    I had booked a ride on 28 june 2021 CRN[protected] from Dombivli to Sanpada. It costed me 477 inr. 88Rs we payed by wallet. Balance 389 we paid in cash to driver as insisted by him. But in ola postpaid its showing this 389 pending in our postpaid bill. Request you to remove the amount from our postpaid bill. As we already made payment.

      Hi,
      I utilized Ola service on 11th July 2021 in Pune, where the Driver insisted to pay by cash which I did and on the same day have sent mail to Ola informing about cash paid and also debit from Ola money for which have received the response with ticket id 3394837.

      This ticket was not actioned by Ola, they have insisted to use the Ola application.

      I was following up repeatedly, on 28th Jun 2021 I have received the response saying that they could not able to help in getting reversal.

      Ola has to ensure that their drivers are well trained and instructed to accept ola money. Similar to my case there may be lot of people might have paid and unable to claim.

      Need support to get the money back from ola.

                I am using ola money mastercard. I swiped my card at shop For 4285 rs. Money got deducted from my postpaid balance but it is not credited to shop account. I am trying to contact ola customer support but there phone number is always coming as busy.                     On 25th Feb I had booked Ola cab from Bhopal Airport to Narayan Nagar. The fare shown was Rs 300/- on CRN [protected]. As I was waiting for the cab, the driver called and asked if I pay him in cash or through wallet. He wanted payment through cash. On destination I paid him Rs 300/-, as there was no other recourse available. I also raised the matter to the Ola support through app. They insisted that I pay the wallet amount too which was deducted. I took up the matter even on twitter with Ola support. There is a series of tweets in support.

                    However Ola kept on harassing daily through at least 3-4 automated calls daily and WhatsApp message with increasing the interest amount since last 3 months and currently indicating Rs 451/- as the pending amount. They do not believe their customer of 5-6 and treat the cash payment given to driver as a tip.
                    This is wrong on part of Ola to try to take double money through cash and wallet for a single ride at one hand and harassing the customer. Since then I have decided never to use Ola as their customer support people do not listen or cares.

                        I have never used Ola postpaid, but it happened by accident, and when I finished my Ola drive, I paid the money to the Ola driver in cash and over the phone. I have no due with Ola, and I am looking for a customer service number, but it is not available.

                              I was happily using Ola Wallet, but then suddenly one day Ola started Ola Post Paid and now I am stuck in that.

                              I have to repeatedly clear the dues. It is some kind of a fraud going on.

                              Why cant I simply pay from Ola Wallet and Transfer the money to wallet when I want to. Why this Post Paid service is being forced on me. I dont want it.

                                  On 26th December, 2020 I had taken two Ola rides in Nagpur, the details of which are given below:
                                  At 10:23 pm ( CRN[protected]) from Shankar Nagar to Sawarkar Nagar
                                  fare was Rs.156/- -I PAID IN CASH.
                                  I ALSO ADDED TIP OF Rs.20/-, also paid in cash
                                  At 7:56 pm (CRN[protected]) from sawarkar nagar to Shankar nagar,
                                  fare wasRs.84/- - I PAID IN CASH.
                                  However, later in the night, just by chance I found out that it has been paid from ola post paid account. I was never asked about choosing payment method at any stage during booking ride. And the ola app has changed a lot during lockdown so I had completely lost touch. Also when I had to update it, It did ask for some particulars before I ordered the ola ride so I completely forgot about something called ola postpaid.
                                  Immediately after discovering at night I did report the issue and mailed that payments have been made in cash within 2 hours of finishing 2nd ride. But look at the replies received. One is asked me to contact Zipcash, another is telling me about how to report the same issue using app! another one asked me to mail on different email id! Are you people in support department there to write mails and complicate issue or solve issue? zipcash is your payment agency/gateway but procedures are set by you so you take care of that. Don't ask any customer to go to another department like in government departments.
                                  In January, when I again responded with same details I received the reply that 'ticket has expired' and I should have reported the issue within 48 hours. Mind you I had reported the issue within 2 hrs, that too late at night by staying awake and sacrificing my sleep. And this was confirmed by person to whom I spoke on 24th February.
                                  If you ask me, if I had been incharge of the enquiry, I would have straight away called the drivers on 27th ( next day) confirmed whatever I had written in mail and after confirmation sent a mail to the customer that issue has been resolved. Sorry to say, this was not done at any stage.

                                    After completing a ride, the driver demanded cash over Ola money postpaid claiming that he has not received the payment from Ola yet. My Mom paid the driver Rs.332/- in cash and went about. She was later asked to clear dues for the ride. A ticket was raised for the same and numerous customer care executive were explained regarding the incident by my mom and myself, despite everything there has been no resolution to the ticket and late fee has been added over and over again to a sum of Rs.150/- currently.

                                        Yesterday I was charged extra for a ride. After complaining, the extra amount of Rs. 98 was refunded and credited to my ola money wallet but the money is not showing in my wallet. My wallet balance is same as before.
