Dear sir,
I took ola for a trip and my mode of payment is cash on all the trips taken so far. Recently ola activated postpaid in my account without any knowledge.
So my end if trip i paid cash, sometime ater i got sms tht u have used postpaid money for the trip. I realized i have cheated by driver and okay made the trap for the incident. Still i didn't get answer how come a customer who didn't complete kyc, post paid acc gets activated. Ola is responsible on this incident and ask me speak to the driver partner where he didn't attend any calls including ola support person which they have communicated me in the call. Ola is not customer friendly services, they wait for the opportunity to cheat their customers.

    This is in reference to an auto ride booked through ola on 19th february 2020. The customer who took the ride had paid the auto driver ₹98 as demanded by the auto driver. Even after the payment was made, the charges showed up on ola money. I tried contacting the company several times through emails and also flagged a complaint through the app for that particular ride. Even after persistent efforts from my end, i have received a notification that the bill for ola money has been generated on 3rd march 2020.

        I have paid ola postpaid bill. But after i put all the details of my debit card and otp for the transection it showed transection failed. So, i made the payment by google pay then i found that the payment also deducted from my debit card in the last transaction. I didn't received any information about transaction failed and refund through message and mail. Please help me regarding this issue.

            Hi,

            Whie placing an order to merchant ferns and petals, ola post paid wallet deducted 1018 rupees but not credited to merachant. Ola send message that transaction is successful with transaction id: f7lp-15se-tj59 but ferns and petals confirmed that they didnt get the money credited.

            Please help to get my money back

              Hi team,
              I was trying to do the payment for olamoney postpaid bill on last saturday. When the money got deducted from my bank account, but not reflecting at ola app yet. I m trying to multiple follow up with ola team through email, but it is of no use. No one is replying. And 24*7 numbers are also not correct. Some numbers available online are incorrect and on some no one is picking up.

              Pls look into this urgently.

                I was called up customer care they given me total amount to pay 2400
                In the same ride given me voucher refund amount 1004
                Now they keep on...

                  I paid rs 2271 on 02-feb-2020 to ola money from google pay. However when i see my ola money wallet it was not recharged and money got deducted from my bank account. It was clearly mentioned that the money was received by ola money.

                  The ola agents are not responding correctly from two days even though i email them and called them. I have the payment receipts.

                    1mg had refunded some money to my ola postpaid due to an order cancelled by them on 16.1.2020. The said amount is not yet refunded or adjusted to my ola postpaid ac even after 20 days. I had sent them many mails regarding this issue. But still the position is the same. Their app still shows the status as pending refund. They have repeatedly contacted me and told that the matter is resolved. They have closed the tickets raised by me without any resolutions

                        My name is supriya. And my ola registered number is [[protected]]. I have been daily receiving a call from your end asking to clear postpaid amount. This incident happened in october 2019, when i used ola cab seevice at hyderabad. I had some amount in my ola money wallet. I used the same to pay the billa and other times i paid via cash to the respected driver. You guys activated postpaid thing to my account without intimation. And now though i cleared my bills via cash, you guys have charges some overdue and late fees of around 430 and increasing by each day. You people call and sms me every now and then and literally harassing me now to clear the bills. I registered complaint via call and email but you dont respond to any of them. And finally today you send sms saying legal action would be taken.
                        I am never going to pay you twice for same ride.
                        Kindly look at my issue.

                          I recently paid my ola money postpaid dues of rs 1057 through net banking on 31 january 2020. The amount was deducted from my account but the transaction failed and the dues were not cleared. I tried to contact ola and they asked me to send emil with transaction proof and despite doing all these things i didn't received the refund as yet. I also contacted my bank and they said the amount is successfully send to ola from their end.
                          It is hereby requested to refund the amount back into my account as soon as possible.

