I have downloaded ola money to pay at the magicpin but when i tried payment was not done and i was stuck with my money in ola pay. Whenever i try to use the money in some another thing it never gets through. And plus i tried to recharge my metro card from its metro card section nothing is happening. Concern is that there is no customer care no. And whenever i try to mail they just never revert back. Please provide me with a solution.

    Hi, i have taken a ola ride on 16-mar-2019. I had rs.33 in the ola money and have paid rs.400 in cash to the driver. Later end of the same month i got a message saying that ola postpaid is due for rs.374 which was not even notified me before. Now its showing as rs.474. I have raised a complaint by email and call (Multiple times), but i get an automated response within 2 days saying that the complaint will be resolved. I got call from the executives later then and was informed it will waived off (Thirce). I am now harassed with innumerable automated calls, smss, and emails on daily basis. I have explained the situation various times but there is no improvement. Not sure why i have to pay twice for single ride to the driver and online. Now i stopped using ola since 16-mar.

      I had 500/- is my ola wallet balance. I even have email/rides to prove it.

      But suddenly this morning ola app on my phone told me to re-register.
      I did that using the same information as before. But now all my history is gone along with my wallet balance.

      Is this some kind of ola fraud?

      On top of that ola customer care is not replying to my emails.
      Is there a direct number to call them?

        ola postpaid money paid from upi but the amount is not credited to ola money.

        On 24th july 2019 i have made payment of 1, 046/- towards ola postpaid due via upi payment. The amount got deducted from my bank account, however the same is not reflecting as credited in ola. I am getting regular emails from ola regarding pending payment and the amount 1, 046/- is not credited back to my bank account as well.

        I have sent an email regarding this to ola customer care as well but m yet to get any reply from them....

          Transaction reference no.[protected] from hdfc bank for ola money. Amount of 2307 deducted from account but this money did get credited in ola money.. The money has not been refunded and i have mailed twice to ola money for the same without any solution.. The transaction was done on 30/07/2019.
          The amount of 2307 on 30/07/2019 was deducted but not paid to ola money... Neither was it refunded to me.
          I have still not received the refund. Can you please acknowledge

          My Ola Money Postpaid of Rs.1405 got debited twice from my account and none of the Ola authorities are picking up my call. Infact, one person picked up the call after a long time and heard my voice and transfered the call, and then onwards it always keep ringing, with no answer.

                My trip was overcharged, by 600 estimated is only 300-return balance amount to OLA wallet, i updated kyc details and uploaded docs-KYC updates from OLA- says agent will come for doc. verification, 10 days over no agent came to meet me, balance is showing as zero, pl return the money

                my lawyer will serve a legal notice after giving a waiting period of 1 week from today.

                  I had old post paid due amount of 3985, i paid with my syndicate back transaction failed and again i tried the 2nd time, while trying the 2nd time i got a message that amount got deducted and the 2nd transaction failed because there was insufficient funds, because the 1st transaction money got cut and 2nd didn't have enough funds, i got mails that 2 transactions got failed and incase money deducted it would be refunded with transaction number, so after 3 days on some cash back i got 300 to my ola post paid and 3985 came down to 3685 and a late fee of 15rs added and 3700 i have paid with my hdfc back on 20 or 21st then transaction was successful and ola post paid balance is cleared i waited for 10 long days to get my money back in my account, i tried reaching the service centre but all they reply is issue is resolved, how is the issue resolved when amount is not credited back, i have been trying to reach then for last 25 days now mailing them everyday, their customer service number doesn't work, they have to refund amount of 3985, attaching the screenshots of their response mails and 2 transaction details of syndicate back where in one money got deducted

