Used ola money wallet for booking irctc ticket money loaded in ola money wallet and message received payment successful and redirecting to site (Irctc).

But from here, no progress. Nothing happened. Money deducted and also not present/refunded in ola money wallet but no ticket booked.
I later used icici net banking to book my ticket

So here i have done payment twice.
For first transaction.. Irctc says. Payment pending with bank.

Hi,

I remember the last ola money amt in my account was 824/- but today I see it is 512/- Between the last transaction and the current one I just had one ride for 52/-

I find something fishy here. My Ola account is getting debited without my knowledge
I had book silver Ritz car with CRN [protected]...but after waiting for half an hour the driver named Abdul cancelled the ride abruptly siting irrelevant reasons...I want to take necessary action against such irrant drivers

    Ola money wallet money wallet owes me rs11, 100 and inspite of this i get numerous messages and phone calls to deposit more money in. I fail to understand this. I have checked the history on my ola app and all transactions of money in and out are displayed. It's not even giving me an option for transferring money back into my account. I would like a full balance refund on my account as soon as possible.

    It is required to have your Full KYC processed, in order to avail bank transfer and Ola Money Wallet to Wallet transfer facility, additionally for increasing your wallet refill limit upto 1 lakh per month.
    Currently, e-kyc services is pending. We'll be live soon.

      On 5th november i have booked ola auto with crn number [protected], while called up driver to come to pick point, he denied to come hence had to cancel ride, still 15 rs incorrectly charged. This happened at 1.52 pm and due to this i had to walk till home with 6 months old infant and 68 years old senior citizen in hot sun. This is a harassment and refund has to be done asap due to incorrectly charged. I

        I was supposed to.get a refund from OLA and the OLA Support asked me to keep the KYC updated, but everytime since saturday its showing, kimfeature is disabled & will be resumed shortly, but to my dismay, it hasn't resolved yet. The refund was supposed to occur by Today (05/11/2018) but due to lack of KYC its being halted . Address the issue asap & revert back to me at the earliest.

        Dear Team,

        I had done payment of 1999 through UPI using Google Pay to Ola Money but amount got deducted from my account but not received in my ola money account .
        It's been almost 20 days but haven't received my money.I raised the concern with Google Pay but not received any response
        Dear sir my SBI account a/c [protected] debited for 9999 on 5 Nov 18 through my debit card ending with 6172. Which i blocked now.

        It is fraudster mobile number [protected] by which he communicated. Please refund my hard earned money immediately.

          When i was trying to transfer ola money to bank it is showing that kyc is temporarily disabled.
          This is a new way to hold customer money. It is illegal. Even i cannot pay credit card bill from it or cannot pay in any shops because of its limited availability. Cheap strategy and shameful service.
          Please tell me that when am i able to transfer the amount to bank.

            I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged into ola blog site to complete kyc process and done. Still its showing kyc desabled and not available.
            Why ola is doing these tipe of tricks to hold customer’s money?
            Why you accepting money to add into ola money when you desable kyc and not available?
            These is the reason why ola loosing most customer satisfaction!
            Note my point and try to resolve my problem.

            I deposited Rs.599 in my ola money (having registered mob no.[protected]) on 2.11.2018 at 10.39 AM. I took a ride on ola and Rs.217 was debited at 11.17 AM having CRN[protected]. Before that a sum of Rs.211 was debited at 10.40 AM without any ride. Please arrange to refund of Rs.211 having transaction ID DRC1-DOJ5-PVAC.

              I usually add money to my ola wallet and transfer to my family. Ola has been holding my money since 4 days and not allowing me to send the money. If the uidai or whichever authority is not allowing the kyc process then you should at the least notify the same before adding money to the wallet not after adding the money. Now showing uidai as the culprit ola is reaping the benefits of consumer money in our wallets. Ola should realize that you are never entitled to do so. Please resolve this asap

                I added 300 RS to Ola money now when I withdraw it it shows KYC disabled but I have already done KYC.

                  On 24 may 17 transfer of amount rupees 2928 from ola money to my bank became fail. But amount was deducted from ola money. I checked bank account amount couldn't not credited. Earlier i have done complaint in jun 17. But so far no improvement. It was a matter of very sorrow that after a long interval also ola money is not able to find out the fault. You are once again requested that my money may please be refunded

                  Booked train ticket on October 20th with transactionId : DR3Y-RVNY-5Y3R amount deducted but transaction failed can you please revert back money.

                    I paid my bsnl telephone bill from ola money on 21st sept. Ola money got deducted from my account but the bsnl telephone bill is still not paid. I still get notification from bsnl that the bill is not paid. I'm not sure whether bsnl didn't update the payment details or the ola money itself is not reached the bsnl. Already bsnl bill due date was over, so i want my ola money to get credited back to my account.

