I get smses from ola 10 times everyday, though i have not subscribed to there sms program. Infact i am registered under full dnd. They send me messages at 3am in night. There is absolutely no governance and control over it. I do not want any sms from ola. They are causing me extreme mental agony and harrasment.
Also, they are looting customers and bullying them to pay irrational fares. I took a ride sometime back. Distance travelled was 4 kms. They have charged me 270/- i. E approx 70/- per km. Ride time was 8-10 mins. Obviously i refused to pay. Now they are bullying me to pay by calling me 5-10 days everyday. Government should monitor ill acts of ola more closely.

    On 14th May 2019, recharged dailyninja for the amount 1200 via olamoney wallet.

    Olamoney promised 200Rs cashback for the recharge of 1200

    Still, I have not received cashback. Please check.

      I received a call from ola team stating i have an outstanding payment of 750 rupees, on enquiring further i was told that it was for a ride taken on 29th of august 2019. I did share i have not used any ride on the said day for which i was asked to share my ride details for the app to them which i did. For this i received an email response from them stating the time period had lapsed for them to verify the details shared by me for which i categorically said i am not making any payment for ride which i did not take. After a couple of days they come back stating the payment is not for a ride for a ola postpaid subscription. Which i again challenged stating i do not use post paid option instead make the payment immediately after the ride for which i have setup the payment through my credit card. Nor have i subscribed for any post paid option which should be very clear the ride details i had shared with them. Subsequent to this there was no correspondence from the ola team and instead i have been receiving daily sms's and automated voice calls. Request for help to get this sorted out for me.

      Hi, kindly revert back with your email id or phone number registered with Ola along with the ticket id where you have raised your concern with the OlaMoney team if the issue is still not resolved.
      I have received two OTP SMSes, for ola money transactions on PayU PG and I haven't authorised it.
      I did not authorise any such transactions. Both the transactions are over 1000 Rs.
      I would like to know how has my number been shared.
      I am scared to put any money in my Ola wallet.

        I booked ola cab, at the time of booking they show me 500-600 price but when i reached the destination they charged me 1400. 2 days before i have travelled same distance and they charge me 700. There was no any rush, traffic, weather issue nothing. I also call them and ask about it. But they are saying no sir i can't do anything. Now they are saying that you have to pay otherwise legal action will take.

          I paid for flight booking on happyeasygo site using ola money wallet for rough amount of 13, 900. The payment failed and never reached happyeasygo.

          Payment was done through ola money gateway. Even received login otp and logged in before directing to bank page for final transaction otp.

          Amount got deducted but never reached happyeasygo. Please note: i again tried the transaction and again it failed.

          Basically twice amount got deducted but payment failed.

          Please kindly look into this issue and refund back the money to original payment sources.

            I have ola money option. Most of your drivers (90 %) are refusing to pay thro ola money and they are insisting me to pay by cash.
            On 3rd oct 2019, i have cancelled (Crn [protected]) only because he refused to come for ola money and due to urgency i paid money.
            The main purpose of ola money is to avoid cash transaction and use digital transaction. Due to the above reason, may i request you to short close my ola money account and no point in continuing the same.

              Hi i had made a flight booking for bangalore to delhi on 4th oct 21:49 on happyeasygo app. I had paid 5933 using ola money wallet. The booking has been cancelled but amount has been deducted. But no such failed transaction is showing in ola money app.in happyeasygo app the booking is showing as cancelled and all other payment details are shown but in ola money no such transaction is being shown.                 I've been having issues with ola money postpaid. Ph no [protected]

                I paid for one of the ecoomerce site arvind life style using your payment gateway. The money was refunded to ola post paid as below on sept 10, 2019

                552.48, 441.99, 680 = total of 1675 (One thousand seventy-five only)

                I also tried to clear the postpaid bill of 949 through icici upi and it was deducted from my account but never got cleared in ola postpaid. This was done on 10 sept 2019.

                Kindly reverse both the transaction amounting to rs2624 (Two thousand twenty-four only) to my source accounts.

                This issue is long pending and needs immediate attention.

                I do not see any valid response from ola support so far. Can someone call and resolve the issue?

                  I have charged more than the amount which shows me in the app while booking

                  I took ola cab from hyderabad airport to yadigirogutta which is nearly 75kms outstation ride in midnight. And it shows me rs.1356/- which is ok.

                  I slept in between the ride from 12 am to 1:30 am. And when i woke up at the end of the trip, driver said it was rs.3969 which is rs.2700 more than the amount shows me while booking.

                  This is horrible and unfair. I contacted ola the same, still didnt get resolved my issue.br...

                  My complaint is regarding ola money postpaid. I am having limit of 5000 rs., when i was booking on redbus my ticket was of 1400 rs at the time of booking i had selected ola money as an payment option because i was having 144 rs in my ola wallet that money was deducted but also extra 1400 was deducted, means[protected]=1256 got deducted) and plus again 1400 was deducted extra. Sir please help me in this, i am ready to show proofs.

                    Dear ola support team,

                    Referring to the previous request #1983764, 2006061, still my problem is not resolved and without my acknowledgement, how can you close this case. There was not even a single call given to me from your side on this issue and the amount rs.71/- is not a huge amount for me or for someone else to pay but why should you cheat us. As informed you earlier i am getting repeated text message in my smartphone which is not acceptable.

