I paid Rs 1999 yesterday to ola money from Google pay. My ola money wallet was not recharged though my bank account was debited and the message also reads that payment was done to ola money.

The ola agents are saying that they have not recived any money. I have all the payment receipts.

amount deducted but transaction failed

I recently paid my ola money postpaid dues of rs 1057 through net banking on 31 january 2020. The amount was deducted from my account but the transaction failed and the dues were not cleared. I tried to contact ola and they asked me to send emil with transaction proof and despite doing all these things i didn't received the refund as yet. I also contacted my bank and they said the amount is successfully send to ola from their end.

I have paid all money properly. But they are saying me to pay due amount.. I don't know why this issues have occurred.. And recently i'm getting unwanted calls from ola calls..
