This is after a huge follow up they credited my account with 599/- then wrote am email stating they are suspending my Ola account due to some issues with bank.
It has been month, I am following up on same but no response. The ticket Id is 1132263.

The amount in Ola money was around 1000/-. Its been 2 months I am fighting with the customer care for some trivial issues, wasting my time with them. The customer support...

money deducted for a cancelled transaction

I have used ola money for booking train tickets on 15/09/2018 via irctc mobile app unfortunately the transaction got cancelled. But my money from ola app is deducted.
The customer care is not at all. Picking up my phone and got no response while sending mail
I would request for a refund
There's no response from the ola money app end...

On 16th july, i transferred rs.999/- from my bank account to wallet. The amount was debited to my account but not credited to wallet.
I have written many mails. Each time i get reply that the amount will be credited to my wallet in 1 working day. Nothing happens!!

I am at the end of patience.

My ola money had around 580/- and i added an extra of 122/- to book my ticket. The money has been deducted and the transaction has failed. The ola account balance is zero right now. I have booked it through irctc app through ola money e-wallet and i do not see any sign of refund process which has been initiated either in irctc app or the ola money app. Please do initiate the refund process and let me know the status of it soon. money debited from bank but irctc ticket not booked

I tried to book the tatkal ticket today in irctc app using ola money. Since the wallet balance was insufficient the ola money deducted 500 rupees from my account but the irctc app says they did not received the amount from the bank. There is no refund in my bank account.. And my ola money account says the balance is zero. I have lost around 800 rupees since i already had 300 in my ola wallet. Kindly respond and initiate the refund....

money deducted from bank but not added to the ola money

I have tried recharging ola money twice on 2nd august 2018. Transaction failed but money was deducted both the time from my bank account. Once 1500 was refunded but the other 1500 is not yet refunded. Please look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

It was supposed to be resolved by 3-5 business days but it is not yet resolved. Hoping for a quick response....

I have trying to cancel the Ola money postpaid service for quite some time . The customer care is not picking up the phone and I have tried it multiple times.

I see that even though I am not using OLA Money Postpaid they are charging me with amounts like 857 Rupees . And If I dont pay then I am unable to use Ola service at all. I have paid it this time .But I would like to cancel Ola MOney post paid before reusing ola services...

ola money recharge not getting reflected _ 9th july

I did an ola money recharge of rs.599 and the amount got debited from the bank, but got a failure notice from ola money. I contact the support and they said the amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. This happened on 9th july 2018. Since then i am following up with the customer care and they keep telling the standard answer, wait for 2 more days and amount will be credited in the ola money.

Nobroker replied that you can request OLA money to reverse the transaction.
Now I do not know how who is responsible for refund action....

I tried to recharge my Ola money wallet on 15 July 2018 for Rs.1000 which failed, for Rs.200 on 18 July 2018 which failed and for Rs.500 on 29 July 2018 which failed again. I had raised multiple complaints for the first two transactions but now even after 17 days of the failed transactions, my money has not been refunded back. They kept asking for 2 more working days again and again but neither recharged my ola wallet nor refunded the amount...

Hi sir/ma'am

My debit card was charged twice but only rs800 money was credited in ola money once. I have transaction details showing two charges. I asked the team to look into it but the matter has not been resolved. They agree on issue but keep buying time it's been more than 2 weeks. Please resolve.

driver did not accept ola money and asked us to pay cash

I travelled by Ola auto and I made the payment option as Ola money. While being dropped the driver said that he wont accept for Ola money and wanted only cash to be paid. The Ola money was also deducted.. and we paid by cash too.. Will the ola money refunded.? This has happened mutilple times.. They have even deducted cancellation money twice, which happened a year before and sent mail to ola. But no proper response....
