I have availed ola outstation services on 22nd April 2019. Ola has activated my postpaid service without my knowledge (which I do not know how) and have charges me for that trip on ola money or ola postpaid services though I paid the driver in full by CASH. Ola is charging late payment fees also for the money that they are charging for the trip that I need not pay since I already paid the driver in cash. I reached out to ola multiple times to explain the situation but no luck. I'm really tired of reaching out to them. They have the worst support system which Is through email. I initially struggled to get my email verification done through app without which I cannot raise a support ticket with ola. This went on for a month. After a month I could successfully verify my email and raised a support ticket explaining the issue. They came up with a solution saying that the issue is older than 30 days and hence they are not able to validate the case. How is it my problem if I was not able to verify my email through their app which is pathetic due to which it delayed me raising a support ticket to ola? I wrote to them again multiple times but I always get an automated response saying we are looking into the issue but I do not get any response. I also wrote to [protected]@zipcash.in which is supposed to resolve any ola money related issues as per their app but no response again. There are 2 issues here

1. My ola money got activated without my consent
2. They charged me postpaid for a trip where I paid the driver in cash and are adding late payment fees to the same

Want compensation from ola for wasting my time and effort
I cancelled my ticket on irctc and the refund was sent to olamoney wallet on 21st May 2019 by irctc. Refund ID: [protected], Refund Amount: Rs.1390.

However, this amount hasn't been added to olamoney wallet balance. Please do the needful.

Ola cabs and auto says us to cancel the request and pay charge by money and not in Ola money wallet. They refuse the ride and scolds for paying through Ola money which is so disgusting. They behave very rude and humiliate for using Ola money. These should be taken action.

    Ola is repeatedly calling my wife and threatening about legal action, as they think there are some postpaid ola money(Rs 3000) due on her account. I got hold of one of the OLa representative([protected]), who called her today, on asking about details he send a SMS with a link, and he asked me to log in using the same mobile number, and I would be able to see the details. When I logged in using the link I see no postpaid amount due, instead I see a prepaid ola balance of Rs 999. When I called back the representative again, and asked for the details on why he thinks that Rs 3000 is due from my side, he mentioned the details page is not working. To my knowledge, there is no postpaid money due from our side. And if you think there is any due provide me the complete details in couple of days, before calling me for taking legal action. Any further call, I will be forced to take legal action against Ola.

    One of your authorized person had come and taken photo of/verified original documents. But the KYC status is not showing completed. It is more than 2 months since the process is completed. The person was somebody from "max" - I am not aware of the full name of the company

      I have made ola postpaid payment, still am getting messages like legal actions will be taken is there no track of payment made, how its possible even after doing payment and getting confirmation am getting such calls and messages, please consider this request, as a genuine customer I have regular made the payment, and I have no options of postpaid in my ola, still i got the bill and it had made me to pay, and I paid over that am getting all this [censored] messages

      I paid via Phonepe to OLA driver but still showing unpaid. Getting messages & calls everyday that OLA money is not paid.

      I am going to put on all social media platforms very soon. OLA employees are unable to reach/coordinate their Driver partner hence asking customers to repay the amount.
      I haven't use ola to this year or didn't use ola money postpaid still getting msgs and call from ola money to clear dues, when I ask that lady to share me my dues details she unable to answer, why this people harrassing to the public..

That time fare showing 310 rupee while after completing the trip driver show the final amount 695 rupees. I asked him for reason behing this. he told me to consult customercare. But customer care no. was not working properly.

        Kindly provide me back my extra decucted amount.

          Hello, I was travelling in Ola and my wallet did not have sufficient ola money to pay. I usually don't carry much cash So I decided to add Ola money and through SBI internet banking I made a payment of 599 to Ola wallet. 599rs debited from my account but did not add into Ola wallet. This happened on Friday 7th June 2019 around 7.50 to 8pm.
          Kindly refund my 599rs to my account or add it as a Ola money for my wallet.

              While booking an ola to my place, I selected the mode of payment as UPI. During the trip, I completed the payment through UPI. And still after the ride I had to pay the amount in cash to the driver. I had to pay twice the same amount. This is basically a loophole in the system. I don’t know when will they refund the amount in my bank or will they even refund or not.

              Hi My Ola money keeps showing I have dues and keeps adding interest to it. I haven’t used Ola services then why this payment is showing up??? I’ve written to Ola many times but no response.

