ola money postpaid transaction failed but money got deducted and no refund

Hello,
I have a ola money postpaid due of rs. 962. When i tried to pay the bill on 13th july, my money got deducted but ola app showed transaction failed. I am getting an email from the ola support team for a refund. It has been almost 12 days, butr i am not getting refund amount. For reference, i have attached the mail from the support team.

My trip was overcharged, by 600 estimated is only 300-return balance amount to OLA wallet, i updated kyc details and uploaded docs-KYC updates from OLA- says agent will come for doc. verification, 10 days over no agent came to meet me, balance is showing as zero, pl return the money

my lawyer will serve a legal notice after giving a waiting period of 1 week from today.

While the amount for transaction was deducted from my Ola Wallet and sent to the receiver account, it's still showing it as pending and I tried reaching out to the customer service but found no support at all. I would like the operational team to either refund the amount being sent or do the former mentioned (give it to the receiver's wallet) if not resolved quickly further judiciary could be involved....

fraudulent transactions done using my ola money, which not yet activated.

I got a customer support number from the jd app. I called that number to check about my ola money activation, one person lifts that call claimed that his support person and said he will do ola money activation on the spot asking me to share otp to finish the activation. When i shared the otp he has done recharges to different numbers using my ola money. He made 1850 worth recharges.

I book a cab on last saturday 22/06, and paid via my card the transaction failed but my money was deducted from my card. The transaction was failed and ola app is showing to pay by cash, the driver also keep insisting me to pay by cash. After waiting for 10 minutes i finally pay the driver by cash.

no response for ola kyc door step verification.

I had to transfer money via ola money and had requested for door step kyc by them.The app says representative eould visit within 7 days but its been more than 2 weeks and no response at all .

Please note it's been month's i have uploaded document's for ola wallet & applied for kyc physical approval, it's showing our agent will visit you at given address within 1-2 but after a month no one has came for verification & alternatively, you can also get document's verified in cab in next ride for this i have booked cab many time as well, still driver didn't do any document verification. ola money issue though payment is done in cash

I have availed ola outstation services on 22nd April 2019. Ola has activated my postpaid service without my knowledge (which I do not know how) and have charges me for that trip on ola money or ola postpaid services though I paid the driver in full by CASH. That time fare showing 310 rupee while after completing the trip driver show the final amount 695 rupees. I asked him for reason behing this. he told me to consult customercare. adding ola money to wallet

Hello, I was travelling in Ola and my wallet did not have sufficient ola money to pay. I usually don't carry much cash So I decided to add Ola money and through SBI internet banking I made a payment of 599 to Ola wallet. 599rs debited from my account but did not add into Ola wallet. This happened on Friday 7th June 2019 around 7.50 to 8pm.
Kindly refund my 599rs to my account or add it as a Ola money for my wallet....

amount paid through upi and still I had to pay cash to the driver.

While booking an ola to my place, I selected the mode of payment as UPI. During the trip, I completed the payment through UPI. And still after the ride I had to pay the amount in cash to the driver. I had to pay twice the same amount. This is basically a loophole in the system. I don’t know when will they refund the amount in my bank or will they even refund or not....
