I Have Completed 2 Rides on 14th Aug By OLA Auto, After Booked by OLA APP, Driver Called me and asked Pick Up and Drop Location details and also He asked for Cash Payment, Then only I Can Pick Up you like that, Have booked multiple times, but drivers are cancelled, Finally I Accept for Cash Payment and Paid to Driver as Cash Rs.250/-
Have Paid 2nd Ride also Cash Rs.49/-.
But Today I Have received a message as Your OLA Money Bill Amount is Rs.299/- Due on 1st Sep 2021.
I Shocked, why they are sending bills without using OLA Cabs, then I realized and understood, they billed for 14th Ride 250+49 = 299/-.
Please find below snapshots for your reference.
Kindly request you all to please look into this matter as a priority, why because 1st Sep 2021 is Due Date, So Please Sort out this issue as soon as possible.

Note: I Tried to Raise this By Toll Free, But that Executive asked me to Hold one min, after that He Disconnected my CALL and again am not getting any call from that Executive (Name: Vasanth). If you need, I can send that CALL Record.
OLA Money cheating me, They are collecting double the amount for a single trip, I mean need to Pay for Driver and OLA Money.
This is the very worst service..👎