                Hello I am SHIVAM SHUKLA with account "[email protected]" I had done a payment of 1228.32 rupees to " IES MASTER LEARNERS PRIVATE LIMITED" on 3rd June 2019. From ola I was given offer of 5% cashback on the transaction. But till now I have not received the cashback amount. So solve my problem as soon as possible because I had made earlier complain but no results occured

                I was charged extra money during a recent ola ride, i would need refund. But my KYC is not done, pleade guide what should I do?
                On 05/06/2019 at about 7.30AM I tried to add rs 500 to my ola account through net banking .. It is deducted from my personal account and not yet credited to my ola account . Please do the needful as early as possible .

                  I have written several times on the mail that no dues is pending. I have attached documents in the mails also that i paid to the driver both the times. Why still i am getting mails as reminders. Actually i did not have any idea that suddenly i am migrated to post paid, so i asked the driver how much, he shown me the amount and i paid.. I am attaching information and photos of drivers also.
                  Is there any one who is reading those mails??? Or i have to look for other ways to communicate with you people. I have already many times said and wrote that. Request you to please look into the matter and close it.

                    My rs 9100 is stuck in the ola wallet and no one has come or called even for the kyc verification and the customer care service is so poor that no one ever picks up the call and never replies to the mail. It's a huge amount of money stuck in my wallet. Kindly please solve the issue and make sure my kyc gets done asap at my address. I am really stunned at the customer care service. I want my rs 9100 back as soon as possible. Please revert back!

                      Hi,

                      First of all, i had paid 1000 rs to a petrol station for my ola postpaid ride. I had paid this amount because driver (Mr. Santosh bhuneshwar) said me so as he did not have sufficient cash. He said that you will have to pay 1000 rs less in the bill. After the ride got completed, ola volunteers asked me to pay the complete amount. I explained the scenario to them, they said that you will have to pay this right now and we will add this amount to your wallet. As this was a postpaid ride, they added 1000 rs to my postpaid wallet.

                      I took 3 rides after that (Postpaid rides obviously) and the total amount of 409 rs was deducted from my wallet. Though the amount have been debited, you guys are still asking me to pay the bill. Why should i pay this? I have my 591 rs locked in the wallet as my ola services have been blocked since last 2 months.

                      I wrote so many emails to the [protected]@zipcash.in, but there was not a single reply. Everyday your different volunteers call me and ask me the same question about when i am going to pay the amount.

                      Why should i be paying this? And why you guys misguided me last time saying that money from postpaid wallet can be used to book the rides? Why didn't you added that amount to ola money wallet? Why is your customer care service so irresponsible?

                      Couldn't you take proper actions on the requests you get?
                      Please co-operate, it's like a mental harassment now. Please do the needful as early as possible.

                        In the month of may i had booked mini ola cab from hyderabad miyapur to airport. At the time of booking the ride there was no increased demand and the fare shown to me was 690apx after taking the ride in between the ride they increased the fare by rs 1003 and asked me to pay apx rs 1800 with taxes i had other options but i chose ola as i have been using ola from past 3 years. Generally if there is any increased demand it is shown while booking the cab like 1.2* due to increased demand but in this case there was nothing shown and also i had other options at the same price below 700 from others vendors. I have tried my best to convey to the ola customer support whereas they denied to accept the fault and correct the fare. I think customer should not be cheated this way i didn't stop vehicle anywhere neither directed the driver for any route still it shows increased fare 1003* on top of my existing bill. One week prior to the same incident my wife had booked ola suv from airport to miyapur for which we paid driver rupees 1400 aprx in cash whereas even though he collected the amount manually he didn't stop the trip, i complained the support team to my surprise it was ongoing for 4 days and for this i had called to support team more then 4 times so this is the control they have on their drivers. I believe we should not be using ola going forward because their policies are not streamlined and they feel proud while cheating their customers

                        No actions has been taken to resolve the issue, meanwhile i am being notified again and again for the dues clearance. My point is still the same when there was no increased demand and i didn't direct the driver for a different route or stopped the vehicle anywhere, neither there was traffic how can the increased the fare by Rs 1003 (from aprx 700 to 1800)?

Still you provided that facility to me and for 2 times i paid driver. For those 2 times please reduct the amount from drivers salary and for remaining rides i am ready to pay.                             Hi, i am bobby joseph who had a very bad experience with ola postpaid. First of all i didn't knew that ola post paid was activated in my ola account. As usual and normal i paid cash to driver after every ride. I never used ola postpaid and didn't about it at all.

