Extra payment

When I am book Ola auto i have showing 216 rs but when I am reach my destination then total rs 266.this to much extra money.please check and revert me....

Double Time asking to Pay

I Have Completed 2 Rides on 14th Aug By OLA Auto, After Booked by OLA APP, Driver Called me and asked Pick Up and Drop Location details and also He asked for Cash Payment, Then only I Can Pick Up you like that, Have booked multiple times, but drivers are cancelled, Finally I Accept for Cash Payment and Paid to Driver as Cash Rs.250/-

Post paid money

Hi,
I took a ride to the airport and paid the driver by GPay. But it is showing in post paid dues. Another ride I took from the airport back amount of 1, 102. I paid in cash as didn't have wifi in the basement., i am again getting it as post paid pending dues . I haven't opted for Ola Post Paid ...why am I getting dues when I have already paid. Please check with your drivers and resolve this ASAP. I am getting penalized for nothing...

Postpaid issues

I have already paid the driver in cash fo my ride.. Today i got a postpaid bill for the Same.. Why should i pay twice.. Please deactivate my postpaid.. It is creating a lot of problem for me.. Thanks in advance...

I was charged for a transaction I didn't make.

On August 11 at 07:37 PM I was charged a transaction of Rs 110 and I didn't make that transaction to any Ola Cab. I didn't travel at that time and even there is no ride reflected in my account at that time.
You are scamming me for money and I want to delete my account permanently....

Paid cash to driver but Ola money postpaid active

My name is Munmun Ghosh. I booked Ola ride on Thursday August 19 from Ashoka University Sonipat to Noida Sector 75 and on Wednesday August 18th from Noida sector 75 to Ashoka University, Sonipat. My phone number is[protected]. On August 19th my bill was 870/- and 18th it was 1118/-. Both the bill I paid by cash to the driver but the total amount is showing to be paid in postpaid. I can’t pay twice the same bills. Please help...

Paid but showing postpaid

I went on ride in OLA auto From Muthoot finance AECS Layout Bangalore to Carmelaram railway station at 6:50 pm to 7;25 pm.
Driver name is SAGAR B Auto CRN[protected]. It was showing Rs.149 bill. I paid the amount to driver. But today i got post paid bill for that ride.

Please do the needful...

Ola money also deducted and Cash paid

I Had paid driver for the 2nd last trip on May account through cash.
Later I received about 202 rs money deducted from my ola money.

No proper call backs or responses and u expect customer to increase the limit... To charge them incorrectly.
Such a unfare actions....

Ola money deduction after paying in cash

I have paid in cash the amount to the driver, but got a deduction from my ola pay. I have already registered a complain regarding this, but no action was taken. Hence getting calls regarding due amount....

Amount deducted and paid for OLA cabs without travel

Kindly provide the details about transaction ID GOLB-A32X-ORLN, this transaction says it was paid to OLA cabs and there is no travel history for this and i didnt used or travel anywhere...

Postpaid and cash paid

I took a ride during July 19 and it was postpaid and we gave cash also. Driver never intimated us about that and we never noted as it was a heavy rainy day.
I tried contacting ola for several times through call and mail.
They never responded even after many mails...

Not Transfer money

Hi my name is Rahul Wadhonkar and l am facing problem in transferring ola money to bank account. Every time I am trying to transfer it shows this service is temporarily disabled from your account.Why l am facing that's sort of a problem. I need to transfer money on urgent basis. My friend don't have ola money app and l can only transfer through bank account only....

Ongoing issue Olamoney

Dear ola its been an unhandled issue where Im been ask to follow various method and also email to an specific address. I have a wrong transaction on my account which is not done by me

A amount of 804 is been deducted from my postpaid ola amount

Have emailed everyone as asked, ola support ola money but still its getting bounced between this two department, Im been ask to email them and the other departments is...

Not returning Ola money in the wallet

Amount gets deducted while withdrawing ola money and they say it as imps charges though the amount transacted doesn't come in that limit and some other amount is not withdrawn and shows 0 balance though there is amount...
