DEAR SIR

On 18sep21 at 8.35pm at Bangalore I booked a ride by ola auto.The trip was from Meenakshi mall at bennerghatta road to Viswapriyanagar Begur. It was confirmed and I got the details.I spoke to driver and he said he was coming.
later I received a call from some other number and he said he was coming.when he came vehicle no was different.When I asked he told he didnt know anything .when I told OTP the system in auto accepted and destination was correct.I travelled and after getting I paid Rs 86 cash to driver as he told correct amount.
Later I started receiving sms from ola that Rs 86 is outstanding.It was pending in ola app also.There was no specific option for support.next day When I conatacted first driver no [protected] he verified and told that there was no such ride.
When I contacted second driver who actually took me (Mr Lokesh no [protected]) many times I receive response voice "you are calling from an unregistered number .try to call from registered number".I dont understand.The customer care numbers [protected] and [protected] and [protected] are not working.

    I have taken a ola cab on september 20th 2021 i have paid the cab in cash 436rs but today it still shows payment is due .

        I booked an ola auto on 21 September 2021 at 8 am and I paid Rs 138 in cash. But the app is still showing that the payment is pending.

          Hey,

          I took cab to Bangalore airport once reached destination I paid the driver on his PhonePe Account, but in app it shows payment due.

          Amount: 1082

          I tried calling the driver about this he blocked my number, and I'm no able to contact the ola customer care, it's been 4 days now still waiting.

          Please help, as I can't use ola it ask me to pay the payment due of 1082.

            I took a cab from Lottegollahalli to hoskote
            The cab amount was 782 bucks

            The driver asked for cash so I paid in google pay using the scanner he had

            But the app was still showing payment status as pending, now I have paid the money twice from ola app and from google scanner he had

            Now I need the refund because I paid 782 rupees twice, I have the payment invoice with me as proof

              On September 16, at 1:50 pm, I booked an ola auto and after reaching to my destination I paid 157 rupees to my driver in cash and left, but still the app shows amount due . I rang up the driver and even mailed to the support ola cabs regarding this issue. But there is no response . Please resolve this issue ASAP 🙏

                  I travelled today dated on 20th september from malad to bandra.did payment of 300rs.by cash.but still showing payment pending.i immediately asked driver that still showing payment pending.he said i have already confirmed that payment received by cash to ola.it will update later may be.but still after 5:30 hrs after journey showing payment due.why? Kindly do the needful.

                        On September 16, Thursday i booked an ola cab and after reaching to my destination i paid my driver in cash and left. The next day i woke up and saw it still showing due payment which was of Rs 545 please resolve this issue as I'm not able to use the app

                                  I paid the Driver Rs. 1038/- in cash on 18th Sept 2021. But in my App it is showing as To Pay. I rang up the Driver regarding this. He said I have cleared and does not understand how it is showing not paid.

                                        16th Sept Customer Ride Number - CRN[protected] from Hotel Abode to Hyderabad Airport

                                        Since driver is demanding for direct payment to him I paid him money by Gpay still Ola app is showing payment pending. Why bloody you are showing payment pending. I have sent mail for the same still there is no response.