                            The specific incidents that i am reporting here happened on 21st february and then again on 3rd march 2019.in both cases i have paid cash to the driver. The amount for the ride on 21st february was rs. 467, i have paid rs. 500 (With tip) as cash to the driver (Nasim khan) but later i could see that ola has deducted rs. 72 from my ola prepaid wallet and i have also paid rs. 395 from ola postpaid. I didn't notice the postpaid payment at all so just ignored the additional 72 rupee i have paid to the driver on 21st februrary. On 3rd march as usual i booked another cab from the railway station. On 3rd march the amount for the ride was rs. 247, driver (Sunil s) asked me whether i am goign to pay by cash and i gave rs. 250 (With some small tip) to him as well.

                            Later i believe on 7th or 8th march 2019, i got an sms which says your ola postpaid bill is due. I was taken by surprise and has asked my colleague what is this ola postpaid. After their explanations i have written a detailed email to ola support immediately (Ticket[protected] but ola support mentioned that since i have reported this issue 72 hours later they cannot do anything and i have to pay rs. 642 as ola post paid amount to clear my dues.

                            This is a very rude behavior from ola support as they said they cannot take cash or even ask their driver about the payment by cash instead they just want to keep on bugging customer who paid additional amounts (More than rs. 100 - 72+33+3)

                            I am looking for some help from the forum as i have paid money in full and extra to the driver but ola is simply calling me and threatening.

                            I had exactly the same experience. They activated Ola Postpaid in my account without informing me. I always opt for cash payment, and did the same for my auto ride on 19/11/21. I got an sms shortly after the ride that Ola Postpaid has been debited for that amount. I immediately made a complaint / sent mail /called - but they never responded. Now the app asks me to pay my " dues " to be able to use it again. So I have simply uninstalled the app. Disgusting. The amount is small - but I do not like their total insensitivity to customer complaints.

                                I had loaded wallet balance on 31/03/2019 of rs140/ but the recharge was not successful and money got debited from bank. I had discussed with the bank they are saying that they had refunded the money to ola money on 2/04/2019.
                                Complain no hdfc bank:- delc[protected], but ola support declining that they had not received the money as of now.

                                  I have already cleared my dues for ola postpaid long back, but still getting calls and messages, day and night. I had also complained about it before, but again the same thing is happening. The number from which i had received call when i was about to pay, is being kept switched off and i have been trying to call that person since the time i have paid.

                                    I raised a complaint through my ola app regarding the issue on last monday may 13, 2019. I have been following up daily with them, but till today i am awaiting resolution from their.

                                    Issue to quote is that i had booked ola outstation ride last weekend (11 to 13 may), where i ended up paying extra rs. 1500/- cash to the driver and now the driver is denying to have received excess cash. Ola support did reply to me stating that driver confirmed that cash was not collected for the ride as the mode of payment was ola money postpaid and ola money wallet. To which i wrote back to them entire episode as mentioned below:-

                                    He had demanded cash payment mode at the start of the trip itself.. However since i had already chosen ola money as payment mode, we informed him likewise.. Please note that i had booked the ride on my father’s behalf and hence mobile app was not available with him to check payment mode break up.. I was not aware that ola post paid money was activated and will be used as second mode.. Considering estimated fare for the ride and ola money had some short balance... Hence for fuel refill we offered him cash based on approx calculation for the balance to be paid.. Later while ending the ride he informed my father that he adjusted 1500/- cash paid in total bill and hence the balance now reflecting as ‘0’.. But now i see the balance is charged to me under post paid option.. Please refund my money back and discontinue the post paid services.. It is misleading and cheating on customer.. Helping someone on humanitarian ground has costed me good rs. 1500/-
                                    It’s not just the matter of money but more of integrity!!!
                                    If this is not resolved i will take the matter to consumer court...

                                    However till today i am awaiting any response to my concern raised.

                                    Please help escalate this matter and resolve it at the earliest!!!

                                      I have a due of 774 rupees; recently I got a call from [protected] and they told me to pay the bill and they send me a internal link .I paid through the internal link but after dat I didn't get any confirmation from ola and in app it's still showing pending .I just want to be assured that the payment was done to right account.i have attached the document also

                                      Hi, I completed the ride and made a cash payment of 168 but still on ola app it is showing as pending status..

                                        I took a ride in ola in the last year cost 305 and made a late payment of 305 on november 14. Attached is the proof of payment that i made. Still, i am receiving calls, messages to clear dues which is mental torture for me. I asked them several times and share the screenshots of payment but still, they are not ready. They are saying that they refunded the amount but i don’t receive it and bank statement is a proof of the same. Moreover, i didn’t receive any message regarding a refund. My complaint is that i already paid the amount then why they are keeps calling and texting me for clearing dues. I highly irritated with this. They are seriously a pathetic company with extra pathetic services.
