A person had called from mobile no. [protected] and asked for sbi debit card number and otp by saying that he is calling from bank and providing new atm card with chip in it. After few minutes my father account got debited of amount rs9999.00 to ola money. The card number is ending *0781. Please help me to refund this amount to my father account. Please guide me this case. We had complained about this to police station and bank also.

I deposited Rs. 400'- through State Bank of India to my Ola Money account. The money was debited from my SBI savings account vide reference no. [protected]IGAFCNWSW8 to INB ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. today i.e. 04.01.2019. The Ola Money account does not reflect this amount. Please check and rectify the mistake.

    My father had got a call from mobile no. [protected] and asked for otp and atm card number. This number caller had transferred amount rs9990.00 to ola money account. I request ola money to please refund amount to my father account. This transaction was done on 26.12.18 at 17:21pm. From card ending 0781. I had complained about this to police station and got all the details of transactions. Please help to refund the money.

      I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged in into ola website and it's giving me that basic KYC done. Then why I am unable to transfer money.
      First of all this whole thing happened because ola driver was not accepting my trip when i select payment mode as ola money. I have added thousands of rupees just for this outstation trip. Eventhough finally i booked a cab using cash payment as driver was not ready for ola money payment option. Now I want to transfer that added olà money to my bank account. Please help me with the same asap.

      It is required to have your Full KYC processed, in order to avail bank transfer and Ola Money Wallet to Wallet transfer facility, additionally for increasing your wallet refill limit upto 1 lakh per month.

        Suddenly, i've got 3 sms in my mobile#[protected] on 3 fraud transactions for rs1570.80, rs1900 and rs99 at at about 12pm on 20.12.2018. I've not shared any otp with any person at all. It seems that ola money team is having fix-up with hackers!!! They don't want to hear my complaint at all. They never want to resolve to refund my money rs1999. I, therefore, request you to please help me to refund my money rs1999 from a big fraud company - ola money. The screen shot of the sms message are given below:

          Hi, i have already updated my kyc with ola, but still it shows kyc is disabled, this type of service is not acceptable. Pls share the customer service contact number so i can get my ola money to my bank account, its no use as cabs and others are not accepting ola money, all are preferring cash method or paytm, i have done first time and its worst experience as my money is blocked for the first time.

          Post e-kyc, you can refill upto 1 lac /month and avail wallet to wallet transfers and bank transfers.

            Transaction no drms-2h6y-ymab on 11th december 2018, at 7 pm approximate was executed through ola-money to tatasky dth recharge.
            Mony was debited from account but not credited to respective merchant.
            Registered compliant to ola money-"[protected]@zipcash.in" on 12th december 2018.
            Received automated replay confirming ticket id 1310706 and assuring about update in two working days.
            Since no update received, again mail sent on 15th december 2018.
            Ola application portal does not have any contact number for support to speak with.
            On 19th december ola corporate team provided customer care number as[protected] but no operator attended this number.

            Transaction amount is rs.50/-
            Request support in this case.

              I used OlaMoney to Recharge BSNL Mobile[protected] on 14 December, 2018. The recharge amount i.e. Rs. 22/- got deducted from my OlaMoney (Transaction ID: DRMY-WS61-ZQ60), but, didn't receive any confirmation message on successful transaction from Ola so far and also the Mobile didn't get recharged.

              Could you please arrange for refund back the money to my OlaMoney wallet.

              Didn't think, Ola Money could cheat customer in this way.
              They not even bothered to send a response to this Complaint. No response to my personal email to them on the same issue.
              This can't happen without support of OLA.

                There was a call from number [protected] and they asked for sbi debit card and the money is transferred to pos ola cabs

                First six and last 4 digits debit card

                Transaction date and time

                Amount :5000 to our knowledge

                Please look into blocking the amount in ola money and also raise the complaint

                The person has taken the money from the debit card and transferred to ola money

                  I booked share cab initially i failed to initiate cash option i. E ola money after booking i added money ola wallet since when pickup was accepted money deducted driver didn't intimated that he is reflecting cash option on his device but my amount was debited from wallet after drop driver offers me cash of 55 rs which was additional to me though i had payed by wallet since i tried to reach ola but the didn't got any customer care no to me tried reaching through mail but it's of no use. And the same thing i'm doing multiple at that time none of the driver offers me fir cash ola should take care of this drivers are asking for money after amount deduction. From ola money.

