I've been having issues with ola money postpaid. Ph no [protected]

I paid for one of the ecoomerce site arvind life style using your payment gateway. The money was refunded to ola post paid as below on sept 10, 2019

552.48, 441.99, 680 = total of 1675 (One thousand seventy-five only)

I also tried to clear the postpaid bill of 949 through icici upi and it was deducted from my account but never got...

I have charged more than the amount which shows me in the app while booking

I took ola cab from hyderabad airport to yadigirogutta which is nearly 75kms outstation ride in midnight. And it shows me rs.1356/- which is ok.

I slept in between the ride from 12 am to 1:30 am. And when i woke up at the end of the trip, driver said it was rs.3969 which is rs.2700 more than the amount shows me while booking.

This is horrible and unfair. I contacted ola the same, still didnt get resolved my issue.br...

extra money deduction from my ola money postpaid wallet

My complaint is regarding ola money postpaid. I am having limit of 5000 rs., when i was booking on redbus my ticket was of 1400 rs at the time of booking i had selected ola money as an payment option because i was having 144 rs in my ola wallet that money was deducted but also extra 1400 was deducted, means[protected]=1256 got deducted) and plus again 1400 was deducted extra. Sir please help me in this, i am ready to show proofs....

There was not even a single call given to me from your side on this issue and the amount rs.71/- is not a huge amount for me or for someone else to pay but why should you cheat us. Still i am receiving msgs to credit amount. & now insted of 378 latest msg is asking for rs.409/-

I have downloaded ola money to pay at the magicpin but when i tried payment was not done and i was stuck with my money in ola pay. Whenever i try to use the money in some another thing it never gets through. And plus i tried to recharge my metro card from its metro card section nothing is happening. ola wallet money disappeared

I had 500/- is my ola wallet balance. I even have email/rides to prove it.

But suddenly this morning ola app on my phone told me to re-register.
I did that using the same information as before. But now all my history is gone along with my wallet balance.

Is this some kind of ola fraud?

On top of that ola customer care is not replying to my emails.

ola postpaid money paid from upi but the amount is not credited to ola money.

On 24th july 2019 i have made payment of 1, 046/- towards ola postpaid due via upi payment. The amount got deducted from my bank account, however the same is not reflecting as credited in ola. I am getting regular emails from ola regarding pending payment and the amount 1, 046/- is not credited back to my bank account as well.

I have sent an email regarding this to ola customer care as well but m yet to get any reply from them....

deducted from account not refunded

Transaction reference no.[protected] from hdfc bank for ola money. Amount of 2307 deducted from account but this money did get credited in ola money.. The money has not been refunded and i have mailed twice to ola money for the same without any solution.. The transaction was done on 30/07/2019.
The amount of 2307 on 30/07/2019 was deducted but not paid to ola money... Neither was it refunded to me.
I have still not received...
