On 22nd DEC as transactions Done through ola money of INR 18985 to merchant Happy easy go India Pvt Ltd for Flights tickets but which the booking has failed and payment got deducted from ola money and as after confirming from the merchant as he said that he didn't recived any money but the money has been deducted from wallet and then after emailed to ola people they did not respond to it properly it's been 10 days since this transaction done but has not been reversed and this is my humble request I don't know what is exactly happening with ola money nor they are responding or they are calling me back but I want my money

    On 11.12 I had taken ride ...for which driver charged me cash 300 and also amount was credited to his account by ola money.

    I had booked ride for my sister and on reaching her destination she was asked to pay 300 in cash. Which was paid by her. I m shocked to see email received from ola money to clear dues before 1st January to avoid late fee charged. I approached them on their support number as well as ola money customer care over telephone as well as through email. But all waste of action. As they are not ready to listen and admit that there is some solution to this problem.

    I HV been vigorously following up through mail to ola support and ola money but no solution ...

      In attempt to transfer Rs. 999/- to ola wallet, the amount got debited from my account but did not get credited in ola wallet.

      Later I tried with Rs.599/- and it was successful.
      Kindly assist to rectify the failure of transfer of Rs.999/-

        Dear team,
        I hereby wish to complain against ola money and olacabs for charging me extra money and repeatedly harassing me undue demands. The details of case are mentioned in below correspondences with ola money and ola cab. Briefly recounting it, please note that i have been using ola cabs for about two and half years. Onot october 19, 2019 i booked cab for travel from new panvel to lilavati hospital bandra the details of booking are as follows: micro, crn [protected], fare rs.1596.00, driver subedar vijay bahadur yadav. On completion of drive, the driver demanded cash, which was paid. Later i received a message that payment has been made using ola money. Immediately i sent message to ola to check and correct their records as money has been paid in cash. However ola has so far not resolved this issue and repeatedly harassing me with demand and also threatening to charge late fine.
        In this respect i have to submit following:i paid cash as demanded by driver. I had no prior information that ola money will be used for payment and apparently driver also did not know this. I had kyc issues with ola money for long time as no kyc verification could be done for long time as i stay in bharuch, where they have no service. As such i assumed that cash has to be paid as there was no prior message from ola that ola money will be used. Had i known beforehand that ola money will be used, i would not have paid cash to driver as i am fully aware being a long time user that cash is not to be paid when ola money is being used.
        It is clearly evident from above facts that ola is at fault on following counts:1. They did not inform me in advance that ola money will be used for payment.2. If ola money was to be used why the driver demanded and took cash.3. It needs to be checked if they are authorised to operate an account without kyc verification for very long time as they have done in this case.

            I am writing this with regard to a complaint which i have raised to the ols team and never got any resolution... I took the cab and since there was some payment issue, the driver made me transfer the money to his google pay account... (I have all the proofs) after the ride the driver had blindly denied that he has not received the payment and ola is asking me to make the payment again for the ride..

            I have raised the complaint and the ola team is still asking me to come up t=with this proof including my horoscope... Such a # company i have ever seen.

            I was told that the resolution will be taken by 21st dec 2019 but still they are behind proofs... Which i have already provided long back

              Dear sirs,
              I hereby wish to complain against ola money and olacabs for charging me extra money and repeatedly harassing me undue demands.                   Hi, i have taken a ride on 10th nov with my family i have paid 318/- in cash to cab driver. Cab driver doesn't acknowledge the same thing in his app as payment received. Now ola is messaging falsely telling me that it's your postpaid amt you have to pay this.
                  As i assure him that i even don't know the concept of ola postpaid at all. Now ola people telling me that they dont know that i have paid the amount in cash or not. But they have the right to take the same amount from me as postpaid. When i asked when i activate the postpaid service replied as "sir you might be activated this on 10th nov only. Guys please read this it is a type of scam only these people are harassing again n again and if you haven't paid the amt on time they will charge rs1/- per day as penalty.

                    My parents took a ola ride that i had booked for them to the train station and paid the driver by cash. Ola is claiming the payment is pending from my end on some ola money postpaid.

