unauthorized bill

I have written several times on the mail that no dues is pending. I have attached documents in the mails also that i paid to the driver both the times. Why still i am getting mails as reminders. Actually i did not have any idea that suddenly i am migrated to post paid, so i asked the driver how much, he shown me the amount and i paid.. I am attaching information and photos of drivers also.
Is there any one who is reading those mails???...

First of all, i had paid 1000 rs to a petrol station for my ola postpaid ride. I had paid this amount because driver (Mr. Santosh bhuneshwar) said me so as he did not have sufficient cash. how I am being cheated

Hi,
In the month of may i had booked mini ola cab from hyderabad miyapur to airport. At the time of booking the ride there was no increased demand and the fare shown to me was 690apx after taking the ride in between the ride they increased the fare by rs 1003 and asked me to pay apx rs 1800 with taxes i had other options but i chose ola as i have been using ola from past 3 years. Hi, i am bobby joseph who had a very bad experience with ola postpaid. First of all i didn't knew that ola post paid was activated in my ola account. As usual and normal i paid cash to driver after every ride. I never used ola postpaid and didn't about it at all.

I had loaded wallet balance on 31/03/2019 of rs140/ but the recharge was not successful and money got debited from bank. I had discussed with the bank they are saying that they had refunded the money to ola money on 2/04/2019.

fraud company- a big fraud & mental torture

I raised a ticket for my complaint and the ticket number is 947640.

I travelled in ola cab (Mini – white dzire) on 3rd may’2019 vide bill no. Crn [protected] and the amount charged is rs. 1647/- which is too high, normally it would be around rs.500/- to rs.600/- (My previous ride crn [protected] on 1st may’2019 is rs.429/- around the same time). not able to add ola money pending kyc details

I am not able to add ola money. It says kyc pending. Once i upload documents it says internet issue. It also says basic kyc processed. I have tried hundreds of times from every type of broad band and fibre connections but everytime same issue comes up.

worst service from ola customer care

driver took cash even when I had ola money selected!

Booked an out station cab and added 4000 rs on ola money. When the driver came he said he doesn’t have any money and requested that i pay him with cash and he will get the money refunded.

Now i paid him 3000 when the ride finished. While the ride was finishing he said he has done the needful on his end and i will get the money back in 24-48 hours.

ola money is showing zero balance

Two days back i recharged my account with 999 rs. Today, my old profile seems to have deleted automatically. When i logged in there is no information about my old rides and ola money balance is zero.

After being a regular ola customer for several years, i expected better service. Looks like after ola postpaid got activated my old profile has got deleted. This is a bug in your new update and it has caused me a lot of grievances....