                    I tried to add money to my Ola money through sbi net banking.But as soon as I entered the otp to complete the transaction it showed as session times out but the amount was debited from my account but we're not added to my Ola money.The amount I tried to add was 242 but the money didn't get added into my Ola money.So please look into it.
                    On september, i just had rs. 10 in my wallet but on one day my amount was debited by ola as cab booking charges without my permission... I did'nt expect this...

                      This is after a huge follow up they credited my account with 599/- then wrote am email stating they are suspending my Ola account due to some issues with bank.
                      It has been month, I am following up on same but no response. The ticket Id is 1132263.

                      The amount in Ola money was around 1000/-. Its been 2 months I am fighting with the customer care for some trivial issues, wasting my time with them. The customer support calls either gets dropped or they keep on hold forever.

                      We would like to inform you that, we received a notification from your bank regarding a transaction which was disputed for non receipt of goods or services.

                      However, after a thorough investigation, it was found that an amount of Rs.599/- with the reference PayU ID: [protected] which was added to your Ola Money wallet was successfully utilized towards our primary merchant - Ola Cabs. We would request you to kindly log in to the Ola Money application and verify the utilization. The documents have already been forwarded to the bank against the services provided and we are yet to hear from the bank.

                      We would request you to contact your bank for further details of the charge-back dispute. We would appreciate, if we receive a notification from your bank regarding the withdrawal of the said charge-back for unblocking the OIa Money wallet.

                          I have used ola money for booking train tickets on 15/09/2018 via irctc mobile app unfortunately the transaction got cancelled. But my money from ola app is deducted.
                          The customer care is not at all. Picking up my phone and got no response while sending mail

                            Dear concern,
                            I transferred inr 500/- on 14th aug 18 to my ola money a/c but amount was not updated, i tried all the prescribed way (Email & customer care call) but nothing happening. I already shared my transaction details, bank statement with the co. But they are tracking wrong transaction and replied me "money returned to my credit card". And the transaction details co. Sharing is wrong they shared transaction on 13th aug 18, inr 750/- which was never done by me. Today i again approached to customer care and customer care executive assured me my money will returned to my ola money a/c but its not happened, and they closed my ticket by mentioning, issue resolved. I am still waiting for solution.

                              On 16th july, i transferred rs.999/- from my bank account to wallet. The amount was debited to my account but not credited to wallet.

                                This has reference to ride ref: crn [protected], on 2nd aug '18, from hyd airport to residence, billed for rs.895/- (This is the reason of dispute stated by their email), wherein payments are recorded thru
                                [a] ola money post paid is shown as rs. 500/- ; plus
                                [b] a cash payment of rs. 395/-; plus
                                [c] rs. 500/- is also collected as olacabs booking (Refer to money out under recent transactions).
                                A total of rs. 1395/- has been collected or drawn from my ola money or ola money postpaid accounts against rs 895/- chargeable on aug 02, 2018 ride reference crn [protected].
                                Olamoney, as a matter of transparent accounting procedures, are unable to establish rs. 500/- as dues.

                                I tried to settle the issue thru their portal but could not. Reference is here: "excess money collected - no resolution to complaints wing [request #1132911: unresolved/ partly diverted request #1123480 &1120384 - issue of overcharging]"

                                  My ola money had around 580/- and i added an extra of 122/- to book my ticket. The money has been deducted and the transaction has failed. The ola account balance is zero right now. I have booked it through irctc app through ola money e-wallet and i do not see any sign of refund process which has been initiated either in irctc app or the ola money app. Please do initiate the refund process and let me know the status of it soon. Thank you!

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is rahul noolu and there have been unauthorized logging in my ola account. And both the phone no. And email id are updated without my permission.
                                    After this ola prepaid was activated and 600 rs and my ola money were used to an unknown airtel phone no. And my balance is empty now.
                                    I'm not able to login to my account in the app anymore, so i cannot raise a complaint also.
                                    As there are credit cards linked to my account, i'm afraid there can be more severe damages.
                                    I need assistance to unlink my credit cards from the account and also recover/block both my account to prevent any further damage.

                                      I tried to book the tatkal ticket today in irctc app using ola money. Since the wallet balance was insufficient the ola money deducted 500 rupees from my account but the irctc app says they did not received the amount from the bank. There is no refund in my bank account.. And my ola money account says the balance is zero. I have lost around 800 rupees since i already had 300 in my ola wallet. Kindly respond and initiate the refund.

                                        I have tried recharging ola money twice on 2nd august 2018. Transaction failed but money was deducted both the time from my bank account. Once 1500 was refunded but the other 1500 is not yet refunded. Please look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

                                        It was supposed to be resolved by 3-5 business days but it is not yet resolved. Hoping for a quick response.