                          My name is Sankar Dutta and I reside in Kolkata. On[protected] I used an ola postpaid card used in a zyka restaurant but the card was declined and the amount Rs. 1624 deducted to my ola postpaid account. So I pay the bill with my another Axis bank debit card(Rs.1624). I have received 3 sms from ola money, 1 sms showing that card was declined due to invalid pin. Other sms showing the amount Rs 1624 used on zyka restaurant. So I called zyka restaurant to send me the settlement slip. I am sending all the details with attachment. Please check it and revert the money as soon as possible. I will also inform the restaurant that the money deducted from my ola money card and they also confirmed to me that only one transaction was reflected and successful in the settlement slip that is axis bank card. My axis bank card no 3280(Visa).
                          Now it has been 10 days(18/07/2021-27/07/2021 but no reversal of the amount to my ola postpaid account. I have submitted all the transaction details as the attachment many times but no proper query has been done from your side, only the multiple ticket number given to me. So I am requesting that you please cancel my ola postpaid card, the service you have given me is very poor and disappointing.

                          So I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

                            My name is akash. And my ola registered number is [protected]. I have been daily receiving a call from you end asking to clear postpaid amount. This incident happened some one year back. Money got deducted from my postpaid account but it was not showing at the time my last ride got end. So i paid 500rs note to driver for the bill of 340rs. As he didn't had the change. Driver told that remaining amount will get adjust to your account and your postpaid account will not be debited. But after some time money got deducted too from my postpaid account. I tried reaching ola many times but as usual ola is pathetic in terms of providing customer support. Now you guys are mentally harassing me to clear amount by msg and call. I need your bangalore office number so that i can lodge a mental harassment complaint against you.

                              I ues ola regulary since last 2 months. One strange inciden happend with me.

                              On 22 jan ola app asked me to pay rs 519 payment saying on 4th jan ride payment was failed. I knew on 4th jan there was no payment failure so i cancel to make payment. But ola app stopped me to continue current ride saying you have to make last failed payment to continue. I was having very important meeting in office on that day so i made payment even knowing its wrong.

                              After payment i raised complaint to ola support where they acknowledged there was no payment failure on 4th jan. I asked them how can they do this with me. What about my 519 rs? They said for failed payment you will get back it in 10–12 days and if i dont get i need to provide screenshots of my card statement. Now my 519rs payment is not failed so how it will come back automatically?

                              Now ola support is not returning my money ([ola support] #[protected]. I dont know someone internally doing fraud or its techinical glitch.

                              Please suggest how can i get my money back now.

                                I have raised a complaint to the ola about the postpaid due which I didn't requested the ride and they are harrasing daily with minimum of 10 calls that I have to pay Rs 133/- and affecting my cibil score.

                                They shown a record that I have booked a cab to a place in Hyderabad at the time of 1.00 AM on the month of May 2019.

                                On the same day, I am at my office and also have the proof that I am at my work.

                                I have my login time and log out time in my office credentials and I also took a screen shot and mailed to my email address.

                                I didn't booked this ride from Ola post paid.

                                It seems like a big scam from Ola asking customers for post paid bill.

                                I have also checked with different complaints below and many of them are about the post paid due which customers didn't requested.

                                  I made a payment of inr 4246.56/- using ola money payment gateway at wellnesspayments (Medlife.com) to buy medicines. Please note that the original source of payment was sbi credit card.
                                  Since the medicines were not in stock the order got cancelled and refund of inr 4246.56/- was credit to ola money wallet.
                                  Ola money is suppose to process the refund of inr 4246.56/- to the original source but you have not done the same and now you are asking me to do the same by mysel[censored]sing ola money app and then charge 4.72% service charge on per inr 100 and in this case the refund amount is inr 4246.56/-.

                                      Hello mam/sir,
                                      I have paid all money properly. But they are saying me to pay due amount.. I don't know why this issues have occurred.. And recently i'm getting unwanted calls from ola calls.. It's really stressful!! I have made a mail complaint and informed customer care. Still now i'm not getting any proper response!! It's really stressful.. Nearly i'm getting more than 5 calls a day.. Please convey in english.. I don't know hindi.. Please make a issue.. Regarding it
