    Unable to clear dues on ola postpaid due today

    Hi,

    I'm unable to clear dues (Rs.154) using the clear dues button nor add money to the wallet as both the screens just keep loading and don't proceed further.
    I have tried logging out clearing cache and logging in again. i have tried removing and reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked. I need to clear the dues today as it is the due date. Could you advise if there is a UPI ID for my Ola Money wallet / post paid using...

    I was happily using Ola Wallet, but then suddenly one day Ola started Ola Post Paid and now I am stuck in that.

    I have to repeatedly clear the dues. It is some kind of a fraud going on.

    Why cant I simply pay from Ola Wallet and Transfer the money to wallet when I want to. Why this Post Paid service is being forced on me. I dont want it.

        On 26th December, 2020 I had taken two Ola rides in Nagpur, the details of which are given below:
        At 10:23 pm ( CRN[protected]) from Shankar Nagar to Sawarkar Nagar
        fare was Rs.156/- -I PAID IN CASH.
        I ALSO ADDED TIP OF Rs.20/-, also paid in cash
        At 7:56 pm (CRN[protected]) from sawarkar nagar to Shankar nagar,
        fare wasRs.84/- - I PAID IN CASH.
        However, later in the night, just by chance I found out that it has been paid from ola post paid account. I was never asked about choosing payment method at any stage during booking ride. And the ola app has changed a lot during lockdown so I had completely lost touch. Also when I had to update it, It did ask for some particulars before I ordered the ola ride so I completely forgot about something called ola postpaid.
        Immediately after discovering at night I did report the issue and mailed that payments have been made in cash within 2 hours of finishing 2nd ride. But look at the replies received. One is asked me to contact Zipcash, another is telling me about how to report the same issue using app! another one asked me to mail on different email id! Are you people in support department there to write mails and complicate issue or solve issue? zipcash is your payment agency/gateway but procedures are set by you so you take care of that. Don't ask any customer to go to another department like in government departments.
        In January, when I again responded with same details I received the reply that 'ticket has expired' and I should have reported the issue within 48 hours. Mind you I had reported the issue within 2 hrs, that too late at night by staying awake and sacrificing my sleep. And this was confirmed by person to whom I spoke on 24th February.
        If you ask me, if I had been incharge of the enquiry, I would have straight away called the drivers on 27th ( next day) confirmed whatever I had written in mail and after confirmation sent a mail to the customer that issue has been resolved. Sorry to say, this was not done at any stage.

          After completing a ride, the driver demanded cash over Ola money postpaid claiming that he has not received the payment from Ola yet. My Mom paid the driver Rs.332/- in cash and went about. She was later asked to clear dues for the ride. A ticket was raised for the same and numerous customer care executive were explained regarding the incident by my mom and myself, despite everything there has been no resolution to the ticket and late fee has been added over and over again to a sum of Rs.150/- currently.

              Yesterday I was charged extra for a ride. After complaining, the extra amount of Rs. 98 was refunded and credited to my ola money wallet but the money is not showing in my wallet. My wallet balance is same as before.

                I added ₹119 to ola money first to pay the driver, then I added ₹200 to pay the whole amount but ₹119 that I added in ola money not showing in ola money wallet
                How will I get it back.

                Total amount in the wallet should be ₹319 but it's showing ₹200...

                    My wallet had been inactive for some period. I had some money in the wallet. I had been asked by ola to complete KYC to activate the wallet. Ola confirmed that only after activation of wallet only I can use the stuck amount. I did the same and wallet is active now. But surprisingly wallet Balance was showing 0 post activation. I was surprised and raised complaints. Since then Ola money support team is giving false promises of resolution and they do not bother to resolve. Funny part here is I had taken 2 rides in recent past for which the ride charges got deducted from Ola post paid. The total outstanding in Ola postpaid is much leases than the Wallet Balance what I have. I had asked Ola to first refund my money back in Wallet then only I will clear the postpaid and had asked not to put any late fee or give any reminder thru SMS/ call threatening for adding late fee (much logical). They acknowledged and accepted the same. Despite the acceptance I got Rs.50/- late charges plus reminders. When I complained again, after long argument they waved off Rs.50/-. But the frustrating calls and SMS are still on and my problem remains unsolved. I have escalated the issue till their founder level in social media but they seem not to be caring to resolve the complaint. May kindly help.

                      Driver threatening to drop off in the middle if cash not paid, quoting Ola’s inconsistent payment...Took 2 trips from and to airport and paid cash immediately to the driver.
                      But Ola money deducted and sms threatening that it will affect cibil score almost every day. So many emails, and no solution... one call Centre asks me to pay 65% and Ola will pay 35% to solve it to which I said no.

                          Dear Ola,

                          I have booked a ola cab through Ola app from bhayander to Jogeshwari and fare is reflecting 694 and I had done the payment through Google pay, at the time of first payment money is deducted from my account but it's still reflecting in the app, I have to pay for the ride & while ride ends is reflecting I am liable to pay the fare. So forcefully have to pay 2nd time also and have contacted my bank too but they are stating contact ola for the settlement and now it’s 8 days still my money is not refunded

                            Postpaid ( ola money dues cleared but still it shows due)

                            I have already paid the ola money post paid due amount thrice but its still showing due.
                            I have paid more than 1500 for this.
                            Even after paying repeatedly it shows due and late fee keeps on adding.

                            I again paid 500 which is deducted from my account but not reflecting in ola account.
                            Please look after this matter
                            I can't pay every time for services i haven't availed....

                            Dear all,

                            Currently wallet has 257 Rs balance and is in deactivated state.
                            Request ola money you to close wallet and credit amount to the source

                            We wrote mail 3 times but they are asking to show KYC to driver. We are in small city where Ola is not available. How can Ola ask us go to big city and take a ride to show original to driver

                              Not able to clear postpaid dues as app is showing error

                              Hello,

                              I used Ola postpaid without my knowledge and the due is 142rs and I am not able to make the payment.It is showing error and attached picture for your reference.I tried logging out, uninstalling and installing but still I am not able to make payment.

                              Please help and I will never use Ola again after this.

                              I am really fed up with this and let me know the fine if dues are not cleared on-time...

                              My Ola account was hacked more than a year ago, Ola postpaid was used up to the limit of 3k. I reported the incident immediately and the account was blocked and I was asked to create a new account. Now after a year, Ola money team says there's 3k due and that they are sending a legal notice. Apart from that they also made multiple threatening phone calls and messages.

                              I followed up on the old emails and conversations where this issue was resolved, also sent new support mail regarding this but all of it was ignored and I keep getting threatened.

                              Despite explaining to each person who calls, they just ignore, cut the call or respond rudely.

                              Is the attempt here to threaten people with legal action and force them to pay for hacked/fraud actions done on their accounts by some other party?

                              Also there was no official mail from Ola about this, it's always some number calling or messaging in whatsapp.. quite unprofessional and suspicious as well.

                                Ola fare paid twice for a trip

                                For the ride CRN [protected] on 22nd Dec. i have paid Rs 182/- to the driver and also the money 220/- is deducted from ola money postpaid... At the end of ride my phone got switched off and I was not aware of that the money paid through ola postpaid. And the driver didn't say about the payment.. And i have paid fair twice for this trip. Please refund the amount which got paid to driver 182 rupees.