                    I am gomathi. On 4th december 2018 when i tried to book the vehicle using ola app it is asking to pay the postpaid ola money of rupees 1000 which i have not used at all. Each and every time i have paid to the driver. He will ask whether you want to use ola money. I will say no and i have paid the money. But today morning when i am about to book ola it is asking to pay 1000 rupees. What to do. I have paid to all the drivers after the completion of each and every ride. But now the ola app is showing i have to pay the amount. What is this? Kindly help me to resolve the issue

                      I already paid to driver who dropped me on that day (21.10.2018)... He wouldn't moved without paying money.. Then this ola money created postpaid account same time and asking me to pay same amount again. Rs 369like - was the amount, and now they increased itbut675/- i have to pay it seems.                         I have 4320 inr in my ola account and i have tried to transfer it to my bank account but failed and says "ola money kyc disabled". I knew they have temporarily out of service. But all i need is i need my amount back to my bank account. It is urgent too. It says that the specific service is temporarily unavailable but what if we have to transfer the amount on very urgent need basis? Please assist and resolve the issue asap

                          Olamoney every time i am trying to transfer money to bank. It is showing that this service is temporary stopped. Please help me out in this matter.in my case the amount is small but many are suffering with this. I also tried to do full kyc from ola site. It is also showing full kyc suspended you can't transfer money like that.

                            I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged into ola blog site to complete kyc process and done. Still its showing kyc desabled and not available.
                            Why ola is doing these tipe of tricks to hold customer’s money?
                            Why you accepting money to add into ola money when you desable kyc and not available?
                            These is the reason why ola loosing most customer satisfaction!

                              Money debited from my account but was not added to ola money. Kindly help me in this regard. I added the money on 20th november to book a cab from my home which is located at sector 47, gurugram to splendor tower sector 65, gurugram.                               I had added money to my ola account for payment of a bill and the portal said the method of payment is unavailable as of now. So when I tried to send the money back to my bank account, it showed a message saying my kyc has been disabled.

                                I have been using ola services since long but from last few months i am unable to use my ola money for any other than ola cab. Its very disappointing to see that we are forced to keep our money with ola money account since very few service are available also since long transfer is blocked

                                  A payment of rs.2452.09 to payu-global was made on 04.11.2018 at 1.32 pm. The transaction id is drc8-kme2-na6h. The amount has been deducted but the transaction status is indicated as failed.

                                  It may be noted the same complained has already been emailed to you on 04.11.2018 and vide your email dated 04.11.2018 (Ticket id : 1232329) you had assured to resolve the matter in two working days. But is now six days and there is no update from ola money.

                                  I hope ola money will give some priority to my complaint and arrange to refund the money as i have to make payment for the registration fee of one exam.

                                    Used ola money wallet for booking irctc ticket money loaded in ola money wallet and message received payment successful and redirecting to site (Irctc).

                                    But from here, no progress. Nothing happened. Money deducted and also not present/refunded in ola money wallet but no ticket booked.
                                    I later used icici net banking to book my ticket

                                    So here i have done payment twice.
                                    For first transaction.. Irctc says. Payment pending with bank.

                                    I remember the last ola money amt in my account was 824/- but today I see it is 512/- Between the last transaction and the current one I just had one ride for 52/-

                                    I find something fishy here. My Ola account is getting debited without my knowledge
                                    I had book silver Ritz car with CRN [protected]...but after waiting for half an hour the driver named Abdul cancelled the ride abruptly siting irrelevant reasons...I want to take necessary action against such irrant drivers

                                      Ola money wallet money wallet owes me rs11, 100 and inspite of this i get numerous messages and phone calls to deposit more money in. I fail to understand this. I have checked the history on my ola app and all transactions of money in and out are displayed. It's not even giving me an option for transferring money back into my account. I would like a full balance refund on my account as soon as possible.

                                      It is required to have your Full KYC processed, in order to avail bank transfer and Ola Money Wallet to Wallet transfer facility, additionally for increasing your wallet refill limit upto 1 lakh per month.

                                        On 5th november i have booked ola auto with crn number [protected], while called up driver to come to pick point, he denied to come hence had to cancel ride, still 15 rs incorrectly charged. This happened at 1.52 pm and due to this i had to walk till home with 6 months old infant and 68 years old senior citizen in hot sun. This is a harassment and refund has to be done asap due to incorrectly charged. I
