Dear sir/ mam

I had send rs.315 ola money to a wrong mobile number today afternoon. The mobile no i send to was not even registered to ola money and i was not able to cancel the transaction before rechecking.in my ola money account the transaction status is shown as pending as the entered number is not registered. I tried to find an option where we can cancel the transaction but could not find an option as such. Kindly resolve the issue as soon possible and please do reverse the transaction.

    My name is Sunil. My mobile No. is [protected].

    In this reagrd, it is submitted that, I had done twice transactions for Rs. 999/- (Total Rs. 1988/-)on[protected] to OLA money through my SBI credit card. The first transaction (Id No. dowl-s69t-xys0) was failed as per their version. But the amount was deducted from my Card. On the necessity at that time, I has done another transaction for Rs.999/- which was successfully credited my OLA money cash (Transaction ID DOWL-S81E-MUF2). After waiting some days I have written a complaint to OLA customer care and contacted them through Phone. They asked me to complaint to SBI card about the non receiving of amount. Which I have done.
    After 2 - 3 days OLA blocked my OLA money account and my money shown 0. but actualy have around Rs. 1500/- which they kept in their pocket(from March 2018). After a month SBI card informed me about the transaction successful message. I once again tried to contact OLA customer care through Phone and their representative also agreed that. He asked some time (10 days)to reflect the amount and unblock my Account. Which I agreed. But after waiting more than 2 months and contacted their customer care enormous times through phone and message, nothing fruitful happend till date.
    This is really harassing !.
    Kindly do the needful if possible please.

    MY Rs 599 is deducted from my bank account but not added to my ola money account. Please do something about it today. It is 599. I have already got the message of money dedeucted from my account but not added to my ola money account
    I added money (rupees 200) from my SBI account through net banking on 14/06/2018 but I didnt get in my ola money. Ola app is installed on phone number [protected]. Kindly find the photo of the account from which 200 rupees credited to ANI technologies on 14 June 2018. Kindly look into the matter

      On 20th May I uninstalled ola app as i was changing myvphone. I had rs 202 (ola money) in my account. When I reinstalled the app. The ola money amounting rs. 202 was deducted wrongfully although i signed in with the same email id and password. Kindly refund rs.200 as this was wrongfully deducted. Hope thisvwould be resolved amd refunded to my ola acount immidiately without delay. Thank you

        My father is a victim to fraudulent of one transaction of of rs. 24939/- once on 27 - may - 2018 from my father's account using debit card 4592xxxxxxxx5819. The person asked to provide the otp otherwise amount in account will be forfeited. The transaction details are in attached image

        Please block the ola money account used to make a fraud and refund the amount to my father's account from where amount was debited...

          Even though the transaction has been completed from the bank's end, the money is not credited in my ola money. The transaction tab is not showing any failed transaction either. There has been no response from the ola customer care even after trying to contact them.

            On 2nd May i had called for Ola cabs from HSR Lay out, the driver was still on another duty, he told it would take 15 minutes for him to complete and attend me. He told to try other options
            Since I had to move urgently i tried for another cab.

            For this reason for no fault of me Rs 50/- is debited from my Ola money account for cancellation.

            Please let know how can driver register for another call prior to completion of his current assignment. Request to return back the debited money from Ola money account.

                Sir/ madam
                I have tried to book a rail ticket on irctc site through payment mode as ola money on 07/05/2018. My ola money account mobile no. Is [protected], debited by rs. 111.69/- but ticket not booked through irctc. Transaction​ no. Dppg-b5up-ugnr dated 07/05/2018. Refund still awaited from ola money to my account.
                So you are requested to see the matter.

                  not able to add money

                  Hi i have been trying to add money in my ola account but every time i try it shows unsuccessful please help me out how can i add money to it. It has so inconvenient for me to carry cash all the time. I hope you will resolve my case as soon as possible because of this reason i am taking other options to travel. Moreover, i think ola should accept other payment wallets for the convenience of the customers....

                  I’ve money in my ola wallet but still i’m unable to send it others.

                  Whenever i click on send money icon, it redirects to a page saying basic kyc details submitted and that i can enjoy benefits from all the specified restaurants and benefits upto 10, 000/-

                  What to do in such case? I’ve tried re-installing the application but doesn’t work.

                  Please be informed that you have completed the basic KYC. However, this is to keep you informed that as per new RBI guidelines, it is required to have your KYC processed in order avail wallet to wallet, bank transfer and increase your wallet limit up to 1 lakh.

                  To get your KYC done, you need to send pictures of the following documents to [protected]@zipcash.in, with the subject “KYC_XXXXXX

                  #Your selfie/Passport Size Photograph

                  #Proof of Identity: Any one of the following documents:

                  1. Original scanned copy of PAN card
                  2. Original scanned copy of Driving License

                  #Proof of Address: Any one of the following documents:

                  1. Original scanned copy of Aadhar Card

                          I transfered 2000 to a bank account, money got deduction from my ola money wallet but dint reflect in bank account, its been more than 2 days neither the money has came back to wallet nor the money has been transfer in the bank account
                          Solve the problem as soon as possible
                          I am facing a great deal of inconvenience
                          Refund the money as soon as possible

                            I ordered a cab ant this driver was pretty rude and he tried to act smart, he asked me to put my location (To t3 igi airport delhi) while i was busy doing that he just canceled the ride and acted as if it was done by mistake.. There after he switched off his phone and started taking other rides, asking us to get off the car after travelling 1 km only for which i was charged inr 111 and the amount got deducted from my ola money account... I demand a serious action againt this driver immidiately. Thankyou.

                              I gaurav behere user of your olamoney wallet app made an online payment of rs 1100 favouring indore muncipal corp on 20/04/2018 but i am unable to understand whether payment is successful at merchants end or not because muncipal corp has not generated receipt for payment.

                                There is no option for withdrawal to bank on my ola money app whereas i know the service exists as i have researched it on the web and have seen screenshots of it.
                                Pls. Clarify why it is such. As per my knowledge my app is updated to the latest version so all features should be available.
                                Pls help in this regard as soon as possible.

                                    I transferred 1999 rs. From my bank account to ola money but now I can not getting back 1999 rs. From ola money to my bank account.
                                    All the possibilities i tried but there are same kyc n all ### are there.
                                    Such lack of hinesty & full negligiency towards customers from Ola is breach the trust among customers.
                                    Do the needful as asap otherwise the negative impact spreads every where.
                                    Ola blocked customer money this is very bad experience. People can't get back their money in their bank accounts.

                                      I am trying to send ola money to my friend but it is just navigating to the screen where it is saying "basic kyc updated". All the options are navigating to the same screen. Both from the ola cab app and ola money app.
                                      Please rectify this issue in your app. I am even able to withdraw or send via mobile number to a store merchant. The same is happening to the other party i am trying to send. It's causing a lot of frustration even after i have updated my kyc details to use the app. Please rectify this issue asap.

                                      #Your selfie/Passport Size Photograph

                                      #Proof of Identity: Any one of the following documents:
                                      1. Original scanned copy of PAN card
                                      2. Original scanned copy of Driving License

                                      Proof of Address: Any one of the following documents:

                                      1. Original scanned copy of Aadhar Card
                                      2. Original scanned copy of Passport
                                      3. Original scanned copy of Voter ID Card

                                      Ola auto is charging money for Rides which we are not taken. Rides are cancelled by auto driver. To book new auto now I have to pay 65. The amount is charged just because driver cancelled. Without ride how can they charge. And without ride if we cancel they are charging 15 rupees that is also not feasible.
