏
