Dear concern,
I transferred inr 500/- on 14th aug 18 to my ola money a/c but amount was not updated, i tried all the prescribed way (Email & customer care call) but nothing happening. I already shared my transaction details, bank statement with the co. But they are tracking wrong transaction and replied me "money returned to my credit card". And the transaction details co. Sharing is wrong they shared transaction on 13th aug 18, inr 750/- which was never done by me. Today i again approached to customer care and customer care executive assured me my money will returned to my ola money a/c but its not happened, and they closed my ticket by mentioning, issue resolved. I am still waiting for solution.

We request you to kindly provide us additional 2-3 business days time for the same.
You may have our assurance that your issue will be resolved on high priority.
I had done payment of 1999 through UPI using Google Pay to Ola Money but amount got deducted from my account but not received in my ola money account .
It's been almost 20 days but haven't received my money.I raised the concern with Google Pay but not received any response
