        I paid rs 427 for ola money postpaid on 15th of September 2021 still showing dues of rs 427
        Amount of rs 427 has already been debited from my a/c. I am here by attaching the screenshot as a proof.
        There is no customer support where i could discuss this problem.

        Never ever use ola money guys, they are looting people's money.

        Yes you just generate ticket is, in which you replied that wait for 24 hours, after that you are not replying your mail, no solution given by you. Kindly check your mail. Problem couldn’t be marked solved only just creating ticket id.
        So don’t play smart to write here my ticket id, what’s the point if you are not replying of my mail or not giving me proper solution.

          I have paid my fare in cash to driver for ride no CRN[protected] on 5th Sept'21 from Marathahalli to Peenya.I have intimated the same to ola support same day.But my post paid is debited for an amount of₹612 which I have already paid to driver.Till date the issue has not been resolved.Please deactivate my post paid account.

              I made a payment of Rs. 2000/- through Supr Daily App on 13/08/2021.
              For that, I have to receive cashback into my OlaMoney active postapid+ account within 3 working days after applied the (OLA250) coupon successfully. but till now I haven't received any cashback.
              So that I contact Supr Daily Support & they told me your (OLA250) coupon has been successfully applied, cashback credits within 3 working days to your OlaMoney active postapid+. so kindly talk to Ola money support for this issue.
              till now I m not been able to communicate through the phone number which the company provides on the website, there is no form of communication through phone number.
              I have been keeping trying to contact you on phone number past 15 days.
              also, they even cannot resolve my problem with my mail.

                    Copy of mail sent on June 4. and till now regular follow-up but to solution to it.

                    This is with regards to my complaint launch with the ola support team on 26 Mar morning ride from Gurgaon to Noida. I have booked a rental ride and it was closed from drive with me sharing the closing OTP. I spoke to Ola support and asked that I have been charged for full rental whereas I should be charged only for point to point. As the problem is from ola software not from my side, Also make the driver speak to the ola staff who confirm the same. I was told that my case will be resolved and my amount will be refined back to my ola money account.

                    As it was 26 Mar and on 27 Mar I need to pay the due amount to ola I kept on requesting ola contact centre staff to get it resolved within 24 hours else I will be charged the late fee. or pass a message not to charge me a late fee. However, they didn't listen and when I checked the status on my app I saw my refund was not be done and I was charged late fee charges on my due amount.

                    Since then I have been getting calls regularly to clear the due and I keep on inform the collection team to resolve my issue and they raise the ticket number but never resolved my case yet.

                    Now they send msg mentioning treat it as legal notice. so I would like to info ola if they won't resolve my case in another 72 hours I will go with all support to consumer court and file a complaint of harassment against ola team for troubling me during the current pandemic time.

                    Please find the ticket number raised and however not resolved till now.

                    Please find attached the screenshot of the mail acknowledgment from ola money. and my mail after they acknowledge that my KYC is done.

                    My actual bill amount is 4426. (less deducting the refund amount of 947). However, Ola is behind me to pay 5373. and they have also levied a late fee of an additional 2000 rupee. which also need to be waived off.

                    Looking forward to some resolution to it.

                      I Have Completed 2 Rides on 14th Aug By OLA Auto, After Booked by OLA APP, Driver Called me and asked Pick Up and Drop Location details and also He asked for Cash Payment, Then only I Can Pick Up you like that, Have booked multiple times, but drivers are cancelled, Finally I Accept for Cash Payment and Paid to Driver as Cash Rs.250/-

                      Have Paid 2nd Ride also Cash Rs.49/-.

                      But Today I Have received a message as Your OLA Money Bill Amount is Rs.299/- Due on 1st Sep 2021.

                      I Shocked, why they are sending bills without using OLA Cabs, then I realized and understood, they billed for 14th Ride 250+49 = 299/-.

                      Please find below snapshots for your reference.

                      Kindly request you all to please look into this matter as a priority, why because 1st Sep 2021 is Due Date, So Please Sort out this issue as soon as possible.

                      Note: I Tried to Raise this By Toll Free, But that Executive asked me to Hold one min, after that He Disconnected my CALL and again am not getting any call from that Executive (Name: Vasanth). If you need, I can send that CALL Record.

                      OLA Money cheating me, They are collecting double the amount for a single trip, I mean need to Pay for Driver and OLA Money.

                      This is the very worst service..👎

                      I didn't expect that from you..👎

                      Am yet to get any response from anybody..👎

                        Hi,
                        I took a ride to the airport and paid the driver by GPay. But it is showing in post paid dues. Another ride I took from the airport back amount of 1, 102. I paid in cash as didn't have wifi in the basement., i am again getting it as post paid pending dues . I haven't opted for Ola Post Paid ...why am I getting dues when I have already paid. Please check with your drivers and resolve this ASAP. I am getting penalized for nothing andnyou are adding late charges on top when I don't owe anything at all :((

                        So, there are two transactions which are in poatpaod pending while I have paid for both, one by Gpay and one by cash. I didn't opt for postpaid so I paid the driver.

                            On August 11 at 07:37 PM I was charged a transaction of Rs 110 and I didn't make that transaction to any Ola Cab. I didn't travel at that time and even there is no ride reflected in my account at that time.
                            You are scamming me for money and I want to delete my account permanently.

                              My name is Munmun Ghosh. I booked Ola ride on Thursday August 19 from Ashoka University Sonipat to Noida Sector 75 and on Wednesday August 18th from Noida sector 75 to Ashoka University, Sonipat. My phone number is[protected]. On August 19th my bill was 870/- and 18th it was 1118/-. Both the bill I paid by cash to the driver but the total amount is showing to be paid in postpaid. I can’t pay twice the same bills. Please help

                                I went on ride in OLA auto From Muthoot finance AECS Layout Bangalore to Carmelaram railway station at 6:50 pm to 7;25 pm.
                                Driver name is SAGAR B Auto CRN[protected]. It was showing Rs.149 bill. I paid the amount to driver. But today i got post paid bill for that ride.

                                  I Had paid driver for the 2nd last trip on May account through cash.
                                  Later I received about 202 rs money deducted from my ola money.

                                  No proper call backs or responses and u expect customer to increase the limit... To charge them incorrectly.
                                  Such a unfare actions.

                                        I took a ride during July 19 and it was postpaid and we gave cash also. Driver never intimated us about that and we never noted as it was a heavy rainy day.
                                        I tried contacting ola for several times through call and mail.
                                        They never responded even after many mails
