Dear sir/madam,
I have ola money option. Most of your drivers (90 %) are refusing to pay thro ola money and they are insisting me to pay by cash.
On 3rd oct 2019, i have cancelled (Crn [protected]) only because he refused to come for ola money and due to urgency i paid money.
The main purpose of ola money is to avoid cash transaction and use digital transaction. Due to the above reason, may i request you to short close my ola money account and no point in continuing the same.

I did not authorise any such transactions. Both the transactions are over 1000 Rs.