                    I have used the postpaid offer but the driver was demanding money with my sister and aunty who traveled in ola auto due to emergency hospital checkup at sri ramachandra hospital - porur they paid the amount to auto driver who was arguing at hospital premises.

                    So please look into it and close this case on high priority.

                    From Ola Daily I’m getting reminder to pay Rs 1000 however I have no dues. All travels were paid after completing the travel. Why is Ola adding Rs 1 per day as penalty charged. There is no logic to increase. Ola don’t share any link where I can log complain or provide justification.

                        I tried to book bust ticket through redbus. I chose to pay through ola money. After a few mins got a message that transaction failed. But ola money deducted. I raised a complaint immediately. I am getting same reply since a week that we are looking into the issue and will be resolved asap. There is no customer care number also to know what is exactly going on. I am doubting actually whether there is a chatboat sending mails or an executive appointed to take care of such complaints. Pissed off with this behaviour. Can somebody help please.

                          Hi, i am having a issue with online payment. Yesterday i have used ola ride in google pay but i cannot pay the money from online. My driver said without kyc details we cannot use online payment. I couldn't complete my kyc details in ola app. When i about to complete it, always says something went wrong please check later.in this case how i can pay the money from online. Kindly resolve this then only i will use ola rides.

                          I was trying to do bus ticket booking on 29 th August 2019 and paid through ola money to the merchant. The transaction declined and money got deducted 4137 rs and ticket booking failed... I have not got the money back till now. There are no customer support executive to address this problem...

                            My mother is a victim to fraudulent of one transaction of of rs. 9980/- once on 09/09/2019 from my mother's account using debit card ending with *2203. The person asked to provide the otp otherwise amount in account will be forfeited. The transaction details are as below:
                            "684923 is your otp for online purchase of inr 9980.00 at ola money - zipcash thru card ending 2203. Don't share this with anyone."

                            Please block the ola money account used to make a fraud and refund the amount to my mother's account from where amount was debited...

                            I have requested for KYC doorstep verification more than a week before. They stated that within 7 days the agent will come to your house to verify your document. But still no one came to verify. In few days my ola money will be expired. Who is responsible for that?

                              Hi Ola Team, so called Ani Technologies Pvt Ltd.

                              This is to keep you all updated that yesterday my wife took a ride from Thygarajagar to Marathalli and it was booked from my Ola Account

                              Ride took at 3:04PM and Dropped at 3:58PM Driver name was Narasimha Murthi and my CRN number was [protected] and the Total bill amount was 370 Rs.

                              It was heavy rains and during the time of Drop driver forced us to pay the ride amount i.e 370 rs and said its raining heavily please pay the cash he took the cash and left the place.

                              Today i get a message stating that Rs. 370 has been deducted from my ola postpaid account. I am not sure why they have deducted from my account when was cash was taken from OLA Driver.

                              I get a message a message from ola stating pay on time if not you need to pay extra.

                              My dear ola management team do not cheat customers like this and take the money from us.

                              Do refund my money of Rs 370 to my ola post paid account and remove it as due from my ID

                                I am receiving calls & e-mails from ola about ola postpaid pending but i paid cash to the driver while dropping there is no pending from my side. I have requested them to show the utilization of postpaid money but getting same drafted e-mail form ola and asked me to raise the issue before 72 hrs so no use. Also, i already received a call from ola and explained to them about i paid cash to the driver there told me that there verify and clear the postpaid amount.

                                They couldn't provide the proof of availing their service of postpaid money.

                                There is no pending from my side for all the rides i paid cash to the driver. This is only harassment from their end to pay inr 603.

                                  I have made the payment to driver by cash but still it shows pending amount in the ola . There is no way to reach the customer care no number . Faced lot of issue today .. ticket no is (Ticket[protected] already mailed but no response. Pic has been attched as payment done to driver my registered number [protected].please look into this

                                  Hi, Reg this ola money postpaid, I did my ola travel and paid my money in driver's hand without knowing this is ola postpaid.
                                  Please check with the travel driver of the 2 reported travel id. but i am receiving regular calls and msg form ola and also i already received call from ola and explained them about i paid cash to the driver there told me that there verify and clear the postpaid amount but regularly i am receiving call and msg please clarify this issue

                                  There is no pending from my side for all the rides i paid cash to the driver

                                    Hi,
                                    I got a call from a number saying it's for Ola KYC, they gave me all my details and then asked for the OTP. Without realizing I gave the OTP to them on the call. I later saw that Rs. 1900 was charged on my Ola Postpaid. The call from a Karnataka number and the amount was deducted via razorpay. I an unable to lodge a complain about this on the app. None of the customer care numbers are working either. Please help me.

                                      When i received demand of rs.378/- i credited to my ola money a/c payment that was due on me.
                                      Still i am receiving msgs to credit amount. & now insted of 378 latest msg is asking for rs.409/-

                                      Kindly transfer amount available in my ola wattate, & clear due that was rs 378/-

                                      This money is in my ola account (Wallate) & my mobile shows cr bal. Rs.378/-

                                      I won"t pay extra amount i. E. 409/-

                                      Ola postpaid was activated without my permission and now I’m getting messages and calls threatening with legal action. This harassment needs to stop.