                    Prime suv rental white enjoy, driver name mote mallesham, after taking a trip for a km found the car condition is too bad to take risk. Thus requested driver to cancel the trip. He argued though and finally cancelled the trip as finished resulting in demanding for entire trip cost of rs. 2166. But i took ola support call and informed the actual condition of the car but they never cared for the same and were sympathetic about driver and asked me to pay whatsoever possible to driver in cash so as to finish the service for this case. I have paid the driver for rs. 200/- with not taking any service however out of moral thought. Whereas ola is responsible in arranging an appropriate vehicle and to do proper check of the vehicle before arranging a vehicle to customer otherwise for such case ola should bare expenses of whatsoever along with re changing the vehicle. Further to this the interiors of the vehicle is to bad, uncleaned floor, uncleaned seats and also vobling vehicle during the drive. The trip i planned for 8 hours as i needed to attend a function in taranaka, hyderabad from nallakunta along with my family of 6 members. So i felt not to mind with the interior as it is last minute call. But when we took the drive, immediately after a km drive the condition of the vehicle made me to change my decision in travelling in the vehicle thus i requested driver to cancel the trip.
                    Though i have a santro xing, it was difficult going with six people in the car, but i took pain in going in my santro car with 6 members which was though odd but i had no other choice with such provision for me from ola. Kindly do justice for such action by ola and its driver for demanding me a charge without service.

                    I have a failed transaction but money got deducted I have been trying to reach ola for last 20 days their customer service number doesn't works and mailsvwere helpless it's an amount of 3985, all they reply is issue resolved, worst customer service experience and it's a quite a sum of amount, I have no idea how to catch hold of them.

                        While the amount for transaction was deducted from my Ola Wallet and sent to the receiver account, it's still showing it as pending and I tried reaching out to the customer service but found no support at all. I would like the operational team to either refund the amount being sent or do the former mentioned (give it to the receiver's wallet) if not resolved quickly further judiciary could be involved.

                          I got a customer support number from the jd app. I called that number to check about my ola money activation, one person lifts that call claimed that his support person and said he will do ola money activation on the spot asking me to share otp to finish the activation. When i shared the otp he has done recharges to different numbers using my ola money. He made 1850 worth recharges.

                          Request you to cancel those transactions return back the money. I have called ola customer support immediately about fraudulent transactions and seeking their help to cancel those transactions and return back the money to my wallet. I have not received any update from them.

                            I book a cab on last saturday 22/06, and paid via my card the transaction failed but my money was deducted from my card. The transaction was failed and ola app is showing to pay by cash, the driver also keep insisting me to pay by cash. After waiting for 10 minutes i finally pay the driver by cash.

                            My invoice reference is crn[protected].

                            Please can you refund this asap.

                              I had to transfer money via ola money and had requested for door step kyc by them.The app says representative eould visit within 7 days but its been more than 2 weeks and no response at all .

                              I was in need hence transferred the money to olamoney wallet but now cant use it for anything nor return it to the bank. I have tried calling their customer care several times but no response at all

                                    I had been intimated that an amount of Rs. 3, 000/- plus is due against mobile No [protected]. I would like to inform that I have not booked any ride of this bill amount. I would also like to seek clarification as to why the bill amount was not collected by the driver from the person who undertook the ride. I would like to reconfirm that I have not utilised this ride. I am getting repeated recorded messages from Ola Customer Care. I have also spoken to Ola Customer representatives when they had called me with regard to this bill and I had clarified that I had not undertaken this ride. But still no action taken and simply being harassed by repeated messages/recorded messages.
                                    It is once again reiterated to take necessary action and remove this unwarranted demand.
                                    Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Please note it's been month's i have uploaded document's for ola wallet & applied for kyc physical approval, it's showing our agent will visit you at given address within 1-2 but after a month no one has came for verification & alternatively, you can also get document's verified in cab in next ride for this i have booked cab many time as well, still driver didn't do any document verification. Very bad service facing from ola money they don't care and we don't have option to contact their customer service executive. Please help as in my wallet there is Rs. 1700/- pending from last month i haven't paid my light bill? thaught i will pay it through ola money but it says that to do full kyc and a physical kyc wis pending. but no one have come yet.And if i won't pay this month too they will cut the supply of electricity.