                    I have never asked for the postpaid service from ola, nor am i aware of it. Ola is promptly increasing the fine amont on a monthly basis and threatening me with legal case. Absolute harrasment from their end.
                    The whole dispute is for 465 rupees.

                      I was doing the payment through OLA money of around 9826.60 and added money ..money got deducted wherein transaction failed.

                      The amount hasn't been added to my wallet as well that i can use it somewhere else ..No response from OLA money customer care on the same ..itz already been 4 days..

                        I was trying booking flights tickets from happyeasygo website using ola money application.
                        Money 13725 was deducted from my account but tickets booking was not successful.
                        I received messages from ola that my deducted money is being added as ola money.
                        It is not visible in ola money account so i can not use ola money.
                        I have sent many mails and tried to contact them but i have not received response from them.

                          Rs. 150.00/- from my ola money wallet has been transferred to wrong account ([protected])... The money has been debited from my ola money balance. I would like to reverse this transfer. I even tried to call this account number; however i get the message that this number is not working. And ola support system don't have any option to raise this issue, i want my money back

                            I have been getting calls from ola customer service forcing me to pay an amount of rs 1997/-. J have been telling them dat i have not done any such transaction by ola postpaid but they are harassing me by making calls n saying dat i have done this transaction in october 2019. I have confirmed them dat they can check my ola account, it does not show any such transaction done.

                            I booked my flight ticket through through happyeasygo by ola money. Ola sent me a mail that money is successfully transferred to Happyeasygo but when i contacted happyeasygo they told me that the money is not received by them. My ola compliant id : 2192380

                              OLA is really the biggest fraud and cheater of all time. It plays with emotions and money of people.

                              I had been a regular user of Ola from last many years. But, 3 months back, they did a invalid fraud transaction of Rs. 2500 and were forcing me to pay that amount with additional late fees. As this was a completely fraud activity, that I didnt do, I was not willing to pay. I sent several mails and lodged complaints, but it was of no use. Ola customer care is the worst I have ever seen. Then, they were defaming me to lodge a FIR, if I dont pay the fraud bill on time. I had a talk with one of the representative, and he told pay the entire amount now, and the fraud billed amount with extra late fees will be refunded to me.

                              But, that all was a melodious drama played by OLA and I didnt receive any response from them.

                                  I have been receiving sms from ola postpaid about pending postpaid payment of rs 13/- due from my side. But, i don't have any pending due with ola postpaid. Paying rs 13/- is not a big deal for me but my concern is about charging due from customer from nowhere. I want to know reason of this charge. I have been receiving this sms repeatedly. This is quite disturbing for a customer to receive such message with no real reason. Also, there is no way to speak to customer care; no such option is there in mobile or desktop app; even customer service number is always busy. It's real pain to deal with ola now-a-days.

                                    Hi!
                                    I took a ride on 8th oct and was charged rs 865 which was higher than the estimated fare (Rs 681). I raised a concern and received the extra fare collected. Now, when i am seeing there is a due of rs184 for the same ride which is clearly baseless. Customers won't be paying the false dues to ola. Hence, requesting to make the fares more transparent and customer friendly. Fare invoice and ride history is giving proof but still ola app is in some other world to charge extra from the customers. There is no proven document for the due of rs184.

                                      I paid rs 859 for ola money postpaid on 26th of october 2019 still showing dues of rs 859
                                      Amount of rs 859 has already been debited from my a/c. I am here by attaching the screenshot as a proof.
                                      I want my money back otherwise i will move to consumer forum with this proof.
                                      I want my money back within a period of one week.

                                      Hi Souram, Kindly note that the transaction you have made on 26th Oct 2019 towards your OlaMoney postpaid due was unsuccessful. the refund was initiated on the same day to the source account. we request you to check you bank account once.
                                      I placed order of 31rs on hungerbox and paid through ola money using UPI payment.
                                      Money got deducted from bank account however order was not placed.

                                        I had booked treebo blu orchid hotel from aug 25th to 26th, made the payment by ola postpaid n my ola wallet, however the hotel room was sold out but the money was deducted, for which i have been constantly following up wid treebo and ola but i haven't received any resolution for this, instaed ola guys r calling me every single day asking me to pay the bill even after i raised the complaint. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful
